        This study is designed to grasp the elements and situations of stage fright in order to propose a part of ways to cope with it. We make 511 top-class high school players, male and female, in the central districts (Seoul, Inchon, Kyungki, Chungbuk, and Kangweon Province) on object of questionnaire, and get the following results. Through players generally have all-round characters they show weakness in the superiority and emotional stability while showing strength in the sonformity. This fact comes to be related to the elements which cause stage fright. Physiological changes also have many effects on the symptom of stage fright. Especially, stage fright increases when players show sensitive reaction to the self-consciousness of final consequence which comes from the tension or uneasiness of sympathetic nerve, Thus, it turns out that players make use of reducing psychological burden by physical exercise or adjusting the level of demanded result in order to release the stage fright.

      • Wireless Local Area Network 의 MAC과 Physical Layer의 Interface 구현

        현재 가장 각광을 받고 있는 무선기술인 무선랜(Wireless LAN) 기술의 핵심인 매체접속제어 알고리즘의 구현에 관한 연구로서, 모뎀, RF 와 host interface를 제어하는 핵심알고리즘인 MAC을 IEEE802.11 spec에 제시된 기능을 H/W와 S/W를 이용하여 구현함으로 기존의 상용 무선 AP(Access Point)와 고속의 송수신이 가능한 수준까지를 구현하였다. 실제 구현 시 상용제품을 가지고는 테스트가 불가능하여 모뎀 및 RF 부분만 모듈을 사용하여 실제 구현한 모듈을 테스트 하였다. 또한 실제 구현한 모듈은 채널상의 CRC 및 FCS 에러를 고려하여 설계하였으며, 추후 고속의 무선 랜 시스템 구축에 활용될 것으로 기대된다. It is as research about embodiment of MAC algorithm that is point of wireless LAN technology that is radio skill that is receiving present head of a family footlights, and embodied MAC that is algorithm that control modern RF and host interface to level that existent common use radio AP and send-receive of high speed are available that embody function that is presented to IEEE 802.11 specs using H/W and S/W. When embody actually, tested module that embody actually using module modern and RF part because test is impossible after have common use product. Also, module that embody actually designed, and is expected to be utilized in radio LAN system construction of high speed Tate considering CRC and FCS error an channel.

        업무 관련성 견갑상 포착 신경증이 의심되는 3례

        Objectives : Entrapment of the suprascapular nerve is frequently overlooked in the differential diagnosis of shoulder pain. Methods : Suprascapular entrapment neuropathy is a well-defined clinical entity and EMG and NCV is used to confirm a diagnosis. But the diagnosis typically not considered until patients develop severe weakness secondary to atrophy of the spinous musculature that the nerve supplies. Results : A narrow suprascapular notch has rarely been reported as a work-related factor of this entrapment neuropathy. Diagnosis of suprascapular entrapment neuropathy is based on the patients' clinical course, neurologic, radiologic, and electrophysiologic findings. One of the most helpful evaluations was anteriorposterior projection with the X-ray tube angled 15-30 degree caudally. The suprascapular entrapment neuropathy is relatively uncommon entity of shoulder discomfort(pain, weakness, and atrophy). Conclusions : If the worker who used his shoulder joint repetitiously having the shoulder pain and muscle weakness, we must rule out the suprascapular entrapment neuropathy. And it is needed to evaluate the motions which cause suprascapular entrapment neuropathy as the ergonomic factor.

      • 5-Fluorouracil과 Epigallocatechin gallate가 인체 구강유상피암종세포에 미치는 항암효과에 관한 비교연구

        This study was carried out to develop antitumor agent which indicates weak side effects and strong antitumor activity. Also, the purpose of this research was to compare with the antitumor effects of 5-flurouracil(5-FU) and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) on cultured human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells. EGCG was reported to be the compound which indicates weak cytotoxicity against normal healthy cells such as C_3H_10T1/2 cells and inhibitory effects on the initation or promotion stage of chemical carcinogenesis is mammary gland, blood and mouse skin. Human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells (OCL 17) were cultured in RPMI-1640 media containing 10s% fetal bovine serum, antibiotic, and fungizone. The cells were treated with EGCG by dose dependent manner for 48 hrs under the same condition. The antitumor activity of 5-FU and EGCG in human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells was evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl- 2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Neutral red (NR) assay and sulforhodamine B protein (SRB) assay of colorimetric methods. The light microscopic study showed morphological of the treated cells. These result were obstained as follows; 1. EGCG showed the antitumor effects high cytotoxicity against cultured human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells. 2. EGCG showed more significantly inhibitort against cultured human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells than 5-FU. 3. EGCG observed more Morphological changes than 5-FU against cultured human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells. These resullts suggest that EGCG retains a potential antitumor activity.

