      • 1-Chloro-1-phenyl-2-carboethoxy-2-cyanoethene 유도체에 대한 thioglycolic acid 치환제의 합성

        The substitution products of thioglycolic acid to the derivatives of 1-chloro-1-phenyl-2-carboethoxy-e-cyano ethene synthesized 1-Chloro-1-phenyl-2-carboethoxy-2-cyanoethene [Ⅴ], 1-chloro-10(4-chlorophenyl)-2-carboethoxy-2-cyanoethene[Ⅳ] and 1-chloro-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-carboethoxy-2-cyanoethene[Ⅶ] undergo substitution reactions with thioglycolic acid to form s-[(1-phenyl-2-carboethoxy-2-cyano) ethenyl]-thioglycolic acid s-[(1-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-carboethoxy-e-cyano] ethenyl]-thioglycolic acid and s-[1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-carboethoxy-2-cyano] ethenyl]-thioglycolic acid, respectively. The structure of products were identified by elemental analysis, potentiometric titration, infrared and nmr spectra.

      • 人蔘根 製濟의 製造 및 指肪酸 吸收에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        Effect of perilla oil emulsion prepared by ginseng powder on absorption of free fatty acid of rat small intestine were investigated in this study. The results were as follow; 1. 4g of ginseng powder could enulsify 1g of perilla oil. 2. Total crude saponin could be separated and identified by method of Namba and Shibata et al, and be measured by weight and volumn. 3. The content of total crude saponin containing in fuor years old ginseng root caltivated in Gum San was 2.26 to 2.70% of total root weight. 4. Ginseng powder increased the absorption of free fatty acid and emulsion prepared by ginseng powder induced more effective increase in free fatty acid absorption than that of non-emulsion form in rat small intestine. 5. Emulsion prepared by ginseng powder was o/w type and more stable in lower water and higher mucosity than in high water and low mucosity. 6. Emulsion was stable for 36days at 5℃~8℃.

      • 인삼 saponin이 ATPase 活性에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        人蔘 Saponin이 토끼의 骨(??)筋小胞體에 結合된 ATPase 活成에 미치는 影響을 測定하였다. ATPase의 活成은 ginseng saponin의 濃渡가 (0.0078% ~ 0.25%) 증가함에 따라 阻害현상을 보여주었고 0.03%에서 50% 阻害를 일으켰다. 이 50% 阻害度는 Dixon plot에서도 약 0.03%로 나타났으며 plot의 pattern으로 보아 ginseng saponin은 allosteric inhibition을 하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이 阻害機作을 알기 위하여 朴(1981)등이 硏究한 水銀이온이 筋小胞體 ATPase의 活成에 可逆的 非競爭的 阻害劑인 結果를 指示價로 하여 Dixon plot, Lineweaver-Burk plot를 作成한 결과 Saponin은 膜性系 結合 APTase에 대하여서는 非競爭的 阻害濟로 판명되었다. saponin은 膜의 表面張力을 저하시켜 주는 연구(朱,1973)로 미루어 볼때 膜性系酸素에 對한 saponin의 阻害는 또다른 物理的 요인도 있는 것 같다. Saponin의 50% 阻害價 0.03%는 水銀에 의한 活成化 에너지의 阻害를 보호해주지 않는 것으로 보아 saponin이 水銀과의 相互作用보다는 ATPase와의 作用에 대한 것 등이 論議되었다.

      • Thioacetamide에 의한 BALB/c 마우스 간의 시간별 약물대사효소 억제 양상 : A Time-Course Study

        Thioacetamide is a potent hepatotoxicant which requires metabolic activation by cytochrome P450s (P450s) for toxicity. In the present study, the elevation kinetic of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities by thioacetamide treatment was investigated in male BALB/c mice. Inaddition, the inhibitory effects of thioacetamide on liver microsomal P450 enzymes were further investigated. Thioacetamide at 100 mg/kg/ was treated intraperitoneally for 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 hr. The blood was collected at the designated time for assaying the serum enzyme activities. To determine the P450 isozyme-specific activities. ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase (EROD), methoxyresorufin O-demethylase (MROD), and benzyloxyresorufin O-debenzylase (BROD) activities were determined for P450 1A1, 1A2 and 2B1, respectively, in liver microsomal fractions. The activities of ALT and AST were started to be elevated 6 hr after thioacetamide treatment andreached the maximun at 36 hr after the treatment. The elevated activities were dramatically recovered at 72 hr. The microscopic exmination of the liver specimen also showed a similar profile of hepatotoxicity. All P450-associated enzyme activities were time-dependently inhibited by the treatiment with thioacetamide. The maximum inhibition of P450 enzymes was observed 36 hr after the treatment. Because the inhibition of P450 enzymes by thioacetamide was time-dependent, our present results suggest that thioacetamide might inhibit P450 enzymes in mechanism-based inactivation.

      • 醱酵食品에 對한 酵素化學的 硏究 : 고추成分이 麴菌의 酵素活性에 미치는 影響 The effect of red pepper components on the enzyme activity of Aspergillus oryzae

        The effect of red pepper components on the enzyme activities of Aspergillus oryzae were studied. Efforts were made to apply the red pepper effect on improving the method of a Korean traditional fermented food. The water soluble fraction of red pepper activated the β-amylase activity at the low concentration. The addition of ether-acetone extract resulted in the marked inhibition of the enzyme activity at the concentration higher than 5%(w/v). NaOH partition fraction of ether-acetone extract showed the similar effect to ether-acetone extract. The inhibition of β-amylase activity by red pepper component was found to be a noncompetitive inhibition was revealed by Lineweaver-Burk plot. The enzyme inhibitor binding constant, Ki was obtained as 64.37 ㎎/㎖.

