        기계적으로 밀링된 나노결정 Al-14wt%Ni-14wt%Mm 합금 분말의 열 안정성과 미세조직

        Mechanical milling has been performed for Al-14 wt%Ni-14 wt%Mm(Mm=misch metal) alloy powders rapidly solidified by the gas atomization method. The microstructure, hardness, and thermal stability of the powders were investigated as a function of milling time using X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Vickers micro-hardness tester and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) methods. In the early stage of milling, a cold-welded layer with a fine microstructure was formed along the edge of the milled powder (Zone A). The interior of the powder remained unworked (Zone B), resulting in a formation of two-zone microstructure. With increasing milling time, the nanocrystallite size decreased gradually reaching a size of about 10-15 nm and the lattice strain increased reaching a maximum value of about 0.7% after milling for 200 hours. The microhardness of the mechanically milled powder was 132 kg/㎟ after milling for 72 hours, and it increased to 290 kg/㎟ after milling for 200 hours because of the presence of fine nano structured phases.

        Caco-2 세포 단층막 투과 실험시 교반이 약물의 투과계수에 미치는 영향

        The unstirred water layer (UWL), which has been known to exist in the boundary of the intestinal lumen and intestinal wall, often behaves as an absorption barrier especially for lipophilic drugs. The intestinal absorption of drugs is often characterized using Caco-2 cell monolayers grown on Transwell polycarbonate membranes. The permeability (Pare) of drugs across the cell monolayer might be influenced by the agitation of the donor compartment, since the width of UWL on the surface of the cell monolayer would be reduced by the agitation. In this study, the effect of agitation of the donor compartment with 60 rpm on the permeability was measured for 12 drugs with a wide range of lipophilicity and permeability. The of mannitol, tributylmethyl ammonium, cimetidine, ranitidine, hydrocortisone, benzylpenicillin and loxoprofen was not influenced by the agitation, while the P_(app) of theophylline, propranolol, YH439, phenylpropanolarnine and testosterone was increased by the agitation. There was a significant correlation between the increase of P_(app) by agitation and the lipophilicity for the compounds having P_(app) > 2 x 10^(-5) cm/sec. No correlation was observed for the difference in P_(app) by agitation and the molecular weight, or lipophilicity of the drugs. Therefore, the agitation rate of the donor compartment in the Caco-2 cell monolayer study should be carefully controlled in order to estimate Pap, reproducibly especially for iipophilic drugs.

        여자 창던지기 도움닫기 최종 1보 착지와 릴리즈 국면의 운동학적 분석

        S. M. HONG, Y. S. LEE, T. S. Kim. The Kinematic Analysis of the Last Stride Landing and Release Phase in the Woman Javelin. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp. 51-63, 2004. The purpose of this study was to investigate a three dimensional kinematic variables about the last stride and the release phase of the throwing technique for female javelin throwers. For the motion analysis, Six female javelin throwers were used as subjects. Three-dimensional coordinates were collected using the Kwon3D Motion Analysis Package Version 2.1 Program. Two S-VHS Video Cameras were used to record the locations and orientations of control object and the performances of the subjects at a frequency of 6.0 HZ. After the kinematic variables such as the time, the distance, the velocity, and the angle were analyzed about the last stride and release phase, the followings were achieved; 1. For the effectively javelin throwing, the subjects appeared to do long the approach time in the phasel of landing phase, and short the delivery time in release phase 2. In the release event, the other subjects except for subject A appeared to throwing in the lower condition than the height of themselves. This result showed to slow the projecion velocity. 3. For increase the projection vcelocity of the upper extremity joint in the release event, it appeared to do extend rather the shoulder angle than increase the extension of elbow joint. 4. The body of COG angle showed to gradually increase nearly at the vertical axis in the release event. But the front lean angle of trunk showed a small angle compare to increase of the body of COG angle. Therefore for the effectively momentum transmission of the whole body in the javelin, the front and back lean angle of trunk appeared to do fastly transfer the angle displacement in the arch posture or the crescent condition during the deliverly motion of the release phase.

