This study is analyze the down swing tempo. variables of body axis, ball speed trajectory, club head speed after impact in kinematic sides by four professional golfers. The followings are the conclusion of this study. 1. The downswing tempo takes 0.219 second on the average and the time is almost the same compared to other researcher's results. 2. There is no differences of body axis changes between the address and impact position. 3. The fastest club head speed just before the impact in down swing shows 43.61m per second and ball speed against slub head just after impact shows 68.65m per second. This means that weight shift adds power to the ball at impact. 4. The two feet and hip bones are parallel to the target line at address position, while shoulder line shows a little 'open' to the target. 5. The right knee flex that maintains same angle from address to top swing throught the back swing indicates the more resistance for a 'coling' motion preventing from 'sway' on the back swing.

과호산구 증후군은 특별한 원인없이 호산구가 1,500/㎣ 이상의 호산구 증가증이 6개월 이상 지속되고 다양한 기관의 침범으로 인한 증상과 증후를 보이는 질환이다. 본 저자들은 흉부 불쾌감을 주소로 내원한 환자에서 과호산구 증후군의 합병증의 일종으로 다발성 뇌경색과 급성 호산구성 심근염으로 나타난 1예를 체험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. The hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is a leukoproliferative disorder, marked by sustained blood eosinophilia of greater than 1,500/㎣, for longer than 6 months and predilection to damage specific oragans. Any organ system may be affected in HES, but the most severe clinicopathophysio-logical involvements are of the heart and nervous system. We report a case of a 48-year-old man with acute eosinophilic myocarditis combined with hypereosinophilic syndrome who was successfully treated with steroids.

버팀보 축력으로부터 산정된 측방토압은 지표면에서 굴착깊이의 17%에 해당되는 깊이까지 선형적으로 증가하다가 그 깊이 아래로부터는 일정토압분포를 보이는 사다리꼴모양의 분포를 보였다. 이 일정토압 분포부분의 토압 크기는 평균적으로 최종굴착깊이에서의 Rankine 주동토압의 58%에 해당하거나 연직상재압의 17%에 해당하였다. 또한 흙막이벽의 수평변위와 굴착깊이와의 관계로부터 흙막이구조물의 안정성을 판단할 수 있는 시공관리기준을 설정하였다. 흙막이벽의 수평변위량이 굴착깊이의 0.20%보다 작으면 흙막이벽과 굴착배면지반은 안정된 상태에 있다. 그러나 벽체의 수평변위가 굴착깊이의 0.20%보다 크게 발생하면 굴착공사의 안정성을 주의깊게 관찰해야만 하며, 필요하다면 흙막이 구조물을 보강해야만 한다. The lateral earth pressures on braced earth retaining walls, which are estimated form the measured strut force, shows a trapezoidal distribution that the earth pressure increases linearly with depth from the ground surface to 17% of the final excavation depth, and then keeps constant value. The maximum lateral earth pressure was same to 58% of Rankine's active earth pressure or 17% of the vertical overburden pressure at the final excavation depth. Also, empirical criterion is established for construction management to monitor and ensure the stability of deep excavation from the relationship between horizontal displacement of wall and excavated depth. If the horizontal displacement of wall measured from inclinometer shows less than 0.20 percent of the excavated depth, the retention wall and surrounding ground exist under stable state. When the horizontal displacement is developed more than 0.20 percent of the excavated depth, excavation works should be carefully observed and reinforced the earth retention wall, if necessary.
심장내로 연장된 정맥내 평활근종증 1예 : 심장내 평활근종증 intracardiac leiomyomatosis-case report and literature review