        한국인의 항파상풍 항체 역가

        Inspite of immunization, TETANUS remains a disease with a high morbidity and mortality rate. Tetanus has been still occurred more frequently in developing countries where immunization programs are inadequate. In Korea, there is a routine immunuzation schedule with diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus(DPT) vaccines at 2,4,6 month after birth at 18 month. But further prophylactic programs are not exist. Moreover, we have usually used only passive immunization, tetanus antitoxin, as a prophylactic regimen for injured patients instead of guidelines of Center for Disease Control. The purpose of this study was to assess the baseline tetanus immunity state and to suggest the proper immunization schedule and adequate prophylactic guideline for injured patients in Korea. One hundred thirty one trauma patients from emergency department of Severance hospital from September to November of 1993 were included. Antietanus antibody titers of the patients were analyzed by ELISA assay. The mean antitetanus antibody titer was 0.728 ±0.236IU/mL. The titers were diminished rapidly with age. In pediatric group(age under 15), the mean titer was 3.251 ±0.426 IU/mL and in geriatric group(age over 64), the mean titer was 0.007 ±0.002 IU/mL which was below the minimal protective antibody titer(0.01 IU/mL). While all of the pediatric patients have protective antibody titer, only 69.2% of young adults(15-39, n=65), 56.7% of adults(40-64, n=30), and 57.2% of geriatrics(>65, n=14) have protective antibody titer. Our results suggest that tetanus prophylaxis is unnecessary in the age under 14. In other age groups, however, our data strongly support the need of prophyulaxis.

        위키 기반 협동적 글쓰기 학습 모형 개발

        위키는 협동하여 글쓰기를 위한 상호작용적 도구로 활용할 수 있는 웹 기반의 하이퍼텍스트 저작 시스템이다. 위키는 프로토타입 개발을 위한 동료 간의 토의와 협업 도구로 사용되고 있으며, 일반적으로 누구나 자유롭게 정보와 지식을 편집할 수 있는 지식 공간으로 웹을 기반으로 하는 동적 프로그래밍이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 키의 아이디어를 바탕으로 초등학교 쓰기 학습에서 필요한 학습자들의 협력적 의사소통과 의미구성을 효율적으로 지원하는 위키의 도구적 특성과 학습자 간,학습자와 교수자 간의 시·공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있는 상호작용적 교수·학습을 구성하는 위키식 협동학습 환경으로 협동적 글쓰기를 위한 학습모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 위키 기반 협동적 글쓰기 학습 모형에 내재되어 있는 핵심 가치와 핵심 학습 활동을 분석하고, 협동적 글쓰기 학습의 핵심 학습활동을 촉진시켜 주는 지원 전략을 도출하였다. 뿐만 아니라 위키 기반 협동적 글쓰기 학습 모형의 초안을 구안하고, 전문가 검토를 통한 수정을 거쳐서 최종적인 위키 기반 협동적 글쓰기 학습 모형을 개발하였다. The purpose of this study is to develope Wiki based learning models for collaborative writing by integrating the features of Wiki to collaborative writing skills. The first research task of this study is to derive the inherent core values and learning activities from Wiki based collaborative learningmodels. Second task is to derive support strategies to promote learning activities (writing strategies, cooperative learning, blending learning) of these models. Thrd task was, based on the extracted core values, core learning activities, and support strategies, to make the draft of learning models of collaborative writing. After modifications by expert reviews, suggested the final Wiki based collaborative learning models. The methods and procedures of this study is below. First, investigated and analyzed the situation and problems by the law questionnaire surveys, and then extract key elements and learning activities from Web using case studies and previous researches of model development. Secondly, construct the daft of the learning models. Finally,revised them consistently by experts review. The result of this research provided the theoretical basis for the learning model through the analysis and research of the core values in learning models. The researcher accepted experts review after make the draft of learning models based on the core values and principles of instructional design. Finally, through the review and evaluation of the experts, the researcher presented final Wiki.based collaborative learning models in writing skills.

      • Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)가 Lymphokine 생산에 미치는 影響에 관한 연구

        In order to evaluate the effects of LPS on the lymphokine production, the change of the levels of IL-2, γIFN and IL-4 meassured in splenocytes of C3H/HeN mice treated with E.coli LPS, S.abortus equi LPS and heated LPS. The results were as follows; 1. The splenocytes isolated from LPS-injected mice produce greatly reduced levels of the T-cell lymphodine IL-2 and γIFN following activation in vitro with the polyclonal T-cell stimulant anti-CD3 and the production of IL-4 elevated in comparison to normal cotrols. 2. The levels of IL-2 and γIFN in the mice were treated with 5μg-LPS for 3 days elevated and IL-4 reduced continuously from one day later and the levels of 3 kinds lymphokine recovered to a normal value 13 days later. 3. The levels of IL-2 and γIFN in the mice were treated with 5μg-LPS for consecutive 2 weeks reduced and IL-4 elevated greatly at 3 days and the levels of 3 kinds lymphokine recovered to normal value 2 weeks later. 4. In the mice were treated with E.coli LPS and S.aboruts equi LPS, the change of the levels of IL-2, γIFN and IL-4 were not difference between E.coli LPS injected group and S.atortus equi infected group. 5. In the mice were treated with normal LPS and heated LPS, the change of the levels of IL-2, γIFN and IL-4 were not difference between normal LPS injected group and heated LPS injected group.

