        도서관사회학 연구시론 -문헌정보학의 학문성에 대한 인식론적 전환을 위하여-

        학문으로서의 문헌정보학은 1930년대부터 사회과학(또는 응용사회과학)의 한 분야로 출발하였다. 그러나 실무와 기술을 강조하는 기능주의적 입장으로 인해 문헌정보학의 사회과학성은 점차 상실되었고, 대신 과학기술적인 입장이 강조되었다. 결국 문헌정보학은 주된 연구대상인 도서관과 그 관련기관을 사회적 지식체계로 파악하지 못하였으며, 사회과학적 이론과 철학을 도입하는 데도 소홀할 수 밖에 없었다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 현단계 문헌정보학의 학문성에 대한 인식론적 전환을 위하여 도서관사회학이라는 연구영역을 시론적으로 제시하려고 하였다. 이것은 문헌정보학의 본질을 사회과학에서 파악한 것으로서, 그것을 뒤받침해 줄 수 있는 대표적인 인식론으로서 사회인식론과 지식사회학을 제시하고 이를 토대로 도서관사회학이라는 새로운 연구영역을 시론적으로 모색하게 되었다 From the outset, Library and Information Science as a field of discipline began as part of the social sciences (or applied social sciences) in the 1930s. However, due to the practicality and technology emphasized by functionalists, the social science characteristics deteriorated and the science and technological aspect became more accentuated. Ultimately, Library and Information Science was not able to identify its main research subject of libraries and associated apparatuses as a form of social sciences. In the present study, after an examination of social epistemology and sociology of knowledge, which are important epistemological foundations necessary for the strengthening of social scientific aspect of Library and Information Science, a new research parameter called sociology of library was presented The sociology of library will be a scheme for an epistemological turnover on the discipline of Library and Information Science

        레진전색제의 마모저항성에 대한 평가

        이 연구는 강화형 미세입자 복합레진인 Micronew에 BisCover 레진전색제를 적용한 후 칫솔마모시험을 시행하여 복합레진 표면의 조도와 현미경적 변화를 비교함으로써 레진전색제를 복합레진 표면에 재적용할 시기를 알아보고자 하였다. 분리 가능한 알루미늄 판과 복합레진을 이용하여 8×3×2 mm크기의 복합레전 시편 200개를 제작하였다 복합레진 시편의 양쪽표면을Sof-Lex disc로 거친 입자에서 증간 입자까지 마무리한 후 실온의 증류수에 34시간 동안 보관하였다. 시편은 disc로 마무리만 시행한 F군 (n=10)과 마무리 후 레진전색제인 BisCover를 적용한 B군 (n=190)으로 분류하였다. B군은 다시 칫솔질을 가하지 않은 B-IM 군 (n=10)과 칫솔질을 가한 군 (n=180, B-1군에서 B-l8군)으로 분류하였다. 칫솔질을 가한 군은 칫솔마모검사기의 수조에 페리오 치약과 증류수를 무게 비 50 : 50으로 혼합하여 부은 다음 홈이 파진 알루미늄 블록에 각 군의 시편을 위치시키고 칫솔을 고정장치에 부착하여 전, 후 왕복운동을 가하여 칫솔질을 가하였다. 칫솔질은 B-1군에서 B-18군 까지 각각 900회씩 증가시켜 16,200회까지 시행하였다. 표면조도측정기를 사용하여 각 군의 복합레진 표면의 평균 표면조도 값 (Ra)을 산출한 후 통계적으로 분석하였고. 주사전자현미경하에서 각군의 대표적인 시편 1개를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. F군의 Ra는 0.898±0.145 ㎛, B-IM 군의 Ra는 0.289±0.142 ㎛를 나타냈으며, B-1군에서 B-18군까지의 Ra는 점차적으로 증가하여 B-1 군에서 0.299±0.48 ㎛, B-18군에서 0.642 ± 0.313 ㎛까지 나타났다. 2. Ra 최종 군집중심은 군집 1 (B-IM∼B-7)에서 0.361 ㎛, 군집 2 (B-8∼B-14)에서 0.511 ㎛, 군집 3 (B-15∼B18)에서 0.624 ㎛를 나타내어 각 군집의 Ra 최종 군집중심 간에 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. (F=49.705, p=0.000) 3. B-IM군의 Ra 증감율은 F군에 비해 210.72%감소되었으며, B-8군과 B-15군의 Ra 증감율은 B-IM군에 비해 각각 35.49%와 51.35% 증가되었다. 4. FE-SSM 관찰에서 B-IM 군은 매우 평활한 복합레진 표면을 나타내었고, B-8군은 전체적으로 평활한 복합레진 표면을 보였지만 표면에 수직으로 아주 얕은 흠집을 나타내었다. B-15군은 복합레진 표면의 중앙에서 B-8군보다 더 넓고 불규칙 한 수직의 흠집을 나타내었고, B-18군은 복합레진 표면 전체에 넓은 흠집을 나타내었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the abrasion resistance of surface penetrating sealant which was applied on a composite resin restoration and to provide proper time to reapply sealant on composite resin surface. Two hundred rectangular specimens, sized 8×3×2 mm, were made of Micronew (Bisco, Inc., Schaumburg, IL, U.S.A) and divided into two groups F group (n = 10) was finished with coarse and medium grit of Sof-Lex discs and BisCoverwas applied B group (n = 190) after finishing with discs. B group was again subdivided into nineteen subgroups. From B-1 group to B-18 group were subjected to toothbrush abrasion test using a distilled water-dentifrice slurry and toothbrush heads. B-IM group was not subjected to toothbrush abrasion test. Average surface roughness (Ra) of each group was calculated using a surface roughness tester (Surfcorder MSE-1700: Kosaka Laboratory Ltd., Tokyo, Japan). A representative specimen of each group was examined by FE-SEM (S-4700: Hitachi High Technologies Co., Tokyo, Japan). The data were analysed using cluster analysis, paired t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Ra of F group was 0.898±0.145 ㎛ and B-IM group was 0.289±0.142 ㎛. Ra became higher from B-1 group (0.299±0.48 ㎛) to B-18 group (0.642±0.313 ㎛). 2. Final cluster center of Ra was 0.361 ㎛ in cluster 1 (B-IM∼13-7), 0.511 ㎛ in cluster 2 (B-8 B-14) and 0.624 ㎛ in cluster 3 (B-15∼B-18). There were significant difference among Ra of three clusters. 3. Ra of B-IM group was decreased 210.72% than Ra of F group. Ra of B-8 group and B-15 group was increased 35.49% and 51.35% respectively than Ra of B-IM group. 4. On FE-SEM, B-IM group showed the smoothest resin surface. B-8 group and B-15 group showed vertically shallow scratches, and. wide and irregular vertical scratches on composite resin surface respectively. Within a limitation of this study, finished resin surface will be again smooth and glazy if BisCover would be reapplied within 8 to 14 months after applying to resin surface.       • 지능기법을 이용한 가공시스템의 설계 및 모니터링에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 지능 기법과 영상처리기법을 이용하여 특정 대상물의 절단위치를 검색하는 방법을 제시한 것으로서, 최근에는 기존의 아날로그 센서를 대신한 CCD(Charge-Couple Decive)카메라로 얻어진 화상 데이타(data)를 이용하여 물체의 정보를 추출하는 방법이 많이 응용되고 있다. 최근에 영상의 형태학, 신경망, 지식기반의 영상 해석 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 거의 모든 분야에 화상처리기법들이 사용되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실시간 그레이 레벨의 입력 화상에 대하여 영상처리기법을 이용하여 특정 물체의 특정위치검출 방법을 제안하고, 실제의 시스템에 적용한 예를 제시하려고 한다. In this paper proposed detecting specific position of the object using intelligent method and image processing. Recently instead of classifying the object by shade using existing analog sensor, app.y a theory to detect of the object information by using image data from CCD camera. It takes interest in the morphology of image, neural networks and image analysis system on knowledge base. and now days, image processing method was used in the most part of field. So, In this paper proposed detecting method on specific position of specific object about real time gray level input image using image processing method and application case in real system.

