        저자들은 56세 여성 환자의 왼쪽 쇄골 하 정맥에 시행한 이식형 약제주입기 카테터의 삽입 후 발생한 비정상 위치에 대한 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 카테터의 끝은 환자의 늘 어진 가슴, 체위, 신체의 움직임, 카테터의 유동성 등의 영향으로 천자된 정맥 내에서 견인되고 뒤쪽으로 이동하였다. 환자는 어떠한 증상도 호소하지 않았지만 비정상 위치의 카테터는 심각한 합병증을 유발할 수 있기 때문에 제거되었다. 따라서 시술자는 약제주입기 삽입 전에 환자의 신체 상태와 단순 흉부 촬영상을 확인하고 카테터의 비정상 위치가 발생할 수 있는 위험 징후를 알아차려야 하겠다.

        점화시기 및 당량비 변화에 따른 CNG기관의 성능 및 배출가스에 관한 연구

        Research on the development of CNG dedicated en dine that has important meaning both as a clean fuel and an alterna-tive energy to reduce the exhaust emission horn diesel engine are actively going on these days. In this study, in order to present the direction and application of CNG engine, we tested the CNG engine performance experimented by changing the parameters such as ignition timing, equivalent ratio. The engine performance and exhaust emission were measured by engine performance mode at maximum load condition with increasing the rpm in the range of 1,000∼2,200rpm. Also, the testing engine was heavy-duty CNG dedicated engines with displacement of 11,050cc.

        SC 합성 기둥-철골 보 접합부의 내진성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        Steel-concrete composite column is a recently developed composite system, in which the two opposite flanges of H-shape section are connected by welded links, and vacant space enclosed by the flanges, web and links is filled with concrete. The purposes of this paper are to suggest efficient moment-connection details for SC composite column system and to verify their seismic performance. Two types of SC composite column-steel beam connections were proposed; one for strong axis of column and the other for weak axis of column. Cyclic loading tests for two full-scaled specimens were performed according to the standard loading history of SAC(2000). Moment-connection detail for strong axis of column showed sufficient seismic performance required for SMRF(special moment resisting frame). However, connection detail for weak axis of column exhibited inferior seismic performance than that for strong axis of column, which satisfied the requirements for OMRF(ordinary moment resisting frame). Additional studies are needed to increase elastic stiffness and seismic performance of connection detail for weak axis of SC composite column.

      • 분광학적 방법에 의한 이소니트로소벤조일아세톤의 코발트(Ⅲ) 및 팔라듐(Ⅱ) 착물의 구조

        Isonitrosobenzoylacetone is particularly interesting, as the isonitroso group has two potentially coordinating sites which can compete with the carbonyl groups in forming bonds with the metal ions. In this paper tris(isonitrosobenzoylacetonato)cobalt(III) and bis(isonitrosobenzoylacetonato) palladium(II) have been prepared, and their structures have been investigated. Spectroscopic studies lead to the conclusion that the both complexes do not contain an OH group in the chelated five-membered ring structure in which the ligand coordinates to metal through oxygen of the acetyl group and nitrogen of the isonitroso group. The coordination manner of this ligand is similar to that of isonitrosoacetylacetone obtained by Haldar et al.^(3)(4) Very weak intramolecular hydrogen bonding of the free ligand is indicated by nmr and ir spectra.

      • Bi-계 고온 초전도 선재의 Jc향상에 관한 연구((II)

        Powder in tube 방법과 pressing 및 소결의 혼합공정의 반복법을 이용하여 Ag로 피복된 Bi(Pb)-Sr-Cu-O선재를 만드는데 있어서 2223상의 서로 다른 두가지 분말을 사용하였다. 보다 낮은 2223상을 함유하는 분말을 사용해서 만든 선재는 77.3K와 OT에서 Jc가 1*10⁴A/㎠임을 보여주었다. 두 선재의 XRD patterns의 비교, 미세구조, 전기적 성질에 의해서 얻어진 결과는 소량의 2212상의 존재와 최종 pressing후 소결 과정 동안 얻어진 Ca, Cu-rich액상을 형성하는 상은 잘 배열된 2223상의 입자들간의 향상된 결합과 pressing공정 중에 생긴 미세균열의 제거는 치밀한 미세조직과 높은 Jc를 나타내었다. Two powders different in the 2223 phase content were used to prepare Ag-sheathed Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O tapes by using the power-in-tube method and a repitation of the combined process of pressing and sintering. The tapes prepared using the power with lower 2223 phase content showed a Jc of 1*10⁴A/㎠ at 77.3K and O T. The results obtained by comparing XRD patterns, micromorphology, electrical properties in both tapes, indicated that the presence of a little amount of 2212 phase and Ca, Cu-rich liquid forming phase during the sintering after the final pressing is critical in connecting and eliminating the well aligned 2223 phase grains and microcracks induced by the pressing process, respectively, resulting in a highly densified morphology and a high Jc.

