        코어안정화운동, 동방요법 및 병행처치가 골반변위에 따른 좌골신경통에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect of core stability exercise, dong-bang therapy, and combined treatment on reducing pain, pelvic correction and stress hormone concentration in patients suffering from sciatic neuralgia due to pelvic displacement. Middle aged(40~50age) suffering from sciatic neuralgia over 6 months were operated with core stability exercise, dong-bang therapy, and combined treatment 3 times a week for 12 weeks. VAS and X-ray was performed to collect pain scales and pelvic displacement data and cortisol and epinephrine concentration in blood were tested. 1. pain scale rate was reduced in all groups. especially, dong-bang therapy group and combined treatment group showed more directive pain reduce. 2. pelvic displacement improvement was not significant in core stability exercise group, and it was significant in dong-bang therapy group and combined treatment group. no significant difference was shown between dong-bang therapy group and combined treatment group. however, combined treatment group showed higher correction effect. 3. concentration of stress hormone was significantly increased in all groups after the first operation. after 12 weeks concentration level was reduced to same level before treatment. Dong-bang therapy and combined treatment improve pelvic displacement, and are effective treatments on reducing sciatic neuralgia due to pelvic displacement. combined treatment of dong-bang treatment and core stability exercise is considered an effective program of correction for pelvic displacement and maintenance.

        동씨침을 시술한 안면경련의 치험 3례

        Objective : Hemifacial spasm is painless uncommon disorder characterized by involuntary paroxysmal movement of one side of face, In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for three patients with hemifacial spasm were evaluated. Methods : We have treated them with acupuncture treatment of Dong-Si acupuncture points(Cheuk-Samni and Cheuk-ha-Samni) and evaluated the effect by Scott's scale, For the first two weeks, it was dine once a day, and after two weeks, the other day. Results : Before therapy, the grades of spasm intensity classified by Scott's description in three cases were 3. And after Dong-Si acupuncture therapy, the grade of one case was 0, and two cases were 1. Conclusion : The Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for hemifacial spasm was effective and will be attempted to the patients with it.

        사재동(史在東) 소장(所藏) 필사본(筆寫本) 한국고전소설(韓國古典小說)의 현황(現況)과 자료적(資料的) 가치(價値)

