        컨테이너 검색기 이송대차 추진용 선형 유도전동기의 2차측 리액션플레이트 재질에 따른 특성 연구

        This paper presents the analysis of the analysis of thrust characteristics of linear induction motors(LIMs) according to secondary reaction plate. LIMs are well known as high speed transport systems, which can obtain thrust directly without gears and links, or auxiliary mechanisms. A simple structure, easy maintenance, and less environmental pollution are advantages of LIMs. In transport systems using LIMs, the secondary reaction plate is an important design factor, because it has considerable impact on the cost of the railway as well as the performance of the LIMs. This paper deals analyzed the characteristics of linear induction motor used for moving the vehicle of container scanner. Thrust, efficiency and load characteristic were interpreted with FEM regarding two models whose material of secondary reaction plate was copper and aluminum. It suggested the interpretation of thrust, efficiency and power factor characteristic along slip and compared the operation ability of linear induction motor through characteristics analysis along the load.

      • 동굴을 이용한 수산물 저장의 사회 경제적 투자효과 분석 : 광천지역을 중심으로 In the Case of Kangchun Districts in Chungnam Province

        This study is aimed at identifying the socio-economic effects for storage of fishery products in natural carvens. The traditional pickled shrimps produced and stored in the natural caves in Kwangchun area were surveyed to get information on the socio-economic effects. The surveyed data were processed by TSP, Qbasic and B/C Ratio computer programs and analyzed the decision marking criteria such as B/C ratio, NPV and IRR. The socio-economic effects of the storages of the fishery products are as follows. 1. The storage benefits per ton were showed as 118,500won for the pickled shrimps. 2. Considering 10% of the opportunity cost of capital, the upper limits of investments were amounted to 7,049 thousand won for the pickled shrimps. 3. The investment of the natural cave storages were revealed economically feasible considering the decision making criteria as B/C ratio = 1.09, NPV = 459,730 thousand won and IRR = more than 100%. The other socio-economic effects of the both storages are expected as; 1. The cave storages of the fishery products will contribute to increase consumer's and producer's welfare through the control of supply and demand and price stability. 2. Longterm storage of the fishery products without damaging quality and grades will be made on account of the storage conditions with relatively low temperature, high humidity and indifferent affects from the outside climate. 3. Utilization of the underground space, the existing carvens, for storage will maximize the land use and the sustainable environment considering the mountainous area, two third of the total national land area. In conclusion, the underground space like natural or artificial carvens are considered the most suitable for storage of the pickled shrimps on account of the storage conditions with moderate temperature, humidity and blocking the sun light. Accordingly a study on convenient utilization of the existing carvens and new development of artificial caves should be made considering transportation and input-output of the farm and fishery products. Financial support of the government should be institutionally rearranged for the successful implementation of storaging fishery and farm products in natural and man-made caves.

        현대화 온실의 투자분석

        The number of modernized green houses have been increased to produce high quality and high-pay off farm products. The unit investment costs per pyeong(3.3058㎡) for building a glass house was estimated at 449 thousand won. On the other hand, the unit prices for the PC house with iron frame and the vynil house with automatic control system were revealed 365 thousand won and 93 thousand won respectively. The main objective of the study was to identify the financial feasibility of the green house investment prevailed in rural area. At present, some farmers have selected the green house without any consideration of profitability of crops and accessibility of their farming practices and technology. For the soundness of green house cultivation and management, the indices of finacial efficiency for the modernized green houses were necessary. The decesion making criteria such as NPV(Net Present Value), IRR(Internal Rate of Return), B/C Ratio and Payback Period were analyzed for the individual high investment facilities considering the present farmer's technology and on-farm benefits and costs. The results of the feasibility analysis of green houses were as follows: 1. In case of 100% private burden of the investment costs, NPV revealed only positive value for the vinyl house with automatic system and IRR for the house was also estimated at more than 10% and B/C Ratio was amounted to more than 1.0. On the other hand, the other glass and PC houses showed negative NPV and unacceptable B/C ratio and IRR. 2. In case of the following terms and conditions as 50% Government subsidy, 20% loans and 30% farmers burden of the total investment cost, all the green houses showed acceptable IRR. B/C Ratio and NPV. 3. The financial feasibility of the glass house was acceptable in tomato cultivation rather than in cucumber cultivation. The payback periods of cucumber were represented as 8.9 years for glass house, 8.5 years for PC house and 4.1 years for vinyl house with automatic system respectively. In conclution, the glass and PC house cultivation of high value vegetables were only acceptable under the Government subsidy and loan systems from the view point of farmer's financial situations. On account of the unacceptable economic rate of return, the government subsidy and loan policy for glass house cultivation should be transfered to the vinyl and pc houses in the future.

