        원칙적으로 하수급인 계약의 상대방인 원수급인으로부터 하도급 대금을 지급받아야 하고 발주자(도급인)에게 직접 청구할 수 없다. 이에 따라 하도급거래공정화에관한법률(이하 '하도급법') 제14조에는 원수급인의 부도, 지급거절 등의 사유로 하수급인이 원수급인으로부터 하도급 공사 대금을 지급받기 어려운 경우 하수급인을 보호하기 위해 하도급 대금의 직접 지급이 규정돼 있다.

        사과 과수원토양과 그 잎중의 중금속 함량간의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        사과잎中의 重金屬含量을 측정하고 과수원토양과 사과잎中의 중금속함량間의 相關關係를 규명하기 위해서 우리나라 58개 과수원에서 채취한 사과잎 시료 中 Cu, Cd 및 Pb을 分析하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 사과잎中의 중금속 평균함량은 Cu 26,44 (6.23-182.85) ppm, Cd 0.34 (0.07-0.61) ppm, pb 9.47(0.00-225.50) ppm 이었다. 2. 土壤과 사과잎中의 중금속함량間의 상관관계 分析에서 Cu와 Pb은 有意性있는 正의 상관을 보였고, Cd은 유의성은 없었다. 또한 사과 두 品種 국광과 홍옥 및 기타품종을 분류 비교한 결과 품종간의 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 3.토양과 사과잎中의 중금속함량간의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 IN NH₄ OAC (pH 7.0) 침출액 보다는 0.1N HCl 침출액을 토양침출액으로 사용하는 것이 더욱 높은 유의성있는 正의 상관을 보여서 0.1N HCl이 더 적합한 것으로 밝혀졌다. This study was performed to reveal the heavy metal contents in apple leaves, and to estimate the correlation between contents of heavy metals of orchard lands and those of apple leaves. For this experiment, the apple leaves were collected from 58 apple orchards in Korea. The results were as follows ; 1. The average heavy metal contents in apple leaves were 26.44(6,23-182,85) ppm in Cu, 0.34 (0.07-0,61) ppm in Cd and 9.47 (0.00-225.50) ppm in Pb. 2. On the simple correlation coefficients between contents of heavy metals of orchard lands and those of apple leaves, all three copper cadmium and lead were positive but cadmium was insignificanfly, correlated. There was no difference among varieties (Ralls, Jonathan, etc) in these results. 3. The 0.1N HCl extraetion proved, was more suitable than the lN-NH₄OAC extraction for describing the relation-Ship between heavy metal contents of apple leaves and those of orchard lands.

        Electrical Properties of Indium-tin-oxide Films Treated with an Intense Ion Beam Current

        The authors investigated the electrical properties of low-temperature-deposited indium-tin-oxide(ITO) films treated with an argon-ion beam (AIB) at high current density and low energy. Experimentaldata showed that ITO films on PET substrates treated in this manner had higherconductivity than the PET films treated thermally. X-ray diffraction indicated that the AIB ITOfilms had a poly-crystalline-like structure and that amorphous regions were present in PET substrates. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the AIB ITO film surfaces had smallercracks and exhibited dense bonding, presumably caused by instantaneous melting of ITO filmsby the high-current AIB beam. Consequently, the authors speculate that the effects of ion-beamtreatment are driven by surface heating due to atomic collisions.

        동결건조 연근 분말을 첨가한 머핀의 품질특성

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of freeze dried lotus root powder addition on quality attributes of muffins. The muffin was made with various freeze dried lotus root powder concentration(1%, 3%, 5%, 7%). Muffin was evaluated for their sensory property and physical quality. The antioxidative activity measured by DPPH(2,2-diphenyl-1-picryldrazyl) radical scavenging activity of freeze dried lotus root powder increased,the mechanical characteristics of the muffin, such as hardness increased, but gumminess and chewiness decreased. The L value and b value of muffin deceased as the concentration of freeze dried lotus root powder increase, whereas the a value increased. According to the sensory evaluation of muffin, the scores of color, flavor, and texture were raised by the addition of freeze dried lotus root powder. Based on the results and the sensory evaluation specifically, the optimal amount of freeze dried lotus root powder to muffins was the 5% concentration.

        Transport Properties of MgB<sub>2</sub> Films Grown on Hastelloy Tape: Substrate Temperature Effect

        We report on the transport properties of MgB<sub>2</sub> films that were directly grown on Hastelloy tapes by using a hybrid physical chemical deposition method. The substrate temperatures was varied from 480 ℃ to 540 ℃ in 20 ℃ increment while the deposition time and the gas mixing ratio were kept constant at 10 min and H<sub>2</sub>:B<sub>2</sub>H<sub>6</sub> = 70:30, respectively. Within this window of substrate temperature, all the samples except the one grown at 480 ℃ exhibited critical current densities, <i>J<sub>c</sub></i>, much higher than those observed in MgB<sub>2</sub> wires and tapes that were made by using the powder method. For instance, the film grown at 500 ℃ exhibited a value of <i>J<sub>c</sub></i> exceeding 3 × 10<sup>5</sup> A/cm<sup>2</sup> at 4 T and 5 K measured in magnetic fields applied perpendicular to the substrate. In the samples grown at temperatures above 500 ℃, a resistance dip was observed in the same field orientation, which can be regarded as evidence for strong flux pinning.

        1차원 모델링을 이용한 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 디자인 해석

        The simulation program for solar cells, PC1D, was briefly reviewed and the device modeling of a multicrystalline Si solar cell using the program was carried out to understand the internal operating principles. The effects of design parameters on the light absorption and the quantum efficiency were investigated and strategies to reduce carrier recombination, such as back surface field and surface passivation, were also characterized with the numerical simulation. In every step of the process, efficiency improvements for the key performance characteristics of the model device were determined and compared with the properties of the solar cell, whose efficiency (20.3%) has been confirmed as the highest in multicrystalline Si devices. In this simulation work, it was found that the conversion efficiency of the prototype model (13.6%) can be increased up to 20.7% after the optimization of design parameters.

        Theoretical analysis and experiments of axial flux pm motors with minimized cogging torque

        This paper deals with analysis and experiments of an axial flux PM (AFPM) brushless dc motor with minimized cogging torque. Recently, many optimal designs for the AFPM motor have been done by finite element (FE) analysis, but such analysis is time-consuming. In this study, the equation of magnetic flux lines existing between PMs and core is assumed mathematically and the minimum cogging torque is calculated theoretically and geometrically without FE analysis. The form of equation is assumed to be a 2nd order polynomial. The skew angle that makes the cogging torque minimized is calculated theoretically, and the value of minimum cogging torque is compared with the results obtained by FE analysis and experiments. The maximum cogging torque of a proposed AFPM motor has the smallest value approximately at a skew angle of 4° in both the theoretical and FE analysis. Compared with the non-skewed motor, the cogging torque of the skewed motor can be decreased to over 90%, which has a value of 5% of the rated torque. Two types of stator cores, with the skew angle of 0° and 4°, are analyzed, manufactured, and tested experimentally.
