Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄의 조성비에 따른 전파흡수특성에 관한 연구

This paper describes a study on absorption properties of electromagnetic wave for the composition ratio of Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄ Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄was composed of 48∼51mo1% Fe₂O₃,18~22mol% NiO and 27∼34mo1% ZnO. The sintering of the composition was carried out at 1200℃ for 2 hours. Through the experiments, it was found that the resonance phenomenon occured at low frequency range for high permeability and vice versa. In the case .of the composition of 49mo1% Fe₂O₃,20mo1% NiO and 31mo1% ZnO, the bandwidth ranged from 0. 37GHz to 0.95GHz with the absorption thickness of 10mm. Also, In the case of the composition 51mo1% Fe₂O₃, 22mo1% NiO and 27mo1% ZnO. the bandwidth ranged from 0.45GHz to 1.2GHz with the absorbtion thickness of 6mm. Therefore, it is proved that electromagnetic wave absorbers can be fabricated successfully within the bandwidth range mentioned above.

This thesis describes the effect of annealing on the magnetic properties of Co-bsaed amorphous. The basic composition of the chosen samples were Co82Si2B15 of zero magnetostriction. The sample was melted in the quartz tube with 0.5[mm∮) nozzle. and the single roll technique was used to make a amorphous ribbon, under Ar-gas pressure 0.6〔kg/cm2] and ro11 speed 28[m/sec]. The average width and thickness of sample ribbons 2.4[mm] and 45(㎛). The sample ribbons were annealed to improve the magnetic properties at temperature of 325,350,375,400 and 450℃ respectively, for 15,30,45,60 and 120 [min] at each temperature. And I have measured high per meability of 8,000∼ 13,000 through the annealed amorphous ribbons. Especially, when the amorhpous samples were annealed at 325 for 45min, the permeability of the ribbon was 13,589. Consequently. I had effects of the improvment of permeability and the average loss at the low-frequency region.

purpose: This study was conducted to describe qualitatively the entities of nurse's experiences in general hospitals and to suggest basic data guiding research on developing Standards of clinical nursing practice in Korea. Method: Fourteen nurses working at general hospitals with over 300 beds in Seoul were interviewed in-depth until saturation using tape-recorders and transcription. Result: The central theme of clinical nursing practice experienced by subjects was "being with clients" that means accepting client's personal character, solving client's needs and providing client-centered nursing. A also "being with clients" was felt to be the responsibility of nurses which was learned from their nursing schools. The nursing strategies performed in order to be with patients were proving skillful nursing techniques, accepting, educating, emotional support, advocating, and self-reflecting, the subjects experienced somewhat problematic affects such as difficulties in interpersonal relationship, work overload, negative image of nursing, deficit of self-confidence for nursing actions, poor working conditions, and unfair treatment. Nurses at the hospital practiced with pride when they felt that they were accepted by clients. Conclusion: Further research is needed to analysis problems in clinical practice and the comparison of nurses' experiences of clinical practice, with nurses' experiences in various settings.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of crude saponin fraction of black ginseng(SFBG) on atopic dermatitis in vitro. The house dust mite(Dermatophagoides pteronissinus, DP) plays a key role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases, including atopic dermatitis and asthma. Monocyte chemo-attractant protein 1(MCP-1/CCL2)/interleukin-6(IL-6)/IL-8(CXCL8) plays a pivotal role in mediating the infiltration of various cells into the skin of atopic dermatitis. We found that SFBG potently suppressed the elevated production of MCP-1, IL-6 and IL-8 induced by D. pteronissinus extract(DpE) treatment in the human monocytic cell line, THP-1 cells. Also, SFBG potently suppressed the elevated production of IL-6 and IL-8 induced by DpE treatment in the human eosinophilic cell line, EoL-1 cells. These results suggest that SFBG have an anti-atopic property, and that in future further development of main effective constituents in SFBG can provide a novel therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis.

As a nursing practice involves nurses' actions in a specific context of health care, this study has focused on exploring the espoused theories in nursing practice within the action science perspectives, Espoused theories are the belief, principles, and rationale expressed by the practitioner as guiding her/his actions in a situation of practice. The data were analysed qualitatively and 25 elements of espoused theories of nursing action were identified and clustered into 6 categories. The 25 elements of espoused theories are as follows: The clinical nurse worked in wholistic and individual nursing, focussed on the patient's needed, comfort and supportive nursing (5 theories of nursing goal) ; excellent skills, knowledge based, assessment and data collection, explaining, educating or a scientific basis(6 theories of nursing intervention): advocacy, value oriented, treatment, account- ability and commitment(4 theories of nursing ethics) ; human respect. partnership, trust(3 theories of patient-nurse relationship) : knowledgable, accumulated clinical experiences and personally lived experiences. positive perspectives(4 theories of nurse), role of intervention. rewarding peer relationship(3 theories of situations) The above mentioned espoused theories are similar to that of nursing textbooks which students learned through basic nursing education and almost the same as the Acts ofa Nurse in Korean. However, we are doubtful whether nurses actually do as they think. Therefore. it is recommended to review the theories-in-use in order to and any discrepancies between the espoused theories and the reality of nursing actions

<P>Many multicomponent protein complexes mediating diverse cellular processes are assembled through scaffolds with specialized protein interaction modules. The multi-tRNA synthetase complex (MSC), consisting of nine different aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases and three non-enzymatic factors (AIMP1–3), serves as a hub for many signaling pathways in addition to its role in protein synthesis. However, the assembly process and structural arrangement of the MSC components are not well understood. Here we show the heterotetrameric complex structure of the glutathione transferase (GST) domains shared among the four MSC components, methionyl-tRNA synthetase (MRS), glutaminyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase (EPRS), AIMP2 and AIMP3. The MRS-AIMP3 and EPRS-AIMP2 using interface 1 are bridged via interface 2 of AIMP3 and EPRS to generate a unique linear complex of MRS-AIMP3:EPRS-AIMP2 at the molar ratio of (1:1):(1:1). Interestingly, the affinity at interface 2 of AIMP3:EPRS can be varied depending on the occupancy of interface 1, suggesting the dynamic nature of the linear GST tetramer. The four components are optimally arranged for maximal accommodation of additional domains and proteins. These characteristics suggest the GST tetramer as a unique and dynamic structural platform from which the MSC components are assembled. Considering prevalence of the GST-like domains, this tetramer can also provide a tool for the communication of the MSC with other GST-containing cellular factors.</P>
A case report of a fetus with mosaic autosomal variegated aneuploidies and literature review.

<P>Mosaic variegated aneuploidy (MVA) is a recessive condition characterized by mosaic aneuploidies, predominantly trisomies and monosomies, involving multiple chromosomes and tissues. The phenotype of MVA syndrome includes severe microcephaly and growth deficiency, central nervous system anomalies, mental retardation, mild physical anomalies, and predisposition to cancer. We report a case of true fetal mosaicism for variegated aneuploidies detected in amniotic fluid cells. A 33-year-old primigravida woman at 5 weeks 1 day of gestation was referred to our tertiary hospital because of a high-risk pregnancy associated with IgA nephropathy. In a quadruple screening test performed at the 15(th) week of gestation, alpha fetoprotein was 73.4 IU/mL (2.792 MoM), suggesting that she was at high risk of neural tube defect. Following amniocentesis performed at the 17 weeks' gestation, chromosome examination of amniocyte culture showed premature chromatic separation in 63% of the metaphases (58/92) and a high frequency of gain and loss of chromosomes. Repeat amniocentesis at 21 weeks' gestation consistently showed the presence of multiple mosaic autosomal variegated aneuploidies. Ultrasonography at 21 weeks' gestation revealed relatively small head circumference for gestational age (<3%) and vermis defect, suggesting that the fetus would have microcephaly and Dandy-Walker malformation. Cytogenetic analysis with peripheral blood of the parents showed normal karyotype. In summary, we hereby report the cytogenetic analysis and prenatal findings of MVA.</P>

A total of nine Korean indigenous goats were used in a cross-over arrangement to give nine replicates per treatment, and they were housed individually assigned to 1 of 9 dietary treatments. Nine treatments were 0, 500, and 1000 ppm of quercetin supplementation in diets by mixing roughage and concentrate with different ratios (RC ratio) of 3:7 (RC 30), 5:5 (RC 50) and 7:3 (RC 70). Nutrient utilizations of dry matter, crude fat and NDF were not affected by neither RC ratio nor dietary quercetin (p>0.05), but the rate of crude protein and ADF increased in animals in RC 70 group regardless of quercetin supplementation (p<0.05). In addition, higher RC ratio increased (p<0.05) N retention and N retention rate. Total VFA, acetic acid, propionic acid, iso-butyric acid, butyric acid, iso-valeric acid and valeric acid contents were not affected (p>0.05) by dietary quercetin. Meanwhile, lower total cholesterol level exhibited in animals in RC 70 group compared to RC 30 or 50 groups, unrelated to dietary quercetin (p<0.05), however other plasma parameters were not influenced (p>0.05) by RC ratio and dietary quercetin. Our results indicated that both RC ratio and dietary quercetin may not directly affect the production indices and immune responses in Korean indigenous goat.
A report of 29 unrecorded bacterial species belonging to the phylum Bacteroidetes in Korea

Within a comprehensive, widescale investigation of indigenous prokaryotic species in Korea, 29 bacterial strains in the phylum Bacteroidetes were isolated from diverse environmental habitats that included soil, plant roots, natural caves, tidal flats, freshwater from lakes, and seawater. Based on their high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities (>99.1%) and the formation of robust phylogenetic clades with the closest type species, each strain likely belonged to an independent and predefined bacterial species. There are no publications or official reports of the isolation of these 29 species in Korea. Our study provides strong evidence that seven species in three genera in the order Cytophagales, 15 species in 13 genera in the order Flavobacteriales and seven species in five genera in the order Sphingobacteriales, all within the phylum Bacteriodetes, are new reports of bacterial species in Korea. Gram reaction, colony and cell morphology, basic biochemical characteristics, isolation source, and strain IDs are described in the species description section.