        연폭로 근로자들에 있어서 신(腎)기능 장해 지표에 관한 연구

        A range of indicators is available to assess renal dysfunction in lead exposure. This study was undertaken to find out which indicators were most valuable as markers of renal dysfunction. We selected 75 male workers from the secondary lead smelter, plastic stabilizer and radiator manufacturing industries (the "exposed" group) and 64 male office workers (the "control" group). Blood lead; blood zinc protoporphyrin; urine lead; urine coproporphyrin; δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase activity; and urine δ-aminolevulinic acid were chosen as indicators of lead exposure. Blood urea nitrogen; serum creatinine; serum uric acid; N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase; urine albumin; urine α₁-microglobulin; and urine β₂-microglobulin were used as indicators of renal dysfunction. Urine α₁-microglobulin level was significantly associated with the lead exposre level. Blood urea nitrogen, urine N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and urine α₁-microglobulin levels were highly correlated with indicators of lead exposure. Urine α₁-microglobulin had the highest correlation with other indicators of renal function. In addition, the proportion of subjects with high urine α₁-microglobulin levels showed a gradient with lead exposure. Conclusively, blood urea nitrogen, urine N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and urine α₁-microglobulin are useful indicators, but urine α₁-microglobulin is the early and the most valuable indicator of renal dysfunction related to lead exposure.

      • 고추 成分이 麴菌의 成長 및 酵素活性에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究(제1보)

        The effect of red papper components on the growth and the enzyme activities of Aspergillus oryzae were studied. Efforts were made to apply the red pepper effect on improving the method of preparation of kochuzang, one of the typical korean traditional food. 1. The addition of red pepper powder to the culture media of Aspergillus oryzae resulted in the biphasic effect on the growth and multiplication of the microorganism depending on the concentration of red pepper. At the lower concentration of red pepper, the growth of multiplications were stimulated with the maximum stimulation at around 18% red pepper and above 22%(w/v) addition, the gorwth was inhibited. 2. The water soluble components of red pepper exhibited the stimulatory effect on the gorwth within the tested concentration range. On the other hand, the ether acetone extract of red pepper showed the inhibitory effect at the higher concentration. 3. The effect of capsaicin, a specific red pepper component, on the Aspergillus oryzae were similar to the pattern of the effect of ether-acetone extract, suggesting the effective component of ether-actone extract would be the molecule somewhat like Capsaicin. 4. There were linear relationship between the growth and multiplication of the microorganism and the production of β-amylase and protease by Aspergillus oryzae during the red pepper powder added Koji preparation. 5. The water soluble fraction of red pepper activated the β-amylase activity at the low concentration. The ether-acetone extract resulted in the marked inhibition of the enzyme activity at the concentration higher than 12%(w/v). NaOH partition fraction of ether-acetone extract showed the similar effect to ether-acetone extract indicating that the acidic component of ether-acetone extract is the one responsible for the inhibitory effect. 6. Kochuzang were prepared with red pepper added Koji-and normal Koji and compared. The red pepper added Koji(between 15~20% (w/v)) shortened the aging period for 5~6days. After 20 days aging, the red pepper Koji-kochuzang was found to be better than normal Koji-kochuzang in the sense of nutirtional value and the taste evaluation.

      • 아파트 團地內 騷音特性과 住民意識

        幹線 道路邊 住宅團地 內에 道路交通騷音의 水平傳播 特性은 道路邊 1列棟과 2列棟 사이에 9dB(A) 程度의 騷音 減衰가 있으며 鉛直傳播 特性은 一般的으로 1層에 1dB(A) 程度의 騷音增加 現象이 있으므로 아파트 團地 建設時 騷音이 問題化될 所持가 있는 團地에 있어서는 아파트 棟의 配置를 考慮해야 한다. 그리고 騷音과 住民意識 關係에서 心理的, 精神的, 身體的 影響은 各 要因別로 10∼40% 程度를 나타내고 있으며, 騷音의 被害程度는 電話걸 때, TV 聽取時, 讀書, 思索, 睡眠 등의 影響은 住民의 20∼50% 程度가 被害意識을 나타내고 있으며 騷音의 影響은 定住意識이나 住居年數에도 큰 關係가 있음을 알 수가 있었다. 따라서 아파트 團地 內의 騷音問題는 深刻함을 알 수 있고 그의 對策 마련이 時急한 實情이다. This stucy is to grasp the noise condition of Apartment development, to analyze the characteristics about horizontal and vertical propagation of noise, and to grip dweller's sense about noise. The major results of this paper may be summarized as follows; 1) Reduction in 7dB at roadside and first row, 16dB at second row and 20dB at third row was appeared in the noise's horizontal propagation in Apartment development. 2) The propagation's characteristics of noise by the number of floors in same Apartment dong was increased about 1dB(A) by each floor. 3) In the relation between noise and dweller's conscious, an intention of settlement is a factor of noise also, the degree of noise is apparently appeared by the number of floors and the influence of dwelling history is appeared very much. 4) Constructing Apartment development, the arrangement of Apartment dong obtaining sound insulation is considered in Apartment development which is going into question of noise.
