This study was to varify the effects of swimming on leptin level, lipid components (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C) and percent body fat in girl's middle school students during 12 weeks. The subjects of study were divided into obese women group (n=9) and control group (n=9) randomly selected. Exercise intensity of swimming in this study was HRmax 50~80%, exercise duration 50min per day, exercise frequency during 12 weeks. Statistical method for data processing produced mean and SD of total variable. To analyze difference between groups and plasma variables level had executed 2×3 ANOVA. This study was given conclusion as follows: In exercise group, we showed that plasma HDL-C was increased but plasma leptin, TG and LDL-C were decreased during 12wks swimming. Also, %fat were decreased during 12wks swimming.

소위Satellite-Pulse Technique(SPT)을 이용하여 인공결함의 크기를 측정하였다. 측정치와 실제치를 비교하였는바 오차는 무시할 정도이었다. Sizing of artificial flaws is accomplished by ultrasonic Satellite-Pulse Technique(SPT). Negligible error is found.

To construct artificial flavoenzymes, it would be of primary importance to exploit oxidation-active flavin model compound, which are quite useful for turn-over catalyst under aerobic conditions and for exploitation of new oxidation. The derivatives of 7,14-dia1ky1-3, 10-dimethylbenzodipu-teridine(7a-c) having ethyl group, butyl group, and octyl group as alkyl group were synthesized from p-phenylendiamine, which is the starting material. the paracyclophane derivative(ll) was synthesized from p.p'-diaminodiphenylmethane being the starting material. The structural determinations of their derivatives were based on MP, NMR and UV.

Benign neural sheath neoplasms are not common in the maxillofacial region. These lesions can occur as solitary tumors, or they can affect many sites in the form of multiple neurofibromatosis. A solitary neurofibroma is seldom undergo sarcomatous transformation, since solitary neurofibroma is relatively radioresistant and its recurrence rate seems to be low, the treatment of choice is surgical excision. This case showed a solitary neurofibroma in the left side of the floor of mouth which occurred in a 33 - year -old female. The tumor was excised. And there is no evidence of disease. She is satisfied in function and esthetic aspect.

To construct artificial enzymes, it is of primary importance to assemble catalytic groups and a substrate in the suitable position by covalent or noncovalent bonds. These facts prompted us to design a noncovalently assembled system which involves a thiazolium ion bearing a thymine moiety and Guanidium-Receptor having long methylen chain. Guanidium-Receptor(6a, 6b, 10) was synthesized by stepwise from cyanuric chloride in dioxane and ethanol. The structural determinations of the compounds were based on MP, NMR.

3-(5-methylthiohexabromide-5'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)-isoalloxazine(7),7,14-diethyl-3-(5-methylene-2,2'-bipyndyl)-10-methylbenzodiputeridine(8) have been synthesized respectively from isoalloxazine and benzodiputeridine (BDP) with 5,5'-(substituted)-2,2'-bipyridines having a side chain at the 5-position of the materials made under the influence of Raney nickel and β-picoline. The determinations of structure were on the basis of NMR, and the observation of molecular recognition ability about heavy metal ion(Zn^(2+), Co^(2+), Ni^(2+)) in the synthesized flavin derivatives was obtained from UV/Vis spectra.

The purpose of this paper is to develope a distance education that would be a courseware for a specific object, which can be available for student to learn the necessary knowledge or function, with no restriction of time or place, using WWW and Oracle DBMS. The distance education was designed in this paper consists of bulletin board, subject information, lecturing schedule, online instructions, questions and answers, submit and confirmation of reports, evaluation of lecturing, reference sites, chatting and discussion room, and data bank. The distance education coupled by WWW and database will change the educational form from one-direction to bi-direction between a teacher and the students. This can also provide a multimedia information to the students through WWW environment with convenient user interface. Those benefits made it possible to offer animated audio-visual materials and search for the information concerned through a hypertext technique. Besides, various kinds of informations were stored at database to increase an effectiveness in managing data. Since both teacher and students, are easy to add new information using the process of instruction to the database, the amount of the stored information in the distance education can be expanded effectively.

32개 點群은 中心對稱(centrosymmetric)을 갖는 11가지 點群(Laue群)과 21個의 非對稱中心(noncentrosymmetric)點群으로 이루어졌다. 本 硏究에서는 21個 非對稱中心點群 各各의 等價回折面(等價逆格子點)들을 誘導하였다. The thirty two point groups consist of eleven Laue groups (centrosymmetric point groups) and twenty one noncentrosymmteric point groups. In this paper, the reciprocal lattice points equivalent under the operations of 21 noncentrosymmetric point groups are derived.
Production Of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Structure Proteins in Bacteria and Insect Cells

Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) causes acute diarrhea and dehydration in pigs with high mortality. PEDV is belong to Coronavirus, enveloped, single-stranded, positive-sense RNA virus. PEDV particles were composed of four structure proteins such as a glycosylated peplomer (spike, S) protein, envelope (E), glycosylated membrane (M) protein, and unglycosylated RNA-binding nucleocapsid (N) protein. Many of previous studies talk about this four structure proteins have a great potential to diagnosis and prevent PEDV. In this study we investigated expression of these structure proteins using the bacterial and baculovirus expression system. In bacterial expression system, our results showed that structure proteins fused polyhedrin and intein gene were expressed higher than non-fusion structure proteins. The expressed fusion proteins were used to immune mice for generating a polyclonal antibodies. In baculovirus expression system, co-infection of insect cells with these four recombinant baculoviruses led to self-assembly of virus-like particles as demonstrated by Transmission electron microscopy. They were confirmed by western blot analysis using pre-made polyclonal antibodies. Finding in this study may provide important information for vaccine and diagnostic development.
