        신채호와 노신 소설의 노예성 비판에 대한 비교 연구

        The object of this thesis was Sin, Chae-Ho"s Fierce Battle of Dragon to Dragon and Lu Xun"s A lunatic’s diary and investigated the similarity and difference of the criticism of slavery and the aspect of its overcome. Two works criticize the cannibalistic society over thousands years and the enslaved men therein. The works reject the romanticism and ideality of revolution through establishment of characters like "elder and younger brother" and depict the change of reality through awareness of the public. Miri and dragon, and the lunatic and elder brother is an inseparable entity, a mirror that reflects each other, that lies in the environment in which conflict and enmity lasts holding two inner values. This establishment of character has the effect of reflecting the inner self-contradiction by nullifying the border between the good and the evil. Sin, Chae-Ho expands the epic with a radical revolution, while Lu Xun dreams of reformation by the way of infiltrating into the logics of reality. This difference might result from the context the two countries were in, colony and semi-colony. The fact, that Lu Xun was in the situation to be able to intervene deeply in the reality of China, while Sin, Chae-Ho was in the social status as a refugee difficult to contact directly with domestic people, might be a reason that makes a difference between two writers" narrative technique and imbodiment of character. The issue of slavery the two writers explored can not be seen as a problem of only feudalistic and imperial age. Under the structure of pressure, human being can anytime be recomposed as new slavery to settle down in the cannibalistic structure. The nowness and the meaning of this work can be found in that the enslavement is given rebirth beyond the age.

        감마선 조사와 푸코이단/라미나린 병용처리가 돈육 패티의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was investigated to apply the fucoidan and laminarin extract from low-grade Undaria pinnatifida to real food product, a pork patty. Pork patties added with fucoidan and laminarin showed lower lipid oxidation and the inhibition against lipid oxidation was shown to be dependent on the irradiation doses. The Hunter color values of pork patty added with fucoidan increased significantly with an increase of irradiation dose. The hardness profiles of the patties with fucoidan and laminarin was decreased, but the amount of water in the patties was increased. Also, the combination of gamma irradiation and addition of fucoidan and laminarin was shown to be effective for the microbiological control. These results suggested that gamma irradiation and fucoidan and laminarin treatment showed the positive effect on microbial stability and quality of the pork patty.

        안전성 향상을 위해 감마선 조사한 시판 플레인 요구르트의 품질 특성

        To develop a yogurt for sensitive consumer such as infants, children or immuno-compromised patients using gamma irradiation, the effects of gamma irradiation on the microbiological, chemical, and sensory quality in a commercial plain yogurt were investigated. No viable coliform bacteria were detected in the sample and approximately a 6 decimal reduction was achieved in the number of total aerobic bacteria by irradiation at 5 kGy. The initial population of lactic acid bacteria observed in the commercial plain yogurt was 8.95 log CFU/g. Gamma irradiation significantly reduced the initial microbial level to 6.47 and 2.85 log CFU/g after irradiation at 1 and 3 kGy, respectively (p<0.05). However, irradiation dose up to 5 kGy could not completely eliminate the lactic acid bacteria in commercial plain yogurt. pH, color, lactose and lactic acid content, and sensory quality were not affected by irradiation treatment and storage. Our results suggest that irradiation can improve the microbial quality of commercial plain yogurt without impairing the physicochemical and sensory quality.

