인간 재조합 인터루긴-32 면역조절작용에 대한 유세포 분석

Xenotransplantation of porcine organs has the potential to overcome the severe shortage of human tissues and organ available for human transplantation. however, it remains various hurdles for clinical xenotransplantation. In pig and mouse xenotransplantation, porcine xenograft evoke a strong cellular rejection response in immunocompetent host and grafts are destroyed within a week. This cellular immune response could involved both T cells and NK cells. A number of groups have shown that human NK cells can recognize and damage porcine endothelial cells. In addition, human T cells can respond to porcine endothelial cells through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Cellular rejection of porcine tissues requires T cells, particularly CD4^(+) cells. A new cytokine recombinant human interleukin-32α,β(IL-32α,β) has a role innate and acquired immune system. In order to investigate the role of recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the PK(15) cells to C57BL/6 mice with or without intraperitoneal injection of recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32 α,β. It was analyzed the population of NK cell, T cell and B cell in the C57BL/6 mice transplanted with PK(15) cells and recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32α,β by flow cytometry analysis. As a result, lymph node and thymus of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group were increased to T cell activation population than normal injected groups. CD8^(+) T cells were decreased in lymph node of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected groups. CD4^(+) T cells were increased in lymph node cell of PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group and also, B cell population were increased in lymph node cell and spleen of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β suppress xenograft rejection in cellular xenotransplantation.

Fibrothecoma are mesenchymal tumors deriving from the ovarian stroma and consisting of theca-like elements and fibrous tissues. The reported incidence is between 0.4 and 8.0% of all ovarian tumors and this side variability can be attributed to the difficulty in differentiation fibrothecoma from ovarian fibroma or hyperplastic stroma nodules. We experienced a rare case of ovarian fibrothecoma in woman at 38 weeks gestation with previous repeat cesarean section diagnosed after tertiary cesarean delivery and bilateral tubal ligation with a brief review of literature.
규산 나트륨으로부터 THF에 의해 추출된 규산을 이용한 Mullite 전구체 제조시 촉매에 대한 영향

Sol-Gel법으로 Aluminum isopropoxide[Al(i-OC3H7)3]와 규산나트륨로 부터 THF로 추출한 규산을 사용하여 mullite 겔 분말 제조시 산염기촉매의 영향에 관하여 XRD, TGA. SEM, 및 BET를 이용하여 연구하였다. 산성촉매로는 염산 (HCl)과 질산(HNO3)을, 염기성촉매로는 암모니아 (NH4OH)를 사용하였다. 촉매에 따른 중량 감소는 HCI=32.6% > HNO3=25.43% > Non=24.0% > NH4OH=22.5% 순서로 나타났다. 입자의 형태는 산성촉매인 경우 구형의 입자를, 염기능촉매의 경우는 구형이 아닌 입자형태를 나타내었다. 1400℃에서 하소한 분말은 촉매의 종류에 관계없이 0.05∼0.1㎛ 크기의 매우 미세한 입자들의 응집체임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 촉매의 종류에 관계없이 온도가 증가할수록 흡착할 수 있는 세공이 줄어듬을 알 수 있었고, 염기 촉매를 사용하는 경우의 mullite 비표면적 변화가 거의 없는 내열성을 가지고 있었다. Effect of catalysts, which was catalyzed by acid(HCl and HNO3) and base(NH4OH), on characteristics of the mullite powders prepared by sol-gel method was investigatad by XRD, TGA, SEM and BET. As a result, weight loss as a function of catalysts was in order of HCI=32.6% > HNO3=25.43% > Non=24.0% > NH4OH=22.5%. The mullite powder dried at 100℃ appeared spherical shape in acid catalyst and different shape in base catalysts but sintering powder at 1400℃ appeared very fine particle of 0.05~0.1 ㎛ ragardless of catalysts. In all case, the pore quantity, which was capable to adsorption, was decreased with increasing temperature. In base catalyst, no change of special surface area in mullite appeared.
간호대학생의 감성지능, 돌봄효능감, 회복탄력성이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지능, 돌봄효능감, 회복탄력성과 임상실습만족도간의 관련성을 파악하고 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 D시, K시, G도에 소재한 5개의 대학교를 임의 선정하여 간호학과 재학 중이며 임상실습경험이 있는 3,4 학년 학생 총 253명 이었다. 자료 수집은 2018년 10월 1일부터 11월 23일까지 자기보고식 설문조사로 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 PASW/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립집단 t-test, one-way ANOVA, 사후분석은 Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 일반적 특성에서 전공만족도가 높은 경우 임상실습만족도가 유의하게 높았다. 주요변인의 평균은 5점 만점에 감성지능은 3.63점, 돌봄효능감은 3.69점, 회복탄력성은 3.79점, 임상실습만족도는 3.46점이었다. 임상실습만족도는 감성지능, 돌봄효능감, 회복탄력성간에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 간호대학생의 감성지능, 돌봄효능감, 회복탄력성이 높을수록 임상실습만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 돌봄효능감, 회복탄력성, 감성지능 순이었으며, 설명력은 43.4%이었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 돌봄효능감, 회복탄력성, 감성지능을 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the satisfaction with clinical practice, the emotional intelligence, the caring efficacy and the resilience of nursing students, and also to identify the factors affecting their satisfaction with clinical practice. The subjects of this study were 253 third and fourth year nursing students who had experience with clinical practice at 5 colleges in D and K cities and G do. The data was collected by using self-reported questionnaires from October 1 to November 23, 2018. The data was then analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis with the PASW/WIN 20.0 program. Satisfaction with clinical practice was significantly different according to satisfaction with nursing as a major. Satisfaction with clinical practice had significant correlations with emotional intelligence, caring efficacy and resilience. The factors affecting the satisfaction with clinical practice were caring efficacy, resilience and emotional intelligence, and the explanatory power of these models was 43.4%. Therefore, these results imply the need to develop education programs to improve caring efficacy, resilience and emotional intelligence, because all of these factors will contribute to the nursing students" satisfaction of clinical practice.