        이 논문에서는 사재동 소장 필사본 소설의 전통적 지역성과 그 유통범위를 추적하였다. 경산문고의 필사본은 국문소설이 필사·유전된 이래, 면면한 전통을 이어 대전·충남 중심의 기호지방에서 생성·정착됨으로써, 그 시대를 통관하고 이 지역을 망라하여 각계 각층에 유통되었다. 따라서 경산문고 필사본의 유통범위가 그 분포도에 근거하고 입체적인 분포망을 따라서 확실하게 부각되었다. 이 논문에서는 경산문고의 이본적 현황과 자료적 가치를 검토하였다. 단독 이본은 400책의 22% 정도인데 그 중 「김용주전」이나 「갑진녹」·「왕조열전」·「쇼듕화역□셜」·「소강절실긔」·「셔부인젼」·「쳥암녹」·「쳥월당영화록」 등 10여개 작품들은 미발표 자료로 가치가 높다. 이들 필사본은 그 유통과정에서 강독과 강담, 강창과 가창의 방편을 타고 민간 대중에 연행되면서, 시간과 공간을 아우르는 유통망을 형성하고 이끌어 옴으로써, 다른 장르와 관련하여 국문학유통사상에서 큰 역할을 수행하여 왔던 것이다. 이 논문에서는 또한 경산문고의 문화사적 위상을 파악하였다. 먼저 경산문고의 필사본은 생성·유통의 역사적 도정에서 국문소설사 그 자체의 역할을 감당하여 왔다. 더구나 이 필사본의 여러 이본들이 위와 같은 유통의 방편으로 연행·교접하는 가운데 희곡장르나 시가장르 내지 평론장르를 생산함으로써, 당시의 국문희곡사나 국문시가사·국문평론사와 합류되었으니, 그 국문학사상의 위상이 높이 평가될 수밖에 없다. 나아가 경산문고의 필사본은 다양한 기술·표현 가운데 그 시대에 상응하는 문어체와 구어체의 음운·어휘·어법, 그리고 방언 등을 통하여 그 시대의 국어사를 정립·체계화할 수가 있고, 그 국자·국문장을 통하여 훈민정음 교습·보급의 교과서적 원전으로서 국자·국문보급사 내지 국문문장사를 계통적으로 파악하는 데에 필수적 원전 자료가 되었다. 또한 경산문고는 그 시대의 민간·대중에 유전·보급된 국문문헌으로서 보편적인 전형성과 지역·계층적인 특이성을 다양하게 갖추었기에, 그 문헌사를 고찰·정리하는 데에 중요한 원전·자료가 된다. 겸하여 경산문고는 다양·다기한 국문필체를 구비하였기에, 그 시대 국문필체사를 체계화하는 데에더 직접적인 원전·자료가 된다. 이와 같이 경산문고는 고전소설·국문학의 연구 원전으로서 자료적 가치가 높을 뿐만 아니라, 국문소설유통사 내지 국문학유통사의 체계화에 필수되는 그 원전이라고 본다. 전국에 유전되는 모든 필사본의 이본을 총체적으로 집성해 본다면 그것이야말로 값진 민족문화유산으로 높이 평가될 보전이라고 하겠다. 따라서 유일본은 국가의 문화재로, 희귀본도 국가문화의 문화재로, 기타 필사본은 국민문화유산으로 영구 보존 관리되어야 할 것이다. This paper examines five hundred fictional stories of hand-writing edition in the Sa Jae-dong collection of premodern fiction and provides an index to this collection. First of all, this study traces sources of fictional stories, which help us understand the reception and circulation of traditional fiction, and locates that most stories appearing in the collection are from Giho province. Second, this study addresses the significance of the collection as a precious cultural asset of Korean tradition. The stories have potentials to be made into various forms of media and art such as new story-telling, film, drama, animation, and also they can be used in visual media. Third, it is necessary to make this collection more available to the modern readers. Since most texts exist in a form of hand-written manuscripts, it is also important to translate these texts into modern Korean. In terms of preservation and circulation of premodern source, I suggest that we should discover and collect premodern fiction at a place and also secure a space for reading the collected works in order to make the stories readable and accessible not only for scholars but also for the younger generations.

        A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Arthroscopic Meniscus Repair in Young Patients: Comparison of All-Inside and Inside-Out Suture Techniques

        Purpose: The purposes of the present study were to review published studies that investigated arthroscopic meniscus repair to treat meniscus injury in young patients and to compare all­inside and inside­out suture techniques.Methods: Various electronic databases were queried for published articles, and this search was updated in August 2017 for evaluating the outcomes of arthroscopic meniscus surgery in young patients. Data search, extraction, analysis, and quality assessment were performed according to the Cochrane Collaboration guidelines, and the clinical outcomes were evaluated using various outcome values in young patients according to suture techniques.Results: Three randomized controlled trials and three prospective comparative studies were included in this systematic review and meta­analysis. There were no significant differences in clinical outcomes such as meniscus healing rate (risk ratio [RR], 1.11; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.90 to 1.37; I2=39%) and perioperative complications (RR, 0.62; 95% CI, 0.23 to 1.72; I2=43%) between all­inside and inside­out techniques for meniscus repair.Conclusions: The present study shows favorable results for clinical outcomes such as meniscus healing rate and perioperative complications in young patients. Furthermore, based on our results, both all­inside and inside­out meniscal suture techniques are equally effective in these patients.

      • Efficacy of Seo Dongil's Voice Technique in Improving Voice Quality in Patients with Sulcus Vocalis : A Preliminary Study

        The present study attempted to investigate the effects of the Seo Dongil's voice technique on voice quality in patients with sulcus vocalis. Three patients participated in the study. Fo, jitter, shimmer, and NNE were measured before and after implementing the technique to determine the efficacy. Dr. Speech was used to compare the acoustic parameters. The Seo Dongil's voice technique consisted of relaxation, breathing, and phonation exercises. The result showed that the Seo Dongli's voice technique tended to improve voice quality acoustically in patients with sulcus vocalis.

