Distinguish Method of Failure on Reinforced Concrete Frame Buildings with Masonry Infill Walls

In the past researches, the influence of the weigh for the masonry infill walls on reinforced concrete frame was only considered in the calculation of the structure for the reinforced concrete frame buildings with masonry infill walls, the action o1' lateral resistant thrust of the masonry infill walls to reinforced concrete frame was usually neglected. A large of model experiments, theoretical analyses and investigations for the damage due to earthquake have been shown that reinforced concrete frame buildings with the masonry infill walls can not only raise the lateral resistant thrust of whole structure, but also put off the production of plastic hinge and raise the bearing capacity of whole structure. In this paper, a mixed element model was made up of the element for reinforced concrete frame bar and the plane element for masonry infill wall, This model, which was loaded by the statically admissible in groups horizontal load P and the identical vertical load was analyzed. The bending moments M_c on the column ends was obtained. The limited bending moments M_(cy) was calculated under the given stiffness, reinforcement bar and ratio of axial pressure. From the calculation and comparison, the distinguish conditions of plastic failure under various the masonry infill walls and different stiffness mere obtained, the mechanism of the plastic hinges on the frame was discussed.
Research on a New 12-Pulse Step-Up and Step-Down Aviation Auto-Transformer Rectifier

This paper presents a new step-up and step-down multi-pulse auto-transformer rectifier unit (ATRU) topology. This structure can achieve a wide range of output voltages, which solves the problem of auto-transformer output voltage being difficult to regulate. Adding middle taps to the primary winding and reasonably setting the number of auto-transformer windings, constituted two groups of three-phase output voltages with a $30^{\circ}$ phase difference. Multi-pulse output DC voltage is obtained after a three-phase output voltage across two rectifier bridges and inter-phase reactor. Thus, the output DC voltage is related to the number and configuration of the auto-transformer winding. In this paper, the relationship between the voltage ratio of the auto-transformer and the ratio of winding, input current and auto-transformer kilovoltampere rating are deduced and validated by simulations. On this basis, the output voltage range is optimized. An experiment on two different voltage ratio principle prototypes was carried out to verify the correctness of the analysis design.
A Spatiotemporal Attention-Based Method for Geo-Referenced Video Coding

This paper focuses on the problem that video-GIS has a huge amount of data, which leads to high transmission resource consumption, and introduced attention calculation model to video GIS coding to optimize the coding method so the compression efficiency will be improved as well. Specifically, on the one hand, it will use optical flow technique to calculate the specific location and motion vector of the movement point set of each frame, and reduce the amount of the movement point set integrate with the features of video GIS, then calculate the mask matrix of the foreground movement, and finally compute the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) compression integrate with the mask matrix to realize the optimization of the frame macro block level coding. On the other hand, it will calculate the attention of the video frame using the specific location and the motion vector of the movement point set as the primary indicator, and optimize the coding of the video of frame-level according to the calculation result. By experimental verification, the efficiency of video GIS compression is enhanced by the introduction of the features of the video GIS and the cognitive attention theory

An upgrade synthesis method of electroless copper plating was developed to prepare the copper-coated mesophasepitch-based carbon fibers (Cu@CF) with APTES (3-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane) grafting modification. The microstructureand properties of the fibers which were prepared by the APTES sensitization method were investigated and compared withthose prepared by the conventional SnCl2 sensitization method. The results showed that as-coated fibers sensitized by APTESdemonstrated to have better interfacial cohesion between the copper layer and the fiber surface than those sensitized by SnCl2did. Moreover, the resistivity of Cu@CF-APTES declined to 2.3±0.9 μΩ·cm, while that of Cu@CF-SnCl2 was 9.3±3.7μΩ·cm. Besides, not only the strength of Cu@CF-APTES increased, but the strength discreteness of them reduced due to thefact that no peeling phenomenon was observed between the copper layer and fiber during the stretch test.
Cross-Media Retrieval using Probabilistic Model of Automatic Image Annotation

In recent years, automatic image annotation (AIA) has been applied to cross-media retrieval usually due to its advantage of mining correlations of images and annotation texts efficiently. However, some AIA methods just annotate images as a unit and the accuracy of annotation may not be acceptable. In this paper, we propose a kind of probabilistic model which may assign keywords to an un-annotated image automatically based on a training dataset of images. Images in the training dataset are segmented into regions and a kind of vocabulary called blob is used to represent these image regions. Blobs are generated by using K-Means algorithm to cluster these image regions. Through this model, we can predict the probability of assigning a keyword into a blob. After the accomplishment of annotation, a keyword corresponds to one image region. Furthermore, the feature vectors of text documents are generated by TF.IDF method and images’ automatic annotation information is used to retrieve relevant text documents. Experiments on the IAPR TC-12 dataset and 500 Wikipedia webpages about landscape show the usefulness of applying probabilistic model of AIA to the cross-media retrieval.

The WRKY transcription factors (TFs) family is one of the largest TF families in plants and plays a central role in diverse regulation and multiple stress responses. However, the systematical analysis of the WRKY gene family in tea plant (Camellia sinensis) based on genomic data has been lacking. The primary objective of this study was to set a systematic analysis of the WRKY gene family based on genomic data in tea plant and analyze their expression profiles under various abiotic stresses. We searched the tea plant genome using the consensus model of the WRKY domain (PF03106) and then used these search results to identify all the WRKY family members by SMART and the CDD program. Analyze their phylogeny, classification, structure, conserved motifs, Cis-elements, interactors and expression profiles. 56 putative WRKY genes were identified from the tea plant genome and divided into three main groups (I–III) and five subgroups (IIa–IIe) according to the WRKY domains and the zinc-finger structure. The gene structure and conserved motifs of the CsWRKY genes were also characterized and were consistent with the classification results. Annotation analysis showed that 34 CsWRKY genes may be involved in stress responses. Promoter analysis implied that CsWRKY genes, except for CsWRKY55, possessed at least one abiotic stress response cis-element. Expression profiles of CsWRKY genes in different tissues were analyzed with RNA-seq data. The results showed that 56 CsWRKY genes had differential expression in their transcript abundance. The expression profiles also showed that many identified CsWRKY genes were possibly involved in the response to cold, drought, salt, or ABA treatment. Tea plant genome contains at least 56 WRKY genes. These results provide useful information for further exploring the function and regulatory mechanism of CsWRKY genes in the growth, development, and adaption to abiotic stresses in tea plant.
