최근 페이스북, 트위터 그리고 카카오톡과 같은 SNS (Social Network Service)는 많으 사람들에게 인기를 얻고 있다. 사용자들은 SNS를 통해 자신의 일상을 다른 사람들에게 가시화하고, 오프라인에서 서로 모르는 사람과 친구 관계를 맺으며 서로의 생각이나 정보 등을 실시간으로 공유한다. 또한 SNS을 통해 연구 설문조사가 이루어지기도 하고, 기업은 마케팅, PR활동 그리고 고객 관리까지 SNS을 이용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SNS가 가진 장단점을 면밀히 분석하여 구글의 개방형 모바일 플랫폼인 안드로이드기반의 소셜 네트워크 애플리케이션, '슈게더'를 제작하였다. '슈게더'애플리케이션을 이용해 서울여대 학생들은 모르고 지냈던 사람들과의 관계 형성을 할 수 있으며, 교내에서 본인의 관심사를 타인과 함께 나눌 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Ensuring the security of medical record is becoming an increasingly important problem as modern technology is integrated into existing medical services. Electronic medical record system is established in independent private network, which provide certifications for medical practice. An outflow of confidential medical information is an invasion of privacy of the person. Advanced medical information system is integrated with unit of the system because user needs is various. It is necessary to control access management of health information system according to user role. In this paper, we propose an efficient and appropriate management authority system and also introduce the instances applied into a large hospital EMR system, developing appropriate access management. to match the characteristics of the integrated medical information system.
하수관거 I/I 분석 프로그램 개발 및 구리시 관내 하수처리구역에 적용

A program was developed to compute infiltration and inflow analysis, and GUI was designed and added in the computational modules for a better understanding and convenient usage for users, named SM-Sewer. The system consists of four modules such as environmental database module for spatial data and their attribute data, filtering module for irregular data, missing data or outllers, I/l analysis module for continuously measured flow data, management module for I/l analyzed results. The modules were integrated using Visual Basic language under Windows Me environment for PC with a management panel, including menu bars, button bars, and tool bars. Using SM-Sewer, the system developed in this study, we performed I/l analysis for wastewater treatment areas of Guri city. According to the results of the analysis, ratio of infiltrated flow to total flow for station Guri-3 takes up 30% and was the highest among the 6 stations. To determine the rank for rehabilitation of sewer system, infiltration rate was computed by dividing by mean diameter and total length of sewer for infiltration. The analysed results show Guri-1 ranked as the first since the mean diameter and total length was large enough compared to the amount of infiltration. Accordingly, rehabilitation program for sewer should be gradually proceeded reflecting the rank determined based on the result of infiltration rate.
불완전 전뇌 허혈후 소생의 백서 모델을 이용한 재관류 뇌혈류량과 허혈성 뇌조직 손상도와의 관계

Background: Experimental data indicate that low-flow reperfusion following prolonged cardiocirculatory arrest may aggravate early cerebral microcirculatory reperfusion disorders. We investigated the influence of cerebral reperfusion flow change to the ischemic histopathologic damage of brain tissue after incomplete forebrain ischemia in rats. Materials and method: Anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats were undergone ligation of both internal carotid artery by microvascular clamp for 10 minutes. After release of the clamp, reperfusion was started with several different flow levels (0, 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100%) of internal carotid artery comparing to pre-clamping phase using flowmeter. After 15minutes of reperfusion, rat brains were prepared by perfusion-fixation with 3% formaldehyde. Under light microscopic examination of Hematoxylin-Eosin stained tissue slide, histopathologic damage was examined at cortex, putamen, and hippocampus regions. Categorical hisotopathologic damage scores were derived in each regions by manual counts of ischemic neurons. Result: The histopathologic damage scores were 0, 10.2±0.5, 7.6±1.5, 5.9±1.4, 5.0±2.8, 3.5±0.7, and 1.0±0.0 in control, 0, 10,20, 30, 50, and 100% reperfusion groups, respectively(p<0.05). Conclusion: Our results showed significant increment of brain histopathologic damage scores along with decreasing amount of cerebral reperfusion flow after incomplete forebrain ischemia. We believe restoration of reperfusion flow to pre-ischemic level would be a critical component in attenuation of brain ischemic damage.

Selective COX (cyclooxygenase)-2 inhibitors including celecoxib have been shown to induce apoptosis and cell cycle changes in various tumor cells. New inhibitors are recently being developed as chemomodulating agents. We evaluated celecoxib and screened 150 synthetic compounds for anti-proliferative activities in vitro. Effects of celecoxib on COX activity, cell growth, cell cycle distribution, and apoptosis induction were determined in A549 COX-2 overexpressing human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. The COX inhibition of celecoxib increased with concentration up to 82% at 1μM after 24 hr exposure. Forty μM and 50μM of celecoxib induce G_1 arrest, and TUNEL-positive apoptotic cells, respectively. Among 150 compounds, several compounds were selected for having greater COX-2 inhibitory activity and higher selectivity than celecoxib with growth inhibitory activity. Celecoxib showed concentration-dependent COX inhibitory activity, and ability to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human NSCLC cells in vitro. Among synthetic analogues screened, several compounds showed promising in vitro activity as COX-2 inhibitory anticancer agents, which warrant further evaluation in vitro and in vivo.
