Decidualized cutaneous endometriosis infrequently arises in the absence of pelvic disease. It is described in which the histologic features included cytologic atypia, circumscription of endometrial epithelial cells with glandular or cystically dilated space, mononuclear cells within and around the endometrial nodules, and accompanied myxoid change. This histologic pseudomalignancy is not common and be misinterpreted as metastatic carcinoma or malignant tumors arising from soft tissue due to location of nodule and histologic feature. We have experienced two cases of myxoid change in decidualized cutaneous endometriosis in the abdominal scar following Cesarean section, which is presented with a brief review of the literature.

저자들은 Cronkhite-Canada 증후군 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cronkhite-Canada syndrome is a disease entity, including such characteristics as gastrointestinal polyposis associated with ectodermal changes-alopecia, hyperpigmentation of the skin and atrophy of the nails. But it has no familial tendency. In 1955, a report of 2 patients by Cronkhite and Canada established this entity as clinically distinct from any of the other known forms of gastrointestinal polyposis. Since that time, at least 53 similar casas has been described in the world literature, but no case has been reported in Korea.
전침자극이 SHR 흰쥐 대뇌의 NADPH-diaphorase와 Neuropeptide Y 신경세포에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on NADPH-diaphorase and neuropeptide Y neurons in cerebral cortex of SHR rats. We evaluated the changes of NADPH-d-positive neurons using a histochemical method. Staining intensities of NADPH-d-positive neurons were assessed in a quantitative fashion using a microdensitometrical method based on optical density by means of an image analyzer. In addition, we examined the change of neuropeptide Y (NPY) since this substance is involved in cerebral blood flow. Electroacupuncture treatments significantly increased the optical density of NADPH-d in comparison to the normal group in most cortical areas. The optical density of NADPH-d-positive neurons of Shinsu and Choksamni electroacupuncture group was significantly decreased in comparison to arbitrary group. However, the optical density of NPY-IR neurons was not significantly changed in most cortical areas of electroacupuncture groups except in the secondary motor cortex and cingulate cortex of Choksamni e1ectroacupucnture group. Although the optical density of NPY-IR neurons was canserved across many cortical areas of electroacupuncture groups, we observed a decrease in the optical density of NPY-IH neurons in some cortical regions of aged rats. Therefore, NPY-IR neurons in various regions of the cerebral cortex may be differentially affected by electroacupuncture. It is concluded that the morphological evidence for NADPH-d-positive neurons may be more susceptible to electroacupuncture treatment related change than NPY-IR neurons in the cerebral cortex.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We report that the molecular orientation of a disk-shaped Pt(II) complex dopant in organic thin films is linearly proportional to the orientation of the host molecules. We ascribe this relationship to the parallel alignment of the Pt complex with the host molecules induced by a π-π interaction. This would be caused by their planar and conjugated structure, indicating that the intermolecular interaction and steric effect play an important role. The appearances of growth and yield according to the cultivation types were investigated in chalok 1. The days to harvest under double vinyl house, open mulching and open cultivation were 87.7, 95.8, and 101.8 days, respectively and significantly different in each cultivation types. The branched ears of open mulching, double vinyl house and open cultivation were started at 7,8, and 13 days after silking, respectively. The frequency of branched ear per total plants to double vinyl house, open cultivation and open mulching were 10%, 13%, and 19%, respectively. The ear weight of open mulching and open cultivation was superior to branched ear weight. The yields (kg/10a) of double vinyl house, open mulching and open cultivation were 755.7kg, 740.7kg, and 530.0kg, respectively. The yields(kg/10a) of double vinyl house and open mulching were significantly different to that of open cultivation and LSD(5%) was 133.42. Thus, early cultivations in double vinyl house were more beneficial than other cultivation types because of the highest yield and the lowest branched ear.

치자섭취와 요가운동이 비만중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질, 식욕관련호르몬에 미치는 영향

This study is to find influences for 8-weeks Gardenia intake and the combined treatments of Yoga exercise on the body composition and appetite relating hormones in the Obese Middle Aged Women. 26 middle-aged obese females are divided to Gardenia+Excercise Group n=10), Gardenia Group(n=8) and Yoga Excercise Group(n=8). For 8 weeks Yoga exercise was performed with 50~60% HRmax. 0.8 mg of the Gardenia is consumed per 1kg of the body weight. The results of study are as follows: 1. In the body composition change, the statistical interaction effects show on %fat, VFA and WHR. 2. In the blood lipid, the statistical interaction effects show on TG. 3. In the change of appetite relating hormones, the statistical interaction effect shows in Leptin. As a result of this study, all the treatment groups were found to have an improvement effect of research variables in general; therefore, the single treatment and complex treatment for the middle-aged obese women were found to have a positive impact on body composition, blood lipids and appetite relating hormone on obesity middle-aged woman. In particular, Gardenia+Excercise Group and Yoga exercise Group more decrease than Gardenia Group in occasion of Leptin.