      • 맥반석의 물리화학적 특성 : 수안보 맥반석을 중심으로

        The factory wastes, polluted air and water by a industrial development have been contaminated our living environment in the change processing to join the ranks of advenced countries. In order to improve this environment using the Makban-stone which known to be useful in human body, the experiment of mineralogical property survey and heavy metal adsorption is done. Summarized results are as follows : 1. The major minerals of the Makban-stone through microscopic survey and X-ray diffraction analysis are quartz, plagioclase, microcline, amphibole, and biotite : minor minerals are chlorite, epidote, sericite, montmorillonite, and opaque minerals. 2. The Makban-stone is similar to the samples from Japan, according to chemical component survey, and compared with domestic granite, it shows that the content of SiO₂ is low, and the content of Al₂O₃ high. 3. According to the SEM analysis, most of feldspars have so many pores ranging 1∼10μ, and the shape of pores is a cylindrical one ranging 7∼14A˚. The result of an opening volume measurement by particle analysis is shown that the pores have very good structures needed to be adsorpted. 4. Regardless of pH value, it is confirmed that the Makban-stone absorbed heavy metals(Cd^2+, Zn^2+, Pb^2+, Cu^2+, and Cr^6+). 5. The adsorption of heavy metals by the Makban-stone quoted the Freundlich's isotherm equation. A inclination of Pb, Zn, and Cd, by the least-square methods is 0.2, 0.068, and 0.37, but Cr and Cu with inclination more than 2 cannot use for absorbent.

        조명광원의 색온도와 조도 및 스펙트럼 측정

        The peak wavelength and temperatures of W-Halogen standard light source were measured by using the modified Wien's Law. In the case of graybody, the emissivity ε should be taken into account in using the Wien's Law. In the experiment, PDA spectroscope was used for the measurement of peak wavelength of intensity distribution of spectrum. As the current of light source increases from 5A to 7.4A, the peak wavelength of intensity distribution of the spectrum decreased from 717nm to 690nm, and temperature increased from 3127K to 3330K. Illuminations of three-wavelength lamps and light source were also measured. It was found that irradiation spectrum of those three-wavelength lamps are not coincident to blue(450nm), green(550nm) and red(610nm).

      • Bi-계 고온초전도 선재의 Jc 향상에 관한 연구(Ⅰ)

        Ag가 피복된 Bi-계 고온 초전도 선재의 임계전류밀도(Jc)향상을 위하여 분말 충진법과 아울러 압연과 소결의 혼합공정의 반복법을 사용하였다. 선재에서 높은 Jc를 얻기 위한 요인으로는 높은 고온상(Bi-2223상)분율, 방향화된 미세조직, 입계에선의 강한 결합, 미립의 비 초전도상의 균일한 분포등이다. 압연을 통하여 유된 입자의 방향적 배열화에 의하여 weak-link는 상당히 제거될 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 가장 높은 Jc는 77K와 OT에서 6,350 A/cm²의 값이었다. In order to improve the critical current density(Jc)by obtaining well grain-aligned morphology, Ag-sheathed Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting tapes were prepared using the powder-in-tube method and a repeatition of the combined process of rolling and sintering. Key factors for obtaining high Jc in the tapes are known to be high content of hegh-Tc phase(Bi-2223 phase), well grain-aligned morphology, good bonding at grain boundaries and uniform dispersion of nonsuperconducting particles. The weak-links could be considerably eliminated by directional grain-alignment induced by rolling. The highest Jc obtained in the present study was 6,350 A/cm²at 77K and OT.

      • 직렬 리액터를 이용한 계통연계형 태양광 발전 시스템

        Since the residential load is an AC load and the output of solar cell is a DC power, the photovoltaic system needs the DC/AC converter to utilize solar cell. In case of driving to interact with utility line, in order to operate at unity power factor, converter must provide the sinusoidal wave current and voltage with same phase of utility line. Since output of solar cell is greatly fluctuated by insolation, it is necessary that the operation of solar cell output in the range of the vicinity of maximum power point. In this paper, DC/AC converter is three phase PWM converter with smoothing reactor. And then, feedforward control used to obtain a superior characteristic for current control and digital PLL circuit used to detect the phase of utility line.
