TALP-35 purified from human term placenta is known to increase microtubule polymerization and stabilize the polymerized microtubule. To examine the effect of TALP-35 on immune system this study was performed. MTT assay was performed to investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells. TALP-35 dose dependently suppress the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells at high concentration (above 1 μM) in unstimulated cells, in case of 10 μM TALP-35 treated cells the suppression was 25% but in stimulated cells it was only 15%. Cosedimentation assay was carried out to investigate whether TALP-35 can bind to tubulin of RAW264.7, monocyte/macrophage lineage of mouse, and polymerize it. TALP-35 polymerize the tubulin of RAW264.7 cells and sedimented in dose-dependent manner. To investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the expression of iNOS protein western blotting was performed. The expression level of iNOS was decreased dose dependently in high concentration of TALP-35 treatment. To examine the activity of iNOS, secreted NO was determined by method based on Griess reaction. Interferon-γ and LPS-stimulated production of NO from RAW264.7 cells was decreased dose dependently above 0.1 μM concentration of TALP-35 and 50% is decreased at 10μM of it. This study shows TALP-35 can control cytokine induced-iNOS expression therefore it might control inflammatory diseases.

Quantitative analysis of the static electricity charged on the water dropper has been performed with an electrometer and recorder. Experiments were carried out over various parameters such as nozzle diameter, water pressure, different kinds of liquids and temperature with time. The accumulated charge on the cans of the water dropper was related to the size of nozzle outlet and hydrostatic pressure, but were independent of the temperature of liquids. There was no charge, of course, on the nonpolarized molecules such as C_6H_6, CCl_4, and kerosen fuel.

Cu-Ni thin films deposited on the glass by the vacuum evaporation method containing various concentrations of Cu have been studied its thermoelectricpower and electromotive force in the temperature range of 25―220℃. The thermoelectromotive force of pure Ni depends on the thickness of films to 1800, A° but Cu_0.8 Ni_0.2 to 1600A°. Cu―Ni films containing 15,20,25% of Cu were observed the effect of magnetic disorder. The variation of thermoelectricpower appeared in variious concentrations of Cu, its maximum value is 40μV in 45% of Cu. The linear dependence of thermoelectricpower on the temperature showed from 50% to 90% at concentration of Cu.

An investigation of the thermoelectric power of ZnSb and its thin films has been made in the temperature range between 300˚K and about 800˚K. The general method of measure ment is the determination, through thermocouple readings, of the ration ΔE/ΔT, where ΔE is the thermal emf measured between two points in the sample having a temperature difference ΔT. The thermoelectric power is varied with the temperature of the sample. The thermoelectric power of the ZnSb thin film has maxinum value at 600˚K.
Photoacoustic Effects on Material-coated window

Photoacoustic effect was studied with the air cell and tungsten lamp. The air cell had a material-coated window. As the coating material, one of the following materials was used; the lamp black, copper, nickel and aluminum. The incident light was chopped by the rotating disc, and entered through the material-coated window. The produced photoacoustic signal intensity is approximately inversely proportional to the chopping frequency. This effect was the same as that when the chopped light entered into the air cell from the opposite side, gas side. The signal intensity, however, was much smaller than that of tho light incident from the oppsite side. The photoacoustic signal intensity was varied with the thickness and kinds of coated material. In the case of aluminum the intensity was rapidly decreased when thickness increased. In the case of copper, however, the intensity was increased until the thickness increased to a certain value, and over this value the intensity was decreased slowly.

Choline esters that are used with substrate of EE-AChE-catalyzed hydrolyses were synthesized by two methods. 2-Chloroethyl thiohexanoate 4a, 2-chloroethyl thioheptanoate 4c, and 2-chloroethyl thiooctanoate 4b were synthesized by treatment of hexanoyl chloride 3a, heptanoyl chloride 3c, and octanoyl chloride 3b with ethylene sulfide 2. Hexanoylthiocholine 6a and octanoylthiocholine 6b were synthesized by using 4a and 4b with trimethylamine 5. Secondly after reaction ethylene sulfide 2 with dimethyl amine 7 and acylation by acid anhydride 8, heptanoylthiocholine 6c, decanoylthiocholine 6d were synthesized by treatment of methyl iodide.

Recommender Systems are used by E-Commerce site to suggest products to their customers. As E-Commerce developing rapidly, it is becoming a research focus about how to capture or find customer's behavior patterns and realize commerce intelligence by use of Web mining Technology. A recommender System learns from a customer and recommends products that she will find most valuable from among the available products. In this paper, we present a new framework in recommendation system by finding customer module from business data. This framework formalizes the customer shopping information. In our approach, we firstly build a customer module based on association rule by learning from customer shopping history data, then we develop of the Automatic products recommendation system based on Web mining.
