        경남지역에서 분리한 Salmonella Enteritidis의 항생제 감수성 검사 및 random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR을 이용한 유전형 분석

        Salmonella Enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) are found in animals, humans, and environment. In addition, S. Enteritidis draws attention to the public health concerns due to carriage of antibiotic resistance traits. For these reasons, the prevalence and antibiotic resistance patterns of S. Enteritidis are significant issues with regard to public health. To address this issues, a total of 24 strains of S. Enteritidis from 164 samples collected from several slaughterhouses in Gyeong-Nam province in order for antibiotic resistance profiles. Subsequently, we characterized the genotyping by random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR. As a result, very high level of resistance to protein synthesis inhibition antibiotics and most isolates were susceptible to others. Six random primers were used for RAPD-PCR to reveal genotypes of S. Enteritidis isolates. One of the primer, P1245, generated 147 distinct RAPD-PCR fragments ranging from 400∼3000 bp. The number of RAPD-PCR products ranged from 4 to 8 for this primer. The RAPD-PCR fragments could be placed these strains into 3 subgroups and 2 classes by UPGMA cluster analysis. Interestingly, several S. Enteritidis that isolated from different slaughterhouses showed same genotype. These results showed only limited genetic variation among the isolates, those were grouped into a few different patterns of antibiotic resistance.

        Metagenomic Analysis of Fungal Communities Inhabiting the Fairy Ring Zone of Tricholoma matsutake

        Tricholoma matsutake, an ectomycorrhiza that has mutual relationships with the rootlet of Pinus denisflora, forms a fruiting body that serves as a valuable food in Asia. However, the artificial culture of this fungus has not been successful. Soil fungi, including T. matsutake, coexist with many other microorganisms and plants; therefore, complex microbial communities have an influence on the fruiting body formation of T. matsutake. Here, we report on the structures of fungal communities associated with the fairy ring of T. matsutake through the pyrosequencing method. Soil samples were collected inside the fairy ring zone, in the fairy ring zone, and outside the fairy ring zone. A total of 37,125 sequencing reads were obtained and 728 to 1,962 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were observed in the sampling zones. The fairy ring zone had the lowest OTUs and the lowest fungal diversity of all sampling zones. The number of OTUs and fungal taxa inside and outside the fairy ring zone was, respectively, about 2 times and 1.5 times higher than the fairy ring. Taxonomic analysis showed that each sampling zone has different fungal communities. In particular, out of 209 genera total, 6 genera in the fairy ring zone, such as Hemimycena, were uniquely present and 31 genera, such as Mycena, Boletopsis, and Repetophragma, were specifically absent. The results of metagenomic analysis based on the pyrosequencing indicate a decrease of fungal communities in the fairy ring zone and changes of fungal communities depending on the fairy ring growth of T. matsutake.

        Case Report : Autosomal Translocation Patient Who Experienced Premature Menopause: A Case Report

        Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a condition in which the ovarian functions of hormone production and oocyte development become impaired before the typical age for menopause. POF and early menopause are present in a broad spectrum of gonad dysgenesis, from a complete cessation of ovarian function to an intermittent follicle maturation failure. Actually POF has been identified as a genetic entity (especially chromosome X), but data on genetic factors of premature menopause are limited. Until now, several cases revealed that inactivation of X chromosomes has an effect on ages of premature menopause and females with balanced or unbalanced X-autosome translocations can have several reproductive problems. On the other hand, there have been a few data that was caused by autosome-autosome translocation can lead. Therefore we report a relevant case of POF with translocation between chromosomes 1 and 4. She had her first menstrual period at the age of 12, and after 7 years she stopped menstruation. Chromosomal analysis showed 46, XX, t (1;4) (p22.3;q31.3). While evaluating this rare case, we could review various causes (especially genetic factors) of POF. To remind clinicians about this disease, we report a case of POF caused by autosomeautosome translocation with a literature review. (J Menopausal Med 2015;21:112-114)

