        공중합체 내의 염소 성분의 함량 변화는 methylal을 용매로 사용하였을때 3% 가교도의 공중합체가 최대이었으며 그 이상의 가교도를 지닌 공중합체에서는 거의 동일하였다. 팽윤율은 Methylal 용매중에서 3% 가교화 ST-DVB 공중합체가 최대로 팽윤되었으며 그 이상의 가교도를 지닌 공중합체에서는 자동가교의 영향으로 인하여 거의 일정하였다. ST-DVB 공중합체의 다공도 변화는 가교도가 5%일때 최대였으며 그 이상에서 거의 일정하였다. Crosslinked ST-DVB Copolymer was Chloromethylated, vinylated, and orgnometalated. When degree of crosslinkage was 3%, the chlorine content and the degree of swel ling of the polymer was highest in methylal solvent. The pore volme is highest in 5%-crosselinked polymer.

      • NATM에서의 Lining Concrete의 균열원인

        In the tunnels constructed by NATM such problems due to the crack in lining concrete as reduced durability and safety determined outlook.etc..are being raised. Compared with conventional engineering methods.the NATM causes considerably more frequencies of cracks in both longitudinal and cross directions. turning the structure into a shape of net. Under such circumstances, the study was aimed at determining the causes of the spot casestudy thereby suggesting their reform measures. This study can be constructed by NATM reacts sensatively to its surrounding ground, construction and environmental conditions. It is conceived that such sentative reactions may be attributable directly to its relative thin thickness compared with the overall structure. In particular, the edges of the arch part seem to be most susceptible to cracking, showing many wider longitudinal cracks.

      • 강교량 용접구조의 피로강도 및 보수효과에 관한 연구

        강교량의 피로논상은 2차부재의 이음(용접, 리벳, Bolt)에 의한 응렵집중 또는 호기결함에 의하여 발생된다. 따라서 본연구에셔는 강교량에서 사용되는 대표적인 4가지(면내거셋형, 면외거셋형, +자연결형, 덮개판형)의 등점구조세목에 대하여 시험을 실시하였다. 실물대형 보실험체를 이용한 휨리로에서 균열 발생 및 성장특성을 조사하였으며. 피로균열이 일정한 균열크기에 도달하면 보수, 보강을 실시하고 이들 효과를 규명하였다. On this study fatigue test was performed with large scale beam specimen attached 4 kinds of the welded detail, each fatigue strengths of the welded details were estimated and were compared with the fatigue design standards of AASHTO and JSSC. Length of fatigue crack was periodically meadured during fatigue test. If length of fatigue crack arrived at that of failure crack, repair was performed for this part and fatigue test was continued. The repair methods were used by drilling of stop hole and contracting of splice plate with high tension bolts Fatigue strengths of 4 kinds of the welded detail were more than the fatigue design standards of AAHTO and JSSC, the repair effect by stop hole could not expect and that by the splice plate with 3@M22 was best excellent.

        勞動基本權의 構造와 그 限界에 관한 硏究

        Historically, the right to work, independent association, collective bargaining and collective action were not admitted in the stage. But left to themselves after that, nowadays, admitted generally. Object for admitting those rights lies in making them live humanly by enhancing working conditions. This paper discourses on the structure and the limitation of the labor standard right. The labor standard right, as a rule, ought to be guaranteed in proper range, the restriction must not transcend necessary extent. Because industrial peace and state development can be made by cooperation of capital and labor.

      • CV黑鉛鑄鐵의 黑鉛型態 및 機械的 性質에 미치는 Ni첨가 효과에 관한 연구

        In this study, an easy production method of CV (Compacted/vermicular) graphite cast iron with small addition of a Ni which is known as the element of the graphitization was investigated. And so, the effects of fading (holding) time and of Ni addition after the treatments with spheroidizer (Fe-Si-Mg-Ca-Al-Ti-Ce) were also investigated. The results obtained are as follows. 1. According as Ni contents in CV molten cast iron increase, the graphite No. and CV radio were increased. And so, graphite form and the distribution of the graphite were homogenized. 2. When the addition treated with Ni, the tensile strength were increased, and the effect of fading time were decreased.

