        가축분뇨를 이용한 SCP 생산 균주의 분리 및 균체 단백질 생산

        질소원으로서 계분을 이용하는 균주를 선별하고 계분배지에서 균체의 생육속도가 다른 균주에 비하여 우수한 균주를 분리하였다. 형태·생리학적 특성을 기초로 하여 yeast의 분류 기준과 비교하여 본 균주를 Candida sp.로 동정하였으며 본 균주를 Candida sp. D116으로 명명하였다. Poultry feces extract medium에서 4% 농도의 glucose 첨가가 균체 생육에 효과적이었다. D116 균주를 액체 발효하여 균체생산능, 요산 그리고 가용성 단백질의 변화를 조사하였다. 그 결과 약 60시간이 경과하면 액체 발효 배지내의 거의 모든 가용성 단백질 및 요산의 감소를 보였으며 균체생육은 약 36시간 배양하였을 때 최고조에 도달하였고 그 후에는 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. SCP의 대량생산의 결과 50%의 계분혼합 배지와 30℃의 배양 온도에서 36시간 배양하여 균주의 생육수준이 3.8×10^9 CFU/ml 농도의 균체를 생산하였고 200 L의 배양액중 약 870 g-dw의 균체를 얻었으며 생산된 군체의 조단백질 함량은 67%이었다. College of Engineering, Dankook University, Cheonan 330-714 and Bioproducts Research Center of Yonsei University, Seoul 120-749, Korea - From the soil collected form provincial area of South Korea, a microorganisms which have been shown good growth in the minimal poultry feces extract medium was isolated. Supplement of glucose to the poultry feces extract medium helped the complete degraded during the microbial growth. Maximum cell growth (3.8×10^9 CFU/ml) obtained at 36 hours of incubation after inoculation. Uric acid was degraded faster in minimal medium that in the glucose complement medium. VFA (volatile fatty acid), which are known as major compounds of poultry feces odor, were almost removed from the minimal poultry feces extract medium. Glucose supplement to the minimal medium enhanced the growth of microbial cells. Addition of 4% of glucose and 4% of neopeptone to the minimal poultry feces extract medium helped the maximal growth of cells.

      • 강동구의 산업화와 지속가능한 발전 방안

        강동구는 신석기 시대 이후 농업사회 및 산업사회를 거쳐 오늘날의 정보통신사회로 변화하면서 지리적 급변을 경험하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 강동구의 산업화 과정을 시기별 특색에 따라 고찰하면서 향후 정보통신사회에서 가동구의 지속가능한 발전방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 강동구의 산업화과정은 크게 세 시기로 나눌 수 있다. 첫재, 전산업시대(선사시대∼1962)로, 우리나라 역사에서 농업혁명이 확사되면서 1960년대 들어서면서 그 열기가 산업혁명으로 대체되는 기시깅다. 이 시기 강동지역은 북한강과 남한강의 합강지역으로 문물교류의 접변지로 등장하면서 18세기 상업적 농업혁명을 주도해 나가는 선도지역의 역할을 하게 된다. 둘째, 산업시대(1963∼1988)로, 강동구는 초창기 요업의 성장에서 당시 성장산업인 섬유·화학·기계 산업으로 대체되는 시기이다. 이시기는 산업에서의 변화뿐만 아니라 토지이용에서 변화를 경하하게 되는데, 서울시의 팽창과정에 따라 도시적 토지이용이 농업적 토지이용을 대체하는 시기이다. 세째, 후기산업시대(1989∼현재)로, 강동구는 제조업의 급격한 침체를 경험하게 되고, 제3·4차 산업이 이를 대체하는 시기이다. 특히 유통 및 서비스산업이 급격하게 발달하면서 강동구의 소비공간이 팽창되는 기시이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 강동구는 서울시 전략산업발전에 있어서 다른 선도지역에 비해 경쟁력이 대체로 취약하여, 서초, 강남, 송파, 강동구로 구성된 서울 동남권의 타 지역의배후지역 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러므로 현재 강동구의 산업경제 발전방향을 다양한 각도에서 고려해 볼 필요가 있으며, 특히 강동구의 친환경적이며, 자족적인 생태도시의 형성을 통해 산업과 사회복지가 결합되는 새로운 도시관리 전략창출에 대한 방안 마련이 시급한 실정이다. Gangdong-gu has undergong rapid geographical changes from the agricultural society through the industrial society up to post-industrial (information & telecommunication-based) society. The aim of this article is to explore periodized characteristics of industrialization processes of Gangdong-gu and to present alternatives to sustainable development of Gangdong-gu in the post-industrial society. Chracteristics of the industrialization process in Gangdong-gu are divided into three phases. The first stage is the pre-indestrial era (prehistoric times∼1962). In this period, it played a critical role of the distributiion of agricultural and commercial products and goods because of its most favourable location. The second stage is the industrial era (1963∼1988). In this period, Gangdong-gu has experienced rapid industrial changes from the ceramic industry to the textiled, chemical and mechanical industry. These three main industries played a critical role in develpping this region as the regional strategic industry and simultaneously in transforming the land use pattern from an agricultural to an industrial and commercial land use. The third stage is the post-industrial era(1989∼). This period can be characterized as the rapid decrease of manufacturing and the fast growth of the service industry, the so-called, the tertiary industrialization. According to this trend and tendency, Gangdong-gu has experienced the expansion of the urban consumer space. Nonetheless, within Seoul, the status of Gangdong-gu is relatively weak in terms of industrial strategies for the next generation. Therefore, future main tasks of Gangdong-gu's further development are presented as follows : (1) the development of strategic industries for the next generation such as the information and bio-technology based industry, and (2) the creation of sustainable eco-city with a mix of industry and social welfare.