      • 발달장애유아의 언어행동발달 연구

        본 논문은 발달장애유아 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 개발에 요구되는 기초연구로써 연구의 이론적 바탕을 확립하고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 방법은 문헌조사 방법 및 현장 인터뷰기법을 병행하였다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 첫째, 발달장애유아의 가정 내 교육 욕구를 분석하고자 하였다. 둘째, 발달장애유아의 언어발달 양상을 검토하고자 하였다. 세 번째 목적은 유아의 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성의 주요 지침을 설정하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음 몇 가지로 제시된다. 1.가정 내 부모-유아간 관계형성이 우선 고려 되어야하고, 이에 따른 상호작용은 발달적 애착형성이 가능한 방향으로 정립되어야한다. 2.발달장애유아의 언어행동발달양상을 검토한 결과에 따르면, Piaget는 언어행동발달에 있어 감각운동기적 환경탐색 기능을 강조하고 있고, 이는 현재까지 중요한 유아 발달의 기저로 정착되었다. 따라서, 발달장애유아의 언어행동발달을 위한 컨텐츠 개발 내용에 있어서도 이러한 기저에 충실함이 합리적이다. 3.발달장애유아들에게는 언어행동 양상의 갈래가 크게 운동장애 및 감각결함으로 나누어질 수 있으므로, 이 두 가지 갈래의 각기 다른 특성이 컨텐츠 구성에서 충분히 고려되어야한다. 4.자폐성과 같은 중증 전반적 발달장애 유아를 위한 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성에서 특히 고려해야 할 두 가지 요소는 모방행동기능과 반복단순훈련기능 향상으로 결론지을 수 있다. This article planed to establish the theoretical foundations of the research as a basic study needed for developing the contents of verbal(language) behavior development for the infants with developmental disabilities. The methods used in the study was previous literature researches and interviews with subjects. The purposes of the study were divided into three parts. First, it was to analyze the educational needs of the infants with developmental disabilities in home settings. Second, it was to review and discover the language patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities. The third purpose was to devise the major guidelines of their language development's contents. The results of the study were described as the followings. 1.The relationships between the infants with developmental disabilities and their parents and their interactions should move to build the developmental attachments between them. 2.According to the literature findings of their language development patterns, Piaget concentrated on the functions of sensory motor environmental exploring in the language behavior development. The functions have been settled down into the important foundation for the infants' development. Thus, it was resonable that the content's development of the language behaviors for the infants with developmental disabilities should based on the function addressed by Piaget. 3.The language behaviors' patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities generally were classified into motor disabilities and sensory defect(deficiency). Therefore, the two factors should be considered for the constructions of the contents. 4.Constructing the contents of the language behavior developments for the infants with severely pervasive developmental disabilities such as autism, the improvements of two functions, imitative behavior and repetitive simple training should be considered.

        양극성 장애에서 표피성장인자의 유전적 다형성에 대한 연합연구

        Objectives : Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a neurotrophic factor which regulates the intracellular signaling molecules. These molecules are also affected by mood stabilizers such as lithium and valproate. In addition, epidermal growth factor enhances neuronal survival, maturation and differentiation especially in midbrain dopaminergic neurons of which dysfimction may play a role in pathophysiology of bipolar disorders. Bipolar disorder has some genetic commonalities with schizophrenia, and several association studies of EGF have been done with schizophrenia. In this study, we tried to investigate the geneticassociation between EGF A61G polymorphism and bipolar disorder. Methods : Total of 189 patients and 347 nonnal control were included. All patients satisfied the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV for bipolar disorder type I (BPDI, N= 146) and bipolar disorder type II (BPDII, N=43). Genomic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood, and genotyping was performed by TaqMan™ method. Genotype and allele frequency of EGF A61G polymorphism between the patients and the control were compared by contingency chi-square test or the Fisher's exact test. Results : No association was found between EGF A61G polymorphism and susceptibility of BPDI, BPDII and bipolar disorder (all patients). Female patients with BPDII showed overexpression of AG genotype compared to that ofcontrol group (p=0.03). However, this association was not significant after correction of multiple testing. Conclusion : In conclusion, EGF A61G polymorphism has no association with susceptibility of bipolar disorder. However, the disease modifying role of EGF gene polymorphism for bipolar disorder remains to be elucidated in respect to factors such as gender difference or diagnostic subtype.

        특수아동 통합교육을 수행하기 위한 질적운영 방안

        특수아동의 통합교육을 수행하기 위한 질적운영방안을 탐색하는 것이 본 연구의 주목적이다. 문헌탐색연구로 ①통합교육의 패러다임 이동, ②학교교육의 재구조화(특수교육 기본가정의 재개념화, 학교조직형태의 재구조화, ③통합교육을 수행하기 위한 질적운영방안 순으로 제시되었다. 완전통합교육의 패러다임은 학생들의 요구에 적절한 교육을 제공할 수 있게 재구조화되어야 하고, 그들의 다양성을 수용할 수 있는 질적인 체제로 변화되어야 한다. 학교의 조직은 융통성있는 체제로 학생들에게 질적인 교육을 제공할 수 있는 운영방법 체제로 재구조화되어야 한다. 즉 업무중심의 수직적인 조직에서 과정중심의 수평적인 조직으로 전환하여야 한다. 또한 TQM체제에서의 수요자만족과 계속적인 개선의 원리는 완전통합교육의 효율적인 수행과 학교교육의 질적인 운영을 위해 모든 아동의 독특한 요구와 다양성에 부응할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of adapting total quality management(TQM) so as to increase the efficiency of the new school education, which is based on the paradigms of the post-industrial age and full-inclusion education. It includes strategies for school restructuring to achieve full-inclusive education, and for explore the possibilities of adapting TQM theory, and for putting TQM into practice. An analysis of the findings led to the following conclusions.; First, since the problems of learning are viewed within the paradigm of full-inclusion education as educational pathology or as social pathology, it is held that school education must be restructured as a qualitative management system which can adequately satisfy the abilities and needs of its students. Full inclusion education returns students to a natural living environment, and in order to achieve this the school system must be transformed into one that offers its students an adequate education. The basic assumptions of special education must be reconceptualized from student pathology to educational or social pathology, and from a dual structure to a unified system of full-inclusive education. In order to accomplish this full-inclusive education, school education must be restructured as a quality management system which takes into account the needs and individuality of all of its students. Second, the purpose of applying TQM theory is to enhance the quality of school education. Since the present uniform and rigid school organization is held to be unable to satisfy the variety of needs of individual students, it must be restructured into a system that offers a quality education which can satisfy the consumer's needs and interests. The school must offer its students a quality education according to the principles consumer satisfaction and continuous development. Here the quality of education is determined by consumer satisfaction, and since the purpose of quality education is continuous development, the school must offer its students educational experiences that can be continuously developed. Therefore the school system must engage in quality management which is composed of a case-centered committee, possesses a sense of duty to education, is based on the participation of all its members, and is able to satisfy the needs and demands of its consumers. Third, school education must be transformed into a system that pursues educational excellence based on the paradigm of the new post-industrial age. For this transformation to occur, TQM must be applied in a practical program of teaching and learning. A strategies for putting TQM into practice will embrace a system of strong leadership within the school organization, establish a strategy based on the participation of all its members, gather and analyze information and materials pertaining to consumer needs, train teachers and evaluate support procedures and accomplishment of educational objectives.

