        High‑Temperature Deformation Behavior of MnS in 1215MS Steel

        The effect of manganese sulfide (MnS) inclusions on the machinability of free-cutting steel is based on their morphology,size and distribution. Furthermore, the plasticity of MnS is high during the hot working caused different characterizationof MnS. In this study, the deformation behavior of MnS in 1215MS steel after a thermomechanical process was investigatedat 1323 K. The microstructures of MnS inclusions were characterized by optical microscopy, scanning electronmicroscopy, energy-dispersive spectrometry, and electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD). As the thickness reductionof the inclusions increased from 10 to 70%, their average aspect ratio increased from 1.20 to 2.39. In addition, the deformabilityof MnS inclusions was lower than that of the matrix. The possible slip systems of A, B, C, and D plane traces werē10̄1̄101 , 10̄ 1 [101], (011) 01̄ 1 , and (110) 1̄10 . Furthermore, the EBSD measurements suggested that slip planes inMnS inclusions occur on {110} planes.

        Plastification procedure of laterally-loaded steel bars under a rising temperature

        This paper investigates the structural responses of axially restrained steel beams under fire conditions by a nonlinear finite element method. The axial restraint is represented by a linear elastic spring. Different parameters which include beam slenderness ratio, external load level and axial restraint ratio are investigated. The process of forming a mid-span plastic hinge at the mid-span under a rising temperature is studied. In line with forming a fully plastic hinge at mid-span, the response of a restrained beam under rising temperature can be divided into three stages, viz. no plastic hinge, hinge forming and rotating, and catenary action stage. During catenary action stage, the axial restraint pulls the heated beam and prevents it from failing. This study introduces definitions of beam limiting temperature $T_{lim}$, catenary temperature $T_{ctn}$ and warning time $t_{wn}$. Influences of slenderness ratio, load level and axial restraint ratio on $T_{lim}$, $T_{ctn}$ and $t_{wn}$ are examined.

      • 중국 공무항공시장 및 고객지향적 항공서비스에 대한 탐색적 연구

        중국 경제가 빠르게 발전하면서 인해 중국 공무(개인) 항공기는 더욱더 중요한 교통수단으로 활용되고 있다. 공무 항공기 서비스는 전문화 및 고효율화를 추구하면서 비즈니스 여행의 편리성을 최대한 보장하는 가장 적합한 수단으로 주목받고 있다. GARNOC가 발표한 <2016년 중국 공무 항공기 리포트>에 의하면 2016년 3월말까지 중국 대륙에 전체 218대의 공무항공기가 운행되고 있으며, 향후 10년간에 중국의 공무항공기는 1500대 정도로 전망되는 등 폭발적인 성장을 하여 미국에 이어 제2대 공무항공기 시장으로 발전해 나갈 것으로 예상되고 있다. 2016년 5월4일에 중국 국무총리 리커챵은 중국 마지막 조단위 위엔급 규모의 시장인 통용항공산업이 곧 개방될 것이라고 선언했으며, 이 시장은 경쟁이 치열한 전통산업보다 잠재력이 크고, 수익율도 높은 시장이라고 전망되고 있다. 그러나 중국 공무항공기 서비스 사업의 현실을 살펴보면 고급서비스산업으로써 발전 잠재력은 크다고 할 수 있으나, 전망과는 달리 최근 몇 년간에 발전 속도가 점차 느려지고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 중국 공무 항공기의 시장현황을 파악하고 발전에 따른 문제점을 찾아보고자 한다. 대표적인 기업들이 성장의 정체기에 빠지면서 생긴 산업 발전의 문제점을 알아보고, 새로운 도약점을 어떻게 찾아나가는 지에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 공무항공기 서비스 기업은 거액으로 항공기를 구매해야 함에도 불구하고, 중국 공무항공기 시장의 현황이나 정책의 변동성, 사회경제적 기반의 취약성, 기술 및 관련 서비스 산업의 미완전성등의 위험을 모두 감수해야 하는 등의 여러 가지 문제를 극복해 나가야 하는 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결해야만 중국 공무항공기 시장의 잠재력을 극대화시킬 수 있으며 지속적으로 성장해 나갈 수 있는 것이다. 본 연구는 중국 공무항공기 사업의 현황 및 발전 역사에 대하여 고찰하면서 동시에 공무항공기 문제점을 정리하고자 하며, 실제 공무항공기 항공서비스 사례를 통하여, 중국 부유층이 원하는 항공서비스를 파악하고, 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하면서 향후 중국 공무항공기 서비스가 어떻게 성장해 나갈 수 있을 것인지에 대하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 중국 대표적인 항공사인 하이난항공 산하 공무항공기 전문기업을 사례를 분석하였으며, 이분석 결과를 살펴보면, 중국 공무항공기 사업은 항공기 대여서비스에서부터 항공기 구매와 위탁관리 등을 수행하고 있다. 또한 전문화에서부터 고객맞춤형 특별주문제작까지, 국제표준화에서부터 현지화 서비스까지 폭넓은 서비스를 제공하고 있는 것을 찾아볼 수 있다. 이러한 사례 등을 살펴볼 때 미래 중국 공무항공기 시장은 고객의 가치를 최대화 시킬 수 있는 맞춤형 서비스를 선호할 것으로 전망되며, 차별화된 장기적 관점의 공무항공기 서비스를 제공하는 것이 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 전망하였다.

