        In this study, we tested the influences of several κ opioid ligands on the [<sup>3</sup>H]diprenorphine binding in rat and guinea pig cortex membrane preparations. Using paradigm to block μ and δ opioid receptors with DAMGO(1μM) and DPDPE(1μM), [<sup>3</sup>H]diprenorphine labeled κ sites. Competition analysis in both rat and guinea pig cortex has shown a single population of [<sup>3</sup>H]diprenorphine binding site with different Kd values, respectively. There is a significant difference in Ki values of (-) WIN44441 and (+)WIN44441 in both rat and guinea pig cortex. Bremazocine, (-)ethylketocyclazocine, (-)cyclazocine, nor-binaltorphimine effectively inhibited the [<sup>3</sup>H]diprenorphine binding with different Ki values in rat and guinea pig cortex. U-69,593, U-50,488H and dynorphine-A (1-8) did not inhibit the [<sup>3</sup>H]diprenorphine binding in rat but in guinea pig cortex. Nor-binaltorphimine was a ligand discriminate the κ<sub>1</sub>, and κ<sub>2</sub> receptor most effectively. We, also, examined the influence of Na ion and GTPγS, a nonhydrolyzable guanine nucleotide analog, on the inhibition of [<sup>3</sup>H]diprenorphine binding by diprenorphine, (-)ethyl-ketocyclazocine, U-69,593 and bremazocine. By the replacement of NaCl with N-methy-D-glucamine or addition of GTPγS, Ki values of diprenorpnine were not changed and that of ethylketocyclazocine were changed significantly in both rat and guinea pig cortex. The Ki value of bremazocine was decreased by removal of Na ion, and increased by GTPγS, however, was not changed by any one of either. These results suggest that there are 2 kinds of subtypes of κ opioid receptor, κ<sub>1</sub>, and κ<sub>2</sub>, showing different Ki values for various κ opioid ligands, also, bremazocine possess the antagonistic property at κ<sub>2</sub> site which is dominant subtype of K receptor in rat cortex.

        권역심뇌혈관질환센터 사업의 비용-편익 분석

        Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate economic feasibility of operating Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Centers using cost-benefit analysis. Methods: The current study assessed cost and benefit data collected from nine hospitals which were designated as Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Centers between 2008 and 2010. Results: The operation of Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Centers reduced mortality rate and length of stay due to acute myocardial infarction and stroke and also decreased disability occurred after stroke. The total calculated cost of operating nine Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Centers was 19.85-22.30 billion won and the minimum benefit calculated was 23.98 billion won. Applying the maximum cost and the minimum benefit, the net benefit was 1.68 billion won, which is estimated to 190 million won per Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Center. Conclusions: The present study revealed that the operation of Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Centers was economically beneficial. The benefit would be larger if intangible benefit such as the long-term effects to community hospitals and enhancement of quality of life of patients and their families are considered.

      • 곰팡이에서 분리한 Helicobacter pylori 항균물질의 분리 및 구조규명

        Helicobacter pylori is a Gram-negative bacterium which causes chronic gastritis and is associated with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastric carcinoma. In the process of screening of antibacterial activities against H. pylori from soil microorgani는, fungus No. 60686 was isolated. After fementaion of No. 60686, the antibacterial compound was isolated, purified and followed by extraction of mycelium with orgainic solvents, acetone and ethyl acetate, through silica gel chromatography, LH-20 gel chromatography and HPLC. As a result of the structural analyses of the compound by IR, ^1H- and ^13C-NMR, FAB/Mass spectrophotomer, the compound having the antimicrobial activity was idenfitied as chaetoglobosin A (C_32H_36N_2O_5), a cytochalasan derivative. The antimicrobial activity of chaetoglobosin A was tested against Gram-positive and negative bacteria by paper disk method. Among the test strains of 9 Gram-positive bacteria and 18 Gram-negative bacteria containing 4 H. pylori strains, the growth of 4 H. pylori strains and 3 S. aureus strains (SG 511, 285 and 503) was only inhibited by chaetoglobosin A. Also it was shown that its growth inhibition against H. pylori strains was stronger than that against S. aureus strains at the treatment of the same concentration. Therefore it was concluded that chaetoglobosin A has a specific growth inhibition against H. pylori of the tested bacteria.

