      • 지반의 진행성 파괴와 기초의 크기 효과를 고려한 지지력 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        얕은 기초의 지지력을 산정하는데 있어서 기존 이론의 지지력계수(Nc,Nr,Nq)는 흙의 내부마찰 각 φ만의 함수로 표현되어져 있다. 그리고 조밀한 모래지반에서는 동시파괴(전반전단파괴)가 발생한다고 가정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주문지 표준사를 이용하여 중간·조밀한 모래지반을 제작하여, 재하폭 B를 변화시켜 실험하였다. 실험 결과, 조밀한 모래지반에서도 진행성파괴가 발생하며, 지지력계수 Nr의 평가에 있어서 내부마찰각 φ뿐만 아니라, 재하폭 B의 영향이 고려되어져야 함을 알 수 있었다. The bearing capacity factors(Nc,Nr,Nq) of an existing formulae are the function of only internal friction angle(φ) in calculating of ultimate bearing capacity of shallow foundations. And it is assumed that the simultaneous failure(general shear failure) occurs in the dense sand. In this study, the medium to dense sand grounds are formed by Joomunjin standard sand, and the laboratory medel tests are made with the change of load-width(B). By test it is known that the progressive failure is also occurred in the dense sand ground and so the bearing capacity factor(Nr) should be considered for not only internal friction angle(φ) but also the effect of load-width(B).

      • 同位元素를 利用한 濟州地域 水資源에 關한 硏究 (第1報)

        濟州市地域의 地下水 資源保護 및 開發을 위하여 1983年度 4, 5, 6月에 海水 3개地域, 湧泉水 3개地點, 地下水 10개地點에서 물試料를 採取하여 陽이온 및 陰이온 그리고 tritium과 deuterium含量을 分析하여 地下水의 水質 및 海水의 地下水로의 浸透如否를 調査하였다. 濟州市 中西部地域 地下水는 tritium含量이 20TU. deuterium이 -46 per mill인 NaHCO₃型 深層地下水이고, 濟州市 南部地域의 湧泉水와 地下水는 tritium含量이 15TU, deuterium이 -39 per mill인 CaHCO₃型 火山性 淺層地下水로서 降水의 영향을 비교적 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 濟州市 海岸地域의 地下水는 시기(5, 6月)에 따라서 NaCl型이 된것도 있으나 tritium 및 deuterium水準으로 보다 그 原因은 海水의 浸透現象이 아닌 都市下水에 의한 것으로 추정된다. 龍頭岩 근처의 海水의 水質은 湧泉水에 의하여 영향을 많이 받고 있었다. The investigation was carried out by analyzing water types and measuring the environmental isotopes(tritium and deuterium) for development of water resources and protection of ground waters from sea water intrusion. The water samples were taken monthly from April to June. 1983 from sixteen sites in the Cheju metropolitan area; three seas, three springs, and ten ground waters. The ground water in the midwest area of the city contained 20 TU of tritium and -46 per mill of deuterium, classified as the NaHCO₃type of ground water, generally deep seated. The spring water and ground water in the southern part of the city contained 15 TU of tritium and -39 per mill of deuterium, and appeared to be the CaHCO₃type of shallow ground water, easily affected by precipitation. The results of tritium and deuterium analyses showed that the ground waters in the coastal area were not affected by sea water intrusion, although they changed from NaHCO₃or CaHCO₃type to NaCl type in May and June. It is condluded that the high Na and Cl content in those ground waters might come from municipal sewage. The sea water in the Yong-duam area was influenced by spring water.

      • 화상처리를 이용한 물체의 운동 파라미터 추정

        In case a robot works in space of gravity-free state, it is difficult to estimate object motion parameters because of control problem of itself and moving objects. The nature and parameters of short term motion can be estimated continuously with the goal of understanding motion through the image processing. This paper proposes a method which solves correspondence of feature points when we estimate object motion parameter from image information of freely moving objects in space of gravity-free state. Replacing the inertial coordinate system with the camera coordinate system which is equipped within a space robot, computer simulation results are investigated to be able to analyze a problem of correspond points from image information, and to obtain sequence of angular velocity ω which determine a motion of object.

