영도 지역의 정보화 현황과 발전적 방향에 관한 연구

An information-oriented society, in the age of local self-government plays an important in developing of local. The basic condition to develop an information-oriented society should be connected to each house with high speed internet line, then everyone should can use internet. Then most of all, the direction of information with philosophy should be set up. It is to make local community with good and best country that the direction of local information is set up. It is the most important to make Youngdo's center Homepage that is the core to make local information-oriented. The Youngdo's center Homepage should be linked with all Homepage in Youngdo. Each Homepage in Youngdo should be made with environmental theme, character of Youngdo, theme of giving love to neighbor, vision of Youngdo. The local information-oriented society must be considered as a shorter way to realize social welfare for an old, feeble person and handicapped person. Information-oriented society is the way to the world. Then the all Homepage of Youngdo must be translated for sisterhood relationship with China and Japan. The information-oriented society is not for endless competition but for community developing the local, to realize good society in loving country the neighbor and local society. Therefore, in the information-oriented society of Youngdo will be participate in all residents.

영도지역 단독주택의 입지에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics of houses in Youngdo-Gu. This study utilized the house census data in 1990 and 1995. Moreover, data from Youndo-Gu Public office were analyzed for evaluating whether the wide of main load and the way of traffic commuting is appropriate. This study will provide policy makers with an idea for their future policy. In Youngdo-Gu, a number of houses are being decreased and a number of apartment houses are being increasing. Most civilians preferred to living in apartment house. However, there are lots of houses in hillsides. This study insists that Youngdo-Gu needs to build hillside houses by using terrace and piloti method. Moreover, the building regulations should reflect the conditions in the future not the current conditions. For accommodating new houses and apartment, the load plans should reflected the space of parking, the way of traffic commuting, and other facilities related to house building.

영도구의 지명에 대한 연구

The geographical designation which has characteristics of the boundary of place reflects a culture of a specific region. The geographical designations in Youngdo-Gu were compared with two references such as 'Total Geographical Designations of Korea'(1980) and 'Total Geographical Designations of Busan'(1996). As the results, the same places were named differently. Second, the names of places in Yeong-do related to geographical characteristics, Many names of the places connect with regional specialities from sea coast of Youngdo-Gu. Third, it was found that ancestors had a wisdom which they named very carefully, so the anme involved historical facts. Finally, new geographical designations of Youngdo-Gu would be better to reflect the old names of the places as well as pure Korean names.

통과선박자유항 제도의 도입과 영도의 역할

Terms discussed in this paper including free port, free trade zone, tariff-free zone and free ship passing zone are all similar in a basic meaning, but differently applied in accordance to place and time. The system of tariff-free zone for passing shops has advantages such as the exemptions of custom clearance procedures, tariffs, taxes and other expenses. These benefits to activities at designated sea areas or regions including taking in and out freights and importing exporting and transiting foreign and domestic products, ultimately having efforts of the activation of intermediate and trust trades, creation of logistics-based added values, job creation, inducement of foreign capitals, and economic development of Yougdo-Gu as well as Busan. This study reviewed the significances of free port system and tariff-free zone and investigate cases in which the system of free ship passing port made actual benefits. Then the study determined and confirmed the validity of establishing the system of free ship passing port in Busan by using a literature review. The purpose of this study is to grasp possible efforts of the system on economic aspects of Busan and Youngdo and the role of the island district in the system operation. The district of Youngdo which is least independent financially compared to the other districts in Busan has a geographical disadvantage as an island, but other different advantages as well which are not being utilized enough currently. It is often that foreign advanced countries are trying the income increase of their own island regions by utilizing ports behind the regions better. The system of free ship passing port is essential to achieve the economic restoration of Busan and the income increase of Youngdo. Consequently, Youngdo can be economically activated and developed as a facility complex supporting the port city by introducing the system of free ship passing port, specifically through the designation and specialization of port-related industries including shipbuilding and ship materials industries, rearrangement of bonded warehouses within its port storage area to facilitate the demand and supply of foods and commodities for ships and inducement of facilities supporting the port of Busan.