      • HPV에 감염된 자궁경부 상피세포의 Keratin 아형 변화에 관한 연구

        The human papillomavirus (HPV) are wide spread in the world, causing proliferation of epidermal and mucosal surface. Certain papillomaviral types are oncogenic in vivo and in vitro. HPV DNA has been detected in most of cervical lesions such as condyloma acuminata, dysplasias, and invasive carcinomas. The materials for this study consisted of 5 dysplasias. 5 squamous cell carcinomas, and 5 exocervix for control, that resected for definite treatment of uterine disease at Chosen University Hospital from January, 1991 to December, 1993. All cases were performed of in situ hybridization for HPV DNA type 6/11, 16, and 18. And also immununohistochemical stain for panel of monoclonal cytokeratin (CK) antibodies were done. The result obtained is as fallows : 1. HPV DNA type 6/11 are detected in all dysplasias. HPV DNA type 16 and 18 are detected in squamous cell carcinomas. 2. Stratifed squamous epithelium of exocervix are positive staining for CK 1, CK 5/6, CK 8, CK 13, CK 14, and CK 19. HPV DNA type 6/11 infected cells are positive for CK 1, CK 13, CK 14, CK 17, CK 18, and CK 19. HPV DNA type 16/18 infected cells are positive for CK 1, CK 5/6, CK 10, CK 13, CK 14, CK 17, CK 18, and CK 19. In conclusion, HPV infection of uterine cervix is associated with change of normal cytokeratin expression pattern. Dysplastic cells are changed of CK 5/6, CK 8, CK 17 and CK18. Squamous cell carcinoma cells are changed of CK 8, CK 17, and CK 18.

        This study discusses the finite element approximation and the choice of elements is dictated by the need to perform accuate for both thin and thick shells and by the complexity of the sensitivity calculations. A number of very accurate plate and shell elements exist for which the sensitivity computation become hopelessly complex. On the other hand, most very simple elements, which would lend themselves to compact and efficient sensitivity computation, do not posses sufficient accuracy for routine use.

      • 텔레메틱스 서비스에서의 차량 내 네트워크 구축을 위한 CAN 프로토콜

        The advance of IT technology leads to a new industry called telematics and the active studies on the wired and wireless network for the various telematics services. Especially, a modularization of the terminal platform is needed to offer with telematics services efficiently, which requires the aid of the hardware technology as well as the softwar e one. The AMI-C, established for the standardization of the interface between the infortainment system and the communication network in the vehicle, provides standard interface for wired communication in the vehicle such as CAN, MOST and IDB-1394. In this paper, We analyze the wired communication protocol for the vehicle, focusing on the CAN protocol. In addition, a new terminal platform for the telematics service is proposed for the real-time control environment based on the CAN protocol. 최근 발달된 IT기술이 자동차에 적용되어 텔레메틱스(Telematics)라는 새로운 산업을 일으키고 있으며, 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위한 다양한 유·무선 기술과 네트워크기술 들이 연구되고 있다. 특히 효율적인 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위해 서는 단말 플랫폼의 모듈화가 요구된다. 이러한 모듈화된 단말 플랫폼은 소프트웨어에만 국한되지 않으며 새로운 하드웨어를 요구한다. 이를 위해 차량 정보엔터테인먼트 시스템과 차량 통신 네트워크의 인터페이스 표준화를 위한 AMI-C에서는 차량 내 유선 통신방법으로 CAN, MOST, IDB-1394와 같은 표준 인터페이스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CAN 프로토콜을 중심으로 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위한 차량 내 유선통신 프로토콜을 분석하고, CAN 프로토콜의 실시간 제어 환경에서의 텔레메틱스 서비스를 위한 단말 플랫폼을 제시한다.

