        1920년대 한·중 문예논쟁시기 유기석의 아나키즘문예인식에 대한 재고

        The purpose of this study is to research Yu Kiseok’s views and cognitive characteristics on literature and art. Yu Kiseok (1905-1980) was an Korean anti-Japan independence activist and anarchist who had been active in China. In the early and middle 1920s, Yu Kiseok was influenced by anarchism through the exchanges and communication with Korean anarchists in China and Chinese anarchists, and began to pay attention to anarchism literature and art. Later, influenced by Kropotkin’s and Tolstoy’s literary thoughts, in the late 1920s he participated in the literary debates between anarchism and marxism in Korea and China and published a number of articles to clarify his unique views on literature and art. This paper investigates Yu Kiseok’s opinions and views on literature and art from three aspects: the subject attribute, the social attribute and the essential attribute, deeply explaining the equality consciousness and the public, the resistance consciousness and social utility, the life consciousness and individuality, and further extracts the reasonable factors to discuss the significance of them. Generally speaking, Yu Kiseok’s opinions and views on literature and art have the following special historical significance. Firstly, the “subjectivity of literature and art”, the life consciousness and the emphasis on the importance of individuality reflected the independence and originality of literature and art. It is directly related to the essence of literature and art, and gives us quite a few enlightenments that enables us to understand them more deeply. Secondly, he integrated class consciousness and ideology into literature and art, and emphasized the resistance and struggle of literature and art against imperial oppression, which has very important practical significance. Thirdly, his opinions and views on literature and art made a certain contribution to enhancing the vitality and combat effectiveness, enriching the literary theories at that time. This paper hopes to provide some reference for a more comprehensive understanding of Yu Kiseok and his views on literature and art, and objectively evaluate the significance and value of his anarchism literary thought in the history of Korean and Chinese literary criticism in the 1920s.

        A quantitative analysis of the wing outlines of owlflies (Insecta: Neuroptera: Ascalaphidae)

        We quantitatively described and analyzed variation in the wing outlines of owlflies using 135 forewings and 135 hindwings from eight species in five genera. We captured and digitized images of the wing outlines from 135 individual specimens and subjected them to Elliptic Fourier analysis to produce matrices of Fourier coefficients based on 20 harmonics. The first five principal components extracted from the Fourier coefficient matrices described the wing outlines, explaining 94.87% of the total forewing variation and 95.06% of the total hindwing variation. Relationships among species were estimated using multivariate analysis of variance, principal component analysis, and cluster analysis. The results indicated highly significant differences in the wing outlines among the eight owlfly species. Pair-wise comparisons indicated significant differences between 96% of the species pairs based on the forewing outlines and between 100% of the species pairs based on the hindwing outlines. The results of the cluster analysis were partially consistent with the existing classification system of Ascalaphidae. Our results show that quantitative data of wing outlines can effectively differentiate Libelloides from the other four owlfly genera.

        Optimal SVM learning method based on adaptive sparse sampling and granularity shift factor

        To improve the training efficiency and generalization performance of a support vector machine (SVM) in a large-scale set, an optimal SVM learning method based on adaptive sparse sampling and the granularity shift factor is presented. The proposed method combines sampling optimization with learner optimization. First, an adaptive sparse sampling method based on the potential function density clustering is designed to adaptively obtain sparse sampling samples, which can achieve a reduction in the training sample set and effectively approximate the spatial structure distribution of the original sample set. A granularity shift factor method is then constructed to optimize the SVM decision hyperplane, which fully considers the neighborhood information of each granularity region in the sparse sampling set. Experiments on an artificial dataset and three benchmark datasets show that the proposed method can achieve a relatively higher training efficiency, as well as ensure a good generalization performance of the learner. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.

        Research progress and treatment of radiation enteritis and gut microbiota

        Radiation enteritis is a kind of intestinal radiation injury in patients with pelvic and retroperitoneal malignancies after radiotherapy, and its occurrence and development process are very complicated. At present, studies have confirmed that intestinal microecological imbalance is an important factor in the formation of this disease. Abdominal radiation causes changes in the composition of the flora and a decrease in its diversity, which is mainly manifested by a decrease in beneficial bacterial species such as Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. Intestinal dysbacteriosis aggravates radiation enteritis, weakens the function of the intestinal epithelial barrier, and promotes the expression of inflammatory factors, thereby aggravating the occurrence of enteritis. Given the role of the microbiome in radiation enteritis, we suggest that the gut microbiota may be a potential biomarker for the disease. Treatment methods such as probiotics, antibiotics, and fecal microbiota transplantation are ways to correct the microbiota and may be an effective way to prevent and treat radiation enteritis. Based on a review of the relevant literature, this paper reviews the mechanism and treatment of intestinal microbes in radiation enteritis.

        Optical Absorption Properties of Dielectric Composite Films Doped with Metal Nanoparticles

        Composite thin films formed by using nanometer-sized metal particles embedded in dielectric matrices were fabricated by using a pulsed laser deposition technique to co-deposit the metal and the ceramic targets. The optical absorption properties were measured at wavelength from 350 to 800 nm, and the absorption peak due to the surface plasmon resonance of the metal particles was found. The effects of different metal particles (Au, Ag, Fe, Co) and different embedding matrices (SrTiO3, Al2O3, and TiO2) on the optical absorption properties of dielectric composite films are discussed. Strong absorption peaks can be found in composite films doped with noble-metal particles while the composites doped with most transition-metal particles show ordinary absorption patterns. The dielectric properties of the metal particles and the refractive indices of the embedding matrices were responsible for the observed results.

