      • SILICON DIRECT BONDING (SDB) WITH HYDROPHOBIC SURFACE TREATMENTS

        Silicon wafers with hydrophobia surfaces have been successfully bonded in our lab with good mechanical and electrical properties at the bonded interfaces. Based on the chemical properties of HF acid and the chemical reaction during hydrophobic treatment, a provisional mechanism of SDB with hydrophobic surface is proposed and discussed. We conclude that the fluor is the main linking atom between bonded silicon atoms.

        Pharmacokinetic, metabolic stability, plasma protein binding and CYP450s inhibition/induction assessment studies of N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-2- hydroxiymethyl-1-pyrrolidinyl-4-(3-chloro-4-methoxy-benzylamino)-5- pyrimidine-carboxamide as potential type 5 phos

        N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-2-hydroxiymethyl-1-pyrrolidinyl-4-(3-chloro-4-methoxy-benzylamino)-5- pyrimidine-carboxamide (NHPPC) is a new potential of type 5 phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitors, synthesized from the avanafil analogue for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The targets of this article were to assess plasma protein binding, liver microsomal metabolic stability, inhibition and induction on cytochrome P450 isozymes and the pharmacokinetics of NHPPC. Equilibrium dialysis technique was applied to determine Plasma protein binding (PPB) and NHPPC was evaluated in male Sprague–Dawley rats and Beagle dogs in vivo pharmacokinetic. The NHPPC was highly bound to plasma proteins in rats, dogs and human tested and the mean values for PPB rate were 96.2%, 99.6% and 99.4%, respectively. After in vitro liver microsomes incubated for 60 min, the percent remaining of NHPPC was 42.8%, 0.8% and 42.0% in rats, dogs and human, respectively. In vitro intrinsic clearance was found to be 0.0233, 0.1204 and 0.0214 mL/min/mg protein in rat, dog and human liver microsomes of NHPPC, respectively. NHPPC showed no significant inhibitory effects on major CYP450 enzymes, and had no significant induction potential on CYP1A2 and CYP3A4. Following oral administration in rats and dogs, tmax was 6 and 0.5 h, respectively. The clearance for NHPPC was 1.19 and 1.46 L/h/kg in rats and dogs, respectively. And absolute bioavailability in rat and dog were approximately 34.5% and 53.1%, respectively. These results showed that NHPPC has a good development prospect.

        Hot Deformation and Workability of a CrCoNi Medium Entropy Alloy

        Hot compression behaviors of CrCoNi medium entropy alloy are were performed on the Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator inthe strain rate range from 0.01 to 10 s−1 and the temperature range from 800 to 1100 °C. According to the true stress-truestrain curves, the true stress decreases with the decreasing of strain rate and the increasing of deformation temperature. Theexperimental parameters were fitted, and a modified model based on Arrhenius hyperbolic sine was established. Amongthem, material constants such as, n, A, and Q are functions of strain. Meanwhile, the processing map of CrCoNi mediumentropy alloy under different strain conditions are established. Importantly, the optimal domain of apparent flow stabilitycan be determined as the deformation temperature from 900 to 1100 °C and the strain rate from 0.01 to 10 s−1. The resultsindicate that the stability domain of the CrCoN medium entropy alloy has a wider range, and the strain has little effect onits processing performance.

        Stress Field of Structures with Internal Cracks by 3D-ILC Technology: Experimental and Numerical Analysis

        Great achievements have been made regarding the stress field in the two-dimensional state, however the study of three-dimensional stress field visualization has still not been comprehensively examined. The model with internal cracks was prepared by the laser-medium interaction (3D-ILC), and with the aid of the photoelastic test technology, it visually showed the distribution characteristics of the stress field inside the rock with defects under the three-point bending test method. Primarily, based on the two-dimensional and three-dimensional stress optics law, the isometric fringes were converted into phase differences or optical path differences to visualize the stress field. Moreover, transparent glass, which had better transparency and brittleness closer to real rock was selected as the specimen material. Internal cracks changed the stress fringe distribution of the specimen, and the combination of 3D-ILC technology and photoelasticity provided a new way to visualize the three-dimensional stress field of brittle materials with internal cracks. Through the secondary development and utilization of ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the internal stress fields of brittle solid materials with horizontal internal cracks were visualized. Accurate characterization of the three-dimensional stress field of brittle solid materials has been a long-term goal pursued by researchers in the field of fracture, and it is also the basis and key to solving many practical engineering problems such as design, safety analysis and evaluation.

        Optimal Operation of Regional Integrated Energy System Considering Integrated Demand Response and Exergy Efficiency

        In order to further improve the energy consumption potential and system energy utilization effi ciency on the demand side of regional integrated energy system (RIES), taking into account economy and energy effi ciency, a RIES optimal operation model and strategy considering integrated demand response (IDR) and exergy effi ciency are proposed. Firstly, the IDR is modeled, the exergy effi ciency of RIES is analyzed, and an exergy effi ciency model considering IDR is established. Secondly the RIES multi-objective optimization model is established with the goal of the lowest economic cost and the highest exergy effi ciency. In order to obtain a series of Pareto frontier solutions with uniform distribution, the normal boundary intersection is used to solve the multi-objective. Finally, the system economic cost and exergy effi ciency under four diff erent scenarios are analyzed. A practical example is used to verify the proposed model. The results show that considering the comprehensive demand response in RIES can eff ectively reduce the system cost. Through multi-objective analysis, it is verifi ed that the reasonable addition of comprehensive demand response can further improve the system exergy effi ciency and stimulate the exergy consumption potential on the demand side.