        天然闊葉樹林內 主要 構成 樹種의 天然更新 樣相

        이 연구는 "국유림 경영 현대화 산학 협동 실연 연구"의 일환으로 강원도 평창군 가리왕산 일대 천연활엽수림을 대상으로, 주요 수종별 천연갱신 특성을 평가하여 연구대상 산림의 전반적인 천연갱신에 대한 종합적인 생태적 정보를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 수종별 천연갱신 특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 거제수나무 : 비산되는 종자이므로 종자 공급에는 문제가 없으나, 종자 발아를 위해서 노출된 광물질토양이 필요하며, 두꺼운 낙엽층은 종자 발아를 제한한다. 발아 후 갱신치수는 다량의 광선을 필요로 한다. 고로쇠나무 : 내음성은 강하나, 치수의 내건성이 약하므로 50% 이상의 피음을 요구하며, 우량 형질의 임목 조성을 위해 높은 초기 밀도를 유지하여야 한다. 맹아정신력은 높다. 난티나무 : 수분 요구도가 높고 내음성이 약하므로 60% 가량의 상층 울폐도를 유지하여 보습과 광선유입이 원활하여야 하며, 치수 활착을 위해서 관목류 및 기타 식생으로부터 경쟁 요인을 제거한다. 들메나무 : 종자 발아를 위해 광물질 토양의 노출이 필수적이며, 치수 활착을 위해서 다량의 수분과 광선이 요구되고, 지피식생에 의한 치수의 피압이 우려되므로 임지정리작업 도입이 필수적이다. 물푸레나무 : 종자 결실의 풍흉이 심하며, 두꺼운 낙엽층은 종자발아를 제한한다. 치수 활착시 지피식생에 의한 피압이 우려되므로 임지정리작업의 도입이 필수적이다. 신갈나무 종자공급의 문제(설치류에 의한 피해) 및 두꺼운 낙엽층 및 조릿대 밀생 지역에서는 종자발아가 제한되며, 치수 발생 후, 임관의 50% 이상을 열어줄 필요가 있고, 맹아갱신력이 높다. 음나무 : 두꺼운 낙엽층은 종자발아를 제한하며, 유령목 생육에 다량의 광선이 요구된다. 젓나무 : 내음성은 강하나, 유령목 단계에서 생육은 극히 저조하다. 층층나무 : 동물에 의해서 종자가 산포되지만 종자 피해는 불가피하며, 발아와 치수 활착을 위해서 단량의 광선이 요구된다. 피나무 : 종자 충실률이 낮고 이중 휴면성 때문에 종자 공급에 어려움이 있으며, 두꺼운 낙엽층은 종자발아의 걸림이 되므로 광물질 토양이 필요하고, 맹아갱신력이 매우 높다. Forming a part of "Cooperative Practical Study for the Modernization of the Management of National Forest", this study was conducted to provide overall ecological information for the natural regeneration of major tree species on the basis of community structural attributes in the deciduous forest ecosystem. Followings are summarized characteristics of the natural regeneration for the selected tree species. Betula costata : Although large number of seeds are dispersed by wind, they require mineral soils to germinate. Thick litter layer could be an obstacle to germinate. After germination, the seedling requires large amount of light for successful establishment. Acer mono : Characterized by high shade tolerance and weak drought resistance, the seedling should be overcasted with more than 50% of canopy coverage. High stand density should be maintained to produce good quality of timber. The potential of coppice may be high. Ulmus laciniata : Since this species needs high rate of troll moisture and light, around 60% of canopy coverage should be maintained to retain moisture and incoming light. The competition with other vegetation should be removed for the favor of successful seedling establishment. Fraxinus mandshurica : This species requires moist mineral soils to germinate. After germination, the seedling needs large amount of light and moisture for successful establishment. Site preparation should be applied to reduce competition with weedy vegetation. Fraxinus rhynchophylla : Interval of large seed crops may be highly varied. Thick litter layer could be an obstacle to germinate. Site preparation should be applied to reduce competition with weedy vegetation so as to achieve successful seedling establishment Quercus mongolica : Including the difficulty of seed supply by the consumption, thick litter layer and mountain bamboo cover could be the obstacle to germinate. More than 50% of relative light intensity is necessary to achieve successful seedling establishment. Kalopanax pictus : Thick litter layer could be an obstacle to germinate. The seedling needs large amount of light and moisture for successful establishment. Abies holophylla : In spite of high shade tolerance, the growth rate in sapling stage may be extremely slow. Cornus controversa : Seeds (drups) are consumed and dispersed by animals, tending to be not sufficient in seed supply. This species requires large amount of light for successful germination and seedling establishment. Tilia amurensis : The difficulty of seed supply might be expected with low seed purity and double dormancy. Since thick litter layer could be an obstacle to germinate, the species requires moist mineral soils for successful germination. The potential of coppice may be extremely high.