영도를 소재로 한 미술 작품에 관한 연구

Youngdo is a beautiful island, and has famous places for travel in korea. This study has a purpose to review the beauty and characteristics of Youngdo in artistic aspect. Since old times, the Genre-painting flourishes remarkable area people has a high cultural level, and the Landscape-painting flourish remarkable area is a place of natural scenic beauty. The paintings that represented about Youngdo almost are the style of the Genre-paintings or the Landscape-paintings. There are many places for painters favorite subject matter in Youngdo when they search the beautiful landscapes and contemplate the character of an insularity for their artworks. In conclusion, Youngdo gives every sign of a treasury for artistic subject matter. But, the natural beauty and character istic of the island has ruined. Youngdo confronts the contradiction of registrative city development and the natural reservation in the process of the urbanization of the island. Hereupon, as long as the regional painters participate themselves for keeping the beauty with an administrative measure in artistic aspect, there is a strong possibility that Youngdo becomes an artistic distric with culture.

영도지역 청소년의 자아개념과 가치관 실태에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the actual condition of the self-concept and value of adolescents in Youngdo-Gu, Busan. The results would be useful as fundamental data of education and counseling for them in order to help establishing the self-concept and value which are on the bases of human knowledge, emotion and human relationship. The data of this study were obtained 372 students(male:208, female:164) of middle and high schools in Youngdo-Gu. The statistical methods used in this study were frequencies, percentages, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis. Also, the statistical program used for the data was SPSS Win 8.0. The major findings of this study are as follows : 1.In the study on self-concept of adolescents, significant differences appeared in self-identification, self-acception, and moral self-concept between sexes. However, they did not appered among grades and religions. 2.In the study on the value of adolescents between sexes, boys were more open and progressive than girls in intersexual view. Among grades, significant differences appeared in studies, materials, intersexual view and religions. 3.In the correlations between variations of self-concept and value, significant correlation appeared among each variations. Also, it appeared between variations of self-concept and value system. 4.On the bases of the results, education, counseling efforts and scientific researches were required as below; 1) The education and counseling of self-concept, self-identity, self-growth and value clarification were required to establish self-concept and value properly which are fundamental life basis of adolescence. 2) For the adolescents who decided their future and accomplish studies on the bases of self-concept and value, the education and counseling of career and decision making in life were especially required. 3) The education and counseling on intersexual relationship and sex problem were important for adolescents. Especially boys and high school students appeared to have more interests and problems on them than girls and middle school students. 4) According to the results of this study, the value on school mate and family variations were the highest. Adolescents are required quidance to cope with the conflicts and problems on human relationship because human much interest and expectation on human relationship. By researching the actual conditions of self-concept and value of adolescents in Youngdo-Gu, the needs and importances of education and counseling for adolescents were appeared. These results may become fundamental data to help adolescents. Further studies should be accomplished for education and counseling for adolescents.

실직자 가족의 생활실태와 그들을 위한 사회복지관 사업의 운영 방향 : A Case Study of Public Labor Workers in Youngdo-Gu 영도지역 공공근로사업 참가자를 중심으로

