본 연구에서는 소비자특성에 따른 유통업체상표선호도에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지속적인 브랜드 이미지 향상을 위해 고객의 불만사항, 요구사항을 수렴하여 고객을 충족시킬 수 있어야 하며, 지속적인 홍보 전략을 통해 유통업체 상표를 더욱 친숙하게 만들어야 하며 유통업체상표에 대한 선호도를 형성하기 위해서는 상품의 기획, 상품의 품질·색상·디자인·가격대, 포장과 같은 요소들을 개선하여야 한다. 둘째, 가치의식적 소비자와 가격의식적 소비자는 모두 유통업체상표를 선호하고 구매하는 경향이 있지만, 이들의 유통업체상표의 지각과 행동은 상이하다. 따라서, 이들 소비자들을 대상으로 유통업체에서는 세분화하여 적절한 전략을 사용하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 유통경로의 거래비용에 대한 새로운 분석적 모형을 제시하고 있다. 거래비용의 발생근거를 설명하고 기존의 거래비용 관련 변수들간의 관계를 고찰하여 효율적인 경로관리를 위한 새로운 패러다임을 구성해 보았다. 경로구성원간의 통합의 정도는 경로의 지배-권력의 관계, 제조-구매의 관계 모두에서 중요한 기준이 되는 척도이기 때문에 본 연구에서는 통합의 정도가 다른 수직적마케팅시스템을 대상으로 거래비용을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 가능한 대안적 명제를 제시하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 특정한 측정가능한 상황을 예시하여 목표기업과 원천기업간의 거래특유자산, 의존성, 기회주의적 행동, 상쇄투자, 그리고 대체가능성간의 관계를 보여줌으로써 거래 상황에 따른 거래비용의 구조가 상이하다는 점을 밝히고 있다.

Endothelin(ET) is a 21-residue peptide originally isolated from the cultured porcine endothelial cells. There are at least three genes for endothelin:endothelin-1(ET-1), endothelin-2(ET-2), and endothelin-3(ET-3). Endothelins are present in various human biological fluids including plasma, urine, breast milk, and saliva and have been found elevated plasma ET concentrations in patients with diabetes mellitus, Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis due to chronic renal failure, patients with acute myocardial infarction, and patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Endothelial cell damage is suspected to occur in diabetic patients and may be one important cause of angiopathy, a major complication in diabetes mellitus. The elevation of ET in diabetic patients may be a marker of, and further exacerbate, their vascular disease. We measured the levels of ET-1 in plasma of 50 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) and 25 normal subjects by radioimmunoassay. The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in NIDDM was 6.461 A2.510 f㏖/ ㎖, and was significantly higher than in normal subjects (4.567±1.155f㏖/㎖) (P<0.05). The plasma ET-1 concentration (mean±S.D.) in diabetic retinopathy group( 7.15±2.454 f㏖/ml) was significantly elevated than those in otherwise uncomplicated groups (5.348±2.390 f㏖/㎖)(P<0.01). The correlation between any clinical parameters and plasma ET-1 levels in NIDDM was not significant, In conclusion, this study suggest that the elevated levels of ET-1 in diabetic patients may be play a important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications.

19 adult ALL patients were treated with follwing regimens; VP regimen to 5 patients, VPA regimen to 4 patients, multi-drug combined intensive therapy of Hoelzer regimen to 10 patients. The results of therapy are as follows: 1. Complete remission occured in 3 patients on VP regimen(60%), 4 patients on VPA regimen (100%), 8 patients on Hoelzer regimen (80%), respectively, and overall complete remission rate was 78.9%. 2. Mean survival time of total patients was 13.8 months, and in complete remission group, it was 16.2 month, but in non-complete remission group, it was 1.8 month. 3. Factors favorable for complete remission were absence of organomegaly(P<0.05) and initial leukocyte count under 30,000/㎟(P<0.01), factors favorable for the survival duration were initial leukocyte count under 30,000/㎟(P<0.05) and remission within 4 weeks of treatment.(P<0.01). 4. Recurrence rate were 40% in VP regimen, 50% in VPA regimen, and 20% in Hoelzer regimen. 5. During the remission induction period, common side effects of chemotherapy were alopecia, nausea, vomiting, mucositis, and general weakness and it was severe in VPA regimen and Hoelzer reimen than in VP regimen. But no significant difference was noted between VPA regimen and Hoelzer regimen. From the above results, we could confirm the importance of multiple drug combined intensive chemotherapy of remission regimen and periodic reinduction chemotherapy.

Three Korean variety of soybeans and five ordinary fermented soybean pastes collected from 5 districts were studied for oligosaccharides. Oligosaccharides in soybean (Bong Eui Variety), meju, and fermented soybean pastes were determined. The changes of oligosaccharides during the meju preparation were investigated. And then oligosaccharides hydrolyzing microorganism was isolated and indentified. The results obtained are as follows: 1) All of the three Korean variety of soybeans were detected for sucrose, raffinose, and stachyose. In case of five ordinary fermented soybean pastes, three samples collected from Seoul, Busan, and Deagu were detected for sucrose, the only one sample collected from Busan was detected for traces of raffinose and stachyose, and the rest was not detected for these oligosaccharides. 2) Bong Eui variety of soybean contained 42.3㎎/g of sucrose, 12.5㎎/g of raffinese, and 32.5㎎/g of stachyose. Meju contained 2.48㎎/g of sucrose, 0.01㎎/g of raffinose, and 0.03㎎/g of stachyose. And then fermented soybean paste contained 0.25㎎/g of sucrose. 3) As the result of steeping and cooking the soybean, the contents of sucrose, raffinose, and stachyose in soybean decreased to 66.9%, 72% and 69.5% respectively. 4) Oligosaccharides in cooked soybean decreased a little at early stage of fermentation and almost disappeared except sucrose in 40 days. 5) Oligosaccharides hydrolyzing bacteria, strain B-12 was isolated from meju and identified as Bacillus up.
