        In this paper, we propose a motion of people tacking using Snakes Model. Snakes Model is an active contour model defined by an energy function in terms of the internal energy, the image energy, and the external energy. Then we can find the people contour model in the image by minimizing the energy function using Finite Element Methods. In order to increase and effect of object tracking and adaptable motion prediction, it used temporary motion information existing in an image and led to the transformating matrix from the motion tracking algorithm for the transformating process and motion of object.

        작업관련 근골격계질환의 인간공학적 실태조사 및 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of the evaluation methodology in order to apply the ergonomic program for industrial workplace. The result is helpful to establish the improvement alternatives that considered the assessment tools suitable work characteristics in order to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in workplace. We analysed the collected data of workers complaining of musculoskeletal-related pains during 4 months using musculoskeletal administration program(WinCare). As the results, the pained workers had mostly a pain in low back. The results showed that the pained workers in the automotive manufacturing industry pained in several body parts because they worked using the whole body. Also, most of pained workers in the electronic industry and the other industry pained respectively in the upper limb and low back related heavy load handling. That is due to difference of body parts used in each industry. The approach of this study will help to more precise assessment of the ergonomic work postures when establishing the ergonomic improvement plan, especially to consider the application method to workplace using the suitable ergonomic assessment tools classified by type of industry.

        국내산 및 제초제 내성 콩(HS2906)의 일반성분, 무기질 및 지방산 조성

        Proximate analysis, mineral and fatty acid composition of three conventional domestic soybean cultivars and two imported ones including glyphosate-tolerant HS2906 were evaluated by AOAC method, ICP-AES and gas chromatography. There were several differences in the proximate analysis among three conventional domestic soybean cultivars ; higher crude fat in the cultivar Hwanggumkong, higher crude protein in Pungsankong, and higher carbohydrate and crude ash in Duyukong. The ranges of contents of proximate components of domestic cultivars were similar to the data previously reported. There were no significant differences in proximate analysis between conventional soybean WS82 and glyphosate-tolerant HS2906 ; 23.55~23.90% of crudefat, 34.22~35.55% of crude protein, 6.25~6.45% of crude ash, and 25.35~26.47% of carbohydrate. The mineral and fatty acid compositions of HS2906 were similar to those of conventional soybeans previously reported.

      • 수평거리에 따른 요배근력과 척추기립근의 근전도 변화

        This study evaluated the compression force at the L5/S1 disc using back strength and IEMG(Integrated Electromyography). We divided the distance into one-half, three-fourth and full, measured the back strength. The results showed significant difference much among the cases. IEMG values were analyzed under the condition of fixed vertical factor, two horizontal factors, and 2 times per minute for the stoop posture, As the result, there are significant differences between horizontal distance 35cm and 55cm. This result showed that back strength decreased and the motor units of erector spinae muscle increased as the horizontal distance increased. Therefore, decreasing the horizontal distance to decrease compression force at L5/S1 is important on preventing a low back pain. Also. by using these data for prediction musculoskeletal disorders if we design equipment, machine and apparatus for human welfare, we can give advantage of prevention of low back pain much. We will be able to apply these data to work method or workplace lay-out.

      • 세라믹 분리막을 이용한 염료용액 처리에서의 역세척 효과

        The composition of wastewater from dyeing and textile industry is highly variable depending on the dyestuff type. generally the wastewater has high levels of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and color. The decolorization, Total Organic carbon (TOC) removal and petnleate flux used were examined using reactive yellow 84 as dye and ceramic membrane process. On addition, dye particle size distribution, clean water flux and Molecular Weight Cut-Off (MWCO) were measured. The backflushing results show that best permeate flux was obtained when backflushing was performed 3 seconds every 2 minutes at A bar from the pei meaty side. the backflushing frequency and pulse were the most important factors affecting the permeate flux.

        대칭과 비대칭 인양작업 자세에 대한 생체역학적 요추부하 비교

        The purpose of this study was to quantitatively prove the asymmetric lifting acts on the risk factor of low back pain by a comparison of muscle activities of spinal loading and muscle strength(hand grip and back strength) between two types of lifting tasks (symmetric and asymmetric). Fourteen male subjects were participated in the experiment. We analysed and compared hand grip force, back strength. EMG(Electromyography), and IEMG (Integrated Electromyography) values for the stoop posture between symmetric and asymmetric lifting tasks using paired t-test. As the result, the back strength decreased in twisting posture. According to the result of EMG analysis, there were significant differences between right and left erector spinae muscle in asymmetric lifting task regardless of load. When subjects lifted boxes of right side, EMG values of left muscle were higher than those of right muscle. As twisting angle increased, EMG values of left muscle increased and EMG values of right muscle decreased. The results of IEMG analysis were similar to the results of EMG analysis. The results of EMG values during lifting indicated that the take-of stage was most stressful.

        Recently, the domestic business of medical equipment have many difficult things in the development and sale of new product. To overcome them, it is needed to solidify the co-work system of industry-education marriage. This paper is undertakened to serve an aid in the field of medical equipment. The analysis of data is attempted through the survey by questionaires, and an object of study is the medical business corporation at Seoul area. As a result to review the data it was identifided that this study is able to be applied to the basis material to reconstruct a right role and phase to medical business Also, it`s expected that we're able to use its results as the educational materials to bring up the more qualified students fit to the industrial need.

      • 토끼에서 Etofenprox와 Spinosad 합제의 국소자극성 시험

        This study was performed to evaluation the skin and eye irritation of etofenprox 8% and spinosad 4% combination in male New Zealand White rabbits. In skin irritation test, the combination of etofenprox and spinosad did not showed any change of body weight but caused slight skin irritation with the P.I.I. (primary irritation index) value 0.25. The etofenprox and spinosad combination showed severe eye irritation 1 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h after ocular treatment, having the A.O.I. (acute ocular irritation) value of 37.3. Therefore, these result indicated that the combination of etofenprox and spinosad might be irritant formulation on eye and skin.

      • 二次元 彈性有限要所解析에서의 效果的인 Mesh 構成에 관한 硏究

        Finite element method is widely used in analysis of engineering problems such as mechanical design and structural analysis. Recently, its use has been increased according as its rapid developement of theory, computer hardware and good general-purpose sotfwares. Due to such developement, complex and various engineering problems are analyzed quickly. But, because much cost are consumed in preprocessing, applicative efficiency of finite element analysis doesn't come up to such development. And finite element analysis depends upon experience of user in modeling, mesh design and analytic method. Therefore, user must be accustomed to use finite element method which is a burden to designer and user. Thus automatization of adaptive mesh generation is imperative to reduce much cost. There are many kinds of the method for automatic mesh generation such as node connection method, mapping method, cell decomposition method, etc. In this study, however, discrete transfinite mapping were used. And C language was used in automatic mesh generation routine. Error indicator and error estimator are defined using error of energy norm. Synthetic results of above study are as follows 1) The mesh which has good correlation with boundary curve is obtained using discrete transfinite mapping. 2) User input error can be minimized by minimum input data. 3) Fine mesh is easily generated using weight value, therefore drawback of discrete transfinite mapping method is settled. 4) User can easily use the program using pull-down menu and and pop-up window. 5) Mesh refinement well be applicated in stress concentration problems.