        Evaluating Corrosion Resistance of Additive-Manufactured Ti–6Al–4V Using Electrochemical Critical Localized Corrosion Temperature

        A new concept to evaluate the localized corrosion resistance of stacked Ti alloys such as additive-manufactured (AM)Ti–6Al–4V alloy is proposed. Crevice corrosion of subtractive-manufactured (SM) Ti–6Al–4V occurred on the surfacebeneath the crevice former, whereas localized corrosion of the AM alloy occurred in any vulnerable site irrespective of thecrevice assembly. The electrochemical critical localized corrosion temperature (E-CLCT) was measured to evaluate theresistance of AM Ti–6Al–4V alloys to localized corrosion. The results showed that the localized corrosion of AM Ti–6Al–4V was attributable to the anisotropy and microstructure that resulted from rapid cooling, which were completely differentfrom the anisotropy and microstructure of SM Ti–6Al–4V. The optimum applied potential of AM Ti–6Al–4V in 25 wt%NaCl aqueous solution was deduced. The E-CLCT provides a useful criterion for determining the resistance of AM Ti alloysto localized corrosion and for comparing their resistances.

        Evaluating Corrosion Resistance of Biomedical Ti-6Al-4 V Alloys Fabricated via Additive Manufacturing Using Electrochemical Critical Localized Corrosion Potential

        High entropy alloys (HEAs) have received tremendous attention in diferent applications because of their excellent corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties. In the present work, a novel TiNbMoMnFe high entropy alloy systemwas synthesized and deposited on AISI 316L by DC magnetron sputtering system. The microstructure of the resulting thinflm was evaluated by grazing incidence X-ray difraction and feld emission electron microscope. It was found that the thinflm microstructure is composed of a crystalline solid solution (grain size of 76 nm) and an amorphous phase. The electrochemical investigations in Ringer’s solution revealed that a thin flm of 670 nm thick high entropy alloy has a low corrosioncurrent density of 0.024 μA cm−2, approximately 30% lower than that of the uncoated 316L. Meanwhile, the HEA thin flmshowed the highest pitting corrosion resistance and stability of the passive flm. The wettability examinations exhibited thatthe coated sample has a high contact angle of 90° in contrast to 60° for the uncoated ones. In summary, the TiNbMoMnFehigh entropy alloy thin flm shows great potential for use in biomaterial applications.

      • Metoclopramide가 휜쥐의 血壓에 미치는 影響

        Influences of metocopramide (MCP), which is a seletive dopaminergic antagonist, on blood pressure of the rat and its mechanism of action were investigated in the present study. MCP administered into a femoral vein of the rat caused markedly a dose-related fall in blood pressure followed by secondary transient pressor response. The depressor action evoked by MCP was not blocked by pretreatment of atropine or chlorisondamine, while the pressor action was inhibited significantly. Prazosin treatment reduced markedly both of depressor and pressor induced by MCP. MCP-evoked pressor action was not affected by clonidine, but the depressor response was attenuated significantly. Debrisoquin treatment made the inhibited response to MCP-induced pressor response, while did not affect the depressor action. Both of pressor and depressor responses evoked by MCP were not influenced by cyproheptadine. The hypertensive activity induced by nor epinephrine was weakened markedly by the infusion of MCP (1.50 mg/kg/30min.), but the pressor action evoked by dopamine not affected. These experimental data suggest that MCP produces biphasic responses (depressor and pressor) in blood pressure of the rat, and that the hypotensive activity is due to adrenergic alpha-receptors blockade, and that pressor activity is exerted through stimulation of cholinergic nicotinic receptors in autonmic ganglia.

        In this study, we made a comparative study of backpropagation neural network and probabilistic neural network and bayesian classifier and perceptron as shape recognition algorithm of welding flaws. For this purpose, variables are applied the same to four algorithms. Here, feature variable is composed of time domain signal itself and frequency domain signal itself. Through this process, we comfirmed advantages/disadvantages of four algorithms and identified application methods of four algorithms.

        Myositis ossificans progressiva is rare heritable disorder of connective tissue characterized by congenital malformation of the great toes and by progressive ossification of striated muscle and connective tissue associated with pain and disability. Myositis ossificans progressiva occurs sporadically and is transmitted as a dominant trait with variable expression and complete penetrance. The disease progress from axial to appendicular, cranial to caudal, and proximal to distal sites. We present an 21-year-old man with typical muscle ossification, skeletal malformation and spondylopathy and a review of the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment options of the rare disease.
