      • 복합 운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of combined training on the changes of body composition, blood lipid profile and fitness in elementary school students. Thirty subjects participated in the present study. The subjects were divided into two groups either exercise group for 10weeks(15n) or control group for 10weeks(l5n) The results were described as follows; 1) There were significant differences in the body weight and lean body mass after the exercise program between two groups. 2) There were no significant differences in the blood TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG concentration after the exercise program between two groups. 3) There were significant differences in the sit-up and flexibility after the exercise group between two groups. In conclusion, it might be thought that the combined training improved the levels of body composition and health-related fitness in elementary subjects.

        半夏瀉心湯이 CCl4 로 유도된 간중독 흰쥐에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Banhasasimtang on serum reaction in CCI₄ treated rats. In this study the experimental rats divided five group(Normal, Control, Sample A, Sample B and Sample C group) Under the same condition Normal group was fed basal diet and water, Control group was injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄ 0.5㎖/㎏) and basal diet for 2 weeks, Sample A group was injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄0.5㎖/㎏) and fed the Bahasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks, Sample A group was injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄ 0.5㎖/㎏) and fed the Banhasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks, Sample B group was fed the Banhasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks and injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄ 0.5㎖/㎏), Sample C group was fed the Banhasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks. The change of GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALP, LDH activity and Bilirubin level in blood serum. The obtained results are summarized as follows : 1. In the change of GOT GPT contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 2. In the change of γ-GPT contents, as compared wth control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 3. In the change of ALP contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 4. In the change of LDP contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 5. In the change of Bilirubin contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased.

      • 24시간 수면 박탈의 정신생리적 변화와 카페인의 효과

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of 24 hours sleep deprivation on the psychophysiologic functions(daytime sleepiness, fatigue, mood, vigilance, attention and short-term memory) and then to examine whether caffeine ingestion improves the effects induced by sleep deprivation in healthy korean population. Methods : 16 healthy korean university students who didn't have psychiatric disorder or sleep disorder and complain sleep-wake cycle disturbance, carried out ESS(Epworth Sleepiness Scale), VAS(Visual Analogue Scale), MSLT, and Computerized Neurocognitive Function Test under following conditions : after normal usual sleep(Baseline), after 24 hours sleep deprivation, and after 24 hours sleep deprivation followed by 150mg of caffeine ingestion. Results : After 24 hours sleep deprivation, the subjective and objective daytime sleepiness, fatigue and dysphoria were increased as compared to baseline, attention and vigilance were decreased compared to baseline and short-term memory wasn't significantly changed. When the subjects ingested 150mg of caffeine after 24 hours sleep deprivation, an increment of subjective and objective daytime sleepiness, fatigue and dysphoria and a decrement of attention and vigilance induced in sleep deprivation was improved, 150mg of caffeine given after 24 hours sleep deprivation improved significantly the objective daytime sleepiness, attention, and vigilance to the baseline level, and also improved significantly the subjective daytime sleepiness, fatigue and dysphoria but didn't reach the baseline level. Conclusions: 24 hours sleep deprivation in the normal young adult increased the subjective and objective daytime sleepiness, fatigue and dysphoria and decreased attention and vigilance, whereas didn't develop short-term memory disturbance. Following caffeine ingestion improves an increased objective daytime sleepiness, a decreased attention, and a decreased vigilance induced in sleep deprivation to almost same degree of baseline, but doesn't improve an increased objective daytime sleepiness, fatigue and dysphoria induced sleep deprivation to same degree of baseline.

      • 고립성 폐결절의 조직학적 진단에 있어서 경기관지폐생검의 진단적 가치

        Transbronchial lung biopsy(TBLB) is a relatively simple and convenient diagnostic tool in solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN) on chest radiograph, which is cannot be diagnosed through routine tests. To investigate the diagnostic value and diagnostic rate of TBLB according to the variable factor, we analyzed 69 patients with radiologically SPN lesion on chest radiograph which was confirmed histologically. A histologic diagnosis of TBLB was made in 47 of 69 patients(68.1%), in which 26 of 37(70.3%) with malignancy and 21 of 32(65.6%) with benign lesion. There were no significant differences in diagnostic yield according to age, sex and location of the lesion. The diagnostic rate tended to increase with the more than 5 pieces to acquired by TBLB. When the size of SPN was less than 3 ㎝, it cannot be diagnosed. In conclusion, TBLB is a diagnostic procedure with good yield and safety, but percutaneous needle aspiration, transbronchial needle aspiration, and bronchial washing fluid cytology may be a complementary procedure to overcome the limitation of TBLB and get higher diagnostic yield for SPN.

      • 기어 시스템의 동적거동 해석

        The area of gear dynamics has recently been the focus of many studies. The proper kinematic and geometric design of gears, the mathematical modeling of gear system are essential for a good design. This work present a gear design for reducing noise, practical approaches, and Win95 based simulation program that using basic design variables. Especially this program enables dynamic analysis based on G.U.I. A new tooth profile modification is proposed for reduction vibration and noise of involute gears. The method is based on the use of cubic spline curves. The tooth profile is constrained to assume an involute shape during the loaded operation. Thus the new gear profile assures conjugate motion at all points along the ling of action. The new profile is found to result in a more uniform static transmission error compared to not only standard involute profile but also modificated profile thereby contributing to the improvement of vibration and noise characteristics of the gear. A dynamic analysis of the gear drive with the involute tooth and the modified tooth profile(using cubic splines) is performed to establish the fact that a reduction in the transmission error reduces the gear vibration and noise due to smaller dynamic tooth loads during a meshing cycle. For this, first the tooth deformation is found and then the tooth dynamic load is determined for all resonable speeds. A parameter study in also conducted to establish the superiority of the cubic spline(C.S) based gear profile over the involute profile a well as those based on the use of linear and parabolic tip reliefs.