        Event-triggering Consensus for Second-order Leader-following Multiagent Systems with Nonlinear Time-delayed Dynamics

        This work focuses on the leader-following consensus problem for networks of dynamic agents, each of which has second-order nonlinear time-delayed dynamics. Event-triggered control and pinning control strategies are used in view of energy conservation. For each agent, the controller updates only when a properly presented event triggering condition is satisfied, which is based on the measurement errors and an exponential term. The network communication topology contains a directed spanning tree and only a fraction of follower agents can obtain the leader agent’s information. By virtue of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method, the M−matrix theory and some algebraic inequalities, a sufficient condition for achieving leader-following consensus is established. The Zeno-behavior of triggered time sequence is excluded whether the consensus is reached or not. Finally, a simulation example is provided to demonstrate the proposed theoretical results.

        Effect of dietary protein sources on production performance, egg quality, and plasma parameters of laying hens

        Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary protein sources (soybean meal, SBM; low-gossypol cottonseed meal, LCSM; double-zero rapeseed meal, DRM) on laying performance, egg quality, and plasma parameters of laying hens. Methods: A total of 432 32-wk-old laying hens were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 6 replicates of 12 birds each. The birds were fed diets containing SBM, LCSM100, or DRM100 individually or in combination with an equal amount of crude protein (CP) (LCSM50, DRM50, and LCSM50-DRM50). The experimental diets, which were isocaloric (metabolizable energy, 11.11 MJ/kg) and isonitrogenous (CP, 16.5%), had similar digestible amino acid profile. The feeding trial lasted 12 weeks. Results: The daily egg mass was decreased in the LCSM100 and LCSM50-DRM50 groups (p<0.05) in weeks 41 to 44. The LCSM50 group did not affect egg production compared to the SBM group in weeks 41 to 44 (p>0.05) and showed increased yolk color at the end of the trial (p<0.05). Compared to the SBM group, the LCSM100 and LCSM50-DRM50 groups showed decreased albumen weight (p<0.05), CP weight in the albumen (p<0.05) and CP weight in the whole egg (p<0.05) at 44 weeks. Plasma total protein (TP) levels were lower in the LCSM100 group than in the SBM group at 44 weeks (p<0.05); however, TP, albumin, and globulin levels were not significantly different between the LCSM50 group and the SBM group or between the DRM50 group and the SBM group (p>0.05). Conclusion: Together, our results suggest that the LCSM100 or DRM100 diets may produce the adverse effects on laying performance and egg quality after feeding for 8 more weeks. The 100.0 g/kg LCSM diet or the148.7 g/kg DRM diet has no adverse effects on laying performance and egg quality.

        Step-by-step identification of industrial robot dynamics model parameters and force-free control for robot teaching

        In order to solve the problem of lack of flexibility in direct teaching of industrial robots under complex working conditions, dynamic inertia term compensation is combined with the traditional force-free control algorithm to reduce the traction in the teaching process in this paper. Firstly, considering the multi-dimensional, strongly nonlinear and multi-parameter characteristics of the 6-DOF manipulator dynamic model, a step-by-step parameters identification method based on genetic algorithm is proposed. This method can effectively reduce the computational complexity and improve the optimization speed of industrial robot dynamic model identification. Secondly, based on the internal torque analysis of industrial robot joints, a forcefree compensation control algorithm based on the torque control is designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the step-by-step robot dynamic model parameter identification method is verified by a traction teaching experiment. In the verification experiment, the relative error rate between the predicted torque and the actual torque calculated from the identification results is 1.64 % to 5.99 %. After increasing the inertia term compensation, the traction force of the teaching process is reduced by 28.6 %. The experimental results show that the identification result is more accurate, and the proposed force-free control algorithm significantly improves the compliance of the teaching process.

        Algebra and Algorithms for Multipath QoS Routing in Link State Networks

        The diversity of quality-of-service (QoS) requirementsof Internet applications motivates various QoS routing algorithmsthat take different QoSmetrics into consideration. Routing algebrahas been proposed as a framework to study the fundamental propertiesof QoS routing algorithms, such as their optimality and loopfreeness. However, for multipath QoS routing, little has been donein these aspects. Existing multipath QoS routing algorithms oftentake a rather conservative approach to guarantee loop-freeness, atthe cost of efficiency. On the other hand, simply adapting existingefficient multipath routing algorithms to support various QoSmetrics cannot guarantee correctness. In face of that, we proposea routing metric algebra for multipath QoS routing in link statenetworks, where a key property of the routing metrics called isotonicity,which plays an important role. To let routers efficientlyand correctly find multiple next-hops for each destination, we alsodevelop two distributed multipath QoS routing algorithms. Thealgorithms are run locally and independently, without exchangingmessages other than the basic link states. They are specifically tailoredfor algebras with strict or non-strict isotonicity, and their correctnessis formally proved.

      • Algorithms of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential Extraction

        To extract the brainstem auditory evoked potentials and remove the spontaneous electroencephalograph and other background noises, the paper proposed a new method of wavelet information entropy theory de-noising based on wavelet de-noising. In the method, the threshold function is improved by introducing the weighting factor and determine the weighting factor according to the wavelet information entropy to obtain a better de-noising effect. The simulation experiment shows, compared to the traditional wavelet de-noising method, the new method can preserve the details of the signal better and make the signal waveform smoother. At the same time, the new method can suppress the pulse signal, which make the system has a better de-noising performance and achieve higher quality extraction brainstem auditory evoked potentials.