        라인스캔 카메라를 이용한 3차원 정밀 측정

        본 논문에서는 라인스캔 카메라를 통해 모든 영역의 영상을 획득하는 연구를 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 면적 카메라를 이용했던 방법에 비해 투영격자의 이동 횟수를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으며, 그로 인해 측정시간이 매우 빠르고 측정정밀도도 뛰어난 장점을 가진다. 본 논문의 스캐닝 모아레 측정 방법은 넓은 영역의 3차원 형상 정보를 얻는데 매우 유익하며, 대면적의 대상물 측정 시 일반적으로 사용하는 stitching 기법을 사용할 필요가 없으므로 한번에 전 영역의 3차원 형상의 복원이 가능하여 보다 빠른 속도로 3차원 형상 정보를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 투영격자 하나만을 이용한 영사식 모아레 방식을 이용하여 작은 높이 단차를 갖는 물체의 3차원 형상을 복원하고 그 높이를 용이하게 측정 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 양산환경(Mass production)의 웨이퍼 범프 높이 검사 및 FC-CSP나 FC-BGA 범프 높이 검사 등에 활용 할 수 있으며, 실험을 통해 기존의 방법에 비해 투영격자의 이동횟수 및 측정 속도가 향상되었음을 확인하였다. This paper presents the Projection Moire method using a line scan camera. The high resolution feature of a line scan camera makes it possible to scan an image quickly, thus enabling a much quicker 3D profile. This method uses a high resolution line scan camera making it possible to scan an image at high speed simultaneously measuring the 3D profile of a large FOV. When using a high resolution scan camera, a full FOV is scanned, thus requiring just one movement of a projection grating. As a result, the number of grating movements is reduced drastically. The end result is a faster and more accurate 3D measurement. Moving the grating too quickly causes vibration in the imaging system, which will normally be required to apply a stitching technique when using an area scan camera. However the technique is not required when using a line scan camera. Compared with the previous techniques, it has the advantages of simple hardware without moving mechanical parts - single exposure for obtaining three-dimensional information. A method using a high resolution line scan camera can be used in mass production to measure the bump height of wafers or the bump height of package substrates.

        작은뾰족민달팽이의 기주 선호성 및 기주에 따른 발육과 수명

        작은뾰족민달팽이($Deroceras$ $reticulatum$ M$\ddot{u}$ller)의 채소류에 대한 기주선호성 및 식이기주에 따른 작은뾰족민달팽이의 발육기간과 수명을 조사하였다. 작은뾰족민달팽이의 기주선호성은 배추($Brassica$ $campestris$ L.)에서 가장 높았고, 다음은 오이($Cucumis$ $sativus$ L.)이었으며, 당근($Daucus$ $carota$ L.), 케일($Brassica$ $oleracea$ L. var. $acephala$ D.C), 양배추($Brassica$ $oleracea$ var. $capitata$ L.) 및 비트($Beta$ $vulgaris$ var. Ruba) 간에는 유의성이 없이 낮았다. 산란수는 오이에서 109.6개로 가장 많았으며, 잎들깨에서 10개로 가장 적었다. 부화율도 오이에서 92.4%로 가장 높았으며, 잎들깨에서 62.5%로 가장 낮았다. 알기간은 12~13일로 기주식물에 따른 유의한 차이가 없었다. 유체기간 및 성체수명은 각각 75~111일 및 66~187일 이었다. 그리하여 작은뾰족민달팽이의 알에서 성체수명까지의 총 수명은 오이에서 273일로 가장 길었고, 잎들깨에서 190일로 가장 짧았다. This study was conducted to investigate food preference and developmental characteristics of the gray field slug, $Deroceras$ $reticulatum$ M$\ddot{u}$ller (Stylommatophora: Limacidae) using various foods. The food preference of $D.$ $reticulatum$ was most highest on Chinese cabbage ($Brassica$ $campestris$ L., followed on cucumber ($Cucumis$ $sativus$ L.), and significantly low on beet ($Beta$ $vulgaris$ var. Ruba), kale($Brassica$ $oleracea$ L. var. $acephala$ D.C), carrot (Daucus carota L.) and Chinese cabbage ($Brassica$ $campestris$ L.) which were not different significantly. The total number of eggs laid by $D.$ $reticulatum$ was the highest (n = 109.6) on cucumber and the lowest (n = 10.1) on leaf perilla ($Perilla$ $frutescens$ var. $japonica$ Hara). Hatchability was the highest (92.4%) on cucumber and the lowest (62.5%) on leaf perilla. The egg developmental period was not significantly different from 12 days to 13 days among host plants. Juvenile period and adult longevity ranged from 75 days to 111 days and 66 days to 187 days, respectively. Thereby, life span from egg to adult longevity of $D.$ $reticulatum$ was the longest on cucumber with 273 days and the shortest on 190 days on leaf perilla.

