노인 뇌경색 환자(70세 이상)의 임상적 특징에 관한 연구

Stroke is one of the most important diseases in the elderly, but studies on the elderly stroke(age ≥70 years) are rare. The authors evaluated clinical characteristics of ischemic stroke in the elderly and compared them with those in the young(age ≤69). The conclusion obtained are as follows. 1. The strokes with multiple risk factors and combined diseases were more common in the elderly than in the young. 2. Middle cerebral artery territory was most frequently involved in the two groups, but vertebrobasilar territory was more frequently involved in the elderly than in the young. 3. The incidence of recurrent stroke and pathogenesis did not differ significantly between the two groups. 4. Among the complications, urogenital diseases were more common in the elderly than in the young.

The severe extrusion of the maxillary [post.teeth after the early loss of the mandibular post.teeth makes the fabrication of the mandibular prothesis difficult, and without proper planning.the treatment results are often unsatisfactoy. Several treatment modalitys have been introducted to correct the interarch space deficency.:Reduction the occlusal surfaces,Crown lengthening,Endodontics & restorative approach,Extraction, Orthodontic intrusion and segmental osteotomy. Because of many advantages,conservative method is widely used if it has no particular limits of treatment adjustment, but the cases of surgical correction indication are found in clinical experience. In our clinic,we corrected severe extruded maxillary post.teeth by performance of a unilateral posterior osteotomy with superior repositioning of the segment and orthodontic intrusion using Skeletal anchorage system,so here we reported the cases with a study of documents.

A room and pillar mining method has been adopting at the Jeungsun limestone mine . To check stability of pillar with multiple and irregular openings, the size, shape and spacing of nb pillar were first designed using some empirical suggestions. The Finite Difference Method(FDM)was used to analyze the pillar stability. Twelve different cases with the variation of K(horizontal/vertical stress)values, different height and different spacing of pillar were used in this study. Finally Mohr-Coulomb criterion was adopted to calculate the safety factors. Horizontal and vertical displacement. maximum and minimum principal stresses, range of plastic zone and safety factors were calculated at each case. As a result of analysis, the size of one block is 160m long, 70m wide, 40m high with 20m wide rib pillar and 20m square column pillar. The overall recovery at this case can be estimated about 40%.

대퇴박근 근피판을 이용한 Fournier's gangrene치험례

Fournier's gangrene is a progressive tissue necrosis of scrotum, this disease commonly occured in alcoholics and diabetic patients. 60 year old patient shows toxic symptom and even sepsis, but the scrotal content is to be spared. The treatment of this disease is adequate debridement and administration of sensitive antibiotics. If the scrotal content is exposed, the defect can be covered with skin graft, local flap, etc. But, when the scrotum shows marked fibrosis or inflammation, myocutaneous flap is inevitable. We experienced one case of scrotal defect due to Fournier's gangrene, which was successfully covered with gracilis myocutaneous flap.

SiH_4 기체 방전 파라미터 해석

This paper describes the discharge parameters in SiH_4 gas calculated for the range of E/N values from 0.5~300(Td) by the Monte Calro simulation and Boltzmann equation method using a set of electron collision cross sections determined by the authors and the values of the discharge parameters are obtained for the TOF method. The theoretical results of the discharge parameter such as the electron drift velocity, characteristic energy agree with the experimental values for the range of E/N. The electron energy distributions function were analyzed in monosilane at the E/N : 30, 50(Td) for a case of equilibrium region in the mean electron energy. The validity of the results obtained has been confirmed by the TOF method.

