「귀의 성」에 나타난 질투와 시기의 의미

  Leeinjik"s 〈Gui-ui-sung〉 has gotten contradictory appreciation. Kim-dongin evaluates 〈Gui-ui-sung〉 by change of base of modern novel, but Imhwa evaluated to popular novel that do not depart in subject of old narrative. By the way, 〈Gui-ui-sung〉 shows other countenance with wife-concubine discord which appeared in domestic novel. It Is changed meaning newly that “wife” who represent value of community degraded by immoral existence, and “concubine” by pure existence. It Make target of judgment of a crime wife"s jealousy instead of concubine"s envy.<BR>  If speak that 〈Gui-ui-sung〉 is new, because it overthrew narration tradition the past domestic novel. Instead of concubine, lawful wife meets death as person that broke patriarch moral, and dangerous desire of lower classes is prohibited. It is work which shake spiritual topographical chart of Gaehwa period. At the same time, if speak that is familiar with old narrative, because it is approaching by moral dichotomy and by way of patriarch moral principle. Social minority, especially woman"s desire is prohibited thoroughly, and world order gets back the androcentrism or patriarchal system.

흰쥐에서 급성 스트레스 유발 불안반응의 해소에 대한 신경교세포 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체의 매개작용

연구목적 : 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체가 스트레스로 유발된 불안반응에서의 불안해소작용을 알아보기 위해 흰쥐에 급성 부동화(immobilization) 스트레스를 부하하여 유도된 불안반응에서 뇌조직중의 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체의 매개작용을 검색하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 흰쥐에 급성 부동화 스트레스를 가한 후 실험동물의 불안도를 elevated plus maze를 통하여 검정하고 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체의 변화를 수용체 결합반응을 통하여 검색하여 대조군과 비교했고, 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체 효현제 및 길항제의 투여에 의한 실험동물의 불안도의 변화 양상도 동일한 검사를 통하여 검정하였다. 결 과 : 급성 부동화 스트레스에 부하되었던 흰쥐는 불안반응을 나타내었으며, 실험동물에 선택적인 중추성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체 효현제인 clonazepam을 투여하여 스트레스로 인한 불안반응을 감약시킨 후 급성 부동화 스트레스를 가했을 때는 불안반응이 감약되었으며, 후구(olfactory bulb)의 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체의 상향조절도 관찰되지 않았다. 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체 효현제인 Ro5-4864을 투여 후 약한 불안 해소 작용을 나타내었으며, 신경활성 스테로이드의 전구물질인 progesterone을 흰쥐에게 투여한 후 이 실험군의 통로로의 진입율 및 개방통로에서의 체류율은 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되었다. 결 론 : 말초성 벤조다이아제핀 수용체는 급성 스트레스 부하시 야기되는 불안반응에서 내인성 GABA성 신경전달의 조절자로 알려진 신경활성 스테로이드의 합성을 증가시킴으로써 불안반응을 해소하는 기능을 가진다. Objectives : Peripheral benzodiazepine receptor has been suggested to be associated with the relief of anxiety response induced by stresses. This study was designed to observe the anxiolytic activity of peripheral benzodiazepine receptor. Methods : Male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 200-250g were forced to suffer an immobilization stress for 2 hours. The level of anxiety by immobilization was performed by an elevated plus maze and was evaluated by the number of [³H]Ro5-4864 binding sites in the olfactory bulb. Results : Saturation experiments followed by scatchard analyses of the results showed that the density of peripheral benzodiazepine receptor increased and the affinity of the peripheral benzodiazepine receptor remained unchanged. It was found that there was no significant change in the cerebral cortex. Pretreatment with clonazepam, a central benzodiazepine receptor agonist, before an immobilization stress abolished the anxious response on the performance of plus maze. In this group, upregulation of peripheral benzodiazepine receptor of olfactory bulb was not observed. Ro5-4864, a peripheral benzodiazepine receptor agonist, elicited an increase of anxiolytic response on the performance of plus maze. Progesterone, a precursor of neuroactive steroid, also increased anxiolytic response on the performance of pius maze. Pretreatment with PK11195, a peripheral benzodiazepine receptor antagonist, abolished the anxiolytic effect of progesterone. Conclusions : From these results, it could be concluded that peripheral benzodiazepine receptor is closely associated with the relief of acute stress induced anxiety response via an increase of synthesis of neuroactive steroid.

定電流 下에서 交流法에 依한 黃酸, 蓚酸 混酸浴 中에서 알루미늄板의 陽極酸化

In the process of anodic oxidation by the A.C. of aluminum plates in a H₂SO₄-H₂C₂O₄mixed acid bath, the properties of aluminum oxide film formed, the amount of Al dissolved and the coating ratio etc. were compared with those obtained in either simple H₂SO₄or H₂C₂O₄bath. Consequently, in the mixed bath, it was revealed that 1) thicker film of the oxide was formed than that formed in the H₂SO₄bath ; 2) the abrasion and corrosion resistance test result of the film formed were inferior to those formed in the H₂C₂O₄bath, but much superior th those formed in the H₂SO₄bath ; 3) the amount of Al dissolved was much smaller than that in the H₂SO₄bath, but a little greater than that in the H₂SO₄bath : 4) the coating ratio was the same as that in the H₂C₂O₄bath : 5) the dissolution of Al was inhibited than that in the H₂SO₄bath ; 6) in particular, the properties of the oxide formed at higher temperature was better compared to those formed in the H₂SO₄bath.

