      • A Novel Intelligent Recommendation Algorithm based on Web Data Mining Technique under the Background of Deep Neural Network

Changchun Yang,Jun Wang,Min Yuan,Chenyang Lei 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.2

The development of the Internet brought us into an era of big data information, give people bring convenient while and also make people ragged when choosing the required information and recommendation system arises at the historic moment, and get the wide attention and applications. Therefore, to enhance the traditional method, we propose a novel intelligent recommendation algorithm based on Web data mining technique under the background of the deep neural network. Firstly, we review the state-of-the-art web data mining algorithms and revise the traditional ones with the parallel data mining algorithm on the multiple processors to perform tasks that will enhance the accuracy and efficiency. Then, we analyze basic neural network model through the inner connection and weight transfer. Later, we introduce the deep network structure to enhance the traditional network. Finally, we combine the revised prior theories into the recommending tasks for enhancement. The experimental analysis show that our algorithm accuracy is enhanced by the extent of 56% and overall time is reduced to the 87% of traditional ones which proves the feasibility. Later, more optimization work will be introduced to modify the current methodology.

Ameliorative effects of atractylodin on intestinal inflammation and co-occurring dysmotility in both constipation and diarrhea prominent rats

        Changchun Yu,Yuan Lin,Yong-jian Xiong,Da-peng Chen,Yanli Li,Bin Xu,Zeyao Tang,Chunling Jiang,Li Wang 대한약리학회 2017 The Korean Journal of Physiology & Pharmacology Vol.21 No.1

Intestinal disorders often co-occur with inflammation and dysmotility. However, drugs which simultaneously improve intestinal inflammation and cooccurring dysmotility are rarely reported. Atractylodin, a widely used herbal medicine, is used to treat digestive disorders. The present study was designed to characterize the effects of atractylodin on amelioration of both jejunal inflammation and the co-occurring dysmotility in both constipation-prominent (CP) and diarrheaprominent (DP) rats. The results indicated that atractylodin reduced proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 in the plasma and inhibited the expression of inflammatory mediators iNOS and NF-kappa B in jejunal segments in both CP and DP rats. The results indicated that atractylodin exerted stimulatory effects and inhibitory effects on the contractility of jejunal segments isolated from CP and DP rats respectively, showing a contractile-state-dependent regulation. Atractylodininduced contractile-state-dependent regulation was also observed by using rat jejunal segments in low and high contractile states respectively (5 pairs of low/ high contractile states). Atractylodin up-regulated the decreased phosphorylation of 20 kDa myosin light chain, protein contents of myosin light chain kinase (MLCK), and MLCK mRNA expression in jejunal segments of CP rats and down-regulated those increased parameters in DP rats. Taken together, atractylodin alleviated rat jejunal inflammation and exerted contractile-state-dependent regulation on the contractility of jejunal segments isolated from CP and DP rats respectively, suggesting the potential clinical implication for ameliorating intestinal inflammation and co-occurring dysmotility.

Auxin signaling is involved in iron deficiency-induced photosynthetic inhibition and shoot growth defect in rice (Oryza sativa L.)

        Kaidong Liu,Runqing Yue,Changchun Yuan,Jinxiang Liu,Lei Zhang,Tao Sun,Yanjun Yang,Shuanggui Tie,Chenjia Shen 한국식물학회 2015 Journal of Plant Biology Vol.58 No.6

Iron deficiency is one of the most serious nutrient limiting factors that affect rice plant growth and photosynthesis. Several phytohormones, including auxin, participate in iron uptake and homeostasis. However, how auxin signaling is involved in iron deficiency-induced inhibition of shoot growth and photosynthetic efficiency is largely unknown. The Nipponbare (NIP) seedlings displayed typical chlorotic symptoms, biomass reduction and photosynthesis depression when subjected to iron deficiency. We measured the soluble Fe content in the shoots under different conditions. The soluble Fe content in the shoots under Fe deficiency was increased by 1-naphthoxyaceticacids (1-NOA) treatment and was decreased by 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) treatment. Blocking (1-NOA treatment) or enhancement (NAA treatment) of auxin signaling also affects photosynthetic parameters under Fe deficiency conditions. Furthermore, rice microarray data (GSE17245 and GSE39429) were used to analyze the relationship between iron deficiency responses and auxin signaling in shoots. Most iron deficiency response gene expression levels in the shoots increased under exogenous auxin treatment, and most auxin early response gene expression levels responded to iron deficiency. It suggested that there is a crosstalk between iron deficiency signaling and auxin signaling. Our results indicated that iron deciencyinduced growth inhibition and photosynthesis depression were mediated by systemic auxin signaling.

Experimental Investigation into In-plane Stability of Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Parabolic Arches Under Five-Point Concentrated Loads

        Qing Hu,Changyong Liu,Changchun Yuan,Yuyin Wang,Sumei Zhang 한국강구조학회 2020 International Journal of Steel Structures Vol.20 No.6

This paper deals with experimental investigations into in-plane stability of fi xed concrete-fi lled steel tubular (CFST) parabolic arches. Three CFST arches with the same span but diff erent rise-to-span ratios were tested under fi ve-point symmetrical concentrated loads over the full span. All applied loads were controlled in synchronization. The test results show that the test arches buckled in an antisymmetric failure mode and the section positions with the maximum deformation were slightly diff erent for three test arches. It is found that the bearing capacity of CFST arches decreased signifi cantly with the decline of rise-to-span ratios, and the outer steel tube provided signifi cant confi nement eff ects on the core concrete after the load reaches 80% of the load-carrying capacity. Moreover, comparisons between the test and fi nite element results indicate that the existing beam-element modeling method can predict the in-plane stability performance of CFST arches very well.

Influence of lead exposure on growth and transcriptome in wolf spider Pardosa laura

        Hu Lang,Wen Lelei,Wang Lieping,Zheng Cao,Yuan Zihao,Li Changchun 한국응용곤충학회 2024 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.27 No.1

As a raw material commonly used in industrial production, Pb is often found in the released waste, posing a serious threat to ecosystem and human. Pardosa laura (Araneae: Lycosidae) is one of the most dominant species of spider found in farmland ecosystem and plays a very important role in Pb transfer among the food web. To comprehensively understand the toxicological effects of Pb on spider, we delivered Pb to Pardosa laura through diet, and investigated the Pb effect on spider growth, antioxidase activities and transcriptome. Specifically, Pb hindered the spider growth and resulted in a reduced survival rate. Superoxide dismutase and catalase activities were enhanced in the Pb-exposed spider, while no significant change was found in the glutathione S-transferase activity. 117 up-regulated genes and 60 down-regulated genes were identified in the Pb-exposed spider by using transcriptome sequencing, and these DEGs were mainly enriched in oxidoreductase activity, transmembrane transport, fat digestion and absorption, peptidase activity, apoptosis, peptidase activity and lysosome. The results of this study contribute to the better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying the spider response to Pb.