        歸脾湯 및 그 構成藥物群이 抗酸化效果에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to research the antioxidant activities of Guibitang and its component groups. The experimental group was divided into six group: Guibitang (GB), Gamiguibitang (GA), Hyul-yak group (GB1), Gi-yak group (GB2), Ansinhaenggi-yak group (GB3) and Gami-yak group (GA1). The results were obtained as follows: In vitro All experimental groups had antioxidant activity in linoleic acid system on concentration in comparison with control group. And in DPPH radical scavenging experiment, all experimental groups had scavenging activity on concentration, especially GA1 group was higher than any others. The inhibitory effect experimental groups had inhibitory effects of superoxide generation on concentration, and the effect of Guibitang was better than Gamiguibitang. In component groups GA1 was highest and GB1 was lowest respectively. The inhibitory effect experiment on lipid peroxidation reaction in H₂O₂-Fe^2+ system showed that each experimental groups had inhibitory effects on lipid peroxidation reaction compared with control group. And GA1 group exhibit the best inhibition effect on lipid peroxidation reaction. In vivo the amounts of lipid peroxide rat on the level of serum was reduced in comparison with control group, especially gamiguibitang. The amounts of LPO on the level of liver was also reduced compared with control group. espeially gamiguibitang, guibitang, GB1 group. In hepatic catalase activity test, all experimental groups increased catalase activity, and that of guibitang, gamiguibitang, GB1 group were evident. The amounts of hepatic glutathione of experimental group increased in comparison with control group. And that of gamiguibitang, guibitang was more significant than component group.

      • 동력전달장치 내의 저소음을 위한 치차설계

        기어 소음에 관한 연구는 최근에 와서 가장 많은 연구활동이 이루어지고 있는 분야이다 기어운동의 정확하고도 정밀한 해석 기어시스템의 적절한 수학적 모델링 그리고 기어의 진동요인 분석은 저소음 및 저진동 기어설계의 중요한 요소이다. 이 연구는 기어소음연구의 현황과 방향을 포함하여 저소음 기어설계와 T.E.(Trans mission Error)의 상관 관계 또 기어소음 예측의 핵심변수와 기계축음을 위한 실질적 방법도 조사하고 있다. 또 새로운 방법으로 기어 치 형상의 수정으로 Cubic spline을 사용하였다. 기어 치형상은 인벌류트 모양을 하고 있는 것으로 가정하였는데 작용선상의 모든 점에의 conjugate 운동을 확실히 하기 위해서는 그의 필요성이 절실히 요구되기 때문이다. 새로운 기어형상은 기어 진동과 소음 특성의 개선을 위해 일정한 정적 T.E.의 유지에 기초를 둔다. 기어의 T.E.의 변동폭의 최소화가 이 논문에서의 주요방법이다

      • 흡착 우라늄 이온의 전기 탈착거동

        Liquid wastes containing uranium ions in high concentration of chemical salts havebeen treated by electrosorption on a activated carbon fibers(ACFs) electrode. Effectiveuranium (VI) removal is accomplished when the potential is -0.5V(vs. Ag/AgCl) ormore negative. For a feed concentration of 100mg/1, the concentration of U(VI) in thecell effluent is reduced to less than 1mg/1, and electrosorption capacity over 500mg/uranium/gACF is reached. The adsorbed uranium can be desorbed up to 99%for 20h by passing a 1.9N NaCl solution at pH 3 through the cell and applying a potential of +1.2V. The amount of desorbed uranium increased as the solution pHwas lowered and the applied potential increased.

        악안면 영역에 발생한 혈관종 환자의 외과적 치험례

        Hemangiomas are benign tumors in blood vessels that occur by traumatic or congenital origin. Lesions are appeared early in life, with 73% present at birth and 85% developing by the end of the first year. Head & neck hamangiomas represent about 25%∼33% of all hemangiomas. Kaban & Mulliken divided vascular birthmarks into two major categories : hemangioma and vascular malformation. Case 1 was diagnosed as cavernous hemangioma and the mass was excised completely and defected space was reconstructed with fat tissue. Case 2 was diagnosed definitely as traumatic A-V malformation by post-op histopathological examination and the mass was excised completely. This report describes two cases that were successfully treated by complete surgical excision for hemangioma in maxillofacial region.

        Inhibition of Microcystis aeruginosa by the Extracellular Substances from an Aeromonas sp

        Growth of Microcystis aeruginosa could be inhibited significantly within 24 h by the extracellular substances prepared from Aeromonas sp. strain FM. During the treatment, the concentration of extracellular soluble carbohydrates increased significantly in algal culture. Morphological and ultrastructural changes in M. aeruginosa cells, including breakage of the cell surface, secretion of mucilage, and intracellular disorganization of thylakoids, were observed. HPLC-MS analysis showed that the extracellular substances of Aeromonas sp. strain FM were a mixture of free amino acids, tripeptides, and clavulanate. Among these, the algaelysis effects of lysine and clavulanate were confirmed.
