        유한요소법을 이용한 권취강판 적재운송용 Wedge의 내구성에 관한 연구

        In order to transport the steel roll coil effectively and safely to the destination, the stability of the steel roll coil which induced the minimum movements during the transportation was strongly required. The basic transportation equipment for the steel roll coil such as the wedge is made of 100% imported wood known as the apitong. However, the material characteristic such as the rigidity has caused permanent damages to the steel roll coil and the damaged steel roll coils were not easily restorable. Thus it was unsuitable for other purposes. The introduction of new materials to manufacturing wedges which would have a good recovery performance and thus enable the wedge prevention or reduction to the steel roll coil or any other products during the transportation is needed. Due to the fact that recovering damage of the coil is almost impossible, we have to find the new type of wedge that can substitute the apitong wedge. Therefore, we are going to develop a wedge that does not damage rolled steel coil and has better recovery and softness than existing apitong wedge.

It develops the truck/the bus remaking tire manufacture Enveloping System from the dissertation which it sees as work environment to improve, it minimizes a environmental contamination and simultaneously to plan a productivity improvement, it does to sleep.

        It is a tendency where the number of the restaurant is increasing recently with advancement of the food service industry. In comparison, Noxiousness fine MIST and the removal does passively in about offensive odor which occurs meat products processing emitting like that in the atmosphere. Because of adherence lamination in the exhaustion line pipe have need of a periodic cleaning and change, it must discontinue the business of long time. In this paper, The fine NIST, dust of offensive odor and filtering technique development which occurs meat products processing prevent adherence/lamination of fine MIST in the exhaustion line pipe. And as source preventing the environmental matter which is emitted in the atmosphere under maximizing boil offensives odor and noxiousness MIST Filtering effects.

        This paper wishes to develop system that measure an external diameter of optical-ferrule and roundness that is optical connection parts that is necessary in optical communication net construction that increase rapidly present automatically and plan productivity elevation and personnel expense curtailment. There is LC, PC, MU, and so on various form in the case of optical-ferrule and Recently, ferrule that have special form is appearing. Hereupon, can bring cost reduction by productivity elevation, measurement quality elevation, number of persons attrition and parts loss amount decrease etc. by computerizing measurement work of examination process that depended on existing manual processing by developing exterior diameter of LC ferrule and roundness' measurement system. Also, use of LD and PD ferrule by country and universal FTTH business is increasing, and LC optical ferrule that is necessary to laser packaging of inside depends on income. Therefore, productivity improvement of LC ferrule can contribute in could do to maximize income substitution effect country industry development. But, manual processing dependence of examination process that it selects LC ferrule manufacturing process defective goods that productivity does not increase because is high productivity elevation decrease bring. Therefore, productivity elevation of LC ferrule wishes to solve productivity decrease by existent manual processing computerizing external diameter and roundness measurement examination process.

      • 탄소 전열와이어 실용화 기술개발

        기존의 전열 기구에서는 기본적으로 발열체 및 온도조절기로 구성되어 발열체로 코일선(에나멜선등)을 사용하여 압연하여 나이론사에 나선형으로 돌려서 감은다음 절연을 시켜 그 위에 다시 동선을 같은 방식으로 감아 온도변화에 따른 정전용량 변화를 온도조절기에 보내 제어하여 적정전압이 인가되도록 구성하여 설정온도가 유지되도록 사용하고 있음. 기존 전열기구들은 금속열선 및 전선을 사용하므로 변형이나 눌림 및 외부 압력을 받아 선이 손상되거나 장시간 사용하여 오랜 시간 전류가 가해지면 화재에 대한 위험성이 매우 높고, 열을 발생시키기 위한 소비전력(W)가 매우 높으며 열전달이 빠르지 않아 사용 시 전기요금이 많이 나오는 점을 가지고 있음. 본 연구에서는 이러한 전열 기구의 발열체를 대체한 탄소 섬유 소재를 이용하여 기존 전열기구 방식을 대체할 원적외선 복사열을 사용하는 발열체를 개발함으로서 전자파 차폐효과, 적은 소비전력, 물체의 변형이 가능한 경량적 특성을 같은 차세대 전열체 개발을 목표로 함.

        In this study, actuator, sensor, guide, power transmission element and control method are considered for ultra-precision positioning apparatus. Through previous process, single plane X-Y stage with ultra-precision positioning is manufactured. Global stage for the purpose of materialization with robust system, is combined by using AC servo motor and ball screw and rolling guide. And ultra-precision positioning system is developed by micro stage with elastic hinge type and piezo element. global servo and micro servo for the purpose of materialization positioning accuracy with nm(nanometer) are controlled simultaneously by using incremental encoder and laser interferometer as displacement measurement sensor. Through previous process, ultra-precision positioning system (100mm stroke and ±10nm positioning accuracy) with single plane X-Y stage are materialized.

        Investigation of gas flow characteristics in proton exchange membrane fuel cell

        An investigation of electrochemical behavior of PEMFC (proton exchange membrane fuel cell) is performed by using a single-phase two-dimensional finite element analysis. Equations of current balance, mass balance, and momentum balance are implemented to simulate the behavior of PEMFC. The analysis results for the co-flow and counterflow mode of gas flow direction are examined in detail in order to compare how the gas flow direction affects quantitatively. The characteristics of internal properties, such as gas velocity distribution, mass fraction of the reactants, fraction of water and current density distribution in PEMFC are illustrated in the electrode and GDL (gas diffusion layer). It is found that the dry reactant gases can be well internally humidified and maintain high performance in the case of the counter-flow mode without external humidification while it is not advantageous for highly humidified or saturated reactant gases. It is also found that the co-flow mode improves the current density distribution with humidified normal condition compared to the counter-flow mode.

        Ironwork, especially steel roll coil, is usually transported to the customers over land or by sea. For fast and safe transportation of steel roll coil without damage it, it is necessary that steel roll coil is surely fixed. These days, apitong, which is fully imported from abroad, is being used to fix the steel roll coil. However, because of apitong harshness, it often damages the coil that would be hard to fix. Recovering damaged coil is almost impossible, and we have to look for a new type of dunnage, which would be able to substitute apitong. This paper discusses vanous types of reinforcement, as well as rectangular and trapezoid dunnages. We will consider how rolling occurs and what happens when the carrier starts and stops moving. Thus, it will be possible to design a dunnage, which would not damage ironwork and had better recovery and softness than the existing apitong.

      • 형상인식을 적용한 용접 결함의 특징변수 추출

        In this study, the researches classifying the natural flaws in welding parts are performed using the signal pattern classification method. For this purpose 500MHz storage digital oscilloscope including FFT function and enveloped waveform generator are used and the signal pattern recognition procedure is made up the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifier design. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the distance classifier is based in euclidean distance the empirical Bayesian classifier. In feature extracting, it is performed using the class-mean scatter criteria. And the signal Pattern classification method is applied to the signal pattern recognition problems of natural flaw that is porosity inclusion, slag inclusion, lack of penetration, lack of fusion. center crack, side crack, toe crack. root crack as the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem. According to this results, if appropriately learned the neural network classifier is better acquire the recognition rate of 86.31% above through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier
