The Qing Dynasty was a period of integration of classical prose studies, and the compilation of a large number of compiled and catalogued works of grammar played an important role in the inheritance of classical essay studies. Due to the popularity of the concept of "Taking Ancient Chinese prose as eight part essay" in Qing Dynasty, the compilation of Qing Humanistic Law is parallel with ancient Chinese proseand eight part essay. In terms of eight part essay grammar, Qing Dynasty grammar compilation compiled a large number of eight part essay grammar of Ming Dynasty, completed the canonization process of eight part essay grammar of Ming Dynasty; in ancient grammar, Tongcheng School compiled the main thesis of Tongcheng school from Tang and Song Dynasty to Tongcheng school, and constructed the grammar pedigree of Tongcheng school through grammar compilation. The compilation of grammar outside Tongcheng school is based on the standpoint of Zhang Daben school. Most of these works are against Tongcheng; or they are based on academic public will and widely compile famous articles and quotations in ancient books, which become the forerunner of selected literary theories of Chinese dynasties.

Plasticizers that enable flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are usually combustible, restricting the application ofPVC in fire-prone scenarios. In this context, intrinsically flame-retardant plasticizers displaying dual function continue to bethe focus of intensive research. Despite their efficiency, the majority of these dual-functional plasticizers previously reportedcontain halogen elements, which, once ignited, emanate toxic and potentially carcinogenic substances, along with toxic gasesand smoke, polluting the environment, damaging the biota, and threatening human health. Here, we report a strategy to obtaina halogen-free, intrinsically flame-retardant PVC bio-plasticizer that harnesses the phenolic hydroxyl of naturally occurringcardanol and covalent attachment of an organophosphate moiety. When combined with di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP),the organophosphate-containing cardanol is qualified as a co-plasticizer, while endowing the PVC materials with flameretardancy. Unlike inorganic flame-retardants, the engineered cardanol is compatible with PVC such that the mechanicalproperties of the PVC materials are not compromised. The rationale underlying the present effort may provide guidance fordeveloping sustainable alternatives to halogen-containing plasticizers to address the sustainability challenge now confrontingPVC industry.
A Tabu Heuristic for Multi-Trip Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows

Vehicle Routing Problems (VRP) arise in many real-life applications within transportation and logistics. This paper describes a novel tabu search heuristic methodology for the Muilt-Trip Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows(MTVPTW). Unlike the classical vehicle routing problem, the MTVPTW permits vehicles to make multiple trips and from a central depot within a given time duration to serve(pick up/ delivery) a number of customers, each customer must be done within a time window; the drivers’ schedules must respect the maximum legal travelling time and minimum legal waiting time; the unloading time is considered. We present results of our algorithm on standard data sets such as solomon data and outline plans to improve upon these solutions.
Fuzzy self-tuning PID control of MC<sup>3</sup> LLC resonant LED drivers

An MC<sup>3</sup> LLC resonant light-emitting diode (LED) driver is a multi-channel constant current (MC<sup>3</sup>) output solution based on LLC resonance. Through an effective combination of multiple transformers and a DC block capacitor, this driver allows constant current outputs in multiple channels when the LED channels are unbalanced. This study considers a fuzzy self-tuning proportional integral derivative (PID) control strategy that allows for the self-tuning of PID parameters according to fuzzy inference rules designed using the relationship between the current gain and the switching frequency. Thus, when LED channels are unbalanced, the system allows a constant current output for each of the channels and controls the input voltage disturbances well. Simulation and experimental verifications are carried out, and a 20 W 4-channel constant current power supply design based on LLC resonance is obtained for the LED driver. This realizes soft-switching of the switching device, which reduces system loss and improves system efficiency. Moreover, the adjustment time of the proposed method is half that of fixed-parameter control methods, and the overshoot of the proposed method is smaller than that of fixed-parameter control methods. When compared with PID controllers with fixed parameters, the proposed method is more robust. When a system is disturbed, it recovers faster and has a smaller range of current fluctuation with the proposed method.

<P>Two p-type conjugated polymers with disparate optical and electronic properties, PB3T and PB2T, were developed and applied in fullerene-free polymer solar cells (PSCs). The photovoltaic performance of the PB3T-based PSC device processed by anisole achieved a high power conversion efficiency of 11.9% with a <I>J</I>sc of 18.8 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> and <I>V</I>oc of 1.00 V.</P>

본 연구의 목적은 최근 미국 내에서 교육 개혁의 한 방편으로 공립학교 학생들에게 교복을 착용하도록 하는 도시가 증가함에 따라 교복 정책에 대한 여론은 찬반론이 교차하고 있고, 이를 뒷받침 할 연구는 부족하여 교복 착용에 관련된 요인들간의 관계를 알아보아 교육정책에 제안하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 미국 미네소타 주, 도심 지역의 세 남녀 공학 고등학교를 대상으로 조사되었다. 세 고등학교는 학교 의복 착용에 대한 서로 다른 규율을 갖고 있었다. School R은 학교에서 지정한 교복만을 착용 해야 하는 규율을 갖고 있고 School F는 학생들에게 학교가 선정한 색상에 일치하는 의복을 통학복 으로 입을 수 있도록 한 매우 유동적인 교복 정책을 갖고 있었다. School N은 특정한 학교 교복은 없고 학생들에게 통학복 착용에 대한 규율은 있었다. 세 학교의 학부모, 교사, 학생을 대상으로 한 연구 결과는 부모, 교사는 교복 착용이 학생들의 행동에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 인지한 반면 학생들은 전체적으로 그렇지 않다는 태도를 보였다. 학생들에게 선호도가 높은 교복은 School F의 교복 처럼 통학복에 색상 제한을 하는 약간은 자유로운 형태로 나타났으며 해당 학교 학생들의 교복에 대한 만족도 또한 높게 나타났다. 교복을 입지않는 School N의 학부모들은 학생들 통학복에 대한 지출이 다른 두 학교 부모 보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교복을 착용한 경험이 오래된 학생일수록 교복 착용에 더 긍정적인 관점을 보인 것으로 보아 미국 내에서의 교복 정책은 초등학교부터 실시하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 받아 들여진다.