        De novo design of a novel AIE fluorescent probe tailored to autophagy visualization via pH manipulation

        Macroautophagy is an essential cellular self-protection mechanism, and defective autophagy has been considered to contribute to a variety of diseases. During the process, cytoplasmic components are transported via autophagosomes to acidic lysosomes for metabolism and recycling, which represents application niches for lysosome-targeted fluorescent probes. Additionally, in view of the complexity of the autophagy pathway, it entails more stringent requirements for probes suitable for monitoring autophagy. Meanwhile, aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorescent probes have been impressively demonstrated in the biomedical field, which bring fascinating possibilities to the autophagy visualization.We reported a generalizable de novo design of a novel pH-sensitive AIE probe ASMP-AP tailored to lysosome targeting for the interpretation of autophagy. Firstly, the theoretical calculation was carried out followed by the investigation of optical properties. Then, the performance of ASMP-AP in visualizing autophagy was corroborated by starvation or drugs treatments. Furthermore, the capability of ASMP-AP to monitor autophagy was demonstrated in ex vivo liver tissue and zebrafish in vivo.ASMP-AP displays a large stokes shift, great cell permeability and good biocompatibility. More importantly, ASMP-AP enables a good linear response to pH, which derives from the fact that its aggregation state can be manipulated by the acidity. It was successfully applied for imaging autophagy in living cells and was proved capable of monitoring mitophagy. Moreover, this novel molecular tool was validated by ex vivo visualization of activated autophagy in drug-induced liver injury model. Interestingly, it provided a meaningful pharmacological insight that the melanin inhibitor 1-phenyl-2-thiourea (PTU)-induced autophagy was clearly presented in wild-type zebrafish.ASMP-AP offers a simple yet effective tool for studying lysosome and autophagy. This is the first instance to visualize autophagy in zebrafish using a small-molecule probe with AIE characters, accurate lysosome targeting and simultaneous pH sensitivity. Ultimately, this novel fluorescent system has great potential for in vivo translation to fuel autophagy research.

      • Streptomyces zhihengii sp. nov., isolated from rhizospheric soil of Psammosilene tunicoides

        <P>An actinomycete strain, designated YIM T102(T), was isolated from the rhizospheric soil of Psammosilene tunicoides W. C. Wu et C. Y. Wu collected from Lijiang, Yunnan Province, China. The taxonomic position of the new isolate was investigated by a polyphasic approach. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that strain YIM T102(T) belongs to the genus Streptomyces. Strain YIM T102(T) was most closely related to Streptomyces eurocidicus NRRL B-1676(T) with a pairwise 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity of 98.9 %. However, DNA-DNA relatedness value between strain YIM T102(T) and S. eurocidicus NBRC 13491(T) was found to be 37.8 +/- 1.8 %. The menaquinone composition detected for strain YIM T102(T) was MK-9 (H-6) and MK-9 (H-8), while the major fatty acids were summed feature 4 (38.0 %), anteiso-C-15:0 (13.1 %), iso-C-16:0 (10.1 %), summed feature 3 (9.8 %) and C-16:0 (9.0 %) and iso-C-15:0 (5.2 %). The whole-cell hydrolysates contained galactose, glucose, ribose and mannose, along with ll-diaminopimelic acid as the diagnostic diamino acid in the peptidoglycan. The DNA G+C content was 70.7 mol%. Strain YIM T102(T) also exhibited antagonistic activity against Alternaria alternata, Alternaria brassicae and Colletotrichum nicotianae Averna, based on the findings from the comparative analyses of phenotypic and genotypic characteristics; it is proposed that strain YIM T102 represents a novel species of the genus Streptomyces, for which the name Streptomyces zhihengii sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is YIM T102(T) (=KCTC 39115(T) = DSM 42176(T) = CGMCC 4.7248(T)).</P>

