        Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and etc, the necessity of nano-parts was increased. Because of the necessity, this research was started for improving work precision of the parts as fixing UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) on lathe. So, in this research, we executed the modeling of UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) by the application of PZT, the relationship between the displacement of tool in UPCU and the cutting force of it has been in take a triangular position in the case of plane cutting. The modeling of system, that is containing the fine displacement, was performed. Also, we would like to find the optimal cutting condition through the simulation of relationship between the displacement and the cutting force.

        Extrusion Screw, point parts of extrusion molding extruder, is expanded widely use area with construction machinery, site conveyance device food processor, medicine as well as Polymer extrusion forming. Because this can expect large quantity demand about Screw of special quality of extrusion Screw item, is become processing industry that adopt all kinds of small quantity production type. Accordingly, analysis by extrusion screw is also consisting of several directions. Extrusion screw differentia is appeared much at material selection of screw itself and each screw design as parts that cause a lot of high temperature and high tension and attrition among processing of product and use purpose and that should do it so that working conditions back according to kind of used balance may optimize of each Screw are desirable. In this treatise, analyzed and analyze single-screw that is using developing in Human Resource Training Project for regional Innovation subject considering pressure, temperature etc.. of extrusion screw using CFdesign that is 3 dimensional analysis program.

      • 서남부 지역 전력시스템의 동특성 분석

        In the paper, the special characteristics of the system are emphasized regarding the nature of low frequency oscillations are discussed. This study reveal the emergence of an undamped swing mode involving the interaction of several machines and their controllers. Excitation systems with automatic voltage regulator(AVR) and governors and power system stabilizer(PSS) are installed locally within power plants and used for improvement of power system response to small and large disturbance. However an improperly tuned PSS and AVR could destabilize low frequency oscillation mode. This paper show that it is important to select the coefficients of AVR and PSS.

        저작근 골막하 박리를 이용한 만성 재발성 탈구의 치험례

        Chronic recurrent dislocation(CRD) of the jaw has various etilogical causes, including trauma, congenital or acquired neurological illness, ingestion of certain medicines, incorrdination of the neuromuscular astivity of the chewing muscles, articular anatomical alteration, etc. Various surgical methods have been advocated for the treatment of the CRD. They may be divided into two groups: procedures designed to limit translation of the condyle and procedures eliminating obstacles in the condylar path. Hypomobility of mandible can be developed after BSSRO and it is probably caused by scar contracture, atrophy, and myofibrosis. Many authors, therefore, emphasized the importance of physical therapy especially after BSSRO to prevent the complication. Based on that idea, we designed more conservative surgical method to limit mandibular openning compared the methods that previously introduced and tried to treat the CRD. This new method consists of extensive subperiosteal dissection of masseter and the temporalis muscle under local anesthesia and use of intermaxillary elastics for some periods.

      • Si 기판 위에 CeO_2 유전체 박막 성장

        CeO_2 single target을 사용하여 on-axis rf magnetron 스퍼터링 방법으로 Si(100) 단결정기판 위에 CeO_2 유전체 박막을 성장시킬 때 기판온도, 산소 부분압력, rf input power, 두께 등의 성장변수들이 박막 성장에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 (ℓ00) 방향 in-situ 성장의 적정조건을 찾는 연구를 하였다. 각기 다른 조건에서 제조된 박막의 X-ray 회절 방법에 의한 구조 분석과 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy)에 의한 표면의 미세 구조 분석을 통하여 그 특성을 조사한 결과 기판 온도, 산소 부분압력, rf input power 세기, 박막의 두께가 박막 성장에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 중요 성장 변수임을 확인하였다. CeO_2 박막은 target과 기판사이 거리 50㎜, 총압력 30mTorr일 때 기판 온도 800℃, 산소 부분압력 3 mTon, power 90 W(이때 성장속도 0.83Å/s), 성장시간 2시간(이때 두께 500Å)일 때(ℓ00) 방향으로 잘 성장되는 것을 발견하였다. We have studied systematically the optimum condition for in-situ perparation of CeO_2 thin film on Si(100 substrate by single-target rf-magnetron sputtering method. We examined effects of the substrate temperature, oxygen partial pressure, rf input power, and thickness by studying X-ray diffraction patterns and photographs of scanning electron microscopy of the grown films. We found that all of these parameters influence decisively on the struture of the grown films. We also found that the CeO_2 thin film grows well at∼800℃ of the substrate temperature, 3 mTorr of the oxygen partial pressure, 90 W of the rf input power(corresponding to 0.83Å/s of the deposition rate), and 5000 Å of the thickness for the total sputtering gas of 30 mTorr and the sputtering target of 2 inch diameter used.

        초정밀 평면 X-Y 스테이지의 시뮬레이션 및 제어성능 평가

        In this study, actuator, sensor, guide, power transmission element and control method are considered for ultra-precision positioning apparatus. Through previous process, single plane X-Y stage with ultra-precision positioning is manufactured. Global stage for the purpose of materialization with robust system, is combined by using AC servo motor and ball screw and rolling guide. And ultra-precision positioning system is developed by micro stage with elastic hinge type and piezo element. global serve and micro servo for the purpose of materialization positioning accuracy with nm(nanometer) are controlled simultaneously by using incremental encoder and laser interferometer as displacement measurement sensor. Through previous process, ultra-precision positioning system(100mm stroke and ±10nm positioning accuracy) with single plane X-Y stage are materialized.

