      • 2015 개정 중등 교육과정에 적용된 농업생명과학 내용 분석

        The purpose of the study was to analyze the agricultural bio science related contents applied to 2015 revised national curriculum for secondary education. To achieve the purpose of the study, the literature research method was utilized. The target subjects to investigate for the study were the ‘Technology·Home Economics’ for middle school and high school and ‘Creative Experienves and Activities’. As a result of study, the agricultural bio science contents criteria was set up as the 2015 revised national curriculum. The agricultural bio science contents analysis reference was used from the result of Huh(2008)’s research. Frinally the agricultural bio science contents were investigated and analyzed. The conclusions of the study were as follows; First, in the 2015 revised national curriculum for secondary education, the agricultural bio science contents were contained in ‘Technology·Home Economics’ for middle school and high school and ‘Creative Experienves and Activities’ and they were matched with all of the agricultural literacy references except the ‘value and safety in food’. Second, in the 2015 revised national curriculum for secondary education, the agricultural bio science contents were not much enough quantatatively and qualitatively compare to the agricultural bio science contents for elementary school education in 2015 revised national curriculum. 이 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정에 근거하여 중학교 및 고등학교 교육에 이르기까지 농업생명과학 내용을 분석하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 사용된 연구 방법 은 문헌연구였다. 이 연구에서 조사되는 농업생명과학 내용의 대상 교과는 중학교와 고등학교 의 ‘기술·가정’ 교과와 ‘창의적 체험활동’이었다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서의 농업생명과학 내용 을 조사하는 기준으로는 교육과정 내용 제시의 형식을 그대로 차용하였으며, 교육과정에 제시 된 농업생명과학에 대한 교육의 내용을 분석하기 위한 틀은 허영준(2008)에 의해 연구된 농업 문해 내용 연구 결과에 의해 개발된 것을 사용하였다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 2015 개정 중등학교 교육과정의 ‘기술·가정’과 ‘창의적 체험활동’에 포함된 농업생명과 학 내용은 ‘농식품의 가치와 안전성’을 제외한 모든 농업문해의 내용영역이 포함되어 있다. 둘째, 2015 개정 중등학교 교육과정에서 이루어지는 농업생명과학 내용의 양과 질은 2015 개 정 초등학교 교육과정에서 이루어지는 농업생명과학 내용의 양과 질에 비하여 많이 부족하다.

        서울지역 식품영양전공·비전공대학생의 골밀도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the bone density of food and nutrition major and non-major university students in Seoul area. Data for food habits, dietary and health-related behavior were obtained by self administered questionnaires. BQI(bone quality index) of the subjects were measured by Quantitative Ultrasound (QUS). The results are summarized as follows: The average height, weight, BMI and osteopenia percentage of the major and non-major male and female student were 174.49㎝, 67.05㎏, 21.96 and 22.0%, 174.34㎝, 65.98㎏, 21.69 and 11.8%; 160.76㎝, 54.48㎏, 21.07 and 40.0%; 161.30㎝, 54.22㎏, 20.84 and 40.2%, respectively. The BQI of the major and non-major subjects were 108.07 and 110.47 in male student group, and 89.13, 88.18 in female student group, respectively. The T-score and Z-score of bone density of the subjects were not significantly different. Weight and BMI were positively related with BQI in male and female group but the relationship with BMI tended to be stronger in non-major female group than other groups. BQI was positively affected by exercise time, favorite food, and intake of seafood and tea in major and non-major male student group. One-side eating habit and intake of instant foods were negatively related with BQI in both male groups. In major and non-major female student group, exercise time, meal regularity, favorite food, amount of meal, intake of tofu were related with BQI positively and intake of tea and/or meats negatively. The result of this study revealed that desirable food habits, dietary behavior and health-related lifestyle may have a beneficial effect on bone density. They need practically and systematically organized nutrition education on optimum body weight, good eating habits, weight bearing exercise and intakes of good quality nutrient for higher bone density level.

