        K 강선 및 긴장대 강선을 이용한 원위 쇄골 제 2형 골절의 치료

        목 적: 쇄골 윈위부 제 Ⅱ형 골절의 치료에 있어 견봉 쇄골 관절을 통과하지 않고 직접 골편을 고정시키는 K 강선 및 긴장대 강선을 이용한 고정술로 치료한 환자에서 임상 결과를 후향적으로 분석하여 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2000년 5월부터 2001년 5월까지 쇄골 원위부 제 Ⅱ형 골절로 관혈적 정복술 및 K 강선 및 긴장대 강선을 이용한 고정술을 실시한 12례 중 최소 1년 이상 추시가 가능한 11례를 대상으로 하였다. 임상적 평가를 위해 최종 추시에서 변형된 견관절 기능 평가법을 사용하여 결과를 분석하였고 골유합 상태, 합병증, 견관절 운동범위를 측정하였다. 결 과: 전례에서 골유합을 얻었으며, 수술 후 골 유합까지의 기간은 평균 10주 (8~12주)였다. 최종 추시 상 견관절의 운동범위는 모두 정상 소견이었고, 변형된 견관절 기능 평가상 우수 9례, 양호 2례였다. 결 론: 쇄골 원위부 제 Ⅱ형 골절에서 K 강선 및 긴장대 강선을 이용한 고정술은 좋은 치료 방법 중 하나로 사료된다. Purpose: This is retrospective study to analyze the clinical results of the usefulness of K-wires and tension band wiring that fix the fracture fragment directly without passing the acromioclavicular joint in distal clacivle type Ⅱ fractures. Materials and Methods: From May 2000 to May 2001, eleven patients with distal clavicle type Ⅱ fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with K-wires and tension band wiring. The clinical results were analyzed according to modified shoulder rating scale for distal clavicle freacture. Radiological union, complication, and range of motion of the shoulder were assessed. Results: All fractures were united at 10 weeks (8~12 weeks) in average. Finally, full range of motion of the shoulder joint was achieved in all patients. No complication was found and the modified shoulder rating scale for distal clavicle fracture were as follows: excellent 9 and good 2. Conclusion: K-wires and tension band wiring can be a good treatment method for distal clavicle type Ⅱ fractures.

      • 들깨의 量的形質에 관한 遺傳分析

        多收性 및 葉菜用 들깨 品種育成을 위하여 國內 在來種들깨 40種을 蒐集供試하여 10個 形質에 대한 遺傳力 및 遺傳相關, 經路係數를 推定함으로서 效率的인 選拔을 위한 基礎資料를 얻고져 本 試驗을 實施하엿던 바 몇가지 結果를 얻었기에 이를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 들깨의 10個 形質에서 有傳力은 成熟日數, 葉面積이 높았고 子房數, 節數 및 株當種實重等은 낮게 評價되었다. 2. 分枝數와 稈長 및 節數와 稈長은 正의 相關이 認定되었고, 1,000粒重과 花房數는 負의 遺傳相關이 認定되었다, 3. 遺傳力과 遺傳相關을 동시에 고려할때, 葉菜用들깨는 少節大粒種 系統의 選拔이 有望할 것이며 多收性으로는 花房數가 많고 長稈大粒種 系統을 選拔하는 것이 效率的이라 생각된다. 4. 各 形質이 收量에 미치는 直接效果는 化房數, 1,000粒重, 稈長의 順이였고 稈長은 直接效果보다 花房數, 1,000粒重 增加에 의한 間接的으로 收量에 影響을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to obtain effective breeding information on high grain yield and high leaf yield of 40 native perilla varieties with genetic parameters; heritability, genotypic correlation and path coefficient. The results obtained were summarized as follow; 1. Heritabilities of characters involved in maturation period and leaf area among ten characters used were relatively higher than those of the other ones. On the other, the heritabilities of characters involved in number of ovary, number of branches and grain yield per plant were relatively lower that those of the other ones. 2. There were positive genotypic correlations between number of branches and culm height., and between number of nodes and culm height. On the contrary, a negative correlation betwen two characters of 1000 grain weight and number of flower clusters was shown. 3. As results of heritability and genotypic correlation analyses, it was recommended that for high grain yield of perilla plant type with characters of relatively less nodes and larger seeds should be selected. Also it was thought that for vegetable perilla, the plant type with relatively more flower clusters, longer culm height and larger seeds should be selscted. 4. According to analysis of path coefficent, direct effect values of characters involved in flower cluster number, 1000 grain weight and culm height on the grain yield per plant lowered in the other mentioned above, showing that the effect of the culm height had indirect influence on the yield by increases of flower cluster number and 1000 grain weight.

        그라비아 인쇄업 근로자의 톨루엔 노출수준과 신경행동기능 평가

        목적 : 고농도의 톨루엔에 노출될 가능성이 있는 그라비아 인쇄 사업장 5개소를 전정하여 톨루엔 노출 수준과 신경행동학적 기능을 평가하였다. 방법 : 톨루엔의 노출수준을 평가하기 위하여 기중 톨루엔 농도와 요중 마뇨산 농도를 측정하였고 신경행동학적 기능을 평가하기 위하여 컴퓨터 신경행동검사(BARS-K)를 실시하여 147명의 비노출군과 비교하였다. 신경행동검사는 숫자외우기(정순, 역순), 단순반응시간, 손가락 두드리기(우수, 열수), 부호 숫자 짝짓기, 선택주의력(맞은수)에 대해 시행하였다. 결과 : 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 5개 사업장을 대상으로 측정한 기중 톨루엔의 평균 노출수준은 56.7(GSD60.9) ppm 이었고 사업장별 기중 톨루엔 평균농도는 10.5(GSD5.9)~181.9(GSD17.7)ppm로서 사업장에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 100 ppm을 초과하여 노출된 근로자수는 10명이었다. 2. 5개 사업장을 대상으로 측정한 요중 마뇨산의 평균 농도는 1.87(GSD2.06) g/g creatinine 이었고 사업장별 요중 마뇨산 평균농도는 0.31(GSD0.11)~5.14(GSD0.55) g/g creatinine 으로 나타났으며 노동부에서 제시한 요중 마뇨산의 노출한계인 2.5 g/g creatinine를 초과한 근로자수는 14명이었다. 3. 기중 톨루엔 농도와 요중 마뇨산 농도의 상관관계는 r=0.899(p<0.01)로서 유의한 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 신경행동검사(BARS-K)의 각 검사항목에 대하여 혼란변수의 영향을 통제한 후에도 숫자외우기(정순), 두드리기(우수, 열수), 선택주의력(맞은수) 검사에서 톨루엔 노출군과 비노출군 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 5. 노출군만을 대상으로 연령, 교육정도, 근무기간, 컴퓨터친숙도, 음주 등의 혼란변수를 통제하였을 때 숫자외우기(역순) 검사만이 톨루엔 노출수준에 따라 유의하게 저하되는 검사항목이었고 두드리기(우수) 검사와 선택주의력(맞은수) 검사는 톨루엔 노출수준보다 연령이나, 음주에 의해 더 많이 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 나머지 검사항목들의 경우 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수가 없었다. 결론 : 이상의 결과로 그라비아 인쇄 사업장의 근로자는 허용기준 내외의 비교적 높은 농도의 톨루엔에 노출되고 있으며, 톨루엔을 포함하는 유기용제 노출로 인한 신경행동학적 수행능력의 저하를 발견할 수 있었다. Objectives: The aims of this study were to investigate the occupational exposure level to toluene among rotogravure printers and neurobehavioral effects among them. Methods: Fifty rotogravure printers and 147 controls participated in this study. Environmental and biological monitoring was performed for the investigation of toluene expo- sure level, and neurobehavioral performance test were performed by using the Behavioral Assessment and Research System with Korean language instructions(J3ARS-K). Results: The major results were as follows; 1. Geometric mean toluene concentrations in the ambient air of 5 rotogravure printing work- places were 10.5 (GSD 5.9)-1181.9 (GSD 17.7), with a grand total of 56.7 (GSD60.9) ppm. 2. The geometric mean urinary hippuric acid level for rotogravure printers of 5 workplaces were 0.31 (GSD 0.11)-5.14 (GSD 0.55), with the grand total of 1.87 (GSD 2.06) g/g creatinine. 3. There was a linear correlation between hippuric acid levels in urine and the exposed toluene in air: urine hippuric acid (g/g creatinine)=0.03 toluene (ppm) + 0.15 ( ~ 0 . 8 9 9 , ~-4.01, n=50). 4. After adjustment for confounders, significant associations were found between toluene exposure and Digit span forwards, Digit span backwards, Tapping preferred hand, Symbol digit and Selective attention trials. Conclusions: 1. Rotogravure printers were occupationally exposed to relatively high concentration to toluene. and their neurobehavioral performances were decreased. 2. The BARS neurobehavioral testing program, which minimizes the use of text in the instructions, was very effective in overcoming the cultural barriers in neurobehavioral testing.

        It is reported as follows that atmosphere environment of the outskirts of Pusan was investigated both by artificial establishment soil and sampling treatment of rainfall and from data of investigation of Nak-dong river department of environmental management. 1. The acidity of each area and monthly rainfall are normally acidrain with acidity. 2. The acid rainfalls effects of soil treatment is, at early stage, of litter variation. 3. The air pollution of NO, of the central part of a Pusan is more intensive that of the outskirts of Pusan city.

      • 公害 指標植物 들깨의 GAS 障害에 관한 硏究

        本 試驗은 1992年 4月부터 日本 三重大學生物資源學部 實驗圃場에서 公害에 비교적 약한 것으로 알려진 들깨(Perilla flutescens)의 6品種을 供試作物로 하여 1ppm, 0.5ppm 및 0.1ppm 등 낮은 濃度의 SO₂ gas를 開花結實期에 間歇的으로 20時間 處理하여 公害 地表植物로서의 利用 可能性이 있는지에 관한 試驗으로서 다음과 같은 몇가지 結果를 얻었다. 1.SO₂ gas 處理에 있어서 濃度 1ppm까지 에서는 葉綠素를 비롯한 莖徑, 穗數 및 光合成能力 等 거의 全 調査項目에서 有意性이 인정되었고, 0.5ppm 處理에 있어서도 葉綠素, 草長, 節數 및 穗數 等에서 有意性이 있었다. 2.SO₂ gas 處理에 따른 油脂含有率이나 脂肪酸 造成에 관한 差異는 없었다. 3.品種間에 있어서는 金海在來 및 紫蘇가 SO₂ gas에 대한 반응이 큰 品種으로 나타났다. A study was conducted to investigate useful possibility by air pollution indicator plant of perilla, and six varieties of perilla were intermittently treated during twenty hours by low concentration SO₂ gas (1ppm, 0.5ppm and 0.1ppm) in flowering and maturing stage, and this experiment was performed in Faculty of Bioresources, Mis University, Japan from April 1992. The results obtained were as follow: 1. Chlorophyll content, stem diameter, photosynthesis and almost characters were showed significant difference in SO₂ gas treatment of 1ppm concentration, and chlorophyll content, plant length, number of node and number of cluster were showed significant difference at also SO₂ gas treatment of 0.5ppm concentration. 2. In oil content and fatty acid composition, there was not showed significant difference by SO₂ gas treatment. 3. Kimhae and Andong local varieties and perillae folium were showed sensitive response about SO₂ gas treatment.

      • 工團 周邊 農耕地 土壤의 成分 變化에 관한 硏究

        溫山工業團地 造成에 따른 土壤汚染의 정도를 調査하기 위하여 1988年부터 1994年까지 7년간에 걸쳐 工團 隣近地域의 논과 밭 土壤에 대한 土壤成分의 理化學的인 變化를 調査分析한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 土壤의 pH 變化는 논과 밭 土壤 모두 每年 pH가 약간씩 減少하여 土壤 酸性化가 深化되어지고 있으며, 一部 地域에서는 pH 5.0 以下의 强酸性을 나타내는 곳도 있었다. 논 土壤의 特性變化에서는 有機物含量과 有效燐酸의 含量은 全國平均보다 낮았으며, Ca++이온과 Mg++이온의 含量은 每年 增加하는 傾向이었다. 밭 土壤의 特性變化에서도 有機物含量과 有效燐酸의 含量은 全國平均보다 낮게 나타났으며, K이온은 全體 平均이 0.85me/100g으로 全國平均 0.5m3/100g보다도 높은 含量을 보였고, Ca++이온과 Mg++이온의 含量은 每年 增加하는 傾向을 나타내었다. A study was carried out to investigate the possibility of soil pollution in Onsan Industrial Complex. Physical and chemical properties of soil were analyzed. Soil samples were collected from paddy and upland soil around the Onsan Industrial Complex between 1988 and 1994. The results were summarized up as follows: Soil acidity of paddy and upland soil was slightly decreased every year respectively. Some sampling area and showed the strong acidity which was less than pH 5.0. For the characteristics of paddy soil, the content organic matter and phosphroic acid were lower than that of Korean average. The content of Mg ++ and Ca++ were increased by degree every year. In the case of upland, the content of organic matter and phosphoric acid showed similar pattern as low as Korean average. The content of K+ was higher as the value of 0.85me/100g comparing with the Korean average, 0.5me/100g. For the Mg++ and Ca++, the contents were also increased by degree every year, respectively.

      • 인삼사포닌의 마우스 비장 임파구에 대한 면역활성

        To ellucidate immunologic activities of ginseng saponin, the splenic leukocytes of BALB/c mice were incubated in RPMI medium for 48hr with or without ginseng total saponin(GTS), and then analyzed flow cytometrically. Upto the concentration of 100㎍/㎖, GTS exherted stimulatory effect on the immune cells most prominently on B cells: the percentage of the surface Immunoglobulin (sIg) -positive cells (B cells) of the control was 47.l%, while that of GTS treated was 58.9%. The percentages of monoclonal antibody(mAb) J1j-reactive cells (T cells) were 28.8% and 3l.3%, those of mAb Gkl.5-reactive cells (CD4' T cells) were l8.5% and l9.l%, and those of mAb M1/70-reactive cells (mostly macrophages) were 4.4 and 5.0% at the concentration of 0 and 100㎍/㎖, respectively. However, at the concentration of 300㎍/㎖ or higher, GTS was found to be toxic to the immune cells especially to B cells in that the flow rate of the cells (gated viable cells) significantly decreased and the percentage of B cells droped from 58.9% to 31.2% and 25.4% at l00, 300, and 1000㎍/㎖, respectivelly. These data strongly suggests that GTS would exhert B-cell mitogen-like activity at physiological concentrations of 100㎍/㎖ or lower.

