        ISO/TS 16949 인증을 위한 효과적인 설비관리 방안 연구

        This paper is to develop a software system for the successful implementation of TPM, based upon an analysis of manufacturing circumstance which are not identical in every company. Many studies and experiences show that successful implementation of TPM requires an integrated system of various functions of company, which is hardly attainable without top managerial priority in decision-making process. To the top managers as well as the front line workers, in the earlier stage of TPM, it is usually viewed as waste of time. production and cost and confusion of job definitions. For the purposes of justification of high cost of initial stage and demonstration of improvements of capital productivity, vast amount of data and information concerning about various functions of firm should be identified. retrieved and analyzed, effectively. TPM should show how significantly maintenance can make profit for company'. Hidden cost, for example, resulting from various losses should be identified quantitatively and reduced as a coorporate level. This paper contends that TPM should be introduced and implemented as well as an effective software for its evaluation simultaneously.. Later part of this paper is to test a suggested software system for a real case.

        물류설비 보전관리를 위한 고장 및 진단정보 지원 시스템

        N/A This paper deals with failure and diagnosis information support system for maintenance management. As the complexity of logistics systems is increasing with the introduction of factory automation equipment, there has been increased chance of catastrophic system failure because of conditions unique to each system due to maintenance functions. This kind of unexpected reactive maintenance is expensive because of extensive unplanned downtime and damage to machinery. To avoid such an unplanned machine downtime, it is needed to implement computerized maintenance management support system and use pro-active maintenance approach by either using historical maintenance data or by sensing machine conditions. This paper discusses failure and diagnosis information support of maintenance management system framework for Stacker Crane of AS/RS(Automatic Storage/Retrieval System) system as an proactive maintenance approach. Thus, by enabling such a framework, it can bring us more efficient planning and execution of maintenance to reduce costs and/or increase profits.

        설비 Loss주조에 의거한 가동효율 관련 지표의 향상방안 연구

        N/A The purpose of this research is to present the calculating methodology of equipment efficiency and time availability indices, and also the improvement countermeasures for these related indices by TPM activities. So, this treatise presented a new proposal model capable of calculating the productivity, efficiency, and also reliability indices of equipment. These indices are based on the modified 7 major loss time structure hindering the equipment efficiency. This new proposal model is the calculating methodology for the equipment efficiency indices such as operation rate, time availability, performance efficiency, quality rate, overall equipment efficiency(OEE), net equipment efficiency(NEE), and the equipment productivity indices such as production readiness rate, equipment productivity, total effective equipment productivity (TEEP). And also, this model is to be the easy calculating methodology for the equipment reliability indices such as the time availability based on and composed of MTBF. Finally, this research presented the countermeasures for improving the equipment efficiency and reliability indices by TPM activities.

        설비공동이용제(OAS)에서의 천연가스 공급설비 교체 경제성 분석

        Most of the natural gas industries in the world has been managed by economy of scale and natural monopoly system. As privatization and deregulation come to be spread, recently the industry is under restructuring by OAS(Open Access System). The framework of the gas industry restructuring is planned in Korea, but has not yet introduced a bill about that. In the market, however, OAS is going ahead in some district by the mutual negotiation with the market participant. The object of this study is to analyze the way that realizes OAS through reviewing the cases in the pre-restructuring market. Finding the way of optimum conditions about the OAS introduction to the market and the suit-able facility replacement method are also introduced.

        프로세스 접근 방법을 적용한 ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949시스템의 효율적 제조설비 관리 방안

        Many of companies all over the world have been certified ISO 9000 which is customer focused since last ten 10 years, and industrial sector specific certifications have been developed, such as ISO/TS 16949 which are specific requirements added to ISO 9001 for the automotive industrial sector. Requirements for manufacturing machine/equipment contol addressed in ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 are considered to be significant. And ISO 9001 pro-motes the adoption of 'Process approach' which is one of 'Quality management 8 principles' when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements. And I think that it is important to adopt 'Process approach' when implementing machine/equipment contol for performance improvement. I sincerely hope that my study for adoption of Process approach for r performance improvement to be helpful to individual, companies and related association.

        시설관리(Facility Management) 회사의 관리요인이 사용자 만족도와 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        This study is designed to analyze the management factors of domestic FM(Facility Management) companies on the management performance of user companies and the satisfaction of user companies. Based on prior research, the research model and hypothesis were established. Technology, function, and behavior were selected as management factors of independent FM companies, and management performance and satisfaction were composed of dependent variables. The survey was conducted on 150 building managers who were owners and commissioned to manage the building by building owners and building ground survey and an e-mail survey. For verification, an empirical analysis was conducted using structural equation model analysis. The study found that all of the management factors of the facility management company had a significant impact, and as a result, the study proved that the facility management company's still weak facility management safety atmosphere can be improved and managed to increase the user's satisfaction with the user's company's economic and efficiency maximized, thus leading to customer satisfaction.

        다속성 의사결정문제에서 최적 설비선정을 위한 대화형 접근방법의 비교

        The purpose of this paper is to compare a Utility/Value Function(UVF) model with a Fuzzy Choquet's Integral(FCI) model, which are designed to find out optimal preferred solutions for Multi-Attribute Decision-Making(MADM) problems with many attributes and alternatives. The basic idea of these models is essentially subgrouping of attributes and successively eliminating inefficient solutions. But the difference between these two models lies in the fact that the UVF model is based upon pairwise comparisons of alternatives and the FCI model is based upon decision-maker's judgements about the relative importance of subgroups of attributes. However, in the UVF model, the transitivity should be maintained in the preference comparison of alternatives that are given. In the FCI model, the degree of preferential dependence on the attributes should, also, be obtained accurately.