      • 내용기반 영상 검색 시스템에 관한 연구

        In this paper, The retrieval methods consists of histogram intersection and color pairs. The preprocessor for image retrieval manage linearly the existing HSI(hue, saturation, intensity). Hue and Intensity histogram thresholding for each color attribute are performed to split the chromatic regions and the achromatic regions. Region growing is used to solve oversegmentation problem. Each image is divided into a smaller number of cells of 32 × 32 pixels. Color pairs are used to representthe query during retrieval. The average Recall/Precision of histogram intersection is 0.66/0.69. The average Recall/Precision of color paris is 0.47/0.60. The average Recall/Precision of proposed method is 0.76/0.79. The proposed method increases the retrieval effectiveness. The results demonstrate that the proposed method has led to substantial improvement in the performance of the system.

        The researcher resorted to a questionnaire method in order to attain some reliable data the localization of sports administration. After the significance of their statistic values was tested, the following conclusion were drawn. (1) Sports consciousness In terms of the values of sports activities, the improvement of physical capacity reaped the greatest concern followed by the item of personality formation. About 52.5% or 135 subjects revealed their ignorance of the saclled Hodori Project. (2) Reality of local sports administration Among the problems of local sports administration were the existence of unprofessional administrators and the lack of autonomy due to the administrative centralization. Also prevalent was the formalism for the sake of convenience. The leading proposal for local sports activation was the enlargement of sports facilities. (3) Finance and facilities The main method of eliciting finance was the joint investment of the Pusan City authoritres, businessmen and citizens. While the greatest investment was made into social sports plans, 95.4% of the answerers felt insufficient sports facilities. (4) Participation in sports activities Some 56.4% didn't take part in the sport programs sponsored by the city authorities, princiopally because they didn't know the programs well(48.9%). (5) Elite sports administration The Pusan Sports Association mainly dealt with elite sports administration, while its central problem(52.0%) was that of expenditure. Other problems of concern were the Juvenile Sport Feast(89.9%) and the National Sports Festival(91.9%). (6) Social sports administration Among the basic policies for promoting social sports were the security of more sports facilities and more administrative and financial support through the PR activities of mass media(59.3%). For the activation of office sports activities, the subjects quoted the security of sports facilities and leaders, the heightended consciousness of businessmen, legal support and on in order.

      • Weight Training이 golf Driver Shot에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to measure the improvement of Head Speed, Ball Speed, Accuracy Ratio, Direction Angie, Direction and Direction by Weight Training Ten students who specialize in golf take part in this study. They are divided into two groups ; one group(TG) consists of five persons who have been trained by weight training for B weeks and the other group(CG) is used for contrast. The result compared and analized between two groups is this 1) In case of group who are trained by weight training, Head Speed, Accuracy Ratio, Direction Angle, and Direction are not different from before. But Peak torque by body weight of extensors at trunk are significantly improved p<.05 In case of not weight trained group(CG), above all factors are insignificant. 2) In case of intergroup experiments, data have no significancy in Head Speed, Ball Speed, Direction Angle, and Direction, However, in Accuracy Ratio and Distance weight trained group(TG) shows insignificant by p<.05

      • 내부마케팅에 관한 이론적 고찰

        The purpose of this paper is to theoretically review on the developments and definitions of concept, prior researches, tools, and importance of Internal marketing. The internal marketing(IM) concept was first proposed in the mid 1970s as a way of achieving consistent service quality. Participative management gained wide acceptance in the 1980s, and the 1990s saw the emergence of the strategic approach to human resource management(HRM). These developments mean that conditions for the adoption of IM are optimal. IM’s application is no longer confined to the services area. It has been shown that any type of organization can use IM to facilitate the implementation of its external marketing strategy or any other organizational strategies. It’s basic premise was to have satisfied customers, the firm must also have satisfied employees and that this could be achieved by treating employees as customers. A careful examination of the literature over the last 25 years indicates the existence of three separate yet closely intertwined strands of development of the IM concept, namely an employee satisfaction phase, a customer orientation phase and a strategy implementation/change management phase. Most authors do not clearly distinguish between Berry’s and Gronroos’ models of IM. Two models are concerned with improving service quality, but they differ in their methods for achieving it. And in a researchable internal marketing model of Rafiq and Ahamed effective service quality also requires high levels of inter-functional co-ordination and integration. Central to ensuring that employees have the requisite attitudes and high levels of inter-functional co-ordination is also a key to service recovery, a key component in perceptions of services marketing can be applied to internal marketing. By expounding the concept of an internal marketing mix, internal market research, and the critical role of internal segmentation and internal positioning, we have advanced the notion that many of the concepts and frameworks which are critical in creating external marketplace success can be usefully employed, indeed need to be employed, adapted to the internal context, to aid the process of strategy implementation. Without an effective internal focus capable of interlinking with an external focus, many potentially successful strategic visions are likely to remain just that.
