      • A simple and robust route toward flexible CIGS photovoltaic devices on polymer substrates: Atomic level microstructural analysis and local opto-electronic investigation

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this work, copper indium gallium selenide (Cu(In,Ga)Se<SUB>2</SUB>; CIGS) absorbers were grown on polyimide (PI)/molybdenum substrates by a three-stage co-evaporation process at various temperatures, film formation was systemically studied using various advanced characterization methods such as transmission electron microscopy, micro-Raman spectroscopy, Kelvin probe force microscopy, and atom probe tomography. The CIGS films on PI were found to exhibit considerable physical and electrical variations with respect to the process temperature of three-stage co-evaporation. In particular, when the process temperature reached 400 °C, the CIGS absorber on PI began to exhibit controlled microstructure and intergrain properties. By adjusting the microstructure and intergrain properties of the absorber films by means of the process temperature of three-stage co-evaporation, flexible CIGS solar cells on PI with an efficiency of 16.7% (with anti-refection coating) were achieved.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> CIGS absorber films were grown on flexible polyimide/molybdenum substrates. </LI> <LI> Low-temperature three-stage process (≤440 °C) with extrinsic Na addition was used to CIGS growth. </LI> <LI> CIGS film evolution was systemically observed using advanced material characterization techniques. </LI> <LI> Highly efficient CIGS cells on flexible polyimide substrates were realized while maintaining process manufacturability. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        The resistivity of the soil depends on many parameters. It depends on the type of soil and therefore varies with distance as well as with depth. Especially soil resistivity of volcanic area is very high and it is difficult to acquire necessary grounding resistivity. This paper introduces the efficient grounding construction using coring technique for proper grounding resistance in high resistivity area. Because it is difficult to measure the accurate resistivity of soils, their resistivities are estimated using measured value of ground resistance and equivalent radius calculation method. Estimated resistivities are used for grounding resistance in scheduled grounding region.

        국가직업능력표준 실용화를 위한 제도화 방안

        이 연구의 목적은 일-교육훈련-자격이 연계될 수 있도록 노동부의 국가직업능력표준을 국가차원에서 개발·운영·관리될 수 있는 제도화 방안을 마련하는데 있었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 문헌고찰 및 내용분석, 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였고, 연구결과의 타당성 확보를 위해 전문가협의회 및 공청회를 실시하였다. 국가직업능력표준 제도화는 표준의 실용화를 제고할 수 있도록 관련용어 정의, 총괄기구, 표준개발 및 승인, 표준 활용에 관한 인프라 구축에 필요한 사항이 규정되도록 관계 법령을 정비하는 것이다. 표준 제도화를 위해 다음과 같은 사항이 관계 법령에 명시되도록 해야 한다. ① 표준 제도화를 위해 직업, 직업능력, 직무, 표준 등을 관련법에 정의해야 한다. ② 국가직업능력표준 관련 부처 및 다양한 이해당사자의 참여를 기반으로 한 국가직업능력표준 사업 전담 조직을 설치하고, 표준사업에 대한 자문과 심의를 담당할 수 있는 위원회를 구축한다. ③ 다양한 산업분야 단체가 표준개발의 주체가 될 수 있도록 지원하고, 표준의 수준 설정을 통해 직종 내 수직적 경력개발을 촉진하며, 개발된 표준에 대한 지속적인 관리와 현장적합성을 승인하는 체제를 구축해야 한다. ④ 국가직업능력표준은 산업현장에서는 인력을 채용하고 관리하는 기준으로, 교육훈련에서는 교육과정을 개발하고 교과목 및 교재를 개발하며 현 교육과정을 평가하는 기준으로, 자격체계와는 표준의 자격화, 새로운 자격설계, 자격의 출제기준으로 활용될 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 이를 위해 국가기술자격법, 근로자직업능력개발법, 산업인력공단법 등 관계 법령을 개정하거나 국가직업능력표준에 관한 특별법을 제정할 필요가 있다. 한편, 국가직업능력표준 제도화 단계에 따른 구체적인 추진과제와 이를 실현하기 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop the institutionalization that NOS(National Occupational Standard) was developed, operated and managed for linking with work, training and qualification. To achieve the purpose, literature reviews, contents analysis and focus group interview were conducted, and experts council and a public hearing were executed. The institutionalization is the legislation consolidation to regulate details related infra construction as follows for improving utilization of NOS. ① It should be defined occupation, occupational competency, job, standards and so forth on the related laws. ② A organization which take exclusive charge with and a council which consult and deliberate on NOS projects should be established through the cooperation between stakeholder and government organization. ③ It should be supported that various industrial parties including SHRDC are the main body for development of NOS, promoted vertical career development by occupation through establishing level of NOS, and established system that manage continually and approve practical application of NOS. ④ It should be supported that NOS is used as a criterion for recruiting and managing workforce, a criterion for developing and evaluating curriculum and educational materials in training, having qualification for itself, designing for new qualification, and a criterion for setting questions for a qualifying examination. To improve utilization of NOS, It need to be consolidated the related laws including National Technical Qualifications Act and Workers' Vocational Competency Development Act or to be enacted a special law on NOS. Moreover, this study suggested action plan according to the stages of institutionalization, and political proposal for effective actualization of action plan.