Because the climate of summer is very hot, that is easy to increase the properties of hot medicines, a doctor must be careful to use it in summer. Also the climate of winter is very cold, that is easy to increase the properties of cold medicines, a doctor must be careful to use it in winter. But in the certain conditions to use diaphoretics or purgatives, in spite of that regulation a doctor can use them.

        기판 바이어스에 의해 증착된 Ta 확산 방지막의 열적 안정성

        The interfacial reactions of the Cu(100 nm)/Ta(50 nm)/Si structures and their relationship with the microstructure of Ta diffusion barriers are investigated. The Ta films were deposited on Si (100) substrates at various bias voltages ranging from 0 to -200 V. The Ta diffusion barrier which was deposited at the substrate bias voltages of -50 V and -125 V prevented Cu-Si interaction up to 600℃ in flowing purified H₂ for 60 min, whereas the Ta layer with a columnar structure which was deposited at zero bias voltage degraded at 400℃. It was found that a slight resistivity increase of the Cu/Ta(-50 V or -125 V)/Si structures at 650℃ seemed to be due to a Cu agglomeration. To confirm the thermal stability of the Ta diffusion barrier deposited at the substrate bias voltage, a SiO₂ capping layer was used as a suppressor and was deposited on the Cu/Ta(-125 V)/Si structure. As a result, the Cu/Ta(-125 V)/Si structures were stable up to 650℃ without the Cu-Si interaction. Two different reactions of the Cu/Ta(0 V)/Si and the Cu/Ta(-50 V or -125 V)/Si structures concerning the thermal stability were discussed on the basis of the experimental results.

        Owing to the curriculum's revision of primary and high school in the beginning of 1970, several elementary concepts of modern mathematics were introduced as new teaching contents. So the efficient ways to reeducate the present teachers and to publish a desirable textbook have been badly needed. In this paper, we investigate the present situations of administration and teachers of mathematics department in the city and rural area. On the basis of these results, we find out the better ways of mathematics education from the following points of view: 1. The general administrations of mathematics department. 2. The reeducation and education for mathematics teachers. 3. Mathematics textbooks. 4. Evaluations and tests.

        기판 바이어스에 의한 구리 seed layer의 특성 향상

        Cu films as a seed layer were deposited on Si (100) substrates by applying a negative substrate bias voltage. The electrical resistivity, surface roughness, impurity content and step coverage of the Cu films were investigated using the resistivity measurement, X-ray diffraction analysis, atomic force microscopy, secondary ion mass spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The Cu films deposited at the substrate bias voltage of -50 V showed higher purity, stronger (111) preferred orientation, smoother surface and better step coverage than those of the Cu films deposited without the substrate bias voltage. The electrical resistivity of the Cu films considerably increased as the film thickness decreased. In the case of Cu(100nm)/Ta(50nm)/Si structures, the Cu films deposited by applying the substrate bias voltage maintained a complete (111) preferred orientation without (200) texture even after the thermal annealing at 450℃ for 60 min.

        This paper describes an intelligent cruise control system for automobile. With the remarkable numericalincrease of automobiles on the roal, the optimized traffic flow control using the cruise control is one of the very important traffic problems to overcome the limitation of an existing road capacity. Based onthis idea that minimize the fuel cost and teh air pollution, and accept a driver's needs for driving, we have developed an intelligent cruise control system for vehicle. This proposed intelligent fuzzy cruise controller was successfully implemented using the fuzzy algorithm, the i80c196 μ-controller board and the throttle valve actuator. The field test results on an linear road was introduced.

        지역사회에서 형성된 사회적 지지와 근로자의 사회심리적 스트레스간의 관련성

        Objective: This study was performed to examine the relationship between community-based social support and psychosocial distress in workers. Methods: The study subjects were 596 workers recruited from 11 companies in Chungju city. A structured questionnaire was used to assess sociodemographics, health-related behaviors, job characteristics, job stress, work-based social support, community-based social support and level of psychosocial distress. Results: Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that workers with no chronic disease, exercise and sufficient sleep had a higher score of psychosocial distress than those with chronic disease, no exercise, and not enough sleep. Coworker's work-based social support and community-based social support were negatively associated with psychosocial distress. The R square value of total independent variables on psychosocial distress was 0.409, and that of community-based social support on psychosocial distress was 0.052. Conclusion: This study showed that community-based social support served as a protective factor against psychosocial distress in some workers. We recommend the establishment of a worksite stress reduction program in occupational level as well as community-based social support.
