근관형성 후 동통에 대한 수산화칼슘의 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 치성 동통을 보이는 치아의 수산화칼숨의 사용 여부에 따른 동통 감소 효과를 판단하고자 시행하였다. 2003년 12월부터 2004년 9월 사이에 경희대학교 치과대학 부속 치과병원 치과보존과에 치성 동통으로 내원한 환자 213명으로부터 근관형성을 시행한 237개의 치아를 대상으로 환자의 성별 및 연령, 치료부위, 재근관 치료의 여부, 치수의 상태, 술전 치아 상태와 술전 동통의 정도를 기록하였다. 수산화칼슘을 적용하지 않은 군 (1군)과 수산화칼슘을 적용한 군 (2군)으로 분류하였다. 환자들에게 설문지를 배분하여 다음 내원시 치료 후 4시간, 2일 및 7일에 술후 동통의 발생 여부와 동통의 정도를 기록하도록 하였다. 수집한 자료들은 Chi-square analysis (p<0.05)를 사용하여 비교, 분석한 결과 근관내 약제로써 수산화칼슘은 술후 동통을 예방하거나 감소시키는 효과를 가지고 있지 않다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this clinical study is to assess whether calcium hydroxide as an intracanal medication affects post-treatment pain in teeth especially odontogenic pain which comes from inflammation of the pulp and periradicular tissues when compared with no intracanal medication. From 213 patients who has been treated 237 root canals due to significant pain (moderate-to-severe), we recorded their age, sex, treated tooth, degree of pain, pre-operative states of the tooth. We classified patients into 2 test group: Group 1 (not gain intracanal Ca(OH)_(2)), Group 2 (gain intracanal Ca(OH)_(2)). Through the survey from the patients, we let them write down the occurrence and degree of post-treatment pain in 4hours, 2days, 7days after treatment as none. mild, moderate or severe. The followings were evaluated: the overall incidence of flare-ups, the overall incidence of post-treatment pain in each group at each time period, the incidence of post-treatment pain in each group at each time period as related to pre-operative states of the teeth. These were compared statistically with Chi-square analysis (p < 0.05). Under the condition of this investigation, no difference was observed in the incidence of post-treat-ment pain between the two groups. Therefore, Ca(OH)_(2)as intracanal medication had no effect on preventing or decreasing the post-treatment pain.
중년후기 여성의 폐경관리와 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

This study was conducted to identify influencing factors to management of menopause and quality of life and also to develope the developing education program of HRT(hormone replacement therapy) for healthy aging women. The hypothetical model explaining health promoting behavior and quality of life was constructed on the basis of Pender's health promotion model, Nho's quality of life model. The empirical data for testing the hypothetical model consisted of 356 late-middle aged(45~64) women who visited from 5th september to 20th september, 1999, in Pohang city. The reliabilities of instruments were adequate(Cronbach's alpha=0.7941, -0.9098). SPSS PC+ program were utilized for descriptive statistics and covariance structure analysis. The summary of research results was as follows: 1) The influential factors to management of menopause showed: The directed factors were the influences of family(β=.29), economical status(β=-.12), experienced symptoms of menopause(β=.24), multidimensional health locus of control(β=.15), subjective health status of compared with to another person(β=-.18). The indirected factors were the influences of family(β=.04), age(β=.05), experience of HRT's information(β=.02), belonging to occupation(β=-.03), stop of menstruation(β=-.02). 2) The influential factors to quality of life showed: The directed factors were the influences of family(β=.39), self efficiency(β=.15), subjective health status(β=-.31). The indirected factors were the influences of family(β=.37), age(β=-.97), belonging to occupation(β=.01), educational status(β=.21), a monthly income(β=.26). In conclusion, the purpose for "Healthy aging" in late-middle aged women is increasing of the quality of life after menopause. All the health providers have to efforts and harder study for developing health maintenances and health aging in late-middle aged women. Consequently, we need many kinds of public health education programs. And farther more, the developing HRT's educational program is very important in late middle-aged women's healthy aging.
Rankine 반형체를 이용한 트랙터-트레일러의 항력감소장치에 관한 연구