      • 삼각측량 시스템을 이용한 3-D 형상 복원

        The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

        전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합 필름의 특성 및 산소 투과도 연구

        Na^(+)-MMT로부터 제조한 생분해성 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 기계적 특성, 열적 특성, 그리고 산소 투과성을 연구하였다. XRD와 TEM의 결과로부터 고분자의 삽입으로 인하여 실리케이트 층간 간격이 증가하였으며, 또한 삽입형 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료임을 확인하였다. 합성된 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 경우 적은 양의 MMT로부터 기계적 특성과 열적 안정성이 우수함을 보였다. 그리고 전분/펙틴/몬모릴로나이트 나노복합재료의 산소 투과성은 고분자 매트릭스에 분산되어 있는 몬모릴로나이트에 의하여 현저히 저하됨을 보여주었다. Mechanical property. thermal property. and oxygen permeability of biodegradable Pectin/Starch-montmorillonite nanocomposite, prepared with Na-MMT, have been studied X-ray diffraction and TEM experiments on polymer/silicate composite samples demonstrated that the intercalation of polymer chains leads to increase in the spacing between silicate layers. In addition, it were found that the intercalated Starch/Pectin/monotmorillonite nanocomposite were prepared. It was found that the addition of only a small amount of clay was enough to improve the thermal stability- and mechanical property of Starch/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite. Oxygen permeability of Starch/Pectin/montmorillonite composite was generally lower than that of pectin/starch.

      • 폐흡충에 의한 무균성 노흉에 대한 돼지꼬리형 도관(pig-tail catheter)을 이용한 치료의 효과

        Background: Pulmonary paragonimiasis is caused by consumption of raw or improperlycooked crustacea infected with the laval stage (metacercaria) of Paragonimus westermani. The most characteristic symptoms were rust-colored sputum and cough. Paragonimiasis causes pleural thickening or effusion in 48% of the patients. Pleuro-pulmonary paragonimiasis can be easily overlooked by physicians who do not suspect this disease in the differential diagnosis. Method: We compared the outcomes of 11 patients with paragonimus empyema managed either through thoracotomy or pig-tail catheter drain. These patients were confirmed by food history, clinical and radiological findings, and laboratory data. Results: The male and female ratio was 1.75 : 1, and mean age was 40.0 ± 13.5 years. AII patients had pulmonary symptoms such as cough or chest pain. Serum-ELISA for paragonimiasis were all positive (mean titer was 0.57). AII patients had pleural effusion in radiological findings( 2 patients had bilateral pleural effusion). All patients received praziquantel (75 ㎎/㎏/day for 3days). Two patients were treated with thoracotomy and nine patients were treated with pig-tail drain. Hospital stay were 14.5 days in thoracotomy group and 5.6 days in pig-tail group respectively, Conclusion: Compared to the conventional thoracotomy grouP, the patients with paragonimus empyema who received pig-tail catheters had a significantly-decreased period of drain in situ, were clinically improved earlier, and were discharged earlier.

      • 인발 성형 공정을 이용한 carbon-glass hybrid composite 제작

        단면이 일정한 구조용 복합재료 제조공정에 널리 사용되고 있는 pultrusion 공정을 이용하여 glass-carbon fiber hybrid composite을 제조하였다. 열분석을 통하여 모재의 경화온도와 경화시간을 분석한 후 금형의 온도와 pulling speed를 결정하였다. 다양한 섬유 비율의 hybrid composite를 제작하였으며 flexural modulus를 측정한 결과 rule of mixture를 이용한 예상치 보다 높은 값을 보였다. Glass-carbon hybrid composite was manufactured by pultrusion process. The major processing conditions such as temperature of heating die and pulling speed have been fixed from thermal analysis results. Hybrid composites with various carbon fiber content were manufactured and flexural modules of each hybrid composite as measured. Compare with rule of mixture, positive hybrid effect was observed.
