        여름철 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성 및 어메니티 관리 연구

        본 연구는 산악환경의 기상 특징과 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 파악하고 열쾌적성이 높은 활동 시간 정보, 활동 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 분석을 위해 여름철 도심 기온, 국립공원 방재기상관측장비(AWS, Automatic Weather System), 탐방로인 숲길의 평균 기온을 비교하였다. 또한, 계룡산 국립공원의 주요 탐방로 4개 구간의 미기후 요소와 수관울폐도 측정을 위해 총 240개 지점을 조사 후 열쾌적성을 파악 하였다. 도심과 국립공원AWS, 탐방로의 평균 기온을 비교하였을 때, 도심, 갑사AWS, 동학사AWS, 갑사 탐방로, 동학사 탐방로 순으로 평균 기온이 높게 나타났다. 이 결과, 탐방객이 직접 체감하는 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 고려해야 함을 의미한다. 주요 탐방로 4개 구간 조사 결과, 평균 수관울폐도는 동학사~남매탑 구간, 동학사~관음봉 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간 순으로 높았다. PMV(예상평균온열감)는 활동량이 2.8MET 일 때, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 동학사~남매탑, 동학사~관음봉구간 순으로 높았다. 조사를 통하여, 열쾌적성이 높은 시간 정보, 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제시할 수 있었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 특성을 파악하여, 탐방로의 어메니티를 높일 수 있는 숲길 관리 방안의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. This study was conducted to understand the weather characteristics of the mountain environment and the thermal comfort of Gyeryongsan National Park trail and to provide information on activity time, activity space, and activity amount. For the analysis of the thermal comfort of the trail, the temperature of the city center in summer, the average temperature of the National Park Disaster Prevention Weather System (AWS), and the trail. Also, Microclimate elements and canopy closure were also measured in four major trails in Gyeryongsan National Park. After investigating a total of 240 points, thermal comfort was identified. When comparing the average temperature of the city center, National Park AWS, and trail, the average temperature was higher in the order of the city center, Gabsa AWS, Donghaksa AWS, Gabsa Trail, and Donghaksa Trail. As a result, it means that the thermal pleasure experienced by visitors should be considered. According to a survey of four major trails, the average canopy closure is Donghaksa~nammaetop route was high in the order of Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route, Gabsa~Yeoncheonbong route and Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route. When PMV(Predicted Mean Vote) is 2.8MET, The PMV was highter in the order of Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route, Gabsa~ Yeoncheonbong route, Donghaksa~nammaetop route, Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route. Through the survey, time information, spatial information, and activity information with high thermal comfort could be presented. By grasping the thermal comfort characteristics of the trail, we intend to lay the foundation for forest trail management measures that can increase the amenity of the trail.

      • 쇄석 골재의 광물학적 및 화학적 특성과 알칼리-실리카 반응성

        본 연구에서는 쇄석 골재의 광물학적 및 화학적 특징과 알칼리-실리카 반응에 대한 골재의 유해 가능성을 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 알칼리-실리카 반응을 유발하는 광물들의 포함여부 및 이에 따라 잠재적으로 조기 열화현상을 유발할 수 있는 암석을 유형별(화성암, 변성암, 퇴적암 및 탄산염암)로 골재를 수집하였다. 암종 별로 선별하여 수집한 골재 내의 알칼리 반응성 유해 물질 존재 여부 확인 X선 회절분석(XRD)과 편광현미경에 의한 광물학적 방법을 사용하였다. 알칼리-실리카 반응성 유무해 판단을 ASTM C 227의 Mortar-Bar 시험방법에 의해 평가 분석하였고, 주 화학성분은 X선 형광분석기(XRF)로 실시하였다. In Korea, due to the shortcomings of natural aggregates and increasing needs of crushed stones, it is necessary to examine the alkali-silica reaction of the crushed stones. The purpose of this study is to analyze petrographic, chemical properties and alkali-silica reaction of crushed stones. This study was performed to investigate the alkali-silica reaction of crushed stones using chemical analysis, physical properties, XRD, XRF and mortar-bar method. As a result, most of test aggregates didn't show any reaction, but many test aggregates have common deleterious mineral. Therefore, there exists the possibility of chemical reaction in petrographic point of view.

