Active attention and effort are needed to develop an integrated water management system in response to climate change. In this study, it proposed models for cross-use of agricultural water and river maintenance water using sewage treatment water as an integrated water management system for the Yeongsan River. The impact of the integrated water management models was assessed by applying the concept of Nexus, which is being presented worldwide for sustainable resource management. The target year was set for 2030 and quantitatively analyzed water, energy, land use and carbon emissions and resource availability index by integrated water management models was calculated by applying maximum usable amount by resource. An integrated water management system evaluation model using the Nexus concept developed in this study can play a role that can be viewed in a variety of ways: security and environmental impact assessment of other resources. The results of this research will be used as a foundation for the field of in the establishment of a policy decision support system to evaluate various security policies, as we analyzed changes in other factors according to changes in individual components, taking into account the associations between water, energy, food, and carbon resources. In future studies, additional sub-models need to be built that can be applied flexibly to changes in the future timing of the inter-resource relationship components. 1)
Hypersensitivity Reaction Incidence Patterns and Risk Factors of Iodinated Contrast Media

본 연구의 조사 대상은 본 원 에서 요오드화 조영제를 정맥으로 투여받고 CT 검사를 시행한 72,910명과 과거 조영제 과민반응을 겪었던 환자 2,798명을 대상으로 후향적 조사를 시행하였다. 나이, 성별, 과민반응 증상, 조영제 과민반응 기왕력 환자 전처치방법, 사용한 조영제 등을 분석하였다. 조영제 과민반응 발생은 여성과 60대 미만에서 발생 위험이 높고 과거 조영제 과민반응기왕력이 있더라도 적절한 전처치 약물 투여, 조영제 성분 변경을 시행하면 과민반응 발생 위험이 감소한다. 조영제 성분별과민반응 발생률은 Iopromide가 유의하게 과민반응 발생률이 높았고, Iohexol과 Ioversol이 낮은 발생률을 보였다. 조영제 과민반응 재발을 예방하기 위해서는 전처치 약물 단독 사용보다 선행적으로 원인 조영제를 재사용하지 않고 다른 성분의 조영제로 변경하여 사용하는 것이 우선적으로 시행되어야 하고 더불어 전처치 약물 투여와 함께하는 것이 재발을 예방할 수 있을 것이다. The subjects of this study were 2,798 patients who experienced hypersensitivity reaction of contrast media among 72,910 who had had iodinated contrast media administered intravenously and CT examination at our hospital. Retrospective survey was conducted with these subjects. Their age, gender, hypersensitivity reaction symptoms, prepare methods for the patients who had previous hypersensitivity reaction of contrast media, and contrast media administered were analyzed. When it came to the hypersensitivity reaction incidence of contrast media, women and patients aged less than 60 had the high risk of the reaction. Even if patients had previous contrast media hypersensitivity reaction, their hypersensitivity reaction incidence risk was reduced as they had an appropriate premedication drug administered and contrast media were changed. Regarding the hypersensitivity reaction incidence rate by contrast media, Iopromide’s hypersensitivity reaction incidence rate was significantly high, whereas Iohexol and Ioversol had low incidence rates. In order to prevent contrast media hypersensitivity reaction recurrence, it is preferentially necessary to change a contrast media to a different one without reuse of causative contrast media, rather than to use a premedication drug only. Along with that, it is necessary to administer a premedication drug.

N/A Microstructure and mechanical properties of (Ti_(1-x),Al_(x))N films, produced by the the Ion Beam Sputtering(lBS) method, were studied by changing the Ti, Al contents. The compositions of films determined by RBS were (Ti_(0.75)AI_0.25))N, (Ti_(0.61)AI_(0.39))N and (Ti_(0.5)AI_(0.5))N, and XPS binding energies of Ti2p, A12p and Nls shifted to higher energies than those of pure Ti, Al and N, which indicated that nitrides were formed. XRD results indicated that the NaCl structure for x≤0.39 changed into amorphous structure at x=0.5. For films with x≤0.39, the lattice parameter decreased in proportion to the Al content. Nanoindentation hardness value were above HV=3300 at Al content up to x=0.39. However, the hardness of films with x=0.5 abruptly decreased to HV=1800, and this lower hardness values were attributed to different crystal structure. Critical load(Lc) in scratch test showed 23N at x=0.25, 22N at x= 0.39 and 22N at x=0.5, which indicated that films with different Al contents showed similar adhesion behavior.
C-Spine CT 검사 시 bend를 이용한 Image Quality 향상의 유용성

목 적 C-Spine CT 검사 시 경추 5번에서 흉추 1번은 해부학적 구조상 shoulder와 overlap이 되기 때문에 beam hardening artifact를 유발하여 image quality가 저하되는 경우가 많이 있다. 이에 bend를 이용한 position의 변화를 통해 beam hardening artifact를 최소화 하여 image quality를 향상시키는 방법을 연구해 보았다. 대상 및 방법 병원을 방문한 환자 중 C-Spine CT가 처방된 외래 환자 20명을 대상으로 bend를 이용하였을 때와 이용하지 않았을 때를 비교 검사하였다. 그 후 검사결과를 영상의학과 의사 2명이 평가표를 기준으로 비교, 평가하였다. 결 과 본 연구 방법으로 검사하여 나온 영상을 토대로 bend를 이용하였을 때와 이용하지 않았을 때를 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. - 100점 만점을 기준으로 1) 근육과 지방의 상태와 명확성에서는 bend 미사용 시 75점, bend 사용 시 91점 2) 척수강의 상태와 명확성에서는 bend 미사용 시 42.5점, bend 사용 시 69.5점 3) ROI내 Artifact 유무 or Artifact의 정도는 bend 미사용 시 45점, bend 사용 시 83.5점 4) 갑상선 실질은 균일한가?에서는 bend 미사용 시 81점, bend 사용 시 94점 - Bend를 이용하였을 때가 이용하지 않았을 때 보다 평균 23.625점 더 높았다. 결 론 Bend를 이용했을 때가 이용하지 않았을 때 보다 C-Spine과 shoulder의 overlap을 최소화시켜 beam hardening artifact를 줄일 수 있었으며, 이로 인해 C-Spine CT 검사 시 경추 5번에서 흉추 1번 사이의 image quality를 향상시킬 수 있었다. Ⅰ. Purpose In taking a C-spine CT, we can often find the image quality reduction between C5-T1, because beam hardening artifact is caused by overlap of both shoulders and C-spine. So we investigated the solution to improve image quality by changing position using bend in order to make beam hardening artifact minimized. Ⅱ. Materials and Methods Twenty outpatients were participated in this study, who were examined with/without band and compared to each other. Two radiologists analyzed them and made test results according evaluation table. Ⅲ. Results In the results, we compared both the evaluated scores obtained from band use case and non-use case respectively. - Followings are the standard 100 score 1) For clarity of the fat and muscle state, the score with the band is 91 and 75 without the band. 2) For the clarity and the state of spinal cannel, the score with the band is 69.5 and 42.5 without the band. 3) For checking existence of Artifact and the degree of artifact in ROI, the score with the band is 83.5 and 45.0 without the band. 4) For confirming the uniformity of thyroid parenchyma, the score with the band is 94 and 81 without the band. - The average score with the band is 23.625 higher than that without the band. Ⅳ. Conclusion The band use cases showed more improved image quality than non-use cases, because using band could minimize the shoulder and C-spine overlap, resulting in reduction of beam hardening artifact.