생리활성을 지닌 신경펩타이드의 구조와 활성간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 고상법으로 합성한 세종류의 neuropeptide γ(mammalian-,trout- 그리고 goldfish-neuropeptide γ)를 사용하여 연구하였다. Circular dichroism spectra에 의하면 mammalian-,trout- 와 goldfish-neuropeptide γ는 완충액 조건하에 모두 random한 구조를 나타내었다. 중성 및 산성 지질 존재 하에서, mammalian-과 trout- neuropeptide γ는 여전히 random한 구조를 취하였다. 그러나, goldfish-neuropeptide γ는 중성 및 산성지질하에서 부분적으로 α-helix구조를 나타내었다. 장관 수축활성에 있어서는 carp 장관, guinea-pig 회장 그리고 rat십이지장에 대하여 비교하였다. Carp에 대해서는 goldfish-neuropeptide γ= trout- neuropeptide γ>mammalian-neuropeptide γ순으로 활서이 나타났다. 그러나, guinea-pig 회장과 rat십이지장에 대해서 mammalian-neuropeptide γ는 어류 유래성 neuropeptide g들 보다 높은 수축활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과들은 neuropeptide γ들이 종-특이적인 활성을 나타낸다는 것을 제시한다. The relationship between structure and biological activity was studied on the three neuropeptides(mammalian-,trout- and goldfish-neuropeptide γ)that were syntheized by the solid-phase method. Circular dichroism spectra showed that mammalian-,trout- and goldfish-neuropeptide γadopted an undered structure in buffer solution. In the presence od neutral and acidic liposomes, mammalian-and trout- neuropeptide γ also took a random structure. However, goldfish-neuropeptide γ took an α-helical structure in acidic liposomes. The intestinal motility response was investigated with carp interstines, guinea-pig ileums and rat duodenums. In case of carp intestine, contractine activity was as follows:goldfish-neuropeptide γ= trout- neuropeptide γ> mammalian-neuropeptide γ. On the other hand, the contracile activity of mammalian-neuropeptide γ was more potent than trout- and goldfish-neuropeptide γ in the guinea-pig ileums and rat duodenums. these results suggest that neuropeptide γs showed the species-specific activity.

As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.