핵전이에 의한 Aspergillus oryzae var. oryzae와 Aspergillus nidulans 514의 잡종으로 부터 생산된 Xylanase의 특성

Aspergillus oryzae var oryzae 와 Aspergillus nidulans 514간의 xylanase 우수 생성 종간 형질전환체를 획득하고, 유전분석과 정제를 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 핵전이를 위한 원형질체 형성 및 재생 조건에서는 Novozym 234의 농도 1%, 삼투안정제는 0.6M (NH_4)_2 SO_4, 효소의 처리 시간은 90분 그리고 최적 pH는 5.8로 나타났다. 2. 핵전이에 의한 형질전환의 빈도는 3×10 exp (-5)~1×10 exp (-5)으로 비교적 낮은 편이었다. 3. 유전적 안정성, conidia의 크기, DNA 함량의 측정 그리고 핵염색의 결과 형질전환체의 핵형은 aneuploid로 추정되었다. 4. 형질전환체의 xylanase 활성은 모균주와 비교하여 1.1~1.4배 증가하였다. 5. 형질전환체중 xylanase 활성이 가장 높은 TAVD514-3을 정제하고 몇가지 특성을 조사하였는데 전체적인 회수율이 17%, 분자량은 32,000 그리고 효소 활성에 미치는 기질의 영향을 올 조사하였다. 6. 정제된 효소의 최적 pH와 온도는 각각 pH 9.0과 80℃로 나타났으며, 효소활성은 Mg^2+ 와 Mn^2+의 존재시에 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. Inerspecific hybrids between Aspergillus oryzae var oryzae and A. nidulans 514 were obtained by nuclear transfer technique. Several auxotrophic mutants isolated from conidiospores of the two strains were mutagenized with ultraviolet and N-methyl-N-nitrosoguanidine. Optimal conditions for formation of intergeneric hybrids were investigated. Frequencies of hybrid formation by nuclear transfer were 3×10 exp (-5)~1×10 exp (-5). From observation of genetic stability, conidial size, DNA content, and nuclear stain, it was suggested that their karyptypes are aneuploid. The hybrids showed 1.1~1.4 fold higher xylanase activities than parental strains did. The xylanase of Aspergiilus sp. TAVD514-3 was purified and some of it's enzymatc characteristics were investigated. The enzyme was purified about 85 fold with an overall yield of 17% from the culture medium by ammonium sulfate fractionation, Sephadex G-75 gel permeation chromatography, and CM-sephadex A-50 ion exchange chromatography. The purified enzyme functions optimally at pH 9.0 and 80℃. The enzymatic activity was increased by the presence of Mg^2+ and Mn^2 ions.

PC U형의 단면을 사용한 포스트텐션된 넓은 보-기둥 내부접합부의 비탄성 거동

Post-tensioned precast concrete system(PPS) consists of U-shaped precast wide beams and concrete columns. The continuity of beam-column joint is provided with the topping concrete on the PC shell beam and post-tensioning. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the response of PPS interior beam-column joint subjected to cyclic lateral loading. To this end, the experimental investigation was performed with three half-scale specimens of interior connection. The design parameter is the ratio of beam width to column width. Test results showed that cracks were distributed well and plastic hinges spread toward midspan without any significant degradation of strength and ductility. And the specimens sufficiently resisted up to the limiting drift ratio of 0.035 given by ACI of acceptance criteria for concrete special moment frames.

The following conclusion has been derived from the foregoing results of analysis and observation. First, we found, in this proposed system, reliability, objecivity, and individuality. Second, this type of system must be able to measure numerable testees. Third, testees are regulated that they are brought to the same condition in which their willful adventage are not allowed, Fourth, when considering the foundamental physical strength and skills can be evaluated in general throughout all skills areas of physical education, the following items of skills are recognized to have the advantages and disadvantages which relatively lack or relieve one another. However, under various conditions of the prevailing system of the entrance physical test, the following measurable items of physical skills selected are concluded as having highest validity primarily for the physical entrance examination. 1. 한양학원 교직원을 위한 체력지수 판정 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop the computer program to compare physical fitness of Hanyang Academy Employes with it's mean of korean people, and to promote physical fitness with motivation and interest in the physical fit- ness of them. But if user should be tested self-level of physical fitness, this program can't be use for physical fitness by assisting tile research institute for sport science on Hanyang University. This program were divided into 4 domains, tile first is area for comparison ac- cording to the way of attendance to office, the second is area for comparison physique and obesity, the third is area for comparison physical fitness with korean people's mean. The final is area for exercise prescription. As added, we want to serve the physical fitness promotion of Hanyang academy employes using this program.