      • Ciprofloxacin의 돼지 호흡기 감염증 및 설사증에 대한 치료효과

        To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ciprofloxacin (CFX) on treatment of the pigs with respiratory diseases or diarrhea, CFX at various dosages were administered intramuscularly to the diseased pigs selected from the pig farms located in Chungnam province. One hundreds and fourteen heads of pigs with respiratory diseases were divided into five groups and CFX at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 ( = 2.5mg CFX/Kg B.W.) and 2.0 doses were administered i.m. for 5 days. The recovery rates were found 31.8%, 73.9%, 91.3% and 92.0%, respectively, being higher than that of the untreated control group (19.0%). The mortality of the treated groups were 0%, that is lower than that of the control (9.5%). Seven kinds of bacteria were isolated from the respiratory organs of 86 pigs, and 34 (39.5%) of 86 pigs showed the complicated infection. In analyzing by the pigs infected with a single pathogen as P. multocida, A. pleuropneumonia, Staphylclcoccus spp. or Mycoplasma spp., the recovery rates were 0∼66.6% at 0.25 dose. 66.6∼100% at 0.5 dose and 100% in all of 4 pathogens at 1.0 to 2.0 doses. At 0.25 dosage the pigs infected with A. pleuropneumonia showed the lowest recovery rate. One hundreds and twenty two heads of pigs with diarrhea were divided into five groups and CFX at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 ( = 2.5mg CFX/Kg B.W.) and 2.0 doses were administered i.m. for 5 days. The recovery rates were 29.1%, 40.0%, 80.0% and 88.0%, respectively. The mortality of the treated groups were 0-8.3%, being much lower than that of the control. Four kinds of bacteria were isolated from the fecal specimens of 94 pigs, and 84 (89.0%) of 94 pigs showed the complicated infection.

      • 접촉연소검지방식을 이용한 후막형 메탄가스센서의 제조 및 그 특성

        본 연구에서는 스크린 프린팅 기술을 이용한 병렬저항열원을 갖는 후막형 가연성 가스센서를 제조하고, 메탄가스에 대한 감도특성을 조사하였다 알루미나 기판의 양면 위에 제조된 병렬형 백금 후막발열체는 후막형 백금 저항체로 사용된 백금페이스트 온도 감지 특성과 표면 특성을 조사하여 paste A로 선정하였다. 제조된 백금 후막 발열체는 평균저항값이 1.8Ω이고, TCR값은 3685ppm/℃이었다. 제조된 백금 발열체상에 Pt과 Pd이 첨가된 촉매 페이스트를 제조하고 가지부는 Pt과 Pd가 첨가된 촉매를 스크린 프린팅하여 후막을 형성하고 열처리하여 제조하였다. 제조된 후막형 센서는 메탄가스에 대해 4.3mV/1009ppm의 감도를 보였으며, 소비전력은 2.12W이었다. We fabricated the sensors with parallel Pt heaters using screen printing process and investigated sensitivities to hydrocarbon gases. The paste A was selected as Pt paste for heater by investigated the properties of TCRs and thick film microstructures. The average resistance of parallel Pt heaters was 1.8Ω, and the best TCR obtained was 3685ppm/℃. On the top of the Pt heaters, a sensing layer added with Pt and Pd as catalyst paste was screen printed and heat treated. The sensitivity of fabricated the sensor was 4.3mV/1000ppm to methane. The power consumption of the sensors was 2.12watts

      • 자동차 수동 트랜스미션 기어의 손상과정 예측

        The wear particles is released from the moving surfaces in gear systems of transmission and its morphology is directly related to the damage and failure to gear systems from which the particles originated. It is the effective method to diagnosis damage process of gear systems of automobile transmission to observe wear particle in gear oil. We tested with new transmission and took out gear oil according to drive distance. To be applied to damage diagnosis of gear system in transmission of automobile, 4 shape parameters of wear particles in gear oil were calculated and wear volume were presumed with the image processing system.

