      • 2.methyl - 1.3dioxolane-water 계의 등온 기액평형

        In this work, we investigated the vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the system 2.methyl-1.3dioxolane - water, in order to provide elementary data for separation of 2.methyl-1.3dioxolane and water. Experiment was carried out at 30℃ and 35℃ isotherm by new head space analysis method, which was developed by ourselves. This binary system has the minimum azeotrope in both isothermal condition and has relatively large value of activity coefficient. It indicate that this system is nearly nonideal. Some model parameters, such as Wilson, NRTL, etc., were evaluated. With these parameters, each isothermal data was recalculated. We compared experimental data with recalculated data. By NRTL parameter fit experimental data best.

      • 國內 펄프ㆍ製紙工業의 技術開發 現況 및 展望

        There are many problems confronting Korean paper industry. Compared with the level of fast-developing technology in advanced countries, Korea almost lacks in the development of technology and accumulation of technology. In respect to the scope and investment, technology development is in very poor shape. Inordinate oversupply facilities resulted in worsened business profitability on domestic market, and there are some firms which are in the face of bankruptcy. In order to cope with such a situation facing Korean pulp and paper industry, it is instrumental to bringing the industries to the status of those in advanced countries. In this view, the domestic problems, and recent trend of technology and institute of advanced countries in pulp and paper industry have been reviewed by investigating enterpries and research works involved at home and abroad. As part of efforts to overcome the hardship facing the domestic paper industry, mutual cooperation is required, discarding uncooperative attitude, so as to prepare the industry for the era of internationalization. Efforts should be redoubled to develop technology of pulping using undeveloped resources, to develop paper machine and paper tools, to develop processing technology and to study ways to utilize waste paper. Under the private initiatives, active participation and investment shoud be done for the development of overseas log resources. Considering the status of the domestic pulp and paper industry it is reasonable to shift emphasis of production from the paper requiring primary processing to the products carrying high added value. Demand for recording paper, information and industrial paper, and packaging paper has been rising at an explosive pace in line with the revolution of automation system in industries, the advent of information era and the revolution of packing process. In order to cope with such demand. domestic paper industry should be nurtured, and foundation should be consolidated for the production of technology-intensive processing paper and special paper. As a key to resolving such tasks, it is important to meet such prerequisites as basic research, applied research and manpower training. From this viewpoint it is also urgent to establish education and research institutions at home.

      • 점포내 VMD요소가 SPA 브랜드 정체성에 미치는 영향

        This study was to examine the effect of VMD factors on brand identity for SPA brands. As brand stimulus, four SPA brands(e.g., Basic House, Codes combine, Uniqlo, Zara) were selected by pretest. For collecting data, a self-administered questionnaire was developed based on the literatures and intercept survey was conducted. A total 508 usable responses were obtained from consumers who shopped at the selected brands' stores. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis were used. As perceived by consumers, VMD consisted of seven factors: lightening, scent, color, layout, music, window display, and item presentation. The VMD factor was significantly related to brand identity for the SPA brands. Specifically, brand awareness was predicted by color, layout and item presentation; brand association strength was predicted by color, layout, and widow display; favorable brand association was predicted by item presentation; salience of brand association was predicted by color and music; and brand image association was predicted by color, layout, music, and item presentation. Thus, this study discussed a managerial implication for SPA retailers to develop a visual merchandising strategy in the competitive marketplace.

      • 고액 상평형의 측정과 추산 연구

        정적인 융점측정 방법으로 benzene+n-dodecane, cyclohexane+phenol, phenol+water, water+sulfolane 및 diethylcarbonate+nitrobenzene계에 대한 고액 평형을 측정하였다. 측정된 고액평형 데이터는 문헌값과 modified UNIFAC에 의해 예측된 값과 비교하였으며, 추산값과 실험값은 ±1.61K 범위에서 잘 일치하였다. 본 연구에서 고찰된 diethylcarbonate의 융점은 기존문헌치와 큰 편차를 보여 재검증이 필요하다. Solid-liquid equilibrium(SLE) data were measured for benzene+ n-dodecane, cyclohexane+phenol phenol+water, water+sulfolane, and diethylcarbonate+ nitrobenzene systems by using static melting point measuring method. Measured SLE data were compared with the literature values and also compared with the values predicted by modified UNIFAC(Dortmund) equation. The experimental results are in good agreements with the published and estimated values, and the average deviation between the experimental values and the calculated values is ±1.16K. The measured melting point of diethylcarbonate shows some difference from literature value, and it will be certified through other experimental data for different systems.