      • 시골 지역 청원에서 관측한 이산화황 농도의 변동 경향 특성

        We analyzed hourly integrated measurements of SO₂ concentrations obtained from a rural monitoring site located in Chongwon, Korea to investigate the characteristics of temporal variations during the period from 1994 to 2001. The annual, seasonal, and diumal variations of observed SO₂ concentrations are discussed and the characteristics of rural concentration variations are addressed associated with the effects of meteorological variables such as wind speed, wind directions and temperature. The results indicate that the annual variation of mean SO₂ concentrations show a significantly decreasing trend and the amplitude of monthly variations are also found to decrease with time. The diumal variations of SO₂ concentrations show maximum in the morning around at 0800-1000 LST and secondary maximum at around 1900-2100 LST, but the amplitude of diumal variation of SO₂ concentration has decreased. Although the urban and industrial cities such as Chongju are located in the eastern part of Khangnae, Chongwon, the analyzed result in association with wind directions shows that relatively lower SO₂ concentrations are found in the directions of ENE rather than WSW cases. This is implying the importance of topography located in south-north direction over the eastern Chongwon area where a blocking of air pollutants from the eastern emission area plays a certain role on the characteristics of SO₂ levels in Chongwon. On the other hand the SO₂ concentrations from the WSW-W area (i.e., Daejun and Chochiwon) are found to be relatively higher than from other directions due to more effective medium and large scale transport of pollutions from upstream regions.

      • 녹농균 외독소에 반응하는 단일클론항체의 생산과 특성

        Exotoxin A from Pseudomonas aeruginosa is known to be the most lethal and the most extensively studied product among its virulence factors. Hybridomas secreting monoclonal antibodies against exotoxin A from Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA 103 were derived from the fusion of myeloma cell with spleen cells from mice immunized with purified exotoxin A. Total of 582 hybridomas were screened and selected by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Among these 39 clones positive for binding to exotoxin A were obtained and fusion-specific efficiency was turned out to be 6.7%. All antibody isotypes were represented (immunoglobulins G, and M) as determined by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Hybridomas were selected and cloned by limiting dilution and agarose methods, obtaining 1 IgG? and 11IgG? clones. The specificity of the monoclonal andtidodies for exotoxin A was demonstrated by the immunoblotting technique. They bound 66kilodalton (KDa) exotoxin band and 45KDa fragment B portion. The protective ability of anti-exotoxin A monoclonal antibody was demonstrated in vitro by toxin neutralization. Ascitic fluid of monoclonal antibody producing hybridoma was able to neutralize at maximum 100 dilution to CHO cell cytotoxicity by 2ng of Pseudomonas ceruginosa exotoxin A and 60% increase in survival rate has been obtained through passive immunization by using anti-exotoxin A monoclonal antibody (IgG?) in mice injected 300ng of exotoxin A. And its in vivo and in vitro protective activities were appeared to reside in tis selective affinity and specificity to fragment B of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A.

        초등 실과 교사에게 필요한 자질의 교육 요구도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the educational needs of the competences of practical arts subject teachers for elementary school. The needs of teachers were calculated by using the Borich's Needs Assessment Model. The population for the study was elementary school teachers in Taegu and Kyoung-Puk areas, and a sample of 190 teachers were drawn randomly. To collect the data, a questionnaire was developed by researcher. The mail survey method was used to collect data and the return rate was 96.8%. The SPSS 7.5 for Windows was employed to calculate statistics. The reliabiability of the instruments was 0.9798 for the needs scale of the competences and was 0.9734 for the current competences scale calculated by Cronbach's homogeneity coefficient alpha. Based upon the findings of the study, the most needed competences for the practical arts subject teachers were various teaching planning, using teaching method, using assessment results, developing and inputting of learning materials, and effective learning surrounding. And the general competences for elementary school teachers were 6higher than the practical arts subject teachers. The most needed competences for practical arts subject teachers were using computer and career education.

      • 청소년 사이버 성상담에서 나타난 임신, 피임에 대한 질문 분석

        본 연구는 사이버 성상담 중 임신과 피임에 대한 질문내용을 분석하고 상담자 반응의 일치도를 알아봄으로써, 청소년 사이버 성상담을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 가족 아카데미아에서 운영하는 WWW.ahsex.org의 e-mail 상담 중 2001년, 2002년의 임신/피임 영역 질문 1,687건을 인지적 측면, 정서적 측면, 의사결정유형, 상대에 대한 평가, 자신에 대한 평가, 성경험 빈도 등의 범주로 나누어 분석하고, 상담자 답변 100건을 분석하여 상담자의 반응이 이용자의 질문에 어느 정도 부합하는지 알아보았다. 첫째, 임신/피임 영역의 이용자는 고등학생, 대학생, 중학생 순이었다. 여학생이 남학생보다 이용률이 높았으며 남학생 질문자의 비율은 고등학생보다 대학생이 높았다. 둘째, 임신/피임 영역 질문내용의 인지적 측면을 분석한 결과 성관계 후 임신여부, 임신테스트 약의 구입과 사용법, 낙태방법, 피임방법의 순으로 관심이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 정서적인 측면에서는 질문자의 반 이상이 ‘불안과 두려움, 살기 힘틀다’고 호소해, 성관계 후 청소년들의 정서상태가 매우 불안정함을 알 수 있었다. 자신에 대한 평가는 주로 ‘부끄럽다, 후회스럽다, 바보 같다’ 등의 표현이 많이 나왔고, 상대에 대한 평가는 원망보다는 걱정이 많이 나왔다. 성경험 빈도에서는 첫 경험보다 두 번 이상의 성경험이 두 배 이상 많았다. 셋째, 임신/피임에 대한 상담자의 반응분석에서, 인지적인 측면에서의 반응 일치도는 아주 높게 나용 반면 정서적 표현, 의사결정유형, 자신에 대한 평가, 상대에 대한 평가 부분의 상담자 반응 일치도는 낮게 나왔다.