        Low Frequency Current Ripple Mitigation of Two Stage Three-Phase PEMFC Generation Systems

        This paper presents a two stage three-phase proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) generation system. When the system is connected to a three-phase load, it is very sensitive to the characteristics and type of the load. Especially unbalanced three-phase loads, which result in a pulsating power that is twice the output frequency at the inverter output, and cause the dc-link to generate low frequency ripples. This penetrates to the fuel cell side through the front-end dc-dc converter, which makes the fuel cell work in an unsafe condition and degrades its lifespan. In this paper, the generation and propagation mechanism of low frequency ripple is analyzed and its impact on fuel cells is presented based on the PEMFC output characteristics model. Then a novel method to evaluate low frequency current ripple control capability is investigated. Moreover, a control scheme with bandpass filter inserted into the current feed-forward path, and ripple duty ratio compensation based on current mode control with notch filter is also proposed to achieve low frequency ripple suppression and dynamic characteristics improvement during load transients. Finally, different control methods are verified and compared by simulation and experimental results.

        Conduction Mechanism in (La0.7Sr0.3MnO3)n(BiFeO3)n Multilayered Thin Films

        (La0.7Sr0.3MnO3)n(BiFeO3)n multilayered thin films were deposited on (0 0 1) SrTiO3 substrates by using the RF magnetron sputtering method, and their conduction mechanisms in the temperature range between 150 K and 300 K were investigated using several common dielectric conduction models. The results indicate the current-voltage characterization of the as-fabricated thin films obey Ohm’s law at 300 K, but the space-charge-limited conduction mechanism becomes dominant in the as-fabricated thin films as the temperature is decreased.

        Optimized Multiple Description Lattice Vector Quantization Coding for 3D Depth Image

        Multiple Description (MD) coding is a promising alternative for the robust transmission of information over error-prone channels. Lattice vector quantization (LVQ) is a significant version of MD techniques to design an MD image coder. However, different from the traditional 2D texture image, the 3D depth image has its own special characteristics, which should be taken into account for efficient compression. In this paper, an optimized MDLVQ scheme is proposed in view of the characteristics of 3D depth image. First, due to the sparsity of depth image, the image blocks can be classified into edge blocks and smooth blocks, which are encoded by different modes. Furthermore, according to the boundary contents in edge blocks, the step size of LVQ can be regulated adaptively for each block. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, which show better rate distortion performance compared with the conventional MDLVQ.

        Study of injection molding process simulation and mold design of automotive back door panel

        Numerical simulation of the injection molding process of the outer panel of the automotive plastic rear door and mold design is presented here. Computer aided threedimensional interactive application (CATIA) is employed to design the original automotive steel structure, and the modal and thermodynamic properties of the plastic back door outer panel are changed by changing the different injection materials of the back door outer panel. In order to efficiently design the panels, finite element analysis is used to verify whether the designed parts meet the mechanical properties requirements such as light weight, low fuel consumption, short production cycle, strong modeling design, high corrosion resistance and good recovery, the above main parameters have been evaluated, and the above main parameters are carried out evaluate. To simulate the injection molding process, computer aided engineering (CAE) software such as ANSYS and HyperWorks are used to analyze the back door of the selected material. After the numerical analysis, suitable material is selected, so that the modal and thermodynamic properties of the product could be satisfied as well as improved. Unigraphics NX (UG) is employed to design the convex and concave mold for the injection molding of the automobile’s plastic back door panel. Combined with the characteristics of the parts and the design requirements of the injection mold, the multi-scheme design of the pouring and cooling system is carried out. By comparing the effects of different gating and cooling systems on injection molding, the best gating and cooling system is selected. The artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to optimize the process parameters of the injection molding process, and the best combination of the injection molding process parameters of the outer panel of the rear door of the automobile is obtained.

        Identification and heterologous reconstitution of a 5-alk(en)ylresorcinol synthase from endophytic fungus Shiraia sp. Slf14

        A new type III polyketide synthase gene (Ssars) was discovered from the genome of Shiraia sp. Slf14, an endophytic fungal strain from Huperzia serrata. The intron-free gene was cloned from the cDNA and ligated to two expression vectors pET28a and YEpADH2p-URA3 for expression in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae BJ5464, respectively. SsARS was efficiently expressed in E. coli BL21(DE3), leading to the synthesis of a series of polyketide products. Six major products were isolated from the engineered E. coli and characterized as 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl- 5-undecane, 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl-5-cis-6 -tridecene,1,3-dihydroxyphenyl- 5-tridecane, 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl-5-cis-8 - pentadecene, 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl-5-pentadecane, and 1,3- dihydroxyphenyl-5-cis-10 -heptadecene, respectively, based on the spectral data and biosynthetic origin. Expression of SsARS in the yeast also led to the synthesis of the same polyketide products, indicating that this enzyme can be reconstituted in both heterologous hosts. Supplementation of soybean oil into the culture of E. coli BL21(DE3)/SsARS increased the production titers of 1–6 and led to the synthesis of an additional product, which was identified as 5-(8 Z,11 Z-heptadecadienyl) resorcinol. This work thus allowed the identification of SsARS as a 5-alk(en)ylresorcinol synthase with flexible substrate specificity toward endogenous and exogenous fatty acids. Desired resorcinol derivatives may be synthesized by supplying corresponding fatty acids into the culture medium.