      • 一部 忠南地域 女大生의 血淸內 重金屬含量과 一部 免疫物質과의 相關關係 調査

        This study was performed to investigate the correlations between the status of leucocytes and serum levels of heavy metals in Korean rural 79 young women according to the body mass index. The results were as follows; 1. The mean height, weight, PIBW and BMI were 158.54cm, 55.88Kg, 105.47% and subjects as their BMI increase(p<0.05). 2. The mean values of WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, eosinophil, basophil and monocite were 7.25, 4.10, 2.36, 0.10, 0.04 and 0.05 × 10³/mm³, respectively. There was a significant decrease in lymphocyte in subjects as their BMI increase(p<0.05). 3. The mean serum Al, As, Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb and Zn were 33.33, 28.41, 2.90, 95.97, 3.60, 2.31 and 93.65㎕/㎗, respectively. There were no significant differences among anthropometric assessments and serum trace elements. 4. There were no significant differences between the status leucocytes and serum levels of trace elements according to BMI. This study was limited within only blood levels, therefore I hope there will be wider efforts to consider about the dietary intake levels of trace elements for presentation of the connection between dietary intakes of trace elements and status of leucocytes.

      • 생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

        We studied the crystallization of a-SiH thin film. Multi crystallized Si fillms are preferred in many applications such as FPD, solar cells, RAM, and integrated circuits. Because most of these applications require a low temperature process, we investigated a crystallization of a-SiH using a Cd layer. A metal Cd shows an eutectic point at a temperature of 321°C. THis paper present Cd layer assisted crystallization of a-SiH film for the various grain growth parameters such as anneal temperature. Cd layer thickness and anneal time.