        A numerical study on the transient impulsive pressure of a water jet impacting nonplanar solid surfaces

        This paper presents an in-depth investigation into the transient impulsive pressure of an arc-curved water jet impacting a solid surface. The emphasis of this study is on the variations of the surface shape, which are classified into four types: The flat surface, the concave surface, the convex surface and the inclined surface. The numerical tool of arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian formulations is used to model the arc-curved jet impacting these different solid surface types. Elaborately designed experiments were conducted to test the impulsive pressure profile; the experimental results are found to be in approximate agreement with the numerical results. The impulsive pressure profiles of water jet impacting the flat and inclined solid surface are observed to exhibit two quintessential stages, in line with the traditional pressure profile; however, a double/multiple-peaked pressure structure is observed for the cases of the water jet impacting the concave and convex solid surfaces. Additionally, the value of the peak pressure is found to be a quadratic representation with the jet velocity, and the duration of the peak pressure is found to be an exponential representation with the jet velocity. The compression degrees of the liquid jet impacting the different surfaces are validated to be the root cause for the discrepancy of the impulsive pressure.

        자국 식품 문화코드를 내포한 수입 식품에 대한 소비자의 구매의도에 관한 연구

        식품의 글로벌화가 진행되면서 많은 국가들은 자국 식품의 수출에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 한국 정부 또한 최근 한류를 통한 K-FOOD의 확산에 많은 관심을 가지고 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 한류의 영향이 미치는 지역 외의 한국 식품의 수출은 많은 어려움을 격고 있다. 많은 학자들은 식품을 수출하는데 가장 중요한 것은 바로 수출 대상 국가의 식품 문화(food culture)를 이해하는 것이라고 지적하고 있다. 이러한 지적에도 불구하고 각 국가들의 식품에 대한 문화를 실제 활용하능한 전략 수준에서 연구한 결과를 찾아보기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 가장 큰 수출 대상국가 중 하나라고 할 수 있는 중국 소비자들의 식품에 대한 문화코드를 찾아보고 이러한 식품문화코드가 소비자들에게 작용하는 과정을 밝혀내며, 이를 통하여 식품문화코드의 적절한 활용방법을 찾아보고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 과거 문헌 고찰을 통하여 중국인의 식품문화코드로 건강성, 유대감 형성, 식품 체험의 3가지 문화코드를 제시하였으며, 이러한 코드와 외국식품 구매의도간의 관계를 공분산구조모형 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 북경과 상해지역 거주 소비자 306명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며 설문에 부실하게 응답한 24명을 제외한 282명의 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 건강성은 지각된 문화정체성과 태도를 통하여 외국식품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유대감 형성은 지각된 문화정체성에 직접 영향을 미치고, 태도를 매개로 외국식품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 식품 체험은 지각된 문화정체성에는 영향을 미치지 않고 바로 태도를 매개로 외국식품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 대한 이론적 시사점은 첫째 식품에 대한 문화코드를 식별할 수 있음을 확인한 점, 둘째 중국의 식품 문화코드를 밝혀내었다는 점, 마지막으로 식품 문화코드와 식품에 대한 구매의도간의 매개 변수를 확인했다는 점이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 실무자들에게 중국의 문화코드를 이해하여 보다 효율적인 식품 마케팅 전략을 구축할 수 있는 정보를 제공하였다는 점에서 실무적 의의를 찾아볼 수 있다. As the food globalization progressed, many countries have interest in the export their own food to other countries. Korean government also has interest in spreading out K-food on the world. Despite of the food export effort of Korean government and Korean food companies, we can watch the slow growth of food export performance. Scholars point out the most important factor which help food export is understanding the food culture of target country to export, but it is hard to find the studies on food culture code. In this study we find out the food culture code of China and also figure out how to use Chinese consumer’s culture code for export Korean food to Chinese market. Referring to previous researches, we identify Chinese food culture code – healthiness, connectedness formation and food experience. As the research model, this study set the model that the factors of healthiness, connectedness formation and food experience influenced on the consumer s buying intension in mediation of the perceived cultural identity and consumer’s attitude toward food. The hypothesis verification for the research model was carried out through the structural equation model. The survey was carried out to the consumers of Shanghai and Beijing. 306 survey data was gathered and we exclude 24 poor response survey data. Finally, we analyze 282 survey data for the prove research model. As the results of this study, it was appeared that the healthiness and connectedness formation affected positive (+) influence on the perceived cultural identity. And it is found that the food experience does not influence on the perceived cultural identity. And it was appeared that the healthiness and food experience affected positive (+) influence on the attitude. And it is found that the connectedness formation does not influence on the attitude. Perceived cultural identity affect positive (+) influence on the attitude and attitude do positive (+) influence on the buying intention of imported food. But it is found that the perceived cultural identity does not influence on the buying intention of imported food. The meanings of this study are as follows. First, this study could be meaningful in that this study confirm the importance of culture code to global marketing. Second, identifying food culture codes of Chinese consumer is the meaningful results of this study. Third finding out the mediator between the food culture code and buying intention also the meaning of this study. And finally the results of this study is very helpful to the food marketers who have interest in the export of food to China.

