        종합사회복지관 실무자의 이용자중심실천에 영향을 주는 요인 : 실무자요인과 조직요인의 영향력을 중심으로

        본 연구는 사회복지관 실무자의 이용자중심실천에 실무자요인과 조직요인이 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구수행을 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역 종합사회복지관 사회복지사 203명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구문제 해결을 위해서는 위계적 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 분석결과에서 이용자중심실천 수준에 영향을 미치는 개별변수는 실무자요인의 대인의사소통능력과 조직요인의 혁신적 조직문화 수준으로 파악되었다. 연구결과에 기초한 실천적 함의로서 실무자의 의사소통능력을 강화하는 교육․훈련 프로그램이나 수퍼비전의 확대, 창의성을 촉진하는 조직 내 경험과 이용자의 맥락에 더 반응적인 조직의 변화노력 등이 논의되었다. This study was conducted to identify the effect of social worker s and agency level indicators affecting on client-centered practice of social welfare center practitioners. To that end, a survey was conducted on 203 social workers at social welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. To answer a major research question in this study, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted by inputing demographics, worker and organizational level factors to predict levels of practitioners client-centered practice. Findings indicated that personal communication ability in worker level indicators and innovative organizational culture of organizational level indicators. Alongside with implications regarding programs that can strengthen the communication skills of practitioners, other practical suggestions are also discussed in the conclusion.

        Design of Multi-dimensional Contents Retrieval UI for Mobile IPTV

        Since two-way interactive broadcasting service began, remote controls have been fitted with 4 color buttons, which enables interaction and convenience to increase between users and content. Currently, diverse studies on IPTV are in progress. Particularly, as the mobile market rapidly grows, studies on mobile IPTV and on linkage with other media are constantly increasing. However, mobile IPTV has never been studied until now. In that sense, this present study attempted to design a mobile-based IPTV UI that could use a multi-dimensional search method based on consistent criteria for content search. As a result, the proposed IPTV UI is fitted with more usability and functionality for 4 color buttons. The UI designed in this study was compared to the IMDb Android Application, which uses GOMS-KLM. The results showed that the performance process was reduced by three stages, and that the performance time was reduced by more than 17.9%. Therefore, the conclusion can be reached that the proposed UI is effective for a fast search of contents.

        The Analysis of Verbal Interaction on the Process of Elementary Students` Hypothesis Generation Learning

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the verbal interaction during elementary students` hypothesis generation learning. For this study, 32 6th graders were selected and were assorted into heterogeneous small-groups by achievement levels. The topics of hypothesis generation learning were developed by analyzing the current elementary school curriculum. Each group`s verbal interactions were audio/video taped and transcribed. After coding the protocol and having student retrospective interview, types and frequency of verbal interaction were analyzed. The frequency of verbal interaction during observation was highest and that of questioning situation identification was lowest. Regarding to the quality of verbal interactions, low level interactions were significantly frequent during observation. On the other hand, hypothetical explicans generation revealed high frequency of high level interactions. The results revealed that elementary students can make high level verbal interactions through hypothesis generation learning.

      • Optimized extraction of phospholipids and lysophospholipids for nanoflow liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry

        <p>The efficiencies of four different methods for the extraction of phospholipids (PLs) and lysophospholipids (LPLs) from human plasma samples were examined by comparing extraction recovery values using nanoflow liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (nLC-ESI-MS). For recovery measurements, six PL and six LPL standards of different head groups were spiked into a human plasma sample, and the peak areas of each individual species after extraction were measured from the chromatograms of the nLC-ESI-MS runs. Recovery was calculated by comparing the peak area of an extracted standard species with that of the same species' spike after extraction of the same plasma sample. For lipid extraction, four different extraction methods were examined: three based on the Folch method with different organic solvents such as CHCl<SUB>3</SUB>, methyl-<I>tert</I>-butyl ether (MTBE), and MTBE/CH<SUB>3</SUB>OH, and one relatively fast method involving CH<SUB>3</SUB>OH only. Evaluations of recovery showed that the modified Folch method with MTBE/CH<SUB>3</SUB>OH proposed in this study was effective for extracting most PL and LPL standards. Then, the four extraction methods were compared with the identified numbers of plasma PLs and LPLs, of which molecular structures can be confirmed by data-dependent, collision-induced dissociation experiments during nLC-ESI-MS-MS. These results demonstrated that the proposed method yielded the identification of 54 LPLs and 66 PLs from a plasma sample, which was the highest identification rate among the four methods.</p> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P> <img src='http://pubs.rsc.org/ej/AN/2011/c1an15920h/c1an15920h-ga.gif'> </P>

        Enhancement of the photon extraction of green and blue LEDs by patterning the indium tin oxide top layer

