자궁경부암 선별검진을 위한 세포진 검사와 인유두종바이러스 검사의 임상적 유용성

목적 : 자궁경부 세포진 검사와 HPV DNA (Hybrid capture 1) 검사의 임상적 유용성을 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 연구 방법 : 1995년 12월 1일부터 1998년 3월 31일까지 조선대학교병원 산부인과 외래를 방문한 1028명의 환자중 질확대경을 통한 조직검사 및 수술을 시행한 후 조직 검사를 시행하여 결과 비교가 가능한 환자 305명을 대상으로 본 연구를 시행하였다. 결과 : 1. 세포진 검사의 민감도는 63.0%, 특이도는 88.1%, 양성 예측율은 89.7%, 음성 예 측율은 59.3%이었다. 2. HPV DNA 검사의 민감도는 51.9%, 특이도는 85.3%, 양성 예측율은 85.2%, 음성 예측율은 52.1%이었다. 3. HPV DNA검사와 세포진 검사를 병행하였을 경우 민감도는 76.9%, 특이도는 76.9%, 위양성률은 23.1%, 위음성률은 23.1%이다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 자궁경부암 선별 검사로서 형태학적 검사인 세포진 검사와 생물학적 검사인 HPV DNA 검사를 동시에 사용하면 서로의 단점을 보완하여 향후 적절한 선별검진의 간격을 결정하는 등 자궁경부암 조기 진단에 매우 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to find out the efficacy of cytology and HPV DNA test (Hybrid capture I) in early diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods :This study included 1028 patients who visited the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Cho-sun University Hospital From December 1, 1995 to March 31, 1998. And we chose 305 samples who underwent biopsies among taking the cytology and HPV DNA test. All women simultaneously underwent an exo- and endo-cervical smear. Results : 1. The sensitivity and specificity of cytology were 63.0% and 88.1%, respectively. 2. The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of cytology were 89.7% and 59.3%, respectively. 3. The sensitivity and specificity of HPV DNA test were 51.9% and 85.3%, respectively. 4. The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of HPV DNA test were 85.2% and 52.1%, respectively. 5. When HPV DNA test and Papanicloaou smear were combined, the sensitivity and specificity were 76.9% and 76.9%, respectively. However, the specificity of the combined test with HPV DNA test and Papanicloaou smear was lower than Papanicloaou smear alone. Conclusion : The sensitivity of cervical cytology was markedly improved by combination with HPV DNA test. So, the combined test could improve the high false negativity of cervical cytology, if the effectiveness is confirmed by mass screening study.
용융침투법으로 제조한 알루미나-유리 복합체의 동적 피로 특성 평가

The fatigue characteristics of alumina-glass composites were evaluated by biaxial flexure test under the dynamic loading conditions. 88 specimens were tested by tested by testing 22 samples at each of four loading rates : 0.01, 0.1, 1, and mm/min. A Vickers-produced indentation crack was made at the center of the tensile surface with load of 49.0 N, and the microstructural aspects of crack propagation was investigated under statically loaded state in distilled water at 37℃. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The fatigue parameter of alumina-glass composite containing 6 mol % yttria was n=22.2, σf0=319.6 MPa. 2. 10-year failure stress of alumina-glass composite containing 6 mol% yttria was 171.7 MPa. 3. Fracture surface of alumina-glass composite indicated the frictional interlocking of jogs having the tendency of toughening by crack deflection, rather than by crack bridging.

This paper describes the development of sputtered tungsten electrode for discharge tube by making use of Sputtering method using plasma. The Xe discharge tube was designed and fabricated by using sputtered tungsten electrode, and the ICCD(Intensified Charged Coupled Device) and monochromator were used in order to observe the discharge image distribution and to measure the signal intensity. As a result, the emission light form the electrode was spreaded almost uniformly over a wide wavelength band, and the discharge image distribution and the signal intensity show quite a uniform distribution. The emission light from the Xe discharge tube was peaked at 488[nm] and 648[nm].
CW Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용한 Inconel 718 절단시 절단면 형성 고찰

The objective of this research work is to investigate the influence of process parameters on the surface roughness and the formation of the cut section for the case of cutting of Inconel 718 sheet using high power CW Nd:YAG laser. In order to find the relationship between process parameters and surface roughness, Several linear cutting experiments have been carried out using 6-axis controlled robot laser cutting system. From the results of the experiments, the relationship between process parameters and surface roughness has been obtained. In addition, it has been shown that the surface roughness is highly related to the striation formation of the cut section. The results of experiments have been shown that the surface roughness of the cut section lies in the ranges of Ra of 1.39-5.70㎛ and R_(max), of 8.20-29.10㎛. Through the observation of the cut section, it has been shown that the cut area of the cut section has several oxidized substances and the ductile fracture occurs in the break area.

P-vinyl-trans-stilbene (PVTS)(1) and trans-3,4-dimethoxy-4'-vinylstilbene(2) were prepared using Horner-Emmons olefination as a good yield. To a suspension of phosphonate, 7 and NaH in dry THF was added the aldehyde at rt under argon and stirred for 24∼36hrs to afford PVTS, 1 and 2 as 78∼85% yield.
사람-사람 하이브리도마의 생산을 위한 fusion partner cell의 개발

This study was performed to establish human hybridmyeloma cell lines as fusion partner cells for producing human-human hybridoma. Human myeloma, SKO-007(J3), and human cervix epitheloid carcinoma cell line, HeLa MR, were fused by using with 50% PEG, and cultured in RPMI 1640 medium containing 15% FBS. Hybrids of SKO-007(J3) and HeLa MR were selected in RPMI 1640 media containing 6-thioguanine(6-TG ; gradually increasing concentration from 10 ㎍/ml to 20 ㎍/ml, and then gradually decreasing to 10 ㎍/ml) for 6 weeks. 6-TG resistant cells were collected and cloned by limiting dilution method. The fused myelomas with HeLa MR grew more rapidly than the fused cells with a small number of HeLa MR. Their doubling time was 72 hours.