      • 활동기와 동면기 살모사의 위장관 점액세포내 점액질에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        살모사(Aekistrodon halys Pallas)의 위장관 점액세포내 점액질을 활동기와 동면기로 나누어 조직화학적으로 비교관찰하였다. 일반관찰을 위하여 H-E 염색을, 조직화학적 소견을 관찰하기 위하여 PAS reaction, Ab2.5 염색, AB1.0염색, AB2.5-PAS 염색, AB1.0-PAS 염색 AF1.7 염색 및 AF1.7-AB2.5 염색등을 시행하였다. 위(胃)는 표면점액세포와 점액경세포의 점액질을, 소장은 은롸롸 융모의 점액세포를 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 1. 활동기와 동면기의 위점막에서는 현저한 차이는 없으나, 소장점막은 동면기에는 점막 주름수가 감소하고 높이가 낮아지며 점액세포가 위축되었다. 2. 위 표면점액세포는 활동기에 중성점액질과 약간의 Sialomucin을 포함한 산성점액질로 구성되었으나, 동면기에는 중성점액질과 Sialomucin이 약간 감소하였다. 3. 위 점액경세포는 활동기에 중성점액질만을 포함하고 있었으나, 동면기에는 Sialomucin을 포함한 산성점액질이 소량 검출되었다. 4. 소장 점액세포는 활동기에 산성점액질과 중성점액질로 구성되었으며 산성점액질에는 Sulfomucin과 Sialomucin이 포함되어 있었으나, 동면기에는 Sulfomucin과 Sialomucin이 다소 감소하였다. This study was performed in order to investigate the histochemical properties and compositions of the mucosubstances in the mucous of the gastrointestinal tract of Vipers, Agkistrodon halys Pallas, in active and hibernating phases. The specimens from stomach and small intestine were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin wax, sectioned at a thickness of 4㎛, and stained with Hematoxyling-eosin for general histological observation and with PAS reaction, Alcian blue pH 2.5 or 1.0, Alcian blue pH 2.5-PAS or 1.0-PAS reaction, Aldehyde fuchsin pH 1.7, and Aldeliyde fuchsin pH 1.7-Alcian Blue pH 2.5 for histochemical finding. The mucous compositions in mucous cells of the gastrointestinal tract examined by their stain reaction were neutral mucin, acidic mucin, sulfomucin, sialomucin, The results obtained were as follows; The folds of the gastrointestinal tract in the hibernating phase, compared with the active phase, shrink and lower. Also, the shrinkage of epithelial cells were observed in the hibenating phase. The surface mucous cells of the stomach in the active phase composed mainly neutral mucin and a little amount of acidic mucin including sialomucin, but in the hibernating phase neutral mucin and sialomucin slightly decreased. The mucous neck cells of the stomach in the active phase constituted mainly neutral mucin, In the hebernating phase the mucous neck cells were composed of neutral mucin and a little amount of acidic mucin contained sialomucin. The mucous cells of the small intestine in the active phase consist of neutral mucin, acidic mucin including sulfomucin and sialomucin but in the hibernating phase sulfomucin and sialomucin slightly decreased.

      • 상자형의 전단지연 현상과 유효폭에 관한 연구

        In a box girder, it is an accepted practice in structural engineering to represent the effect of 'shear lag' by adopting an 'effective width' concept. The actual width of flange plate (b) is replaced by a reduced width (b_e) over which the longitudinal stresses may be considered uniformly distributed and the application of the elementary theory of bending to the transformed girder cross section gives the correct value of maximum longitudinal stress (σ_max). This paper provides how to determine the magnitude of 'shear lag' and 'effective width ratio' in case of orthotropic box girder which is simply supported, symmetrically loaded only.

      • 유압피스톤 모터용 Slipper-pad의 손상상태 해석

        This papaer was undertaken to do morphological analysis of wear particles for sliding members hydrauric rotary acuator. The lubricating wear test was performed under different experimental conditions using the wear test device and wear specimens of the pin on disk type was rubbed in parafinic base oil by three kinds of lubricating materials, varying applied load, sliding distance. The four shape parameters (50% volumetric diameter, aspect, roundness and reflectivity) are used for morphological analysis of wear particles. The results showed that the four shape parameters of wear particles depend on a kind of the lubricating materials. It was capable of presuming wear volume for three kinds of materials on driving time.