      • 용접강구조 부재의 한냉특성에 따른 파괴거동해석

        In this paper, low temperature fracture behavior of base metal, HAZ and weldment has been investigated. The effect of residual stress in weld joints on the fracture has been studied. As a result, Charpy impact value was found to decrease with decreasing temperature. Annealed HAZ and weldment have the highest and lowest impact values at 22℃ and -70℃, respectively. The weld joints have larger fracture toughness values than base metal, due to compressive residual stress.

      • 췌장암 환자에서 알코올 내장신경 신경파괴블럭 후 발생한 간염

        Splanchnic neurolytic block(SNB) with alcohol improves the management of pancreatic cancer pain. Adverse effects of alcohol SNB which include regional pain, hypotension, diarrhea, and acute alcohol intoxication are common, but acute hepatitis caused by alcohol neurolytic block is rare. A 63-year-old patient with pancreatic head cancer and liver metastasis had complete pain relief after both retrocrural tansdiscal SNB with 100% alcohol 10 ml. But, 1 day later, liver function test showed a high elevation in the aspartate aminotransferase (AST, 2182 IU/L) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT, 1807 IU/L). The patient had slight jaundice, general weakness, chilling, nausea and vomiting after SNB. Both AST and ALT decreased to 46 and 119 IU/L within 10 days with only supportive therapy. But, 19 days later, the patient died due to pneumonia. Our case illustrates the importance of clinical surveillance especially in patient with hepatic disease after alcohol SNB.

      • 이동 열원을 고려한 전자빔 용접의 유한요소해석

        Simulation on the electron beam welding of Al 2219 alloy was carried out by using commercial FEM code MARC, which encounters moving heat sources. Due to axisymmetry of geometry, a half of the cylinder was simulated. A coupled thermo-mechanical analysis was carried out and subroutine for heat flux was substituted in the program. The material properties such as specific heat, heat transfer coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient were given as a function of temperature and the latent heat associated with a given temperature range is considered. As a result, the proper beam power is 60kVX60mA and welding speed is 1~1.5 m/min. The residual stress in the heat-affected zone as well as the fusion zone does not increase. It is necessary to use jigs for preventing distortion of cylinder and improving weld quality.

        This paper describes an intelligent cruise control system for automobile. With the remarkable numericalincrease of automobiles on the roal, the optimized traffic flow control using the cruise control is one of the very important traffic problems to overcome the limitation of an existing road capacity. Based onthis idea that minimize the fuel cost and teh air pollution, and accept a driver's needs for driving, we have developed an intelligent cruise control system for vehicle. This proposed intelligent fuzzy cruise controller was successfully implemented using the fuzzy algorithm, the i80c196 μ-controller board and the throttle valve actuator. The field test results on an linear road was introduced.

      • 란크릭 캅셀(플루옥세틴 20mg)에 대한 프로작 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성 시험

        Bioequivalence of two flouxetine capsule, ProzacR (Lilly kora Ltd.) and LanclicR (Samsung Pharm. IND. Co.), was evalated according to the guideline of KFDA. Twenty four healthy male volunteers (21-26 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After 60mg of fluoxetine was orally administered, blood was taken at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 24, 32, 48 and 72 hours after administration and just before administration. Plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and internal standard (clomipramine) by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The pharmaco kinetic parameters (AUCt, Cmax and Tmax) wre calculated and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. Differences in (AUCt, Cmax and Tmax between two capsules were -0.90, 3.46 and -14.08% respectively. All powers (1-β) for AUGt, Cmax and Tmax were more than 0.9. Detectable differences (Δ) and confidence interval were all less than ±20%. All the parameters above met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence and indicated that LanclicR capsules are bioequivalent to ProzacR capsules.

        Development and Comparative Study on Tire Models In the AutoDyn7 Program

        In this paper, several tire models (Magic formula, Carpet plot, VA tire, DADS tire and STI tire) are implemented and compared. Since the STI (System Technology Inc.) tire model in the AutoDyn7 program is in a good agreement to NADSdyna STI tire model and experiment, it is selected as a reference tire model for the comparison. To compare tire models, input parameters of each tire model are extracted from the STI tire model to preserve the same tire properties. Several simulations are carried out to compare performances of tire models, i. e., bump simulation, lane change simulation, and pulse steering simulation. The performances in vehicle maneuverability are also compared with the four parameter evaluation method.
