1) Theodor Storm verwendet die Sagenstoffe in seiner Dichtung auf verschiedene Weise. Meistens werden sie als Thema oder Motiv genutzt, oft als eine Episode and selten als ein andeutendes Symbol. Sie werden in vielen Stellen der Dichtung versteckt and prachtvoll ausgestaltet. 2) Die mythischen and/oder sagenhaften Elemente werden durch die auffallende Verbindung mit der Menschenwelt gedampft. Das abstrakte and uberspringende Motivieren der Sagen wird dadurch rationalisiert, daB Storm alle ICausalitat im rein menschlichen Wesen wurzeln laBt. Er .verbessert die liickenvolle and ungenugende Motivation der Sage durch diejenigen Motive, die dem menschlichen Lebsn am engsten verbunden Bind. 3) Storm versucht bei der Verwendung der Sage in seiner poetischen SchSpfung ihre Grausamkeit moglichst vermindern oder zu beseitigen. 4) Trotzdem versucht Storm in seiner Dichtung das Sagenhafte spurbar zu machen. Durch die Darstellung einer Landschaft and eines Ortes oder durch die Einfuhrung einer sagenhaften Episode wird die Unheimlichkeit meistens ausgepragt. Die Atmosphere des Deiches and die Episode von Jevershallig in der ,Schimmelreiter-Novelle Bind die Beispiele dafur. 5) Storm halt die Erscheinungssxene des Schimmelreiters fur einen wichtigen Bestandteil and ubernimmt diese erz~hlerische Struktur unverandert aus der Vorlage. Als Exposition tragt sie dazu bei, Spannung bzw, sagenhafte Stimmung zu verbreiten. Er muBte viel Muhe aufwenden, um ein kunstlerisches Mittel zu entdecken, um das Gespenst auf der Erde wiederaufteben zu lessen and den sagenhaften Charakter beizubehalten.

Effects of Torilis japonica Extract on DNCB-induced Contact Dermatitis in BALB/c Mice

목적: 본 연구에서는 TJ 열수추출물이 아토피 피부염에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법: 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzen (DNCB)으로 BALB/c 마우스에 1차 감작 후 3주간 2차 감작을 시행하여 아토피 유사 피부병변을 나타내는 접촉성 피부염을 유발한 뒤 동결건조 처리된 TJ 분말을 (PBS/EtOH/Cremophor=6:1:3)에 용해시켜 쥐의 등 피부에 10, 50 mg/ml 농도로 3주간 도포하였다. 결과: TJ 열수추출물은 아토피 피부 병변의 염증세포 침윤을 억제하였고 (10, 50 mg/ml ) 표피와 진피 두께를 회복시켰으며 (10, 50 mg/ml ), 혈청에서 히스타민 방출을 억제하였다 (00 mg/ml ). 또한 Th2 세포와 관련된 cytokine인 interleukin (IL)-4, IL-5, IL-13과 thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)의 mRNA 발현 양을 감소시켰고 (10, 50 mg/ml ), Th2 chemokine인 thymus- and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC or CCL17)의 mRNA의 발현 양을 감소시켰다 (10, 50 mg/ml ). 결론: TJ 열수추출물을 BALB/c 마우스에 외용하였을 때 항아토피 효과가 있음을 확인하였으며 따라서 TJ가 아토피 피부염 치료의 외용제로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

메니에르 병의 침 치료에 관한 최근 임상 연구 동향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of applying acupuncture to the treatment of meniere's disease, which has no definite treatment methods, by analyzing the latest clinical researches about acupuncture treatment of meniere's disease. Methods : A case study and Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) related to the acupuncture treatment of meniere's disease were searched using domestic and international thesis search engines including OASIS, CNKI, J-STAGE, PubMed. This study include acupuncture treatment and acupuncture combined with other treatments such as herbal medicine. The search was limitied to the publication date from 2000 to 2018 with free full text. Results : 17 cases were selected. There were 7 case studies in Korea, 5 case studies in China, and 5 RCT papers in China. All 12 cases reported improvement in meniere's disease and all RCT studies showed significantly higher treatment effects in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusions : Acupuncture treatment showed significant effects for meniere's disease when applied alone or in combination with other treatments. In the future, various systematic studies should be conducted only for acupuncture treatment.

