      • Screen Printing Method로 제작된 CdS 막의 광전도도

        Photoconductive CdS films doped with CI were prepared by screen printing and sintering of CdS paste. The CdS paste consists of CdS, CdCl₂, and propylene glycol. The results of X-ray measurements showed that these samples belong to hexagonal structure, and the lattice constant were a=4.13A, c=6.71A. The spectral response of photoconductivity has two maxima. The one photoconductivity peak was observed at 524nm and the other broad peak at larger wavelength region at 285K. As the temperature decreases, the energy position of the maximum due to band absorption shifts towards shorter wavelength, and give a temperature coefficient of photoconductivity band peak of about ??. The rise and decay time of the photocontivity were 0.8ms and 0.7ms.

        직업적 아크릴아미드 폭로에 의한 다발성 신경병증

        Authors report a first Korean case of polyneuropathy in an acrylamide producing factory together with an environmental and epidemiologic survey for the ten workers of the same workplace and 46 workers in the production and manufacturing acrylamide in Ulsan, Korea. The case is 30 years old man who worked in the production of the acrylamide for two years. In August, 1997, he had a weakness of the lower extremity with loss of body weight of 15 Kg which progressed to paresthesia of the limbs, the loss of vibration sense, difficulty in walking, speech disturbance, dysuria, constipation, difficulty in erection and swallowing difficulty. Neurologic examination showed a complete loss of vibration and position sense, and loss of deep tendon reflex in all the limbs. There was a contact dermatitis-like skin lesion on the feet. Electrodiagnostic test showed a generalized polyneuropathy of moderate degree involving motor and sensory component of peripheral and cranial nerves. After 8 months' cessation from exposure and supportive care, his symptoms were completely resolved, but abnormality in electrodiagnostic test and vibrotactile perception threshold still persisted, although much improved than before. There were 11 workers in the same workplace of the case, producing acrylamide by microorganism as a catalyst. Environmental monitoring of the workplace revealed air borne concentration of the acrylamide to be from 0.05 to 0.23 mg/m3 by personal sampling and from 7.65 to 11.65 mg/m3 by area sampling during filter exchanging process, which far exceeds TLV-TWA of 0.03 mg/m3. However, acrylamide was not detected from the plasma of the workers. Symptom questionnaire showed a markedly higher complain of neurologic symptoms, compared to the workers of the other acrylamide producing companies. Electrodiagnostic test showed a several workers are in the lower normal range without definite abnormality. Vibrotactile perception threshold by Vibratron Ⅱ showed a significantly increased threshold in the workers of the same workplace compared to the other acrylamide workers and significantly decreased test score of color vision compared to normal controls. After improvement of the production process and strict wearing of the protective device, most workers reported the improvement of clinical symptoms, but vibrotactile perception threshold was not improved. These result suggests the need for the effective environmental monitoring together with a periodic biological monitoring. Development of effective screening test is urgently needed to control and assess the skin absorption of acrylamide.

        듀이 교육이론의 연구 동향과 과제 : 1990년대 이후의 새로운 접근과 재해석을 중심으로 Focusing on the new approaches and reinterpretation after the 1990s

        The purpose of this study is to research for research streams and tasks of John Dewey's theories of education in Korea after 1990s. For the purpose of this research, I have been analyzed two aspects of the research streams of John Dewey's theories of education. One is researches about the new directions of Dewey's theories of education, and the other is reinterpretations about his theories. First, new directions were researches in the light of postmodernism, transaction, qualitative thinking, and ecological perspective. And the viewpoint of postmodernism included neopragmatism and critical pragmatism. Second, reinterpretations were concept of experience and experience-centered curriculum, concept of growth, and his theory of religion. And I suggested Dewey's educational ideas need to be studied in three directions in order to meet the future challenge of educational problems in Korea. First, the researches for subject-matter which is play and work, geography and history, and science. Second, the researches in the light of the phenomenology and hermeneutics, for example, Dewey's concept of experience can connect with the concept of Welt(world) in phenomenology. Third, the researches for the technology and technoscience of Dewey's theories. In conclusion, Dewey's educational ideas need to understand in the context of the whole picture of his theories and to extend the revised understanding to the education of Korea. There are many ideas and concepts in Dewey's theories of education need to be reinterpreted in new ways of thinking.