      • 컴퓨터 작업 시 의자 등받이 위치가 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 컴퓨터 작업시 의자 등받이 위치가 근육활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 36명의 근골격에 문제가 없는 성인 남녀가 참가하였으며 대상자들은 등받이가 뒤에 있는 의자와 등받이가 없는 의자, 등받이가 앞에 있는 우리들 의자를 무작위로 배정하고 동일한 컴퓨터 작업을 실시하게 하였다. 실험 중, 표면근전도기를 사용하여 의자에 따른 위등세모근, 머리널판근 그리고 척주세움근의 근활성도 변화를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 등받이가 앞에 있는 의자는 허리 근육의 부담을 줄이지만 목근육에 부담이 늘어나고 등받이가 뒤에 있는 의자와 없는 의자는 허리근육에는 다소 무리가 가지만 목근육에는 부담이 덜하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 환자의 증상에 다라 컴퓨터 작업을 하는 동안 의자 등받이의 위치를 조절하여 치료에 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각되어진다. Objective : In this study, we checked and observed people's change of body muscle and muscle activity who do computer work on different chairs. We set three kind of chairs which one is a stool and another one is the back is fixed, and the other one is the back is fixed in front of chair. Subject : Accounting for 36 health men and women, we divided these people to 3 groups and put them on the three cases(position 1, position 2, position 3). We measured muscle activity of upper trapezius, Splenius Cervics, Erector Spinae from the groups by using surface electromyogram system. Methods : The standard of the electromyogram was 'reference voluntary contraction', and we carried out 'one way anova' to compare muscle activity of three groups. Results : In position 1, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 123.2821%, Splenius Cervics was 141.7526%, and Erector Spinae was 254.5233%. In position 2, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 132.9395%, Splenius Cervics was 141.7526%, and Erector Spinae was 246.6540%. In position 3, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 190.6487%, Splenius Cervics was 270.2332%, and Erector Spinae was 182.1021%. Both upper trapezius and Splenius Cervics muscle activity of position 3 group was higher than the others groups. In position 1 group, Erector Spinae muscle activity was hight than the other groups. And either was position 2 group's(p<0.05). Conclusion : Therefore the chair which is the back is fixed in front is more comfortable for waist muscle but it's not good for neck. And the other chairs are better in waist muscle but not in neck muscle. So far, when we do a computer work, it's prefer to sit on the group 1&2's chairs to reduce neck muscle's stress and sit on group 3's chair to reduce waist muscle's stress.

      • 거대 점오염원이 주변 대기질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In order to show the effect of a vast point pollutant source on air quality of Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant and its surrounding area, air quality around Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant was simulated by ISCLT-2 which was supplied by EPA. For this purpose the emission amount of SO_2, NO_2 and TSP was calculated and atmospheric stability was classified for a recent decade(1985~1994) in Pusan. A result of the emission amount showed that much amount of NO_2, NO_2 and TSP are emitted from industrial area. It was clear that NO_2 is much emitted from line source and industrial area. And as a result of classification of atmospheric stability, neutral, stable and unstable state were 58%, 24.1% and 17.9%, respectivly. The result of ai quality simulation by ISCLT-2 showed that Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant is affecting on the increse of 2.0ppb, 3.0ppb and 5.0㎍/㎥, SO_2, NO_2, and TSP respectively at its surrounding area, site A-3 which was located westward 2.2㎞ distance from Plant

      • DNA 컴퓨팅을 이용한 배낭 문제 해결

        Though Knapsack Problem appears to be simple, it is a NP-hard problem that is not solved in polynomial time as combinational optimization problems. To solve this problem, GA(Genetic Algorithms) was used in the past. However, there war a difficulties in real experiment because the conventional method didn't reflect the precise characteristics of DNA. This paper proposes code optimization DNA-Haskell, which is a functional language to reduce the error of DNA manipulation and to expect more accurate prediction during the DNA computing process. Code optimization DNA-Haskell was applied to (0,1) Knapsack Problem; as a result, it reduced experimental errors an compared with conventional methods, and found accurate solutions more rapidly.