      • 釜山地域 草本植物 調査報告

        1985. 7∼1987. 1까지 4次에 걸쳐 釜山一帶의 草本植物을 調査하였으며 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 釜山地域 草本植物은 125科 876種이었으며 그 中에 762種, 5亞種, 97變種, 12品種을 包含하여 自生種은 647種, 植栽種은 218種, 歸化種은 11種이었다. 2. 多大浦 海岸砂丘에 갯메꽃(Calystegia soldanella), 갯완두(Lathyrus davidii)가 群落를 이루고 있었고, 影島, 太宗臺 海岸 숲속에도 맥문동(Liriope muscari BAIL var. communis NAKAI) 群落이 良好하게 保存되고 있었다. 3. 釜山地域은 最寒月(1月)도 平均零上의 氣溫을 나타내어 溫暖하며, 雨量이 많아 草本植物 生育에 좋은 條件을 갖추고 있었고, 他地域에 比較하여 海岸性 草本植物이 豊富하였다. The herbaceous plants extended Pusan Area were investigated for four times from July 1985 January 1987 periodically and the results can be summarized as follow; 1. The herbaceous plants invstigated in Pusan Area were found to be 125 families. 876 Kinds(762 species, 5 subspecies, 97 varieties and 12 forms). There were 647 natives, 218 planting and 11 naturalized among 876 kinds. 2. Calysegia soldanella and Lathyrus davidii formed the communities in Ta Dae Po sand dune and the community of Liriope muscari has been preserved well at Tae Jong Dae Forest. 3. The temperature of Pusan Area was warm and above 0℃ even in the coldest month(Jan.). The annual precipitation was abundant, so it had a comfortable condition for growing the herbaceous plants. Pusan Area, compared with other area, was a region dominant in the coastal herbaceous plants.

        인터넷 기반의 식품 교환량 데이터베이스 구축과 검색 시스템 (ENECC/E-Food Exchange)에 관한 기초 연구

        The food composition tables are frequently used to health and nutrition practices. But it is difficult to find out food exchange lists with food exchange groups in the food composition table. Over 2500 items and many kinds of nutrients are in the food composition table. But now food exchange lists are used a few foods. The internet demands the users needs for obtaining more food exchange lists and nutrient information from food composition. This basic study is to solve the users need and the supply more efficient and effective manipulation system for e-food exchange database construction and search system: ENECC/e-food exchange(E-Nutrition Education and Couseling Center/e-food exchange). This paper introduces the food exchange database construction and search system(ENECC/e-food exchange) using the formula which calculates the food exchange quantity of 6 food exchange groups and added one extra groups(alcohol) based on the internet. The ENECC/e-food exchange database is basically based on the 6th food composition table(2001) of the National Rural Living Science Institution in Rural Development Administration, Korea. The e-food exchange database are consisted of 2,261 foods in 6 basic food groups and one extra groups by using ENECC calculating formula. Also, the e-food exchange database has the proximate composition, mineral and vitamin content such as energy, moisture, protein, fat, carbohydrate, ash, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, retinol equivalent, retinol, β-carotene, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, ascorbic acid, refuse per 100g of each food. To calculate e-food exchange, ENECC/e-food exchange calculating formula was developed. The one food exchange weight and ENECC/e-food exchange weight were significantly correlated. It shows that the use of this formula is valuable and easily usable. A specific food of e-food exchange can be searched by a given set of food groups or food name and can get information about food one exchange lists, weight and nutrient value per 100g of each food user-friendly on internet. It can be used to make a nutritionally balanced meal plan and nutrition education and counseling.

        In order to screen the new β-lactam antibiotics for clinical use. we were compared MIC values of various β-lactam antibiotics. We also tested the influence of pH, inoculum size, stability of antibiotics in medium and some kinds of media on MIC value. As a result, cefotaxime, cefoperazone, piperacillin, cefamandole, cephaloridine, cephapirin, cefazolin, cephalothin, cephaioylycn were scored in antimicrobial activity of MIC data.