      • 알레르기성 소인이 없는 정상인에서 특이 알레르겐항체 양성율

        This study was designed to evaluate prevalence of allergen-specific antibodies in healthy adults. During Mar. ~ Aug. 2001, 1,925 subjects visited for medical check-up, were inquired to fill out a standardized questionnaire. Among them, 200 subjects who had no current and past allergic disorders were randomly selected for rhe current study and examined for allergen-specific antibodies using Korean inhalant panel of MAST-CLA allergen-specific IgE assay. Among them, 170 persons (85.0%) did not have any positive allergen-specific antibody. Each positive rate of 35 allergen specific antibodies was usually less than 3%, except Cockroach Mix (3.5%), Dermatophagoides farinae(8.5%), Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(6.0%). Among 30 positive subjects, 19(63.3%) showed one or two allergen-specific antibodies. Although atopic subjects in non-allergic population were not common, few of them showed allergen-specific antibodies in Korean inhalant panel of MAST-CLA. Our results suggested that the standardized questionnaire and MAST-CLA could be an useful tool of a screening test for allergy, showing high specificity and sensitivity.

      • 지하철 운행구간중 D철교 주변지역의 소음도 예측에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to predict and evaluate the outdoor noise levels around the D railway bridge of the subway line. The counter-measure for noise control was reviewed as the tunnel. The outdoor noise levels are generally calculated by subtracting sound transmission loss of the tunnel envelope from indoor noise levels. The coefficient of sound absorption of tunnel envelope was NRC 0.6 and sound transmission loss STC 23. Prediction of the noise levels around the D railway bridge was achieved by dividing the circumference into 10m×l0m regular grid spaces. The indoor noise levels at the tunnel ranged from approximately 45dB(A) to l07dB(A) and the outdoor noise levels 37dB(A) to 67dB(A) as peak sound level. In this study the maximum sound level at all locations around the subway line should not exceed 60dB(A) as energy equivalent sound level(Leq). As a result all points around the D railway bridge satisfied the noise level limit with the above tunnel.

        이 사이트는 웹(Web) 데이타베이스(DB) 연동기술을 적용하여 웹서비스를 지원하기 위해 곤충 및 식물 생태 정보를 경관별 및 시기별로 데이타베이스화하여 일반인이 곤충 생태원을 가상공간인 웹 상에서 쉽게 접할 수있도록 개발 된 사이버곤충생태원(Cyber Insect Garden)으로서 국내 최초로 개설하여 인터넷상(http://niast.go.kr/cig)에서 운용하고 있다. 곤충 및 식물 정보를 체계적으로 데이터베이스화아여 숲ㆍ계곡ㆍ연못ㆍ바닷가ㆍ풀밭ㆍ마을의 경관과 시기에 따라 주요 기주 식물과 관련된 곤충의 사진과 곤충을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 자세한 설명을 제공함으로써 일반인들에게 생동감있는 곤충 및 관련 기주식물 생태에서 대하서 간접적으로 경험할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 방대한 곤총 및 식물 생태 정보 데이터를 제공함으로써 40-50대는 어린시절의 향수를 느낄 수 있고 청소녀들엑는 자연학습체럼을 니터넷을 통해 경험하게 함으로꺼 정서 순화에도 도움이 되도록 하였다. To develop World Wide Web servire of Cyber Insect Garden(CIG) linked with database, we col-lected ecological information data of insect and host plant. This site can be accessed easily by the general public. Insects and host plants can be linked with various scenes and seasons. CIG was the first site developed in Korea and its Web site address is http://www.mast.go.kr/cig. As database information consist of text data and images of insects and host plants for the general public, we access to lots of ecological insects and host plants informa-tions. Therefore, all netizens can experience them indirectly and feel their childhood homesickness.

      • 재사용을 위한 멀티미디어 게임 클래스 라이브러리 설계에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 게임 개발자들이 게임 소프트웨어를 개발할 때, 객체지향 재사용 게임 클래스 라이브러리로부터 부품인 컴포넌트를 검색하여 재사용 할 수 있는 게임 클래스 라이브러리 설계 방법론을 연구한 것이다. 객체지향 재사용 게임 클래스 라이브러리를 효율적으로 설계하기 위해서, 재사용성이 높은 객체지향 개념인 일반화와 상세화 그리고 집단화 개념을 제공하는 C++ 게임 클래스 라이브러리의 객체지향 계층 구조설계 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해 게임 소프트웨어 개발 과정과 생산성을 향상시키기는 방법으로서 게임의 영역을 분류하고 유사한 컴포넌트들의 그룹평이 제공하도록 하였다 제안된 방법은 게임 개발 시간과 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다. This paper discusses the design methods for class library to reuse components and to retrieve them from the class library when we especially develop a came. To design a class library for a game efficiently, we propose the method for object-oriented hierarchical structure design using generalization, specialization, and aggregation. In order to enhance the development process and productivity, game domains are classified and the related componets are grouped by similarity. It is expected to reduce time and cost of a game development.
