        In High-Speed DSP systems, crosstalk between transmission lines of multi-channel can degrade the performance of equipment operations, This paper presents a microwave board to measure multi-channel coaxial cable assembly. The designed board has good performances from DC to 3 GHz, which have improved characteristic impedance, reduced crosstalk by using via fence, and low transmission loss. Using the designed board, we can measure characteristics of DUT(Device Under Test) such as return loss, insertion loss, crosstalk, phase delay, and characteristic impedance. The measured results are used to improve performances of a produced coaxial cable assembly.

        양식넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus 치어의 스쿠티카충 감염경로

        넙치양식시 피해가 많은 스쿠티카충의 치어기 감염경로를 규명하기 위하여 2001년도에 제주도지역 넙치양식장과 종묘배양장을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 종묘생산 과정에서의 감염경로 조사를 위해 먹이생물인 클로렐라, 알테미아, 로티퍼 배양수조를 조사한 결과 로티퍼 배양수조에서 밑바닥 찌꺼기와 로티퍼 사체 및 생체에서 스쿠티카충 감염이 확인되었다. 스쿠티카충이 감염된 로티퍼를 주어에 투여한 후 자어 사육수조 바닥에는 스쿠티카충이 다량 번식하였다. 넙치 치어에 최초 감염은 부화자어가 착저 완료후 10일경 (부화후 40일경)에 사육수조 바닥에 서식하고 있던 스쿠티카충이 치어에 감염되었다. 스쿠티카충에 감염된 넙치 치어를 조직학적 방법으로 조사하여 감염경로를 확인한 결과, 안구나 뇌에 감염되는 경로는 주둥치 부분이나 등지느러미 앞부분의 표피에 감염된 후 상피조직과 근조직과 신경조직에 따라 뇌로 이행되었다. 그리고 내부장기에 감염되는 경로는 배지느러미나 뒷지느러미 연조막에 침투하여 상피조직과 근조직를 따라 항문과 직장으로 이행되었으며 비뇨생식공을 통해서 요도와 방광, 직장상피세포, 복강, 췌장, 신장외막, 신장 등으로 침투하였다. 스쿠티카충이 감염되지 않은 로티퍼를 이용하는 종묘배양장에서는 먹이생물 배양수조, 자어사육수조, 자어 및 치어 (전장 7㎝ 전후)에서 스쿠티카충이 감염되지 않았다. The infection characteristics with scuticociliates at on-land rearing farms and hatcheries of flounder, Paralithys olivaceus was investigated during they year of 2001 by juvenile infection routes. When culture tanks for living food organisms such as chlorella, rotifer, and Artemia were searched, scuticocilates were detected both in live and dead rotifer, and at the dregs of culture tank bottoms at almost hatcheries. When rotifer infected with scuticocilates fed on fish larvae, lots of scuticocilate were inhabited at the bottom of fry rearing tanks. After feeding on scuticocilates-infected rotifer on fish larvae, first infection was detected at 10 days after bottom dwelling or 40 days old after hatching. By histopathological examination we confirmed the infection route of eyeball of brain contamination was that the ciliate worms digged through mouth and front part of the dosal fin cuticle, transferred into eyeball along the epithelium and muscle tissue, and reached finally into brain by the muscle and nerve tissue. The infection of internal organs was clarified into two routes. The first route was started form the infection at ventral and anal fin rays by the worms, and reached at the anus and rectum through the epithelium and muscle tissue. The second route was initiated from the infection at urinary organ and reached into the rectum epithelium cells, inner wall of intestine, abdominal cavity, pancreas, kidney, and pancreas. At seed production farms where fish larvae fed on scuticocilate-free rotifer, the worms were not detected not only at the food organisms culture tanks and juvenile rearing tanks but also larval flounder less than 7㎝ in total length.

        密陽 얼음골의 夏季結氷 現象에 關한 硏究

        There are f reezing phenonena in summer at so called "Ice-valley" in the south-eastern part of the Korean peninsula. The purpose of this paper is to examine the causes of this ice-forming phenomena which can be explained by following causes. (1) As the valley is very deep and is toward the North, the insolations to the "Ice-valley" are very little through the year. Therefore, the under ground (15m from the surface) temperatures maintain about 6°C in summer. (2) The upper capillary zone is considered as a adiabatic situation because this zone is insulated from the solar radiation by the Talus having very large boulders(50-20G<* in dia.) (3) As the defferences of saturated vapor pressure between upper capillary zone and outside of the Talus are very high, the evaporization will be occur on the upper capillary zone. (4) Consequently, water is frozen by the loss of evaporization heat due to the evaporation at the upper capillary zone.

      • 兄山강 流域의 汚染負荷量豫測에 관한 연구

        This study has performed to investigate and evaluate the amount of pollutants and the status of water quality of the Hyung-San River and prediction water pollution loads. In the field survey('94.11-'95.3), mean concentrations of BOD were found 0.78-4.90ppm, respectively, which were exceeding the second grade at inflow point of Sindang stream The predicted BOD pollution loads of Hyung-San river in 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011 were 13,068.3 kg/day, 13,003.1 kg/day, 9,355.6 kg/day, 9,506.6 kg/day.