      • Can Vietnam Become The Next Tiger? Confucianism and Economic Development in the Southeast Asian Context

        Asia-Pacific Confucian Capitalism is comparable to Atlantic Protestant Capitalism in terms of economic success, as most economies influenced by Confucian culture in East Asia and Southeast Asia are economically well-off in the past 50 years, save for Vietnam. This paper seeks to determine whether Vietnam can follow the path of development of the other Confucian economies, especially in the context of globalization and upcoming regional integration. In the paper, I will use an analytic framework derived from Weber and Huntington to examine the cultural dimension of Vietnam’s economic development. In the domestic field, I argue that the core values of Confucianism continue to contribute to the development in Vietnam in many ways; yet one critical element needs to be tapped: the political culture of strong leadership and efficient bureaucracy. Confucian values for development may be compromised by pushing for democratization too early in Vietnam. On a positive note, Confucianism for Vietnam is instrumental in its regional integration into Southeast Asia since it is integrative rather than exclusive. Vietnam’s cultural similarity with China may however lead to too much passive learning and conflicts. In conclusion, Confucianism is a valuable asset for Vietnam’s economic development, but challenges have to be addressed in order for Vietnam to become the next tiger.

      • Optomizing Transfection Efficiency of Cervical Cancer Cells Transfected by Cationic Liposomes Lipofectamine<sup>TM</sup>2000

        Background: Currently, cationic liposome has become the commonly used vehicles for gene transfection. Furthermore, one of the most significant steps in microRNAs expression studies is transferring microRNAs into cell cultures successfully. In this study we aim to approach the feasibility of transfection of cervical cancer cell lines mediated by liposome and to obtain the optimized transfection condition for cervical cancer cell lines. Materials and Methods: $Lipofectamine^{TM}2000$ as the carrier, miR-101 mimic was transfected into Hela cells and Siha cells. Using green fluorescent protein as reporter gene, to set different groups according to cell seeding density, the amount of miRNA, miRNA and the proportion of Liposomes, Whether to add serum into medium to study their impact on the liposomal transfection efficiency. Finally, MTT assay was used to analyze the relative minimal cell toxicity of liposome reagents. Results: The seeding density of Hela cell line and Siha are $1.5{\times}10^4$ (per well of 24 well plates), miRNA amount is 1ul of both, the ratio of miRNA and liposome is 1:0.5 of Hela cell line; 1:0.7 of Siha cell line respectively, after 24 hours we can get the highest transfection efficiency. Compared with serum medium, only Siha cells cultured with serum-free medium obtained higher transfection efficiency before transfection (P<0.01). MTT assay showed that according to the above conditions which has the lowest cytotoxicity. Conclusions: The method of Liposome to transfected is a suitable way and it can be an efficient reagent for miRNA delivery for Hela cells and Siha cells in vitro. It may serve as a reference for the further research or application.

        Study of co-excited green emission of Tb3+, Ce3+ and Gd3+ in yttrium aluminum garnet

        YAG : Tb3+, Ce3+, Gd3+ nano-phosphors derived from a sol-gel chemistry have been successfully synthesized and characterized by TG/DTA, XRD, SEM, and spectrometer. The results show that the phosphors have a uniform particle size distribution ranging 30-50 nm. The value of the lattice constant increased with an increase of the Gd3+ content. Tb3+ →Ce3+, Ce3+ →Tb3+ and Gd3+ →Ce3+ energy transfer existed in the co-excited system. The luminescence intensity was controlled by the concentration and ratio of the co-dopants. A small quantity of Gd3+ and Ce3+ evidently increased the green emission (5D4→7F5) of Tb3+.