        영양플러스 사업의 비용편익분석 - 대전 동구보건소를 중심으로 -

        Although the NutriPlus program has shown considerable evidence of enhancing users' nutritional status, the budget does not cover all eligible mothers and children. This study aimed to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the NutriPlus program to assess its economic efficiency. 53 families with 79 users in the NutriPlus program at Daejeon Dong-gu Health Center participated in this study with informed consent. The costs and benefits were estimated from both the administrator's and users' perspectives. We converted the time cost into Korean currency based on the minimum wage in 2014. The value of nutrition education and service (B2), estimated by contingency valuation method (CVM), was counted as an economic benefit. 6 families (11.3%) were recipients of national medical care and 22 families (41.5%) paid 10% of the food package cost by themselves. The total cost was \7,450,167 and the total benefit was \12,402,239. The budget for the health center (C1+C2+C3+C4) was \5,984,381 a month. Time and transportation cost for receiving nutrition education (C6) differed significantly according to the economic status of families. Household food consumption increase (C4-B4) was 40,379 in the poverty group, which was four times more than in the other groups. The net benefit (B-C) was \4,852,172 and the B/C ratio was 1.66. Therefore, the NutriPlus program is beneficial in the economic aspect as well as in the nutritional aspect. If the enhancement of nutritional status was also considered, the total benefit would be even higher. These results confirm the legitimacy of a secure budget for the NutriPlus program. And we suggest expanding its budget to cover more eligible individuals to improve people's health and welfare.

        스핀코팅법에 의해 제조되어진 Yttrium이 도핑된 ZnO 막의 특성

        Y doped zinc oxide (YZO) thin films were deposited on F doped $SnO_2$ (FTO) glass substrate by sol-gel method using the spin-coating system. A homogeneous and stable solution was prepared by dissolving acetate in the solution added diethanolamine as sol-gel stabilizer. YZO films were obtained after preheated on the hot-plate for 5minute before each coating; the number of coating was 3 times. After the coating of last step, annealing of YZO films performed at $450^{\circ}C$ for 30 minute. In order to confirming of a ultraviolet ray interruption and down-conversion effects, optical properties of YZO films, transmission spectrum and fluorescent spectrum were used. Also, for understanding the obtained results by experiment, the elestronic state of YZO was calculated using the density functional theory The results obtained by experiment were compared with calculated structure. The detail of electronic structure was obtained by the discrete variational Xa (DV-Xa) method, which is a sort of molecular orbital full potential method. The density of state and energy levels of dopant element were shown and discussed in association with optical properties.

        The Role of Receptor Activator of NF-κ Ligand in Smooth Muscle Cell Proliferation

        Smooth muscle cell (SMC)의 증식은 혈관성장에 의한 질환의 발병기전의 중요한 요소이다. 혈관 손상 후 SMC의 성장조절에 대한 분자적 기작에 대한 연구는 치료제 개발에 있어 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 TNF family인 RANKL가 SMC의 증식을 촉진함을 입증하였다. RANKL는 p21의 발현을 감소시키고 p21의 promoter활성을 저해함으로써 SMC의 성장을 증가시켰다. 또한 ERK와 p38 MAPK의 활성이 RANKL에 의해 증가하였으며, ERK/p38의 저해제는 RANKL에 의해 유도되는 SMC의 성장을 완전히 억제하였다. 이러한 결과는 ERK와 p38 MAPK가 RANKL에 의해 유도되는 SMC의 증식에 중요한 역할을 함을 보여주는 것이다. 즉, RANK-RANKL-ERK/p38이 SMC의 증식을 매개하는 중요 분자이며, 이들 분자는 혈관 질환을 막는 새로운 치료제 개발의 표적분자가 될 수 있음이 입증되었다. Smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation is important in the pathogenesis of vascular proliferative disorders. Understanding of the molecular mechanism underlying SMC growth after arterial injury would have therapeutic implications. Here we report that receptor activator of $NF-{\kappa}B$ ligand (RANKL), a member of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, promotes the proliferation of SMC, leading to decreased expression of p21 and enhancement of SMC growth. ERK and p38 phosphorylation was enhanced after RANKL treatment in SMC. Inhibition of ERK/p38 MAPK activity by PD98059/SB203580 completely abolished RANKL-induced proliferation of SMC, indicating ERK and p38 MAPK are essential for RANKL-induced SMC proliferation. Taken together, our findings demonstrate that RANK-RANKL-ERK/p38 pathway is important for proliferation of SMC and that these molecules may be the new therapeutic targets for the prevention of vascular diseases.