트렉터-트레일러 차량의 공기역학적 항력을 감소시킬 목적으로 Rankine반형체를 이용하여 Modified roof-fairing (MRF)과 Sub-trailer(ST)를 개발하였다. 이 항력감소장치들이 차량의 항력특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 트랙터-트레일러의 1/30 축소모형에 대해 ??의 레이놀즈수 영역과 -10˚∼ +10˚의 yaw각 범위에서 풍동실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과 가장 효율적인 항력감소장치는 3차원 형상의 Modified roof-fairing 으로서 yaw 각이 0˚일 때 32%의 항력감소를 나타내었으며, Sub-trailer는 장치의 길이가 길수록 좋은 항력감소 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 각 항력감소장치들은 레이놀즈수의 변화보다 yaw각의 변화에 더 큰 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. Modified roof-fairing and sub-trailer using the shape of Rankine half-body were developed to decrease the aerodynamic drag of a tractor-trailer truck. A wind-tunnel investigation was conducted to determine the influence of these drag reduction devices on the drag characteristics of a tractor-trailer. The measurement were made on a 1/30th scale model at Reynolds number range of ?? and yaw angle range of -10˚∼ +10˚. The 3-dimensional modified roof-fairing which was found to be the most effective drag reduction device results in 32% reduction at zero yaw drag coefficient. Sub-trailer is more effective as the length of the sub-trailer increases. The drag reduction devices were more affected by the variation of yaw angles and the variation of Reynolds numbers.

A pocket park is valued in securing green space in downtown and improving urban view in the aspect of natural and environmental values, and it signifies a lot as the center of local residents’ community and harmony as well. Since subway exits and surroundings that have high portions in taking up street space due to lack of green space in downtown aren't made full use of, valuable pocket park place. Dangni Pocket Park of subway exits is a park completed with cooperative works and partnership by students, specialists, administrative organizations, businesses and civilian organizations, etc. without support of special budget. The study site was finally chosen to the space between exit No.1 of Dangni subway station, after analyzing the surrounding circumstances, availability and accessibility of the space among the several subway station exits of Saha, Dangni, and Hadan Station in Busan Metropolitan city. For the designing process, The Citizens organization for Million Amenity Park performed the planning and project proceeding, and 19 design drafts were proposed during the class of landscape architecture in Dong-a University. Design review panel members discussed to select the best draft in practical and authentical, and the related experts reviewed and revised to present the final design plan. The construction was conducted was performed under the cooperation between the civil, authorities, and industrial organizations, among which Saha District office managed for the waste treatment and maintenance matters. The graduates of landscape architecture department of Dong-a University and related industrial enterprises supplied landscape materials and related labors, were supported by 20 members of GPM, one of clubs of Dong-a University volunteered durig the most of construction progress, completing the Pocket Park of subway exits through partnership.

우리나라 항공교통량은 경제 성장에 힘입어 지난 20년간 매년 평균 약 7.3%의 증가율로 성장을 해 왔으며. 2025년 인천국제공항의 년간 항공교통량은 약 49만대로 2005년의 약 3배, 인천 FIR 내의 년간 항공교통량은 약 1,033천대에 이를 것으로 전망된다. 위성항법광역보강시스템(SBAS : Satellite Based Augmentation System)은 PBN과 같은 항로상의 정밀항법 뿐만 아니라 공항으로의 정밀접근(Precision Approach)과 계기착륙도 가능하게 하여 우리나라 항공교통량 증가로 초래되는 교통 혼잡 및 항공안전 저하 등의 문제를 해소할 수 있는 국가적 정보통신 인프라이다. 국토해양부에서는 SBAS를 국제민간항공기구의 표준에 따라 개발, 구축하여 항공기 뿐만 아니라 GPS 수신기를 가진 우리나라의 모든 국민이 항공기의 CAT-1급 계기착륙 수준의 정밀하고 신뢰성이 높은 위치정보를 이용할 수 있도록 추진하고 있어 항공운송산업의 발전 뿐만 아니라 육상교통 및 위치기반 서비스 산업의 획기적 변화가 기대된다.

Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an inflammatory skin disease which associated with increased systemic and vascular inflammation. Although dupilumab has been proved to be effective for severe AD, researches analyzing inflammation-reducing effect of dupilumab through imaging test have been rarely reported. Objectives: To assess the effect of dupilumab in reducing systemic and vascular inflammation in severe AD patients using <sup>18</sup>F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (<sup>18</sup>F-FDG PET/CT). Methods: Patients with severe AD underwent <sup>18</sup>F-FDG PET/CT imaging prior to the start of dupilumab treatment. Scans were conducted again at the time of Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) of 75 was achieved after the treatment of dupilumab initiated. Results: When compared with baseline imaging, there was no statistically significant difference in the standardized uptake values of major organs and aorta at the time of achieving EASI 75 after dupilumab treatment in severe AD patients. Conclusion: While dupilumab treatment showed significant clinical improvement in severe AD patients, it did not induce any changes on systemic and vascular inflammation in <sup>18</sup>F-FDG PET/CT imaging.