대학신입생들의 성경험에 영향을 미치는 요인

The purpose of this study was to understand sexual experiences of freshmen incollege and to provide basic resources for sexual education program byidentifying general tendency of sexual experiences. The subjects were 384freshmen nursing students and engineering students. Data were collected throughstructured questionnaires from May 9 to May 30th, 2009. Data analysis was donedescriptive statistics, independent t-test, X2-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficientand Logistic Regression with SPSS 20.0. As a result, positive correlation werefound between sexual knowledge and attitudes. On the other hand; age, genderfriend, engineering division students were significant factor associate with sexualexperiences. Moreover, Male students had more sexual experiences than femalestudents. Male students had reasonably much higher level of sexual knowledgethan female students, Furthermore, in terms of sexual attitudes, students withsexual experiences were more open-minded to sexual pleasure and having a sexbefore marriage than the opposition group. The result of this study suggest that program for advanced effective programsto offer continuous and pragmatically education on sexual health for freshmen incollege by gender. 본 연구는 대학 신입생들의 성경험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하는 서술적 인과관계 연구로서 이들의 올바른 성가치관 형성을 위한 대안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 자료 수집은 서울과 경기에 위치한 2년제와 3년제 대학교 신입생 384명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 X²-test, t-test, 상관관계, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과, 연령은 남학생(X²=33.310, p<.001), 여학생(X²=16.131, p<.001) 모두에서 19세에서 21세인 대학생시기에 성경험이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 대학계열별에서는 공대계열 여학생이 간호계열 여학생보다 성경험이 유의하게 높았고(x²=8.381, p=.004), 성 경험은 남자가 48.2% 여자가 15.8%로 남학생이 많았다(p<.001). 첫 성경험은 고등학교가 가장 많고, 그 다음이 대학 입학후 순이었다. 특히 대학입학 후에는 여학생들의 성경험비율이 남자에 비해 더 많았고, 성관계시 피임을 항상 하고 있다고 응답한 남학생은 32.7%, 여학생 45.5%로 여학생의 더 높았으나 남녀 모두 피임실천율이 50%도 안되었다. 성지식은 여학생이 14.7% 남학생은 16.1%로 여학생이 유의하게 낮았으며(t=2.366, p=.018), 성 태도에서는 성적쾌락과 성 허용성은 남학생이 더 개방적이었다. 결혼관(t=-5.378, p<001)과 낙태(t=-4.049, p<001)에서는 여학생이 더 허용적인 태도를 보였다. 성지식과성 태도간의 관계는 유의한 양의 상관이 있었다(r=.190, p<.001). 성경험에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 대학계열, 연령, 이성교재가 대학신입생들에게 유의한 영향을 주는 변수로 확인되었다. 즉 공과계열대학생이 간호계열 대학생에 비해 성경험이 6.808배 더 높았고(p=.020), 연령에서는 19세 이상학생들이 18세 이하의 학생들보다 성경험이 0.216배 더 높았다(p=.002). 이성교재를 현재 하고 있는 학생들의 성경험이 그렇지 않은 학생에 비해 성경험이 3.342배 더 높았다(p=.005). 본 연구의 결과에서 여학생들이 결혼관이나 낙태에 대한 태도가 더 개방적인데다가 성지식도 낮아성에 더 취약한 것으로 나타나 대학 신입생이라 할지라도 여학생들을 우선적으로 피임교육과 생명존중에 대한 성 교육이 실시되어야 함을 제언한다. 또한 대학 입학한 직 후 남녀 모두에서 약 1/4정도가 성 경험을 한 것으로 나타났고, 이성교재가 성 경험에 영향을 주는 만큼 원치 않은 임신을 예방하고 성 건강을 증진하기 위해 남녀별 차별화된 성교육과 함께 피임방법에 대한 지식은 물론 사용방법에 대한 교육도 필요하다.