        <P>The indium tin oxide (ITO) transparent electrode layer on green and blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs) was patterned with various-sized periodic hole arrays, size ranging from 300 nm to 380 nm, using thermal nanoimprint lithography and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching processes. The imprinted resin was used as a mask layer and etch resistance of the imprinted resin was adjusted in order to control the tapered and enlarged etch profile of the ITO layer, since the tapered etch profile can improve the light extraction efficiency of the LED by prominent scatterings. Photoluminescence intensity from InGaN multi-quantum wells for the green LED structure showed that up to 4.6 times stronger emission was exhibited with the patterned ITO electrode, compared to the identical sample with an un-patterned blanket ITO electrode layer. An electroluminescence (EL) intensity of a blue LED sample witha patterned ITO electrode layer was increased up to 23% compared to that of the identical sample with an un-patterned blanket ITO electrode layer.</P>

      • Profiling of Oxidized Phospholipids in Lipoproteins from Patients with Coronary Artery Disease by Hollow Fiber Flow Field-Flow Fractionation and Nanoflow Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry

        <P>Oxidized phospholipids (Ox-PLs) are oxidatively modified PLs that are produced during the oxidation of lipoproteins; oxidation of low density lipoproteins especially is known to be associated with the development of coronary artery disease (CAD). In this study, different lipoprotein classes (high density, low density, and very low density lipoproteins) from pooled plasma of CAD patients and pooled plasma from healthy controls were size-sorted on a semipreparative scale by multiplexed hollow fiber flow field-flow fractionation (MxHF5), and Ox-PLs that were extracted from each lipoprotein fraction were quantified by nanoflow liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry (nLC-ESI-MS/MS). The present study showed that oxidation of lipoproteins occurred throughout all classes of lipoproteins with more Ox-PLs identified from CAD patient lipoproteins: molecular structures of 283 unique PL species (including 123 Ox-PLs) from controls and 315 (including 169 Ox-PLs) from patients were identified by data-dependent collision-induced dissociation experiments. It was shown that oxidation of PLs occurred primarily with hydroxylation of PL; in particular, a saturated acyl chain such as 16:0, 18:0, or even 18:1 at the sn-1 location of the glycerol backbone along with sn-2 acyl chains with at least two double bonds were identified. The acyl chain combinations commonly found for hydroxylated Ox-PLs in the lipoproteins of CAD patients were 16:0/18:2, 16:0/20:4, 18:0/18:2, and 18:0/20:4.</P>

        미활용 농업부산물로부터 바이오오일 생산을 위한 급속 열분해 시스템 최적화 및 탈산소 반응에 관한 연구

        In this study, a fast pyrolysis system is optimized to produce bio-oil with high yield and high heating value (HHV) from agricultural by-products. The agricultural by-products is screened by elemental analysis and HHV analysis. Among the various agricultural by-products, the fruit tree waste is selected as a feedstock to generate bio-oil because it shows the highest HHV. The pyrolysis reaction system is to produce bio-oil optimized by controlling gas velocity and reaction temperature. Consequently, the highest bio-oil yield is obtained when the gas velocity is 3.0 and the reaction temperature is 500℃. This is because the heat transfer rate increases as the gas velocity increases, and the pyrolysis of organic matter accelerates as the temperature increases. In addition, deoxygenation reaction is performed to increase the HHV of the produced bio-oil. The CoMo catalyst have been used for the deoxygenation reaction. The HHV of the bio-oil increases to 7,400 kcal/kg by deoxygenation reaction. This result is due to that the oxygen content is decreased by deoxygenation reaction.

      • Adverse Drug Reactions to Anti-TB Drugs for Latent TB Infection; Using KAERS Database

        Background Latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) has a high prevalence of around 25% worldwide. However, there are very few studies on adverse drug reactions to anti-TB drugs for LTBI. Objective: This study aimed to investigate clinical characteristics of various ADRs to anti-TB drugs in LTBI using a nationwide database of ADRs. Methods We used the Korea Adverse Event Reporting System (KAERS) database (2016-2019). The study subjects were selected using International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes for LTBI and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) codes for Isoniazid (INH), Rifampicin (RIF). The causality assessment of ‘possible’, ‘probable’, or ‘certain’ by WHO-UMC causality category was selected. The data were analyzed using R.4.0.2. Results A total of 499 cases were found from 371 ADR reports to INH and/or RIF in LTBI treatment. Male was 106 (21.2%), female was 205 (41.1%), and 136 cases (36.7%) were more than 50 yrs. According to treatment type, the frequency of ADRs was most common in INH/RIF (160); followed by INH (115), and RIF (96). According to organ system, liver and biliary system disorder was most frequent in INH (88/115, 76.5%), and in INH/RIF (100/160, 62.5%). However, skin and appendages disorders are most common in RIF (47/96, 49%). Rate of discontinuation was highest at RIF (46/96, 70%) followed by INH/RIF (57/160, 35,6%), and INH (49/160, 30%). The main cause of discontinuation was hepatic function abnormality in INH and INH/RIF while skin reactions in RIF. According to the time of ADR occurrence, gastrointestinal and skin symptoms appeared within one month, but hepatic dysfunction were occurred after three months in all regimens. Conclusions Information about ADRs in LTBI especially according to different regimen will be clinically informative to recognize and cope with ADRs of LTBI treatment.