      • 잡초성벼의 superoxide dismutase cDNA cloning과 재배벼로의 형질전환

        냉해나 한발등의 환경스트레스에 대해 저항성을 유발하는 유전자를 환경스트레스에 강한 잡초성벼로부터 선발하고 이들 유전자를 재배벼에 도입하여 도입유전자 산물의 과량 발현을 통해 냉해나 한발 등에 대한 저항성이 향상된 벼를 선발하고자 하였다. 잡초성벼인 Bhutan 14Ad로부터 냉해 및 한발 저항성 유전자로 알려진 superoxide dismutase (SOD) cDNA를 분리하고자 mRNA를 분리하고 이 분리된 mRNA를 이용해 reverse transcriptase PCR방법으로 SOD cDNA를 cloning 하였다. 그 결과 2종의 SOD cDNA가 cloning되어 SOD-A, SOD-B로 명명하였다. 이들 cDNA의 염기서열을 결정한 결과 이들은 아미노산 서열 상동성이 88.4%를 나타내었으며, SOD-A는 oryza sativa 계열의 Cu/Zn SOD유전자인 GenBank accession No. L36320와 99.3%로 동일하였으며, SOD-B는 accession No. D01000과 100% 동일하였다. 이들 SOD-A와 SOD-B cDNA를 재배벼인 낙동벼에 형질전환하여 형질전환체 벼를 선발하였으며, 이들 형질전환체 벼의 냉해저항성 및 한발저항성 검정을 통해 저항성이 향상된 형질전환체 벼를 선발하고 있다. Two different cDNA clones for superoxide dismutase (SOD) were isolated from an weedy rice variety (Oryza sativa, cv. Bhutanl4Ad) and were introduced into a cultivated rice variety (Oryza sativa, cv. Nakdong) in order to develop the environmental stress-resistant rice plants. Sequence analysis of the cloned cDNAs indicated that the deduced amino acid sequence of SOD-A is 88.4% identical to that of SOD-B. Furthermore, the nucleotide sequence of SOD-A is 99.3% identical to that of a Cu/Zn SOD gene of Oryza sativa (GenBank accession No. L36320). The nucleotide sequence of SOD-B was identical to that of the previously published SOD gene (Accession No. D01000). A cultivated rice variety, Nakdong-byeo, was transformed with chimenc SOD genes containing a actin promoter of rice and pin2 terminator using a particle bombardment technique. Transformed calli were selected on an selection medium containing phosphinothricin (PPT). Transgenic rice plants were regenerated from the PPT-resistant calli. PCR analysis with genomic DNAs from transgenic plants revealed that transgenes are introduced into rice genome.

        정신보건법의 주요 쟁점 조항에 대한 선진국과의 사례 비교

        Objectives The Mental Health Act is an initiative aimed at changing and shaping mental health services and protecting human rights of persons with mental disorders. Since the Mental Health Act was legislated in 1995, four amendments have been made according to the issues that arose from public concerns. However, there are still many debates about the human rights protection of the mentally iII. This study aimed to provide information regarding major aspects of the Mental Health Act by comparing them among several developed countries. Methods Current Mental Health Acts of the state of Michigan in the United States, Scotland in England, the state of Victoria in Australia, and Japan were reviewed. Issues regarding the Korean Mental Health Act were collected from seminar materials, news media contents, and mental health professionals Results The definition of subjects in Korean Mental Health Act was more inclusive than other countries and was derived from a medical classification of mental illness. Family members or guardians were granted important responsibilities for deciding the involuntary admission of mentally ill patients in Korea and Japan. In Western countries, Mental Health Review Tribunals or courts have the primary responsibility for important decisions about mentally ill patients. The regulation of immediate dis- charge after request by voluntarily admitted patients was not enacted in all countries except Korea. The mandatory procedure for involuntary admission in Western countries includes an individual case review with personal interview by a Mental Health Review Tribunal or court. Conclusion The Korean Mental Health Act appears to meet the basic standards of Guidelines from international organizations. Our traditional culture and inherent health systems seem to influence the legal regulation of mental health service and might be related to the problems of human rights protection of mentally ill patients in Korea.

        A New Drought Tolerant Rice Cultivar "Cheonsu"

        Cheonsu is a new japonica rice cultivar tolerant to drought. This cultivar was developed from the cross Ilmibyeo// Juanbyeo/Salshare, where the parent Ilmibyeo is a japonica cultivar with high eating quality, Juanbyeo is a japonica for direct-seeding cultivation, and Salshare is a japonica weedy rice from Korea. The preliminary and replicated yield trail on Cheonsu was carried out at Yeungnam University in 2001, 2002 and 2003, and the local adaptability test was carried out by the National Seed Management Office (NSMO), Korea, in 2004 and 2005. This cultivar was registered to NSMO, Korea, as variety Cheonsu in 2006. Cheonsu has about 122 days growth duration from transplanting to harvesting. This cultivar has stature with 81cm of culm length. The milled rice yield of Cheonsu is about 5.10 MT/ha under standard fertilizer level of the ordinary transplanting cultivation. Amylose content of this cultivar is 18.3%.