      • 영도구 자원봉사활동 활성화 방안 연구

        The importance of volunteering service activity has greatly come to the front as a value to comprehensive politics, economy, society and culture and supplement. On 'the year of world volunteers', the organized 'Korea Commission' is in active service, and ahead of the 2002 Korean and Japanese World Cup, many efforts are being made for enacting 'the Support Law of Volunteering Service Activity' while the boom of volunteering activity is formed. The purpose of this study was to improve the volunteer activities in Yeongdo-Gu, Busan. The surveys were conducted by nongovernment organizations, religious organizations, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, universities and individual volunteers. The statistical analysis was used descriptive statistics by using SAS 10.2 program. The results of these surveys are summarized as follows: First,a membership of Yeongdo-Gu Volunteering Service Center established in 1997 is 1,277(man 634, woman 643) and its roles are to network with welfare facilities, to enhance the participating rate of citizens, and to educate volunteers and so forth. Second, as a result of individual volunteers survey, the subject of analysis were a total 64 cases of 45(70.3%) male and 19(29.7) female, their occupations are students 32(50.8%), housekeeper 13(20.6%). Third, Volunteers were participating in various fields of volunteer including social welfare, environment, transportation, health, culture and art. Thus operation plans to activate Yeongdo-Gu Volunteer activities are proposed as follows. First, it is necessary for assurance of volunteering resource in community and volunteering network construction for efficiency management. Second, it is also necessary for assurance of training program for volunteer.

        현단계 한국문헌정보학의 발전전략

        이 연구는 현단계 한국문헌정보학이 각종 사회환경의 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 발전전략을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다음의 두가지 실천전략을 제시하였다. 첫번째는 주체적인 학술연구의 전략으로서, 연구자들이 기존의 학술논문쓰기 방법을 과감하게 탈피하여 도서관과 관련기관의 일상생활을 있는 그대로 기술하고 설명할 수 있는 자유롭고 쉬운 양식의 글쓰기 전략을 제시하였다. 또한 한국의 낙후된 도서관현장의 발전에 참조가 되는 방향에서 외국의 원전을 읽고 번역하는 전략도 함께 제시하였다. 두번째는 학술운동의 전략으로서, 연구자와 현장사서들이 함께 참여하여 우리의 학문적 내실을 다져내며 한국문헌정보학이 한국사회과학의 당당한 일원으로서 참여할 수 있는 전략을 제시하였다 The writers have explored developmental strategies for Library and Information Science in Korea which would flexibly cope with changes in the social environment. They have identified two fronts in the struggle to improve the conditions in the present developmental stage of their academic discipline, i.e., self-reliance and 'movement' orientation

      • 간혈관종: 초음파 검사상 종양 에코와 삼중시기 나선식 전산화단층촬영상 조영증강양상과의 관계

        Purpose: To evaluate the relation of internal echo and enhancement patterns on three phase spiral CT in hepatic hemangioma. Methods: This retrospective study included 41 cases in 34 patients who were diagnosed as hepatic hemangioma who had ultrasonography and three phase spiral CT scan. We classified hepatic hemangioma as two different groups according to the findings of internal echo on ultrasonography. Three phase spiral CT images were obtained at 30 seconds(arterial phase), 60 seconds( portal phase), and 3-5minutes(delayed phase) after the initiation of injection of contrast materials(120ml, 2.7ml/sec). Enhancement patterns of hemangiomas during three phases were classified as total high attenuation, peripheral high attenuation, low attenuation, or iso attenuation. Results : The most common enhancement pattern of hemangioma on three phase spiral CT was peripheral high attenuation in whole three phases in both high and low echoic groups. There was no statistical significance(P>0.1). Total high attenuation in whole three phases on three phase spiral CT is 3 cases(3/13, 23%) in low echoic group and 1 case(1/28, 4%) in high echoic group. It is statistically significant(P<0.1). Conclusion: The enhancement patterns on three phase spiral CT is different between low and high echoic group. Total high attenuation in whole three phases on three phase spiral CT is more in low echoic group than in high echoic group.

        KSDeN^TM process의 영양염류 제거 특성

        Intermittent aeration processes have been much of interest as an excellent alternative for nutrients removal for upgrading secondary wastewater treatment plants, with minimum modification. Also, operational flexibility of those proposes a good opportunity for newly planed plants. Here, a pilot study was conducted to evaluate the performance of a continuous flow intermittent aeration process (KSDeN^TM process). The influent was collected at the effluent channel of the grit chamber of a large sewage treatment plant. The influent characteristics with standard deviation were 243.2±170.9mg/L for TCOD_cr, 47.5 13.9mg/L for T-N, 8.4±8.3mg/L for T-P and 5.2±1.8 for C/N ratio. Effluent of 1^st sedimentation tank was 208.2±87.6mg/L for TCOD_cr, 35.0±10.3mg/L for T-N, 4.8±1.9mg/L for T-P and 6.1±2.3 for C/N ratio. The average removal efficiencies of TCOD_cr, T-N and T-P were 93.6, 77.0 and 86.4% and effluent TCOD_cr, T-N and T-P concentrations were 12.5, 9.2 and 0.7mg/L respectively, satisfying regulatory limits. Alkalinity deficiency was not observed during the oxic periods, which is one of the special features of an intermittent aeration process. The results showed higher COD, T-N and T-P removal efficiencies and stability with varying influent conditions, compared to other conventional fixed phase nutrients removal processes.