      • Phospholipase A₂활성억제와 관련한 시호 물추출액 및 시호 약침액의 항염증효능에 관한 연구

        농도별 시호 약침액과 시호 물 추출액을 대상으로 phospholipase A_2(PLA_2)에 대한 시호의 영향을 알아보기 위하여, 1-stearoyl-2-[1-^14C]arachidonyl-sn-glycerophosphocholine을 기질로 하여 Ⅰ형 PLA_2(porcine pancreas) 및 Ⅱ형 PLA_2(Crotalus atrox)의 활성에 대한 효과를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) PLA_2 효소의 활성발현에 최적 배양시간이 어떠한지를 알아보기위해 pH 7.0에서 37℃에서 반응시간을 0분에서 180분간의 범위까지 기질의 농도를 20n㏖로 하여 porcine pancreas 및 Crotalus atrox 유래의 PLA_2를 대상으로 활성의 변화를 관찰한 결과, 반응시간이 길어질수록 두 효소의 활성이 점차로 증가하였다. 2) Porcine pancreas 유래의 Ⅰ형 PLA_2의 활성에 미치는 시호의 영향을 관찰한 결과, 시호 약침액은 최고 92%, 시호 물 추출액에서는 최고 94%의 PLA_2 활성 저해효과를 보였으며, 희석배수가 증가할수록 활성 저해효과는 감소하였다. 3) Crotalus atrox 유래의 Ⅱ형 PLA_2의 활성에 미치는 시호의 영향을 관찰한 결과, 시호 약침액은 최고 60%, 시호 물 추출액에서는 최고 55%의 PLA_2 활성 저해효과를 보였다. 또한 시호 약침액 및 물 추출액의 원액에서 4배 희석액까지는 40% 이상의 억제효능을 보인 반면, 8배 이상의 희석액부터는 활성 억제효능이 급격히 감소하였다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 시호 약침액 및 시호 물 추출액은 모두 PLA_2에 대한 강한 억제활성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 PLA_2 효소의 유형별로 볼 때, 시호는 Ⅱ형 PLA_2에 대해서 보다 Ⅰ형 PLA_2에 대한 억제효능이 훨씬 강함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 시호 약침액과 시호 물 추출액을 비교해보면 Ⅰ형 PLA_2에 대해서는 시호 물 추출액이, Ⅱ형 PLA_2에 대해서는 시호 약침액이 상대적으로 다소 강한 억제효능이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과에서 시호는 그 효능적 측면에서 항 염증제, 특히 PLA_2 저해제로 개발될 수 있는 가능성이 제시된다. Phospholipase A_2(PLA_2) is a key enzyme that catalyze the hydrolysis of the ester at the sn-2 position of cell membrane phospholipid to produce a lysophospholipid and arachidonic acid. Lysophospholipid is the precursor of platelet-activating factor(PAF). And arachidonic acid is the substrate for cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase in the arachidonic acid cascade generating various eiconanoids such as prostaglandins, leukotrienes and thromboxanes. Thus, PLA_2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammation. Recently, compounds that inhibit PLA_2 activity have been received considerable attention as potential therapeutic agents in the treatment of inflammation. Bupleury radix has been used as a natural drug for fever, inflammation and liver disease in traditional medicine. This study was performed in order to investigate the inhibitory effects of Bupleury radix aqueous extract(BRAE) and aqua-acupuncture solution(BRAA) on activities of two different types of PLA_2. BRAE showed about 94% inactivation of group Ⅰ PLA_2 from porcine pancreas, and 55% inactivation of group Ⅱ PLA_2 from Crotalus atrox ultimately. And BRAA exhibited about 92% inactivation of group Ⅰ PLA_2, and 60% inactivation of group Ⅱ PLA_2. On the basis of these results, it is suggested that Bupleury radix might play a anti-inflammatory role by a mechanism that probably involves inactivation of PLA_2.

      • 柴胡가 free radical에 의한 脂質過酸化物 生成에 미치는 效果

        Antioxidant effects of aqueous Siho extract on lipid peroxidation were determined by TBA value and also by lipid peroxidation value during the autoxidation of Iinoleic acid. Siho extracts exhibited markedly antioxidant aCtivity, which inhibited 99% of linoleic acid peroxidation. And Siho extracts showed 42% scavenging effect on α,α-dlphenyl-β-pjcrylhydrazyl radical, also exhibited a 60-94% inhibitory effect on superoxide generation. Siho extracts dose-dependently protected the cell death induced by tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP) and significantly increased cell viability In the normal rat liver cell(Ac2F) . These results suggested that Siho might play a protective role in lipid peroxidation by free radicals. Key Words: lipid peroxidation ; Siho extracts; scavenging effect

        제주도 양식넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus의 스쿠티카충병 발생 동향

        The research was carried out to know the occurrence trend of scuticociliatosis and mortality of fingerlings in flounder. The diseased fish were collected from on-land rearing farms and hatcheries of flounder in Jeju Island form January 1991 to December 2001. Occurrence of scuticociliatosis was about 10% of total occurred diseases for 1991 to 1996, but increased to 34.5% in 2001. Although monthly occurrence of seuticociliatosis was not related to season from 1999 to 2001, the highest occurrence was revealed in July and August. Mixed infections of bacteria including Vibrio sp., Edwardsiella tarda, Streptococcus sp., and Flexibacter sp., with seuticociliates were observed. Among the bacteria, Vibrio sp., was the highest frequency(40.1%), and the lowest one(10.1%) was Streptococcus sp., Mortality of fingerlings by seuticociliates was different sharply according to size of fish. Mortality of infected fingerlings below 7㎝ of total length was 53.8%, while that of normal fingerling above 7㎝ of total length was 13.2%. When fish were grown above 25㎝, mass mortality by seuticociliates infection was decreased markedly.

        釜山地方의 年降水量 및 月降水量의 Anomaly level에 關한 硏究

        The annual and monthly precipitations in Pusan area for 1904-1974 were classified into five anomaly, levels and were analyzed statistically to know the frequency distribution and its characteristcs of each anomaly level. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The maximum frequency of anomaly levels occurs on LN-level and a level is not denoted higher or lower than S-lvel or GA-level in the annual precipitation. 2) In the monthly precipitations, there are no EA-levels in January, March, June, July, September, December and no MEA-levels except in January, February, June, and October.