        초등학생들의 형식적 추론 능력에 관한 연구

        We investigated on the primary school children's abilities of formal reasoning. Seventy students in grade 5 participated in the study. They responsed their best reactions on the problems constituted of three parts requiring the informal or formal reasoning and generalization. Their reactions are classified by some criteria depending the level of reasoning. About 10 students showed that they constructed a kind of scheme for solving the problems, similar to formal reasoning and beyond naive informal reasoning. And about 30 students did so partially. We concluded that the teaching and learning of reasoning by the progressive increasing the degree of rigor from grade 5 is possible.

        한국판 소아 양극성장애 설문지 2.0(Child Bipolar Questionnaire 2.0)의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

        Objectives : The Child Bipolar Questionnaire 2.0 (CBQ 2.0) is a rapid screener with a Core Index subscale of symptom dimensions frequently reported in childhood-onset bipolar disorder (BD) and scoring algorithms for DSM-Ⅳ BD, with and without ADHD, and the proposed Narrow, Broad, and Core phenotypes. This report provides preliminary data on the reliability and validity of the CBQ 2.0-Korean version. Methods : Core Index subscale to effectively predict diagnostic classification by structured interview was assessed using the Kiddie-Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia-Present and Lifetime Version-Korean Version (K-SADS-PL-K). Test-retest and inter-rater reliabilities of the CBQ 2.0 were assessed. Correlation of Korean Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL) with CBQ 2.0-Korean version was performed. Results : The CBQ 2.0 screening algorithms performed with a specificity of 66.7% and a sensitivity of 94.7% in classifying subjects with K-SADS-PL-K diagnosis of BD vs. no BD. The Core Index subscale had “good” agreement with K-SADS-PL-K diagnosis (Kappa=0.676) in identifying BD, ADHD-only, and no diagnosis. Conclusion : This preliminary data is from a sample derived from the child and adolescent psychiatric clinics, further validation is needed with community based samples in which childhood-onset BD is rarer and diagnoses more diverse. The CBQ 2.0-Korean version shows potential for rapid and economically feasible identification of possible childhood-onset BD cases as defined by DSM-Ⅳ criteria as well as by alternate disease phenotypes.

      • 木本植物의 靭皮纖維에 關한 硏究 (第一報) : 싸리, 뽕나무類 및 삼지닥나무의 靭皮纖維의 特性에 關하여 1. On the Characteristics of Bast Fiber in the Lespedeza spp., Morus spp. and Edgeworthia

        木本植物의 靭皮纖維를 開發 利用코져 싸리類 15種은 水原林木育種硏究所에서 뽕나무 5種은 晋州 慶南蠶業試驗場에서 그리고 삼지닥 나무는 慶南南海郡南海面平峴里에서 採取한 供試木21 個樹種에 대하여 根元部, 中部 그리고 上部로 나누어 1個樹種當 3本씩 그의 길이, 幅 및 膜厚등을 調査하였든바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 靭皮纖維長, 幅 및 膜厚 (長) 樹種 靭皮纖維長範圍 (平均) 變異係數 싸리類 882∼3038μ(1563.0μ) 1.9∼7.2% 뽕나무類 3087∼6958μ(5083.5μ) 0.6∼1.9% 삼지닥나무 3528∼6292μ(4907.5μ) 0.7∼1.3% (幅) 싸리類 平均 15.8μ, 뽕나무類 平均 21.8μ, 삼지닥나무 平均 15.9μ (膜厚) 싸리類 平均 4.6μ, 뽕나무類 平均 6.4μ, 삼지닥나무 平均 3.6μ나타 났는데 싸리類와 뽕나무類의 靭皮 纖維長에 대한 部位別로는 대개 中部가 약간 긴 傾向을 보였으며 個體間은 싸리類에서는 싸리나무가 뽕나무類에서는 水原桑 4號가 優秀하였다. 2. 樹種間 靭皮纖維長에 대한 分散分析을 한바 싸리나무類 뽕나무類 다 같이 有意性을 나타내었다. 3. 21個 樹種 다 같이 팔프로서 優秀性은 論할바 아니나 特種紙의 叩解 및 抄紙作業에 必要한 基礎的材料로써 察考하기 위하여 纖維結合面積, 룬켈 係數 및 桑軟係數를 算出하였다. This study carried out to investigate the characteristics of h~st fiber of several woody plants, 15 species of Lespedeza spp., 5 species of Morus sppo. and SAMJIDACKNAMOO (Edgeworthia papyrifera S.et.Z.) The specimens of Lespedeza were collected from Institute of Forest Genetics in Suwon, Morus from Kyung Nam Sericulture Experiment Station and Edgeworthia papyrifero from Namhae island. All specimens of 21 species were divided into 3 parts; lower, middle and upper. And the length, width and thickness of bast fiber of 3 specimens collected from each part for each species were measured. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Among species of Lespedeza spp. SARINAMOO(Lespedeza bicolor Turcz) shows longest and Morus spp. shows longest on SUWONSANG No.4.(Morus alba). 2. There were significances between species of Lespedeza spp. and Morus spp. through their bast fiber length. 3. Fiber bonding ratio, runkel ratio and flexibility coeffioient were calculated for reference to excellent paper making process, beating or the formation of the paper sheet.