        정신분열병 환자의 인지과제수행에서 삼차원적 시공간-운동 방해자극 처리의 특성

        Objectives : Abnormalities of cognitive responses to verbal and visual distracter in schizophrenia have been demonstrated in numerous studies but little is known about three dimensional visuospatial-motor distracter processing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the vulnerability of patients with schizophrenia to three dimensional visuospatial-motor distracter. Methods : 14 patients with schizophrenia and 14 normal volunteers were assessed on three dimensional maze tasks requiring on working memory and reasoning ability in the virtual reality environment. Performances were compared according to with- or without-distracter conditions. Results : Patients with schizophrenia showed significantly lower performances than normal control group on cognitive flexibility, simple motor function or motor control and motor coordination, working memory span and delayed performance times. The performance index tended to be more deteriorated, but not significantly, in with-distracter condition than in Without-distracter condition in schizophrenia. Conclusions : Patients with schizophrenia tend to be vulnerable to visuospatial-motor distracter which simulate the real world of three dimensional environment.

      • 국내에서 분리된 canine parvovirus의 구조유전자 cloning과 염기서열 분석

        In this study gene encoding structural proteins of a CPV isolate was cloned and saquenced to elucidate the molecular genetical properties of the canine parvoviruses isolated from the field. Six recombinant plasmids of pEP3, p1471, p2070, pEP069, pEP338 and p14711p were constructed from the map positions 22 to 98 of RF DNA to clone the VP1 and VP2 genes of CPV-V20. Sequentialy the gene comprising 3780 nucleotides were sequenced by dideoxy chain termination method. When nucleotide sequence of gene encoding the structural proteins of CPV-V20 was compared with those of other strains, CPV-N, CPV-d and CPV-780929 published previously. DNA homologies to CPV-V20 were 99.87% with CPV-NM, 99.73% with CPV-d, 96.85% with CPV-780929 AND 98.4% with FPLV-Carl, respectively. The DNA sequence data of CPV-V20 showed seven point mutations and also deletion of 135 nucleotides from the nucleotide position 4745 to 4879 located in the 3-noncoding region of CPV-N.

        This thesis is purposed to find what influences the art exercise on the principle of the personality shoping guidance. This processes in this way to research how the arts form an individual personality through investigating a differentia of the personality shaping in the female arts majors(dance, music, art) from one in the female general majors as a comparative group. The result of this research by using questionnaire for the female arts majors with over 5 years experience and the female general majors in a senior college located in Seoul follows The arts majors make no sensible differences between themselves on the point of the personality shaping factors (leadership, stability, brightness, adaptability, correspondency, sociality Ⅰ, sociality Ⅱ).