        비우식성 치경부 병소와 5급 와동 수복물이 치주조직에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The non-carious cervical lesion(NCCL) is a loss of tooth structure at the neck of affected teeth that is unrelated to tooth caries. The reported prevalence of NCCL varies from 5% to 85%. Prevalence and severity of lesions have been found to increase with age. They are becoming more significant as people live longer and become more aware of the importance of oral health. The purposes of this study were first, to examine the periodontal conditions associated with NCCL, and second, to investigate the clinical effects of class V restorations of NCCL on periodontal tissues. Materials and methods: The sample size was 982 teeth of 50 subjects(25 male, mean age $52{\pm}7$) who were seen at the Department of Periodontology, Pusan National University Hospital. At the baseline examination, clinical periodontal parameters were measured. After the initial examination, 24 patients who were absent from hypersensitivity were selected. The teeth with NCCL were randomly divided into the test and control groups. The teeth in the test group were restored with flowable resin; the control teeth were not restored. Six months later, the clinical examinations were repeated. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: The results were as follows: 1) NCCL occurred on 45.8% of examined teeth. The percentage of affected teeth was higher in maxillary and premolar teeth. 2) The shallow saucer type was the most common. 3) Teeth with NCCL had more gingival recession, lower attachment level, and higher incidences of bleeding on probing(BOP) and plaque than NCCL-free teeth. 4) Six months later, gingival recession, attachment level, the percentages of BOP and plaque in the test group were lower than in the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: NCCLs were more found in maxillary teeth, especially in premolar teeth. The results suggest that the restoration of NCCL could affect some periodontal parameters favorably.

        Development and Effect of Simulation Education Program including Interdisciplinary Communication for Nursing Students

        의사소통은 간호사가 대상자와의 치료적 관계 및 다양한 직종간의 협력관계를 형성하여 성공적인 간호중재를 이끄는데 있어 중요한 요소이며 이에 간호대학생들에게 효과적인 의료인 간의 의사소통 능력 함양 할 수 있는 의사소통 교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 분석하여 간호교육 전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 P 대학교 간호학과 4학년에 재학중인 학생 54명이며, 연구결과, 대상자의 의사소통명확성 (t=-7.75, p<.001)과 셀프리더십 (t=-4.43, p<.001)은 유의한 차이가 있었고, 의사소통 만족도는 교육 후에 점수가 증가하였으나 유의한 차이가 없었다 (t=-1.22, p=.226). 결론적으로 SBAR를 활용한 학제간 의사소통 교육프로그램은 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성과 셀프리더십에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며 다양한 시나리오의 개발과 반복 훈련을 할 수 있는 지속인 교육개발이 필요하다. Communication is an important factor for nurses to lead successful nursing interventions by establishing therapeutic relationships with the subjects and cooperative relationships between the various occupations. The purpose of this study was to develop a communication education program to nurse college students to improve communication skills among medical professionals and to analyze the effects of the program. The subjects of this study were 54 students in the 4th grade of P nursing. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the subjects' communication clarity(t=-7.75, p<.001) and self-leadership (t=-4.43, p<.001). Satisfaction with communication increased after the training but there was no significant difference (t=-1.22, p=.226). In conclusion, communication program using SBAR has a positive effect on clarity of communication and self-leadership of nursing students, and it is necessary to develop continuous education that can develop various scenarios and repeat training.