      • 付傷治癒가 벼 흰빛잎마름病 感染에 미치는 影響

        In order to clarify an effect of wound-healing on the infection of bacterial leaf blight in rice plants, relationships between the infection and the degree of wound, the time course infection after wounding at daytime and nighttime respectively, and infection after wounding at different levels of nitrogen or potassium fertilizations were investigated. Disease lesions produced. by clipping inoculation which makes the wound more severe were larger than their by prickling inoculation in the compatible combination, while no difference of lesion sizes produced by two inoculation methods was in the incompatible combinations. No infection, however, occurred 24 to 48 hours after wounding. There was no difference in the lesion sizes between both treatments at day-and nighttime. Heavy applications of nitrogen or potassium, particularly in nitrogen, produced the lesions to be large in the compatible but not in the incompatible combination. These facts indicate that wounds may be healed during 24 to 48 hours after wounding, and light has no effect on the wound-healing. Overdose of nitrogen might be prolonged the healing in compatible combinations. From the above results, it was suggested that chemical controls for bacterial leaf blight in rice plants should be done before wound-healing, namely, earlier than 24 hours after wounding.

      • 동절기 신관리 석실고분 내부의 온·습도 분포특성

        개방된 고분의 장기보존은 조상의 얼이 담긴 문화재를 길이 후손에 물려주어야 하는 우리들의 시대적 사명이라 할 수 있다. 그런데 고분 내부의 공기조화를 필요로 하는 경우 설비측면에서 고분내부의 공기조화 문제를 검토한 사례는 그 동안 많지 않았다. 특히 고분 내부환경에 관한 온·습도 자료는 매우 제한적으로 알려져 있는 상태이다. 본 연구는 고분의 공기조화와 관련하여 부하산정 등의 기초자료로 활용하기 위한 고분내부의 온·습도자료를 원격측정 기술을 적용하여 획득한 결과를 소개하며, 이를 통하여 고분내부의 실내환경 조건에 대한 일반의 이해를 돕고, 더 나아가 공조기 설치에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 측정 연구대상은 충남 공주시 신관동에 소재한 신관리석실고분(충청남도 기념물 제 7호)으로서 백제후기의 횡혈식 석실고분으로서 현실의 크기는 폭 1.25m, 깊이 2.73m 그리고 높이 1.50m이며, 현실입구는 개방된 상태에서 실내 5채널 및 실외공기에 대하여 각각 온도와 습도를 측정하였으며, 본 본문에서는 동절기(12월부터 다음 해 3월까지)의 자료를 소개한다. In recent years the importance of the preservation of cultural artefacts like ancient tombs has been widely accepted domestically and internationally as the quality of life improves. However not much attention has been paid for the facilities and systems to preserve those artefacts. Even the general understanding of the preservatory environment of the underground space as tombs is poor. In the present study, the temperature and relative humidity inside a selected artefact, Shinkwan-ri tomb, are monitored to improve the understanding of the indoor thermal environment, which may possibly be used when one consider air-conditioning for preservation. Total of 12 channel data are collected by using remote data acquisition system based on the cdma(Code Division Multiple Access) technology. Three-month-data representing winter season is reported with discussions.

      • 波形 有孔岸壁의 性能評價 - 水理模型實驗

        Since ports, harbors, and coastal structures are affected by waves in any way, waves have a great effect on determining the stability of coastal structures. Especially, regardless of ship's size, the efficiency of shipping and discharging depends on harbor tranquility. Therefore in this study, the wave action is a considered to be a major factor to design coastal structure. So experiments were performed with various models of quay wall by examining their hydraulic characteristics for reflection rates and wave run-up. The final purpose of this study is to design various domestic unique models of quay wall which have the function of wave dissipation to improve cargo handling efficiency. The reflection rates and ship motions of three degrees of freedom-3DOF(sway, heave, roll) are also calculated by boundary element method (BEM). Calculated reflection rates from the BEM are compared with the results from the hydraulic model experiment. Although the values of numerical analysis generally exceed the values of hydraulic experiment, they showed the similar trend.
