Energy balance is monitored by the hypothalamus, which responds to peripheral signals by releasing neuropeptides that regulate energy intake and expenditure. In this study, we constructed pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) and “cocaine and amphetamine-related transcript” (CART) promoter-driven luciferase plasmids and transformed them permanently into both N29-2 neuronal cells and human SHSY5Y cells. Using reporter gene assays, we identified apigenin from the seeds of Perilla frutescens Britton var crispa (Benth.) using activity-guided fractionation. The 50% promoting concentrations (EC50) of apigenin on POMC and CART were 0.93 μM and 0.67 μM, respectively, in N29-2 cells, without significant cytotoxic effects. Shortterm food intake was decreased in C57BL/6J mice after an intraperitoneal injection of apigenin (10 mg/kg; p < 0.05). Food intake and body weight gain for 30 days were also reduced slightly in mice fed a high-fat diet containing apigenin (0.05%, w/w; p < 0.05). These results indicate that apigenin increased POMC and CART gene expression in neuronal cells and significantly reduced food intake in C57BL/6 mice, which may be related to the anorexigenic neuropeptides POMC and CART.
An Analysis on the Purchasing Behavior of the User through the Characteristics of Social Commerce

In addition to the increased used for smart phones daily, various characteristics and problems for social commerce have been drawn attention recently, and also, have been analyzed by various impact factors which were given to the purchasing behaviors of consumers through social commerce. The study investigated consumers’ use of social commerce based on SNS by using articles of Fair Trade Commission, Korea Consumer Agency and so on. As a result, cost reduction characteristics of social commerce, the impulse buy, and to understand in Review effect, latest mobile shopping growth of increases explosively, market by market conditions to move from offline to online, the social commerce it was found to have a significant impact on the time of the purchase of the consumer. In addition, the study has discussed the results of the significance and limitation. With those things, they can be a suggestion for future research. More than half of the consumers were satisfied with social commerce. The consumers made use of social commerce 1 or 2 times a month and when they were watching banner advertising. In detail, food and beverage tickets such as restaurants, café and bars occupied 35%, and they showed the highest. ‘We-make-price’, ‘Ticket Monster’ and ‘Coupang’ were used to investigate as representative social commerce companies.

본 연구는 대학생의 자기 주장성과 폭음 수준이 성폭력 피해를 예측하는지 알아보았고, 폭음 수준이 자기 주장성과 성폭력 피해 여부 간에 조절 역할을 하는지 탐색해 보았다. 대학생 405명이 연구에 참여하였고 익명성 보장을 위해 모바일 기반 설문 응답을 사용하였다. 설문지에 응답하지 않은 12명의 참여자를 제외한 393명(남: 161명, 여: 232명)의 자료를 분석하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 자기주장성, 폭음 수준, 자기 주장성과 폭음의 상호작용을 예측 변인으로, 성폭력 피해여부를 기준 변인으로 설정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 자기 주장성과 폭음 수준이 성폭력 피해 확률을 유의하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자기 주장성 수준이 낮을수록, 폭음 수준이 높을수록 성폭력 피해 확률이 유의함을 나타냈다. 또한 자기 주장성과 폭음의 상호작용이 성폭력 피해 확률을 유의하게 예측하였다. 상호작용에 대한 단순 주 효과 분석을 실시한 결과 폭음 수준이 낮은 집단의 경우 자기 주장성이 성폭력 피해 확률을 유의하게 예측한 반면, 폭음 수준이 높은 집단의 경우 자기 주장성이 성폭력 피해 확률을 유의하게 예측하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 대학생의 성폭력 피해 예방을 위한 프로그램 적용 시 자기 주장성 훈련만이 아니라 건전한 음주 교육이 병행되어야 할 것을 제안하였다. Backgound: The present study was designed to investigate the moderating role of binge drinking on the relationship between self-assertiveness and sexual victimization among college students (N=393, male: 161, female: 232). We hypothesized that the relationship between self-assertiveness and sexual victimization is meaningful only when binge drinking is low, not high. Methods: Using an online site, participants filled out a packet of questionnaires for demographic information, their amount of unwanted sexual contact experience, and their rate of alcohol consumption. Results: In the result, binge drinking moderated the relationship between self-assertiveness and sexual victimization. For the high binge drinker group, high self-assertiveness was not a statistically significant predictor of sexual victimization. Conclusions: Although self-assertiveness is known to be a protective factor against sexual victimization, our results imply that self-assertiveness alone is not enough to lower sexual victimization. Binge drinking and self-assertiveness are considered together in sexual violence prevention programs.