본 연구의 결과를 요약 제시함으로 결론에 대신하고자 한다. 1. 연구 1, '영도지역 실직자 가족의 생활실태'의 결과 1) 조사대상자의 일반적 특성분석에 의하면 영도지역 실직자의 특성은 전국의 실직자 대상 연구에서 보고된 실직자 특성 및 도시 저소득층의 특성과 유사하였다. 2) 월평균 소득은 전국의 실직자 가구의 소득 수준보다 낮으며, 최소 필요 생활비가 소득보다 높아 경제적으로 취약한 상태임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 적극적인 경제대처방안이 필요하다고 볼 수 있었다. 생계유지수단이나 생활지원 현황에 따르면 영도지역 실직자들이 정부나 사회복지관보다는 친척이나 실수입의 수입에의 의존도가 높아, 사적 소득 이전도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3) 실직 후 가족생활의 변화는 경제적 어려움에 의한 생활의 어려움이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부부관계는 악화되지 않았다고 보고되었다. 4) 실직자들은 경제적, 심리적 스트레스 문제를 상담받기 원하지만, 전문 상담기관보다는 가족 및 주변인과 의논하기를 원하는 경향이 높았다. 5) 실직자의 심리특성은 삶의 질이 낮고 부정적 정서수준이 높다고 볼 수 있었다. 사회적 지지는 실직자의 특성에 따라 달리 지각되고 있었다. 대다수가 경제적으로 심각하다고 지각하고 있으며 경제적 조건뿐 아나라 심리적 특성도 이러한 지각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 6) 자녀의 심리적 특성을 보면 긍정적.부정적 변화 및 부정적 정서수준 역시 중간 수준으로 나타났고 특히 경제적 어려움에도 불구하고 아동 및 청소년 자녀의 긍정적 변화는 주목되었다. 자녀의 변화를 예측하는 것은 가정의 경제수준보다는 부모의 심리적 특성으로 나타나 가족관계에서의 심리적 요인이 자녀의 적응력을 높일 수 있다고 생각되었다. 2. 연구2, '사회복지관 사업의 운영 방향'의 결과 1) 사업 전반에 관한 조사에서 사업의 홍보는 비교적 다양하게 이루어지고 있으나 예산의 부족, 실직자 가정의 파악 어려움이 공통적으로 지적되었다. 실직자 가정의 아동을 대상으로 하는 사업에 비해 성인을 대상으로 하는 사업은 낮은 참여도와 심리적 문제로 어려움이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 2) 실직자를 위해 사회복지관에서 시행 중인 특징적인 사업은 취업 및 부업 알선, 기능훈련인 것으로 보고되었다. 가정문제 상담 사업도 일부 실시되고 있었으며, 이 모두는 실시 효율성이 높은 것으로 자체 평가되었다. 그러나 결연사업이나 후원금 또는 후원금품의 제공 사업은 그 효과가 기대에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 실직가정의 자녀를 대상으로 하 사업은 기존의 프로그램에 경제적 혜택을 주어 참여를 유도하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지관에서는 취업 알선과 상담 사업을 비교적 중요 사업으로 인지하고 있으며, 추후 사업은 기존 사업의 내실화를 기하는 방향으로 계획됨을 알 수 있었다. 3) 사회복지관에서는 구청에서 실시하는 실직자를 위한 사업의 내용을 잘 알고있다고 생각하며 사업의 중복성도 낮은 것으로 평가하였다. 구청 사업과의 연계가 필요하다고 생각하지만 실제의 연계정도는 낮다고 보았다. 이를 위해 구청에에 대한 지원과 협조 요구가 있었다. 4) 영도구청에서는 관내 실직자를 위해 모범적인 사업을 펼치면서 그 효과가 높다고 평가하고 있었다. 사회복지관 사업과의 관계는 사회복지관측에서 생각하는 것과 동일한 의견을 보였다. 5) 이상과 같은 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여 제시된 사회복지관 사업의 운영 방향은 다음과 같다. 현재의 미미한 사회복지관의 복지서비스 역학을 극복하기 위해, (1)사회복지관 사업의 시행에 있어 구청과의 역할 분담 및 연계성 강화, (2)사회복지관간의 사업 연계 및 특성화 시도, (3)사회복지관에 기대되는 역할 즉 민간서비스의 센터 역할, 강화된 심리.상담 서비스의 제공, 외환위기 상황에따른 복지수요에의 대응 등이 제시되었다. 행정기관은 사회복지관에 비해 거대한 조직과 막대한 재원을 가지고 있지만 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 전문인력을 확보하고 있지 못하다. 또 관료주의적 속성이 강하기 때문에 사업을 계획하여 실시하기까지의 과정에서 많은 시간 소요된다(홍금자, 1999). 그러나 사회복지 수요는 수시로, 상황 및 시간의 흐름에 따라 쉽게 비뀔 수 있는 가변적 속성이 강하고 즉시적 대응이 필요하므로 직접적으로 서비스를 제공하는 역할을 사회복지관이 맡는 것이 유리함은 당연하다고 하겠다. 이러한 맥락에서 볼 때, 이상에서 제시된 실직 가정을 위한 사회복지관의 역할은 더욱더 민. 관 파트너쉽의 기초 위에 수행되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 비록 영도지역의 예는 아닐지라도 실직자 대상 프로그램에 '황소개구리 잡기' 공공근로사업과 같이 관 단독으로 실시된 사업과는 확연히 비교되는 전문적인 사업을 사회복지관들이 수행해주기를 기대해 본다. The purpose of this study was to find out the life of unemployed families and to suggest the directions of social work management of social welfare centers for them in the context that family crises increase and the importance of social welfare centers caused by the IMF economic crisis grows. This study was divided into two substudies. In the first one, the life of unemployed families was studied from the data collected from 184 public labor workers in Youngdo-Gu(District), Pusan. The subjects shared the same characteristics of unemployment reported by nation-wide studies as the people of urban low-income class. The unemployed showed high dependency on the informal welfare and reported the problems of economic hardships and psychological stress. Their psychological characteristics were negative and they were influenced on the perception of economic difficulties with economic situation. In the second substudy, some directions of social work management of social welfare centers for the unemployed and their families were proposed. The social workers of 5 social welfare centers in Youngdo district and officers from district office of Youngdo district were interivewed about the work for the unemployed and their families, the relations between social welfare centers and the district office. The directions of social works management of social welfare centers proposed in this study are fortified relationships with the district office, interactions between social welfare centers and specifications of social works, expected roles of social welfare centers such as the center role of public services, provision of improved counseling services, and responding the needs caused by economic crises.