정맥내 평활근종증은 병리학적으로는 양성 질환이나 진행 양상은 악성으로 모든 종양의 적출술이 시행되어야 하며, 자궁적출술시 병리학적으로 정맥내 평활근종증을 진단받은 경우 정기적인 검사를 통해 종양의 재발이나 하대정맥과 심장내로의 연장을 확인하여야 한다. 우측 심장내 종양이 발견된 경우는 점액종을 포함한 원발성 심내 종양 외에도 다른 원인 질환을 확인하여야 하며, 반드시 정맥내 평활근종증을 감별진단하여야 한다. Intravenous leiomyomatosis is a rare benign vascular tumor defined as the extension into venous channels of a histologically benign smooth muscle tumor arising either from a uterus or from the walls of uterine vessels, and about 10% spread to the heart. The treatment of choice is complete resection of the tumor. Hormonal therapy should be considered in cases of unresectable residual tumor. A 46-year-old woman was admitted for abdominal discomfort and pain. She was found to have intravenous leiomyomatosis of the uterus with extension into inferior vena cava and right atrium. The patient underwent surgery employing simultaneous sternotomy and laparotomy. Radical excision was achieved using cardiopulmonary bypass. We herein describe a patient in whom complete removal of intravenous leiomyomatosis with cardiac extension was successfully performed.

The root bark of Morus alba L. has cytotoxic activity against several types of cancer cells. However, little is known about its chemopreventive mechanisms and bioactive metabolites. In this study, we showed that M. alba L. root bark extracts (MRBE) suppressed β-catenin response transcription (CRT), which is aberrantly activated in various cancers, by promoting the degradation of β-catenin. In addition, MRBE repressed the expression of the β-catenin/T-cell factor (TCF)-dependent genes, cmyc and cyclin D1, thus inhibiting the proliferation of RPMI-8226 multiple myeloma (MM) cells. MRBE induced apoptosis in MM cells, as evidenced by the increase in the population of annexin VFITC-positive cells and caspase-3/7 activity. We identified ursolic acid in MRBE through LC/mass spectrum (MS) and observed that it also decreased intracellular β-catenin, c-myc, and cyclin D1 levels. Furthermore, it suppressed the proliferation of RPMI-8226 cells by stimulating cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. These findings suggest that MRBE and its active ingredient, ursolic acid, exert antiproliferative activity by promoting the degradation of β-catenin and may have significant chemopreventive potential against MM.

본 연구에서는 급경사면에 설치되는 여수로를 지탱하기 위한 Anchor bar의 인발저항 특성을 현장실험을 통하여 조사하였다. Anchor bar의 주입재료로 시멘트 모르타르와 시멘트 밀크를 사용하였으며, 조건별 주입재료의 일축압축강도를 측정하였다. 측정결과 시멘트 모르타르와 시멘트 밀크는 물시멘트비가 증가함에 따라 일축압축강도가 감소하며, 재령일이 증가함에 따라 일축압축강도가 증가한다. 한편, 동일한 물시멘트비와 재령일을 가질 경우 시멘트 밀크의 일축압축강도가 시멘트 모르타르의 압축강도보다 더 큼을 알 수 있다. 현장에서 Anchor bar의 인발시험시 편심이 작용되지 않도록 하기 위하여 너트형태의 철근 고정커플링을 Anchor bar에 삽입하여 설치장비를 개선시켜 시험을 실시하였다. Anchor bar의 인발시험결과 시멘트 밀크의 경우 강도발현은 재령초기에 크게 발생되는 반면 시멘트 모르타르의 경우 재령일자가 지남에 따라 강도발현이 증가하였다. 따라서 Anchor bar의 신속한 시공을 위해서는 강도발현이 재령초기에 크게 발생되는 시멘트 밀크를 주입재료로 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. In this study, the pull out resistance characteristics of an anchor bar to support a spillway installed in a slope are investigated by field tests. The injection materials were a cement mortar and cement milk. Unconfined compression strengths of those materials under several conditions were measured. As the result of compression test, the unconfined compression strengths of the cement mortar and the cement milk have positive proportional relationship with the water-cement ratio. They also have negative proportional relationship with increasing the curing time. In the same condition of water-cement ratio and curing time, the unconfined compression strength of cement milk is larger than that of cement mortar. In order to reduce the eccentricity in anchor bar during pull-out test in the field, the installation apparatus was improved by inserting a nut type of steel fixing coupling into the anchor bar. As the result of the pull-out test, the strength modification of cement milk was increased steeply at the early curing time. However, that of cement mortar was increased gradually with passing the curing time. Therefore, the cement milk has to use as the injection material for a prompt construction of anchor bar because the strength modification of cement milk is occurred at the early curing time.