      • Streptozotocin-당뇨병 백서에서 당뇨병 이환기간에 따른 대동맥의 이완능 저하 및 Oxygen-Free Radical에 의한 이완능의 손상정도

        목적: 당뇨병의 이환기간이 혈관의 내피세포 의존성 및 비의존성 이완능의 저하에 미치는 영향과 이환기간에 따라 oxygen-free radical(OFR)에 의한 동맥이완능의 손상정도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: Streptozotocin(STZ)으로 당뇨병이 유도된 3 주 및 10주째의 백서군과 연령이 비슷한 정상 대조백서군의 적출 대동맥환을 norepinephrine으로 수축시킨 상태에서 내피세포 의존성 이완제인 acetylcholine(ACh) 및 비의존성 이완제인 nitroglycerine(NTG)에 대한 이완능을 즉정하여 비교 관찬하였다. 또한 xanthine과 xanthine oxidase의 혼합으로 생성된 H₂O₂에 대동맥환을 노출시킨뒤 역시 ACh과 NTG에 대한 이완능의 손상정도를 비교하였다. 결과: 3주및 10주째 당뇨병 백서의 대동맥환은 모두 대조군 백서의 대동맥환에 비해 ACh에 대한 이완능이 유의하게 감소하였으며 10주째 당뇨병 백서군에서의 ACh에대한 이완능의 저하는 3 주째 당뇨병 백서군에 비해 유의하게 심하였다.H₂O₂에 노출시킨 뒤 ACh에대한 이완능은 3주 및 10주 째 당뇨병 백서군에서 모두 대조군에 비해 유의하게 심한 손상을 보였으나 3주와 10주째 당뇨병 백서군 사이의 손상정도의 차이가 통계학적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 한편 3주 및 10주째 당뇨병 백서군 모두 NTH에 대한 대동맥환의 이완능은 대조 백서군과 별다른 차이가 없었으며 또 H₂O₂에 노출시킨 뒤에도 NTG에 대한 이완능의 손상은 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: STZ-당뇨병백서에서 대동맥의 이완능은 당뇨병에 이환된지 3 주째에 이미 ACh에 대한 내피세포 의존성 이완능이 선택적으로 저하되며 당뇨병의 이환기간이 길수록 이완능의 저하가 심하였고, OFR에 의한 동맥 이완능의 손상도 내피세포 의존성 이완능에만 선택적으로 나타나나 이환기간에 따라 OFR에 의한 이완능 손상정도에는 뚜렷한 차이가 없음을 시사하고 있다. Objectives: Diabetes mellitus produces histological evidence of endothelial as well as changes in vascular function in experimental animal. Oxygen free radicals interfere with of destroy endothelium-dependent relaxation in normal and diabetic blood vessels. The present study was investigated whether the duration of diabetic state can affect the severity of impairment in endothelium-dependent and/or independent relaxation and the sensitivity to oxygen free fadical (OFR)-induced damage in diabetic rat vasculature. Methods: The relaxative responses of aortic ring precontracted with norepinephrine in vitro to cumulative concentrations of acetylcholine (ACh) and nitroglycerine (NTG) were conducted in 3- and 10- week streptozotocin (STZ)-diabetic rats and agematched controls. After exposure to H₂O₂generated by mixing xanthine and xanthine oxidase, the degree of impairment in relaxative responses to ACh and NTG were also compared between 3- and 10-week diabetic rats. Results: The relaxative responses of aortic rings produced by cumulative concentrations of ACh were significantly lower in both 3- and 10-week diabetic rats than in the age-matched controls. The impairments of relaxative responses to ACh in 10-week diabetic rats were significantly greater than those in 3-week ones. After H₂O₂ exposure, the impairments of relaxative responses to ACh in 3- and 10-week diabetic aortas was also significantly greater than those in the control in the control ones. However, the severity of H₂O₂-induced damage in 10-week diabetic aortas was not significantly different than that in 3-week ones. In contrast, aortic rings of 3- and 10-week diabetic rats could still be fully relaxed by NTG, even after exposure to H₂O₂. Conclusion: These findings suggest that in SRZ-diabetic rat aortas selective impairment of endothelium-dependent relaxation to Ach can be found early even over a 3-week period after the induction of diabetes and the impairment may be greater in those with the longer duration of the diabetic state and that the impairment of the vascular relaxation by OFR is also selective to endothelium-dependent response but the sensitivity of OFR-induced damage may not be related to the duration of the diabetic state.