부산의 항만관련산업이 영도발전에 미치는 영향 및 발전방안

Developments on the regional level are accelerating in Korea as the era of local autonomy begins. Under the current situation, is it possible for the autonomous system to contribute to balanced regional developments? It does not seem that such autonomous system of Korea makes much accomplishment due to excessive controls by the central government and policies in electing local government commissioners. In this situation, the 16 basic autonomous local government of Pusan have the financial independence level of 47.2%, 0.6% down from 47.8% of late 1998. Among these governments, Youndgo-Gu(District) is the lowest at 30.5%. The purpose of this study is to provide ways of developing Youngdo district by determining fundamental reasons why the district has the lowest financial independence level and by evaluating the importance and effects of the harbor business one of the 10 major strategic businesses in Pusan. The proposals made in this study are summarized below. In order to establish an urbsan area around a harbor and in order to build up PD information system, a network is required among similar businesses in a short term and then among different businesses in a long term. Developing shipbuilding and related equipment industries requires to activate businesses which provide boarding supplies. oil and ship repairing. It is necessary to establish the port system of free passage. relieve regulations on tariff. support the standardization of boarding supplies. and designate a bonded area for the supplies in Youngdo district. Storage facilities for ship oil to fuels should be installed. Youngdo district Office should give an administrative help to business owners to have various financial loans. In addition. the Pusan International Marine Products Exchange should be set up at Namhangdong. Youndgo district to promote marine and marine processing industries and make the district the center for marine products distribution to northeastern Asia. Since Chakalchi Market is near the Namhang Port off Youngdo district. promoting live fish business and forming a commercial area around the future Namhang Bridge will help the district be a truly independent autonomous local government.

영도지역의 노인복지서비스에 관한 연구 : 종합사회복지관을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to find out the conditions and program of community welfare services for the elderly of Youngdo-Gu. A structured questionnaire was used and data were obtained through 5 samples of social workers of social welfare center in Youngdo. The data were analyzed by frequency, percent. From the results, it was 7.11% who were sixty five years and older, Youngdo area entered aging society. 49.4% of the elderly who were lived in Dongsam-dong and Cheonghak-dong. Elderly of another area(dong) in Youngdo-Gu were little use-ratio of community welfare services for the elderly. For the enhancement of Youngdo community, there is need to enlargement of welfare service for them. And 5 social welfare centers provided various welfare services for the elderly according to their conditions. There is need to provide continuous leisure programs besides basic-need programs for elderly in home.

영도구 자원봉사활동 활성화 방안 연구

The importance of volunteering service activity has greatly come to the front as a value to comprehensive politics, economy, society and culture and supplement. On 'the year of world volunteers', the organized 'Korea Commission' is in active service, and ahead of the 2002 Korean and Japanese World Cup, many efforts are being made for enacting 'the Support Law of Volunteering Service Activity' while the boom of volunteering activity is formed. The purpose of this study was to improve the volunteer activities in Yeongdo-Gu, Busan. The surveys were conducted by nongovernment organizations, religious organizations, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, universities and individual volunteers. The statistical analysis was used descriptive statistics by using SAS 10.2 program. The results of these surveys are summarized as follows: First,a membership of Yeongdo-Gu Volunteering Service Center established in 1997 is 1,277(man 634, woman 643) and its roles are to network with welfare facilities, to enhance the participating rate of citizens, and to educate volunteers and so forth. Second, as a result of individual volunteers survey, the subject of analysis were a total 64 cases of 45(70.3%) male and 19(29.7) female, their occupations are students 32(50.8%), housekeeper 13(20.6%). Third, Volunteers were participating in various fields of volunteer including social welfare, environment, transportation, health, culture and art. Thus operation plans to activate Yeongdo-Gu Volunteer activities are proposed as follows. First, it is necessary for assurance of volunteering resource in community and volunteering network construction for efficiency management. Second, it is also necessary for assurance of training program for volunteer.