        인터넷 기반의 일상식품의 e-식품교환량(ENECC/E-Food Exchange)과 검색 시스템 개선

        The food exchanges are frequently used to nutrition education and counseling for diabetes, weight control, hyperlipidema and etc. But it is difficult to find out food exchange lists with food exchange groups in the food composition table. This study was conducted to select e-food exchange of commonly used foods(456 foods) and improve search system based on internet. Also, the e-food exchange database was developed as having the proximate composition, mineral and vitamin content such as energy, moisture, protein, fat, carbohydrate, ash, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, retinol equivalent, retinol, Pcarotene, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, ascorbic acid, refuse per 100g of each food. The e-food exchange database developed is basically based on the 6th food composition table(2001) of the National Rural Living Science Institution in Rural Development Administration, Korea. The 456 commonly used foods or 2,262, all foods can be searched easily in a new system. A specific food of e-food exchange can be searched by a given set of food groups or food name and can give information about food one exchange lists, weight and nutrient value per lOOg of each food user-friendly on internet. It can be used to make a nutritionally balanced meal plan, nutrition education and counseling.

        KLEINE-LEVIN 증후군 2례

        The Kleine-Levin syndrome is composed of recurring episodes of sleepiness lasting days, associated with excessive appetite and often with abnormal behavior. The authors reported two cases of the Kleine-Levin syndrome. The results were as follows: 1. They were adolescent male patients. 2. The onsets were predisposed by psychological stresses of school examinations. 3. Their electroencephalograms revealed abnormal findings only during episodes of hypersomnolence. 4. One of them was improved by treatment with imipramine and lithium.

        지역사회 정신의학 전공의 교육과정 실태조사

        Objectives : There is a increasing need to recruit and retain more psychiatrists who can plan and implement organized programs to work with chronic mentally ill patients in community settings. The aim of study is to discover what training is currently in place to prepare psychiatrist for work in "community" or "public" settings. Methods : Survey questionnaires were mailed to 85 residency training directors and 10 leaders of community mental health in 2005. Response rate was 75%. Results : Academic seminar about community mental health were not administered to residents in 63% of training hospitals. Forty one out of 64 training hospitals had community mental health rotation programs, Community mental health center (50%) and day hospital (36%) were the most common type of programs. Few general hospital had affiliation with community mental health programs. The amount of time for clinical rotation varied from less than three months part time to 6 months fulltime, with most frequent form of one day per week for three month in second or third year of psychiatry residents. Conclusion : Further steps are needed to improve residency training curricula and to encourage well qualified psychiatrist to choose careers in community psychiatry.

      • THE KOMPSAT-I PAYLOADS OVERVIEW

        Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KAKI) is developing a Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite I (KOMPSAT-1) which accommodates Electro-Optical Camera (EOC), Ocean Scanning Multi-spectral Imager (OSMI), and Space Physics Sensor (SPS). The satellite has the weight of about 500kg and will be operated on the 10:50 AM sun-synchronized orbit with the altitude of 685 km. The satellite will be launched in 1999 and its lifetime is expected to be over 3 years. The main mission of EOC is the cartography to provide the images from a remote earth view for the production of 1/25000-scale maps of KOREA. EOC collects 510 - 730 nm panchromatic imagery with the ground sample distance(GSD) of 6.6 m and the swath width of 17 km by push broom scanning. EOC also can scan ±45 degree across the ground track using body pointing method. The primary mission of OSMI is worldwide ocean color monitoring for the study of biological oceanography. It will generate 6 band ocean color images with 800 km swath width and 1km GSD by whiskbroom scanning. OSMI is designed to provide on-orbit spectral band selectability in the spectral range from 400 nm to 900 nm through ground command. This flexibility in band selection can be used for various applications and will provide research opportunities to support the next generation sensor design. SPS consists of High Energy Particle Detector (HEPD) and Ionosphere Measurement Sensor (IMS). HEPD has missions to characterize the low altitude high-energy particle environment and to study the effects of radiation environment on microelectronics. IMS measures densities and temperature of electrons in the ionosphere and monitors the ionospheric irregularities at the KOMPSAT orbit.