This study has an objective to research on the improvement plan of the SOC private investment project in road construction. Based on these study, the following are suggested in this research as measures to activate SOC private investment projects in road construction. First, as to activation for publicness, it is suggested to diversify and expand the scope of potential business projects and their implementation processes and restructure businesses through covering cost, etc., rather than listing a few projects or specifying excluded projects. Second, for activation in terms of economic feasibility (marketability), it is suggested to ensure a stable investment return by nurturing specialized management companies in this regard with the following: business combining through bundling; diversifying relevant or paralleled businesses for elevated profitability such as a larger quota in evaluation criteria; Third, concerning the reliability (transparency), the legislation of demand estimation-based traffic volume forecast is suggested for the reliability of public DB, along with the establishment of liability limit of each business participant and cooperative structure among them; Fourth, concerning the stability (legal/institutional business environment), the research suggestions are the systematic organization of applicable institutions; legal system establishment and standard contract improvement; withdrawal of obligatory public competition in selecting a project operator; private investment policy stability such as the prohibition on changing negotiation details due to the participation of a governing public office.

독일의 정치교육과 민주시민교육

The political education of a country forms the basis of the stability of its political system and its sustained maintenance. A democracy shall be completed by the continuous democratization with the help of its political education system. In the case of Korea, original meanings and contents of the country's political education had not been understood due to the existence of an authoritarian government and dictatorship, but it has also been due to the unique circumstance of the Korean peninsula being divided. In this sense it is necessary for the Korean political education system to study and re-analyze critically the German case which shared the historical division of a country at the same time. Germany, through its state-initiated political education system, realized the social mechanism based on legalism. It has made the practice of duty reasonable and combined it with the assertion of legitimate rights. From this kind of experience Korea should learn that it needs to establish a state-initiated institution like ‘The Center for Democratic Civil Education’ as soon as possible. Furthermore, the German case in regards to political education would be very valuable as a guide for the Korean case because it shows a wealth of constructive experiences in terms of overcoming all the difficulties caused by the division of a country, establishing a firm faith towards democracy and training the democratic citizenship to better understand the political environment including the education of unification. 정치교육은 어떠한 정치체제가 안정성을 갖도록 하고 지속적으로 운영될 수 있는 토대가 된다. 민주주의는 정치교육을 통한 꾸준한 민주화의 노력으로 완성된다. 한국의 경우 권위주의적 정권과 독재정치라는 전통 때문에, 동시에 분단이라는 특수한 상황 때문에 정치교육의 본래적 의미와 내용이 온전하게 이해되지 못했다. 따라서 분단 상황이라는 역사적 경험을 공유했던 독일 사례를 고찰하고 비판적으로 재분석할 필요가 있다. 독일은 국가주도적 정치교육을 통하여 법치주의에 입각한 사회생활을 실현하였고 정당한 권리의 주장과 의무의 합당한 실천을 가능케 하였다. 한국의 경우에도 가칭 「민주시민교육센터」 등과 같은 기구를 일차적으로 국가주도적으로 조속히 설립할 필요성이 제기된다. 나아가 한국 정치교육은 독일이 분단 상황의 어려움을 통일교육을 포함하는 정치교육으로 민주주의에 대한 신념을 확고히 하였을 뿐만 아니라 민주시민을 양성하는데 크게 공헌한 사례에서 많은 교훈을 찾아야 할 것이다.

소피아 개념의 변천과 성모마리아 이콘의 특수성

This article analyzes changes in the concept of Sophia and the specificity of the icon of the Virgin Mary. The specific research subject is the Icon of the Virgin Mary, which was a typical religious painting until the Middle Ages. We compare the ideological concept of Sophia and the meaning of the icon of the Virgin Mary. In Chapter 1, We look at the change of the concept and definition of Sofia, and aspects of the acceptance of Sophia in Russia. In the Christian tradition, Sophia has been transformed into the divine administration or the divine wisdom of faith or the wisdom of Jesus Christ's love for the lowly and poor. The main medium for Russians to accept Sophia was pictorial images such as icons and frescoes. In Chapter 2, We examine the characteristics and practical aspects of each type of icon of the Virgin Mary. Through this process, we see the ontological meaning of the icon of the Virgin Mary in the Christian worldview. Unlike Sophia, the Virgin Mary did not have an independent status as a painting image. Therefore the pictorial image of the Virgin Mary has meaning as a tool that plays a role in emphasizing the personality of Jesus Christ. During this process, the icon of the Virgin Mary changed and produced various variants.