      • 飮用水 利用現況 및 家庭用 淨水器 管理實態

        本 硏究는 飮用水 改善方向에 基礎資料를 提示하고자, 1992年 10月부터 12月사이에 國民學校 學父母 1,540명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고, 시중에 보급되고 있는 家庭用 淨水器 10종의 필터를 分析하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 수돗물을 飮用水 으로 利用하는 家庭은 地域別로 다소 差異를 보이고 있으나 약 50%에 불과하였다. 2. 生水나 藥水를 利用하는 家庭이 26.5%인데, 이들 中 69%가 生水나 藥水를 冷藏保管하지 않고 있어 細菌繁殖 등의 문제가 있으며, 生水나 約水 利用者의 85%가 3일 이상 保管하고도 끓이지 않고 마시고 있어 非衛生的인 것으로 나타났다. 3. 淨水場에서 消毒을 잘 하고 있다고 생각하는 사람은 8.7%뿐이고 수돗물을 그냥 마셔도 좋다고 생각하는 사람도 0.8%에 不過하였으며, 수도관의 상태를 우려하고 있는 사람도 63.4%이었다. 또한 수돗물을 먹을 때는 꼭 끓여서 먹는다고 하는 사람이 93.6%이었으며, 수도요금이 오르더라도 깨끗한 물을 공급받고 싶다는 사람이 91%이상인 바, 수돗물의 수질 개선을 크게 원하고 있었다. 4. 각 家庭의 물탱크 청소를 1년에 한번도 하지 않는 경우가 26.7%로 나타남으로써 급수 탱크에서 침전된 물질들이 계속 쌓여 오히려 오염을 유발할 소지가 있었다. 5. 淨水器 를 소유한 家庭은 전체 對象者의 약 20% 이었으나 실제 사용하는 家庭은 全體 대상자의 6.4%에 不過하였으며, 정수기를 使用하지 않는 이유는 효능을 믿을수 없어서가 51.5%, 통과수가 오히려 나쁘기 때문이 14%로 나타났다. 또한 應答者 중 80% 이상이 淨水器가 農藥, 페놀, THMs 등을 除去할 수 없다고 생각할 정도로 정수기 성능에 대하여 불신감이 높았다. 6. 淨水器의 필터 交換時가期 물 使用量과 관계가 있다는 것을 알고 있는 경우가 63.4%뿐이었고, 水質에 따라 사용해야 할 淨水器의 種類가 다르다는 것을 알고 있는 사람도 42.6%에 불과한바, 정수기의 규격기준이나 필터의 수명에 관한 사용 설명서가 확실하게 제시될 필요성이 있었다. 7. 應答者 中 90%이상이 性能 좋은 淨水器의 開發과 政府의 철저한 製造 檢査, 品質保證 및 追後管理를 바라고 있음이 나타났다. 8. 淨水器 필터에 KS 1급 이상의 活性炭素를 使用한 業體는 20%에 不過하였던바, 필터용 활성탄소의 품질 선정에 신중해야 함을 알 수 있다. This study aims at providing a foundamental data of the quality of drinkable water. For this study, a typical method of questionnair is used. A total of 1,540 parents of elementary schools was asked to fill out a brief factual questionnaire. The questionnaire includes some questions on water purifier used by general hounshold. The following results are obtained from the analysis of the questionnaire. 1. The average rate of housholds drinking city water is about 50%, although rates are different slightly according to sample areas. 2. The proportion of housholds drinking sales water or spring water accounts for 26.5%. However, 69% of those housholds does not keep sales or pring water in the refrigerator , having the problem of increasing bacillus. Furthermore, 85% of the housolds does not drinks raw sales or spring water within 3 days, and is thereby faced with an sanitary problem. 3. Regarding satisfaction degree on th city water, 8.7% of the total housholds surveyed satisfies the treatment of city-water at filtration plants, while merely 0.8% of such housholds thinks that unboiled city water is edible, and 63.4% of the total housholds answers that the state of water pipe is very serious. This results clearly shows that the supply of clean water is very desirable even though the price is increased at a high rate. 4. Contamination problems of water tank appear to be very critical because each houshold has a long period of cleaning interval; 26.7% of the housholds does not clean water tank even once a year. 5. Approximately 20% of the total housholds surveyed has water purifier. However, the only 6.4% among them actually uses water purifier. This is because the housholds believe that water purifier can not remove all the contaminants and hazardous materials such as heavy metals, pesticides, phenol, THMs, and etc. 6. About 63% of the housholds having water purifier knows that the exchange of filter is relate with the total volume of eater used. Also, 42.6% of the housholds recognizes that water purifier should be used according to the quality of water. This indicate that purifier should be used according to correct and valid instruction. 7. About 90% of the housholds wants a newly developed water purifier with good quality as well as a tough inspaction and after-assurance by government on water purifier. 8. Only 20% of the water-purifier manufacturing companies uses the KS-grading "activated carbon" filter in its products, so that every water purifier companies count on the efficiency of water purifier.

        온도변화가 CF/PEEK 적층재의 충격 후 굽힘강도에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, when CF/PEEK laminates for high efficiency space structure are subjected to FOD(Foreign Object Damage), the effects of temperature change on the impact damages(interlaminar separation and transverse crack) of CF/PEEK laminates and the relationship between residual life and impact damages are experimentally investigated. Composite laminates used in this experiment are CF/PEEK orthotropic laminated plates. which have two-interfaces [0˚₄/ 90˚_(8)/0˚₄]o A steel ball launched by the air gun collides against CF/PEEK laminates to generate impact damages. And then CF/PEEK specimens with impact damages are observed by a scanning acoustic microscope under room and high temperatures. In this experimental results, various relations are experimentally observed including the delamination area vs. temperature change, the bending strength vs. impact energy and the residual bending strength vs. impact damage of CF/PEEK laminates.