        전자근관장측정기 Root ZX의 정확도에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vitro accuracy of Root ZX(Torita Co., Japan) which is the ratio type electronic apex locator. The 86 extracted human palatal roots of maxillary molar with fully formed apices were used. File lengths with the file tip just visible at the foramen were compared to those measured with Root ZX. For length measuring with Root ZX, saline test model with which the apical 1/3 of each root was submerged into normal saline were designed. The root canal lengths were determined with Root ZX and the radiographs were taken with a file in the canal. The distances from file tips of Root ZX lengths to apecies in radiographs also were measured with Profile projector PJ311(Mitutoyo Co., Japan). The results were as follows : 1. The root canal length determined with electronic apex locator was 0.78±0.53 mm shorter than the length with visual measurement. 2. The file tip of Root ZX lengths was located at 0.85±0.49 mm away from the apex in radiograph. 3. The accuracy of the Root ZX was 79.1% within 0.5mm of visual working length and 96.5% within 1.0mm.

      • 목초액의 엽면살포가 선학초(Agrimonia pilosa L.)의 종자수량에 미치는 영향

        Agrimonia pilosa L. has been used as a medicinal plant in traditional folk remedy, and it shows inereasing tendency at various sections such as medicine-making material, functional food, and agricultural chemicals using plant or extract. The treatment was 400times solution(50㎖), 600times solution(33.3㎖), 800times solution(25㎖), 1,000times solution(20㎖) and 1,200times solution(16.7㎖) level with foliar application of wood extraction in Agrimonia pilosa L. The results obtained through these experiments were summarized as follows; plant height, stem number, leaves was increased with 800times solution(25㎖) foliar application of wood extraction. Among foliar application of wood vinergar soution diluted by 800-1,200 times was most effective considering growth and yield as compared other dilutions and control plot.

      • 맥주맥 F_1세대의 조합능력 검정

        맥주맥의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 8개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였는데 간장, 수장, 망장, 간직경, 곡핍폭, 1수립수 1000립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 진양보리가 간장에서 부(-)이고, 삼도보리가 수장·망장·간직경·1000립중에서, 사천6호가 망장과 간직경에서, 진광보리가 곡립장에서, 두산29호가 곡립폭·1수립수·1000립중에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 수장은 두산29호×두산8호 조합이, 망장은 진양보리×두산29호 조합이, 간직경은 사천6호×진광보리 조합이, 곡립장은 진양보리×두산8호 조합이, 곡립폭은 진광보리×두산8호 조합이, 1수립수는 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 1000립중은 사천6호×두산8호 조합 및 두산29호×두산8호 조합이 각각 정으로 높았고, 간장은 삼도보리×진광보리 조합이 부로서 높았다. RCA효과에서 수장은 두산8호×남향보리 조합이, 망장은 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 간직겨은 사천6호×진양보리 조합이, 곡립장은 사천6호×진광보리 조합이, 곡립폭은 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 1수립수는 사천6호×두산29호 조합이, 1000립중은 진양보리×두산29호 조합이 각각 정으로 높았고, 간장은 사천6호×두산29호 조합이 부로서 높았다. Seven barley varieties in F_1 generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for eight characters, i.e., culm length, spike length, awn length, culm diameter, grain length, grain width, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight. Data for F_1 hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. mean squares of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA) and reciprocal combining ability(RCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of GCA were higher than those of SCA and RCA in culm length, spike length, awn length, culm diameter, grain width, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight. Variety Dusan#29 showed the highest GCA effect for number of grains per spike and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Samdo bori in spike length, awn length, culm diameter, 1000 grains weight, and from variety Jinkwang bori I grain length, from Dusan#29 in grain width, umber of grains per spike, 1000 grains weight. Also Jinyang bori showed negatively high GCA effect in culm length. In SCA effects, hybrids in Jinyang bori × Samdo bori were exhibited positively high for number of grains per spike and high SCA effects for 1000 grins weight were found positively in Sacheun#6×Dusan#8 and Dusan#29×Dusan#. In RCA effects, hybrids in Sacheun#6×Dusan#29 were exhibited positively high for number of grains per spike and high RCA effects for 1000 grains weight were found positively in Jinyang bori×Dusan#29.
