디지털 증거탐색 과정에서의 피압수자 참여 문제와 컴퓨터 영상 녹화 제도에 관한 연구

디지털 증거와 종래의 유체물 증거는 본질적으로 많은 차이가 있다. 따라서 각각에 대한 압수수색 절차는 달라질 수밖에 없고, 압수수색 절차가 달라짐에 따라 그 과정에서 피압수자 측에게 인정된 참여권을 보장해 주는 방법 또한 달라져야 한다. 그럼에도 형사소송법과 수사기관의 압수수색 관련 규칙은 유체물 증거에서와는 다른 디지털 증거 압수수색 과정에서의 참여권 보장 방법에 대해 별도의 상세한 규정을 두고 있지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 증거 압수수색 과정 중, 특히 디지털 증거탐색 과정에서의 참여권 보장 방법과 관련하여 유체물 압수수색 과정에서는 찾아 볼 수 없었던 여러 가지 문제점들에 대해 검토한 후, 피압수자 측의 참여권을 보장하기 위한 실질적 대안으로서 디지털 증거탐색 컴퓨터영상 녹화제도를 제안하였다. Digital evidence is different from conventional evidence, in essence. Thus, For the seizure of digital evidence, the procedure will be different. As the seizure procedure changes, the method of Participating right recognized by the subject should also be different. Nevertheless, the Criminal Procedure Act and Confiscation Search Rules do not differentiate or provide separate, detailed rules about Digital Evidence Seizure Process. In this paper, we study Digital evidence seized search, Especially, regarding how to ensure participation while in the middle of the Digital evidence seized search. We will examine various problems with the current digital seizure process which we can get results which are different from the conventional flow of evidence. For ensuring the participation on the side of the be impounded by an investigator for the collection of evidence in building a case. We propose initiating a Digital evidence search Computer image recording system as a practical alternative.

<P>The signaling pathway downstream of TNF receptor (TNFR) is involved in the induction of a wide range of cellular processes, including cell proliferation, activation, differentiation, and apoptosis. TNFR-associated factor 2 (TRAF2) is a key adaptor molecule in TNFR signaling complexes that promotes downstream signaling cascades, such as nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappa B) and mitogen-activated protein kinase activation. TRAF-interacting protein (TRIP) is a known cellular binding partner of TRAF2 and inhibits TNF-induced NF-kappa B activation. Recent findings that TRIP plays a multifunctional role in antiviral response, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and embryonic development have increased our interest in exploring how TRIP can affect the TNFR-signaling pathway on a molecular level. In our current study, we demonstrated that TRIP is negatively involved in the TNF-induced inflammatory response through the down-regulation of proinflammatory cytokine production. Here, we demonstrated that the TRAF2-TRIP interaction inhibits Lys(63)-linked TRAF2 ubiquitination by inhibiting TRAF2 E3 ubiquitin (Ub) ligase activity. The TRAF2-TRIP interaction inhibited the binding of sphingosine 1-phosphate, which is a cofactor of TRAF2 E3 Ub ligase, to the TRAF2 RING domain. Finally, we demonstrated that TRIP functions as a negative regulator of proinflammatory cytokine production by inhibiting TNF-induced NF-kappa B activation. These results indicate that TRIP is an important cellular regulator of the TNF-induced inflammatory response.</P>
EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE FINITE DIFFERENCE METHOD FOR THE FOUR UNDERLYING ASSET ELS

In this study, we consider an efficient and accurate finite difference method for the four underlying asset equity-linked securities (ELS). The numerical method is based on the operator splitting method with non-uniform grids for the underlying assets. Even though the numerical scheme is implicit, we solve the system of discrete equations in explicit manner using the Thomas algorithm for the tri-diagonal matrix resulting from the system of discrete equations. Therefore, we can use a relatively large time step and the computation of the ELS option pricing is fast. We perform characteristic computational test. The numerical test confirm the usefulness of the proposed method for pricing the four underlying asset equity-linked securities.

기존 동적 라우팅은 최소 링크 비용을 기준으로 최적의 라우팅 경로를 설정하고 이에 따라 유입 혹은 유출 되는 플로우를 단말로 전송한다. 하지만 이 경우에는 보안 기능을 담당하는 미들 박스를 우회하게 되고 이에 따라 해당 네트워크는 보안 위협을 직면하게 되는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 최적의 라우팅 경로 설정 시 각 플로우의 서비스 유형을 고려하여 해당 플로우를 보안 미들 박스를 거쳐 단말로 전송하기 위한 라우팅 방안인 동적 서비스 체이닝이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SDN의 동적 플로우 트래픽 제어 기능과 보안 서비스 기능을 동시에 고려한 동적 라우팅 방안에 대해 제안한다. The conventional dynamic routing methods in Software Defined Networks (SDN) set the optimal routing path based on the minimum link cost, and thereby transmits the incoming or outgoing flows to the terminal. However, in this case, flows can bypass the middlebox that is responsible for security service and thus, thus the network can face a threat. That is, while determining the best route for each flow, it is necessary to consider a dynamic service chaining, which routes a flow via a security middlebox. Therefore, int this paper, we propose a new dynamic routing method that considers the dynamic flow routing method combined with the security service functions over the SDN.

<P>Conclusions: In this work, we report a novel pre-processing technique that improves detectability of lesions in DBT and has potential advantages over the global threshold-based post-reconstruction processing technique. The proposed method not only increased the lesion detectability but also reduced typical image artifacts pronounced in conventional FBP-based DBT.