        탈아세틸화된 키틴이 백서 창상치유능에 미치는 영향

        Chitin and chitosan, polysaccharides made up of polymeric N-acetly glucosamine and D-glucosamine, are widely found in nature, forming the skeletons of crustaceans and insects, as well as the components of bacteria cell walls. Chitin and chitosan have been known to have many useful biological properties such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, antimicrobial activity, and wound healing. There properties have been known to be different depending on the degree of deacetylation of chitin, but it has not yet been fully evaluated. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the wound healing effect by the degree of deacetylation. Full-thickness skin incision was made on the backs of Sprague-Dawley rats. Three concentrations of powder, comprising 90% chitin, 50% chitin and 10% chitin, were separately embedded in the wounds of 3 rat groups. The wound-breaking strength and the collagen-hydroxyproline content of the skin at the wound sites were measured and histological examination was performed at postoperative 3, 7, and 10 days. The 50% chitin group had the highest tensile strenght of all groups. But the 50% chitin and 90% chitin groups had the lowest collagen hydroxyproline levels among all groups. The wounds treated with 50% chitin powder were completely reepithelialized and granulation tissue in the wound was observed 7 days after initial wounding. The arrangement of collagen fibers in the skin was ordered and similar to normal skin The 50% chitin powder is considered to be the most efficient wound healing accelerator among different concentrations of chitin powder.

      • 운동이 Prednisolone투여 골격근에 미치는 효과 연구

        The effect of exercise on the skeletal muscle treated with prednisolone was studied by estimating the diameters of medial head of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle of the rat. The size of muscle fiber was determined by direct measuring the cross sectional diameter of dissected muscle stained by hematoxiline-eosin. The experimental rats were divided into 6 groups: control group, the exercised control group without prednisolone treatment, the exercised group with 5, 10, 15 days of prednisolone treatment and the exercised group which had 30 days of recovery period after 15 days of prednisolone treatment. The cross sectional diameters of the groups were 49.54±12.23㎛, 75.94±30.37㎛, 65.28±18.62㎛, 63.77±13.37㎛, 64.72±13.39㎛, and 77.87±14.11㎛ respectively in medial head of gastrocnemius and 50.78±12.15㎛, 64.48±13.91㎛, 60.26±14.31, 62.07±14.52㎛, 62.06±17.91㎛ and 70.98±15.82㎛, respectively in soleus. These data demonstrated that the cross sectional diameters of muscle fibers were enlarged significantly by exercise from 28.7% to over 31.8% in the medial head of gastrocnemius and 18.7% to over 23.5% in soleus muscle(p<0.001) in comparison with those of the control, but the decrement of the size was observed when the diameters were compared with those of the exercised group without prednisolone treatment (p<0.001). The increment rates were noted during the initial stage of exercise(p<0.001), but no further increases were observed during the late stage of exercise (p>0.05) urlth prednisolone treatment in both muscles.

        The application of bonded dissimilar materials to such indurstries as automobiles, aircraft, rolling stock, electronic devices and engineering stuctures is increasing gradually because these materials, compared to the homogeneous materials, have many advantages for material properties. In spite of such wide applications of bonded dissimilar materials, the evaluation method of fracture toughness on interface crack in the bonded components has not been established clearly. In this paper, the stress intensity factors were analyzed by boundary element method(BEM) for the bonded scarf joints with a crack, respectively. From static fracture experiments of the bonded scarf joints, an evaluation of fracture toughness on interface crack in the bonded components was proposed and discussed.