精神分裂病 妄想形의 發病 年齡에 관한 考察

The authors analized the ages of onset of the first psychotic attacks of two groups of the paranoid schizophrenics who had received in-patients psychiatric treatment at the Seoul National University, during the periods of Jan. 1959 to Dec. 1960, and Jan. 1973 to Dec. 1974, for the purpose of studying the effect of accumulation(westernization) in them. The followings are the results ; 1) There were no significant differences in the mean ages of the total psychiatric in-patients(31.86 vs 30.12 years old) and on the ratio of the paranoid schizophrenics to total psychiatric in-patients in the two corresponding periods (17.92 vs 17.28%). 2) There were significant differences in the mean ages of the two groups of the paranoid schizophrenics upon admission(33.40 vs 26.73 years old) and in the mean ages of onset of the two(30.65 vs 25.70 years old). 3) There were more patients whose ages of onset were below 30, particularly between 16 -20, in the group of the second period. 4) The group of the second period had more education, there were more patients who had above highschool level education.

To study the optimum packing conditions of shredded vegetables, we investigated the changes of gas contents and nutritional components of the PK film packed shredded pimentoes (Capsicum annum L.). 1. The contents of CO_2 in LDPE 0.04 ㎜ was more higher than any other treatments. In the relationship of the contents of CO_2 and the storaging days, we obtained the following regression model equation of predicting the CO_2 contents. The rate of weight loss was observed just slightly during storage, but the contents of Vitamin C and reducing sugar were reduced sharply after 2 days storage. On the appearance test. the shredded pimentoes packed HDPK 0.02 ㎜ were comparatively better than any other treatments. 3. 農家副業으로서의 畜産現況과 그 改善方案에 關한 硏究

Recently, there have been much corncerns about the strategies which can reasonably increase farm income at the average farm level. In other words, as a result of third-term Five Year Economic Development Plan there was a remarkable gap between farm household and non-farm household incomes. Therefore, various policy tasks to eliminate this unbalanced income growth are currently being implemented. This study was carried out to identify the situation of livestock farming at general farm level, regarded as one of income generation strategies for the farm sector. Some results of the study can be summarized as follows: First of all, it was found that a group of farms which raise a small size of animals like Korean cattle, hog, and various poultry gave higher resource bases as compared with that of non-livestock farms. Secondly, it was also recognized that both farm and farm household income levels of small-scale livestock farms were higher than those of non-livestock farm group within the same region, specifically as much as approximately ￦200,000. Thirdly, it was known that the average size of animal raising per household in 0.9 head of cattle, 0.8 head of hog, and 34 lyers of poultry, respectively. To the end, according to the farm disposal practices of major by-products, only about 18 percent of total rice straws produced at individual farms was utilized for the animal raising, and about 45 percent of all the brans available at farms for the livestock enterprise. The rest of straw and brans in regarded as selling at farm level. In this respect, it may be recommended either to increase current size of animals or to expand number of livestock farms.

坐劑의 吸收에 關한 硏究(第5報) : Polyvinylpyrrolidone Iodine 坐劑에 대한 粒子度 및 基劑의 影響 The Effect of Different Particle Sizes and Bases on Polyvinylpyrrolidone Iodine Suppositories

The effect of two different particle sizes and three different of base on preparation of polyvinylpyrrolidone iodine suppositories were studies in this paper. The partcle size of povidone-iodine was divided into two parts(0.074㎛, 0.149㎛) by sieving method. Three types of base used in povidone iodine-suppositories were as follows : witepsol H-15 as a oleogeous base, cacao butter contained 1% of polysorbate 80 as a o/w type emulsified base and macrogols (macrogol 1000 : 1540, 1:4 w/w) as a water soluble base. Suppositories perpared with different particle sizes and base were examined for appearance and dispersion of drug. It was found that the apperance of suppositories with water soluble bases, macrogols, was better in color and dispersion than with the witepsol H-15 and the cacao butter. Each suppositories was tested for 8 weeks under the accelerated conditions(temp : 40。, RH : 75%) and room temperature (temp : 20。±3。, RH : 50±5%). The suppositories prepared with water soluble base were more stable in the content of povidone-iodine than with oleogeous base and o/w type emulsified base. The suppositories with 0.074㎛ of particle size were all the same to the suppositories with 0.149㎛ of particle size.

통조림罐의 內面腐蝕에 미치는 有機酸의 影響

This experiment was carried out to research the effect of kinds and concentration of organic acid food component on the internal can corrosion, stored at room temperature (25℃) and low temperature (0℃). The criterion for the degree of the internal can corrosion was tin contents in the pure acid solution. The result of this research can be summarized as followes. The intension which effect the rate of the tin dissolution was furmaric>malic>citric, were respectively. The rate of the dissolution were increased rapidly at 30days after treatment, and the higher concentration of malic acid, the more dissolved of tin from the can body. The amounts of tin dissolved from can body at room temperature were slightly stronger than low temperature.

The Actinomyces species are normal flora of oral cavity and upper intestine characterized as gram-positive, non-spore-forming anaerobic or mjcroaerophilic rods. Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative and granulomatous disease characterized by abscess, sinus, abundant granulation and mass. The appendix is the commonly involved site among abdominal actinomycosis. Abdominal actinomycosis is often difficult to diagnose before operation because of no reliable clinical features and infrequency of the disease. We report two cases of abdominal actinomycosis which were manifested as acute appendicitis. Those were detected Incidentally tv the pathologist after routine appendectomy. Both patients were successfully treated with appendectomy followed by proper antibiotics use.

일제강점기 표현주의, 혹은 아나키즘적 프로미술론의 행방 - 심영섭 약전

1928년 12월에 결성된 미술단체 ‘녹향회’가 이듬해 5월에 개최한 제1회 녹향전은 많은 사람들의 관심을 끌었다. 특히 김주경과 함께 녹향회를 이끌었던 심영섭의 작품에 대해서 찬반양론이 뜨겁게 펼쳐졌다. 심영섭의 작품이 원근법을 따르지 않을 뿐만 아니라 그림 속에 시를 써 넣는 등 실험적인 형식으로 그려졌기 때문이다. 이에 대해 안석주와 임화는 비판적이었던 반면, 이태준은 호의적이었다. 이러한 상반된 태도는 미술작품을 객관적 세계의 ‘재현’으로 보는 사실주의적 예술관과 예술을 작가의 내면적 세계의 ‘표현’으로 보는 표현주의적 예술관의 충돌에서 기인한 것이었다. 제1회 녹향전이 종료된 후 심영섭은 자신의 예술관을 직접 피력한 「아세아주의미술론」을 발표했다. 그동안 많은 연구자들은 이 글을 동아시아의 연대라는 의미로 이해해 왔지만, 심영섭은 기계론적 서구문명(동아시아에서 서구적 근대화를 이룩한 일본을 포함)이 몰락할 것으로 바라보면서 동양에서 발전시켜 온 인간 중심의 문화로 되돌아갈 것을 주장한다. 녹향회의 이념으로 제시되었던 ‘초록고향’의 실제 의미이기도 한 이러한 아세아주의론은 정치적으로 아나키즘과 연결되어 있었다. 1930년대에 접어들면서 이러한 아나키즘과 표현주의 미술은 점차 위축되었고, 심영섭은 그림 창작을 그만두고 고향으로 돌아갔다. 김용준과 이태준 또한 실험 정신을 내세우기보다 전통으로 회귀한 듯한 태도를 취한다. 하지만, 그들이 회화적 전통으로 인정한 장승업의 작품에서 알 수 있듯이, 그들의 미학적 척도는 여전히 표현주의에 바탕을 두고 있었다. 이렇듯 표현주의라는 맥락에서 이태준을 바라본다면, 1930년대에 모더니스트들의 집단을 이끈 것이나 1945년 이후 문단에서의 인민전선에 가담한 것을 새롭게 이해할 수 있을 것이다. The first exhibition of the ‘Green Hometown Association’, an art group formed in December 1928, attracted the attention of many people. In particular, there were mixed opinions for and against the work of Sim Yeongseop, who led the group with Kim Ju-kyung. This was because his works do not follow the law of perspective and are drawn in an experimental form, such as writing poetry in the picture. Regarding this, Ahn Seok-ju and Lim Hwa were critical, while Lee Tae-jun was favorable. These conflicting attitudes originated from the clash between the realist view of art, which views art as a ‘representation’ of the objective world, and the expressionist view of art, which views art as an ‘expression’ of the artist’s inner world. After the 1st exhibition, Sim Yeong-seop published “Art Theory of Asianism”, in which he directly expressed his view of art. In this article, he argued for a return to human-centered culture developed in the East, escaping from mechanistic Western civilization (including Japan, which achieved western modernization in East Asia). This argument, which contains the actual meaning of ‘green hometown’, can be seen as politically connected to anarchism. Entering the 1930s, such anarchism and expressionist art gradually withered away, and Sim Young-seop stopped creating paintings and returned to his hometown. Kim Yong-jun and Lee Tae-jun also took an attitude as if they had returned to tradition rather than insisting on an experimental spirit. However, as can be seen from Jang Seung-eop’s works, which they recognized as a pictorial tradition, their aesthetic standards were still based on expressionism. If we look at Lee Tae-jun in the context of expressionism, we will be able to understand anew how he led a group of modernists in the 1930s or joined the People’s Front in the literary world after 1945.
